First, an application scenario related to the present application is explained:
fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of the scheme of the application, and as shown in fig. 1, a washing machine is taken as a drum washing machine for explanation, the washing machine includes a drum, a function button, and a washing machine door, a hook is disposed on the washing machine door, a door lock is disposed on a washing machine body, and the hook and the door lock are mutually matched to realize locking/unlocking operations of the washing machine door.
Referring to fig. 1, since the body volume of a child is small, the child may dig into the drum of the washing machine to play when the door of the washing machine is opened. And if another child closes the door of the washing machine and controls (or randomly presses) the washing machine to start washing through the function key, a safety accident may occur.
The application provides a washing machine, a control method and a control device of the washing machine, a storage medium and a product, and aims to solve the technical problems in the prior art.
The main conception of the scheme of the application is as follows: when the washing machine starts to wash clothes according to a washing instruction, a first washing action with a smaller action amplitude is executed firstly, and at the moment, if a child is in the washing machine, the child can generate an idea of escaping from the washing machine due to the fact that the washing machine starts to work, so that after the first washing action is executed by the washing machine for the first time, the washing machine is controlled to stop executing the first washing action, the door lock of the washing machine is controlled to be opened, and at the moment, the child can smoothly open the door of the washing machine to leave the washing machine; and if no child is present in the washing machine, the washing machine door remains closed, and thus, when it is determined that the door lock locking can be controlled, it is determined that no child is present in the washing machine, thereby performing a normal washing operation.
The following describes the technical solutions of the present application and how to solve the above technical problems with specific embodiments. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It is understood that the processing steps of the control method of the washing machine in the present application may be implemented by a controller inside the washing machine.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a control method of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 2, the control method is explained by taking a controller in the washing machine as an example, and the method mainly includes the following steps:
s100, when a washing instruction is received and a door lock of the washing machine is detected to be in a locked state, controlling the washing machine to execute a first washing action.
The controller firstly detects whether the door lock of the washing machine is in a locking state after receiving the washing instruction so as to determine whether the safety condition for starting washing is met.
If the controller detects that the door lock of the washing machine is not in a locked state, the door lock of the washing machine is in an open state at present, and the safety condition for starting the washing machine is not met, at the moment, a washing instruction caused by misoperation can be caused, so that the controller can directly discard the instruction without any response.
And if the controller detects that the door lock of the washing machine is in a locked state, the door lock of the washing machine is in a closed state at present, and the safety condition that the washing can be started is met, so that the controller starts to control the washing machine to execute a first washing action.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, the first laundry action is not a completely normal laundry action, and the first laundry action mainly serves to warn a child who mistakenly enters the drum of the washing machine, so that the action amplitude of the washing machine executing the first laundry action is smaller than the action amplitude of the washing machine executing the normal laundry operation, so that the child can be reminded that the washing machine currently starts to work to generate an idea that the child wants to escape from the washing machine, and the action amplitude is relatively small, so that the harm to the body of the child is reduced, and the safety of the child is ensured.
S200, when the duration of the first washing action executed by the washing machine reaches the first duration, controlling the washing machine to stop executing the first washing action, and controlling the door lock to be switched to an unlocking state.
When the controller controls the washing machine to execute the first washing action, the washing machine is not controlled to execute the first washing action all the time, but only controlled to execute the first washing action for the first time, and after the first time is reached, the controller controls the washing machine to stop executing the first washing action.
In addition, the controller also controls the door lock to be switched into an unlocking state, so that when a child wants to escape from the washing machine, the door of the washing machine can be smoothly opened to leave the washing machine, and the safety of the child is ensured.
And S300, judging whether the door lock can be controlled to be switched into the locking state or not when the time length of the door lock in the unlocking state reaches a second time length.
After the controller controls the door lock to be switched to the unlocking state, the child can open the washing machine door to leave the washing machine, so that when the time length of the door lock in the unlocking state reaches the second time length, the controller judges whether the door lock can be controlled to be switched to the locking state or not.
If a child is in the washing machine drum and pushes the washing machine door to leave the washing machine when the door lock of the washing machine is in an unlocked state, the washing machine door is supposed to be in an opened state, and at the moment, the controller cannot control the door lock to be switched into a locked state.
