Abstract
The invention discloses a self-cleaning device for a belt thread of a woolen carding machine, which comprises: at least two cleaning units arranged on both sides of the belt line; the cleaning unit includes: the device comprises a brush, a hair suction nozzle and a support, wherein the brush and the hair suction nozzle are fixed on the support, the brush is over against a belt thread of the woolen carding machine, the front end of the hair suction nozzle is positioned at the rear part of the brush, and the rear end of the hair suction nozzle is communicated with an edge strip hair returning pipeline of the carding machine. The invention also discloses a use method of the self-cleaning device for the belt yarns of the woolen carding machine. The belt conveyor can continuously clean the belt conveyor, and the influence on the roving quality and roving broken strips caused by dirt or fur hanging of the belt conveyor is eliminated.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile equipment, and particularly relates to a self-cleaning device for a belt thread of a woolen carding machine and a using method thereof.
Background
The roving yarn produced by a roving mill adopts the width and the thickness of a hairnet of a roving carding machine to control the count of the roving yarn, for the roving mill producing high-end cashmere or cashmere blended yarn, the spinning count is generally between 24 and 30Nm and even reaches more than 40Nm, the width of the hairnet arranged on the carding machine is generally between 9 and 10mm, the narrowest is only 8.5mm, the working state of the hairnet has great influence on the quality of the roving yarn, if the hairnet is dirty or stuck with fluff, the evenness of the split hairnet is seriously influenced, the roving yarn is broken, and the hairnet is seriously damaged by the hanging of the hairnet, even the hairnet is broken, and the quality and the production efficiency of the roving yarn are seriously influenced.
Although some domestic carding machines and imported carding machines are additionally provided with cleaning devices of manual control motors or other cleaning devices, the defects are obvious, namely belt yarns cannot be continuously cleaned, an operator needs to check at any time and manually control the cleaning, and the cleaned down fluff flies all over, cannot be recovered, and can fly down on a wool net and a roving wool roll to influence the yarn quality.

The self-cleaning device of a carded wool spinning belt of claim 1, wherein the frame comprises: the device comprises a longitudinal fixing frame, a brush fixing plate, a connecting rod, a connecting column, a fixing sleeve, a fixing bolt and a clamping plate; the connecting rod is connected between the longitudinal fixing frame and the brush fixing plate; the clamping plate is clamped on the longitudinal fixing frame and is fixed in position by using a fixing bolt; the outer wall of the fixed sleeve is connected to the end part of the connecting column, the connecting column is connected to the clamping plate, and the hair suction nozzle is fixed in the fixed sleeve.
