Abstract
The invention provides a rigid-flexible deformation anti-deviation quick drilling tool assembly which comprises a drill bit, a flexible drilling tool, a centralizer and a heavy drill collar which are sequentially connected from bottom to top. The rigid-flexible deformation inclination-prevention quick drilling tool combination has a simple structure, is economic and effective, and can achieve the double purposes of increasing the drilling pressure, improving the mechanical drilling speed and effectively controlling well inclination to ensure the quality of a well hole.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oil and gas drilling engineering, in particular to a rigid-flexible deformation anti-deviation quick drilling tool assembly.
Background
The high and steep construction zone has strong natural deflecting capability due to large formation inclination angle, and the well is easy to incline, thereby seriously influencing the well quality and the well drilling aging. (3) the lower flexible drilling tool can adopt a small-size screw drilling tool to increase the rotating speed of a drill bit and improve the mechanical drilling speed level;
(4) the underground drilling tool assembly can be matched with any drill bit and has good effect on soft and hard staggered and large-dip-angle strata.

The invention will be further explained in detail with reference to the figures and the embodiments without thereby limiting the scope of protection of the invention.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a rigid-flexible deformation deviation-prevention quick drilling assembly 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a drill bit 1, a flexible drilling tool 2, a centralizer 3, and a heavy drill collar 4 having an outer diameter in a range of Φ 178mm to Φ 192mm, which are sequentially connected from bottom to top.
According to the rigid-flexible deformation deviation-prevention quick drilling tool assembly disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, under the condition of a certain well deviation angle, the upper heavy drill collar enables the section of the drill collar to lie on the lower well wall under the action of gravity, the centralizer between the heavy drill collar and the flexible drilling tool plays a role of fulcrum, the flexible drilling tool between the drill bit and the centralizer has small self-gravity, and overcomes the self-gravity to generate lower bow deformation under the combined action of the upper heavy drill collar and the centralizer, the lower bow deformation of the flexible drilling tool is larger under the action of further applying axial drilling pressure, the deformation of the flexible drilling tool drives the drill bit to generate a drill bit corner pointing to the direction of descending well deviation, under the condition of rotary rock breaking drilling of the drill bit, the drilling tool assembly drills towards the axial direction of the drill bit to enable the well deviation angle of a well to be continuously reduced, so that the deviation-prevention and correction effects are achieved, meanwhile, the drill bit corner is larger under the action of increasing of the drilling pressure, the corresponding deviation-reduction capability is stronger, and the drilling tool assembly can achieve double goals of deviation prevention and quick drilling, as shown in fig. 3 and 4. Compared with the prior art, the drilling tool assembly is simpler in structure, easy to produce and maintain for use, low in manufacturing cost and production cost, stable in performance and free of risks in other aspects of drilling operation in the using process.
In the rigid-flexible deformation anti-deviation quick drilling assembly 10 of the embodiment of the invention, the length of the flexible drilling tool 2 is preferably 5-8m, and particularly preferably 6-8 m. The length of the flexible drilling tool between the drill bit and the centralizer has obvious influence on the rotation angle of the drill bit after the drilling tool is stressed and deformed, the rotation angle of the drill bit is increased and then reduced along with the increase of the length of the flexible drilling tool, the optimal length exists in the range of 5-8m, so that the rotation angle of the drill bit reaches the maximum value, and the anti-inclination effect of the drilling tool assembly is optimal. The length of the drilling tool in the range of 6-8m can ensure that the anti-inclination effect of the drilling tool assembly is optimal as much as possible on the basis of fully considering the specific structure of the flexible drilling tool, such as the case of adopting a small-size screw drilling tool.

10. A rigid-flex anti-slant drilling assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the drill bit is a roller cone bit or a PDC bit.