And if no children exist in the washing machine drum, the door of the washing machine is still in a closed state within the time when the door lock of the washing machine is in an unlocked state, and at the moment, the controller can control the door lock to be switched into a locked state.
Therefore, the controller can determine whether the door of the washing machine is opened by judging whether the door lock can be controlled to be switched to the locking state, thereby determining whether a child is in the drum of the washing machine and whether the child leaves the washing machine.
And S400, if the door lock can be controlled to be switched to the locking state, controlling the washing machine to execute normal washing operation.
When the controller determines that the door lock can be controlled to be switched to the locking state, the controller indicates that the washing machine door is still in the closing state within the time when the door lock of the washing machine is in the unlocking state, and indicates that the washing machine door is not opened, so that no children exist in the washing machine, and therefore, when the controller can control the door lock to be switched to the locking state, the washing machine is controlled to perform normal washing operation.
The embodiment provides a control method of a washing machine, when the washing machine starts washing according to a washing instruction, a first washing action with a smaller action amplitude is executed firstly, at this time, if a child is in the washing machine, the child can generate an idea of escaping from the washing machine due to the fact that the washing machine starts working, therefore, after the first washing action executed by the washing machine reaches a first duration, the washing machine is controlled to stop executing the first washing action, and a door lock of the washing machine is controlled to be opened, at this time, the child can smoothly open a door of the washing machine to leave the washing machine; and if no child is present in the washing machine, the washing machine door remains closed, and thus, when it is determined that the door lock locking can be controlled, it is determined that no child is present in the washing machine, thereby performing a normal washing operation. Compare in prior art, this embodiment can effectively carry out the early warning to the children that the mistake got into in the washing machine to provide corresponding danger and flee the chance, thereby guarantee children's safety, avoid appearing the incident.
It should be noted that, in the technical solution of the present application, a certain actual function in the controller may be specifically set, and a user may set the washing machine according to an actual requirement to turn on or off the function, so that, when the function is turned on, the washing machine implements the steps of the washing machine control method according to the logic in the embodiment of the present application; when the function is closed, the washing machine performs the washing operation according to the normal washing flow.
In addition, the application ensures the child safety through the improvement of software logic without involving the improvement of hardware, so the cost can be reduced.
In some embodiments, when the washing instruction is received and the door lock of the washing machine is detected to be in the locked state, the washing machine is controlled to perform a first washing action, including: and when a washing instruction is received and the door lock of the washing machine is detected to be in a locked state, if the time length of the door lock in the locked state reaches a third time length, controlling the washing machine to execute a first washing action.
Specifically, when the controller receives a washing instruction and detects that a door lock of the washing machine is in a locked state, the controller does not immediately execute a first washing action, but continues to determine whether the time length of the door lock in the locked state reaches a third time length, and only when the locking time length of the door lock reaches the third time length, the controller starts to control the washing machine to execute the first washing action.
Therefore, a safe time can be reserved by setting the buffer time of the third time, and children can call for help and other operations through the third time, so that the safety of the children is further ensured.
In some embodiments, controlling the washing machine to perform a first washing action includes: controlling water inlet of a water inlet valve in the washing machine and/or controlling the rotation of a drum in the washing machine.
Specifically, when the controller controls the washing machine to execute the first washing action, the first washing action may be at least one of the water inlet valve starting to feed water and the drum starting to rotate, so that the controller can warn a child who mistakenly enters the drum of the washing machine.
In some embodiments, when controlling the water inlet of the water inlet valve in the washing machine, the water inlet amount of the water inlet valve is smaller than a normal water inlet amount of the water inlet valve when the washing machine performs a normal washing operation.
Specifically, when the first washing action is specifically that the water inlet valve starts to feed water, the first washing action is only used for warning children entering the drum of the washing machine by mistake, so that when the controller controls the water inlet valve in the washing machine to feed water, the water inlet amount of the water inlet valve is smaller than the normal water inlet amount of the water inlet valve when the washing machine executes normal washing operation, the warning action can be played, the children can be prevented from being injured, and the safety of the children is ensured.
