The dual-arm anchor cable drill rig of claim 1, wherein the first and second mounting seats each comprise a first side plate and a second side plate, the first and second side plates are connected together, the first side plate extends in a direction perpendicular to the second side plate, a rotating member is disposed on the first side plate, one end of the rotating member is connected to the first side plate, the other end of the rotating member is connected to the first support arm or the second support arm, so as to drive the first side plate to rotate around a first direction, the first direction is perpendicular to the extending plane of the first side plate, a rotating mechanism is disposed on the second side plate, the rotating mechanism comprises a connecting portion, a rotating portion and a driving portion, the rotating portion is disposed on the second side plate, and one end of the connecting portion passes through the rotating portion and is connected to the first anchor cable drill rig or the second anchor cable drill rig, the driving part is pivoted with the other end of the connecting part to drive the connecting part to rotate.
3. The dual-arm anchor cable drill rig of claim 2, wherein the rotating member comprises a first rotating portion and a second rotating portion, the first rotating portion being connected to the first side plate, the second rotating portion being connected to the first support arm or the second support arm, the first rotating portion being coaxial with the second rotating portion and relatively rotatable about the first direction.
4. The dual arm anchor cable drill rig of claim 1, further comprising a stabilizing assembly connected to the frame and located below the first and second support arms for stabilizing the frame.
5. The dual arm anchor cable drill rig of claim 4, wherein the stabilizing assembly includes a first stabilizing leg, a second stabilizing leg, and a cross beam, the cross beam connected to the frame, the first stabilizing leg pivotally connected to one end of the cross beam and the second stabilizing leg pivotally connected to the other end of the cross beam.
6. The dual arm anchor line drill rig of claim 1, further comprising an anchor line reel disposed on the frame for storing anchor lines.
7. The dual arm anchor cable drill carriage of claim 6, wherein the anchor cable drum is provided with an anchor cable cutting assembly for cutting the anchor cable into fixed lengths.
8. The dual arm anchor line drill rig of claim 7, further comprising an anchor line conveying assembly disposed between the anchor line severing assembly and the anchor line drilling rig to convey the cut anchor lines of the anchor line severing assembly thereto.
9. The dual arm anchor cable drill rig of claim 1, further comprising a travel chassis coupled to and located below the frame, the travel chassis having a width that is the same as the width of the frame.
10. The dual arm anchor cable drill carriage of any one of claims 1-9, further comprising a take-up assembly connected to the frame and adapted to take up and pay off a cable.