In some embodiments, in controlling the rotation of the drum in the washing machine, the rotation speed of the drum is less than a normal rotation speed of the drum when the washing machine performs a normal washing operation.
Specifically, when the first washing action is specifically that the drum starts to rotate, because the first washing action is only for playing a warning role to the child who mistakenly gets into the drum of the washing machine, therefore, when the drum of the controller in the control washing machine rotates, the rotating speed of the drum is less than the normal rotating speed of the drum when the washing machine executes the normal washing operation, thereby not only playing a warning role, but also preventing the injury to the child and ensuring the safety of the child.
In some embodiments, the first duration is less than five seconds, such as three seconds, for example.
Specifically, the first duration is the duration that the controller controls the washing machine to execute the first washing action, and the first washing action is only for playing a warning role for children who mistakenly enter the drum of the washing machine, so that the duration that the controller controls the washing machine to execute the first washing action is less than five seconds, the warning role can be played, the children can be prevented from being injured, and the safety of the children is ensured.
In some embodiments, the second duration is greater than ten seconds, such as fifteen seconds, and the like.
Specifically, the second time length is the time length that the controller control lock is in the unblock state, and for children, in order to guarantee that children have sufficient time to leave from the washing machine, can set up the second time length and be a time that is long slightly to make children can leave the washing machine smoothly, guarantee children's safety.
In some embodiments, the third duration is greater than two seconds and less than ten seconds, such as five seconds, for example.
Specifically, the third time is the waiting time for controlling the washing machine to execute the first washing action when the controller receives the washing instruction and detects that the door lock of the washing machine is in the locked state, and the third time is the buffering time.
In some embodiments, further comprising: and outputting washing prompt information when the washing machine is controlled to execute the first washing action.
Specifically, the controller may output a washing prompt message when controlling the washing machine to perform the first washing action, where the washing prompt message may specifically be a voice prompt message, such as "please notice, start washing", and the like.
Therefore, the clothes washing reminding information is output, and the reminding effect on children mistakenly entering the drum of the washing machine can be achieved.
In some embodiments, further comprising: and after the door lock is controlled to be switched to the unlocking state, unlocking prompt information is output.
Specifically, after the door lock is controlled to be switched to the unlocked state, an unlocking prompt message may be output, where the unlocking prompt message may specifically be a voice prompt message, such as "please notice, the washing machine door can be opened", and the like.
Therefore, the unlocking prompt information is output, and the child mistakenly entering the drum of the washing machine can be reminded.
In some embodiments, further comprising: if the door lock can not be controlled to be switched to the locking state, alarm information is output.
When the controller determines that the door lock cannot be controlled to be switched to the locking state, it is indicated that the current washing machine door is in the opening state, at this time, a child may have opened the washing machine door to leave the washing machine, or the child may not leave the washing machine although the washing machine door has been opened, so that the controller outputs alarm information to remind adults to check, and safety accidents are avoided.
In some embodiments, the overall scheme of the present application is explained.
Fig. 3 is another schematic diagram of a control method of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, the control method of the washing machine includes the following steps:
s1, when the controller receives the washing instruction and detects that the door lock of the washing machine is in the locking state, executing S2;
s2, judging whether the time length of the door lock in the locking state reaches a third time length, wherein the third time length is more than two seconds and less than ten seconds;
s3, if the time length of the door lock in the locking state reaches a third time length, controlling the washing machine to execute a first washing action;
s4, outputting washing prompt information;
s5, judging whether the duration of the first washing action executed by the washing machine reaches a first duration, wherein the first duration is less than five seconds;
s6, if the duration of the washing machine executing the first washing action reaches the first duration, controlling the washing machine to stop executing the first washing action, and controlling the door lock to be switched to an unlocking state;
s7, unlocking prompt information is output;
s8, judging whether the time length of the door lock in the unlocking state reaches a second time length, wherein the second time length is more than ten seconds;
s9, if the duration of the door lock in the unlocking state reaches a second duration, judging whether the door lock can be controlled to be switched into the locking state;
