Abstract
The invention discloses a waterproof and heat-insulating inorganic building coating, which comprises 10-20 parts of lithium silicate, 20-40 parts of silica sol, 1-10 parts of pigment, 15-25 parts of titanium dioxide, 10-20 parts of sepiolite, 5-20 parts of barite, 5-10 parts of zinc oxide, 10-30 parts of glass beads, 1-5 parts of rare earth, 0.1-0.5 part of flatting agent, 0.1-0.3 part of dispersing agent, 0.1-0.2 part of wetting agent, 0.1-0.2 part of defoaming agent and 3-10 parts of curing agent. The film forming liquid of the coating system is silica sol and silicate, the pigment and the filler are all inorganic matters, the requirement on the treatment of the base material is low when the coating system is used, the construction has no requirement on the environment humidity, and the construction condition is wide.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical coatings, relates to a waterproof coating, and particularly relates to a waterproof and heat-insulating inorganic building coating.
Background
The coating has the functions of decoration and protection, protects the surface of a coated object, prevents the corrosion of light, oxygen, chemical substances, solvents and the like from the outside and prolongs the service life of the coated object; the paint is used for coating the surface of a substance, changing the color, patterns, luster, texture and the like of the substance, and improving the aesthetic value of the substance. 10-20 parts of lithium silicate, 20-40 parts of silica sol, 1-10 parts of pigment, 15-25 parts of titanium dioxide, 10-20 parts of sepiolite, 5-20 parts of barite, 5-10 parts of zinc oxide, 10-30 parts of vitrified micro bubbles, 1-5 parts of rare earth, 0.1-0.5 part of flatting agent, 0.1-0.3 part of dispersing agent, 0.1-0.2 part of wetting agent, 0.1-0.2 part of defoaming agent and 3-10 parts of curing agent.
Further, the coating is preferably composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
15 parts of lithium silicate, 30 parts of silica sol, 1-10 parts of pigment, 15-25 parts of titanium dioxide, 10-20 parts of sepiolite, 15 parts of barite, 5-10 parts of zinc oxide, 20 parts of vitrified micro bubbles, 1-5 parts of rare earth, 0.1-0.5 part of flatting agent, 0.1-0.3 part of dispersing agent, 0.1-0.2 part of wetting agent, 0.1-0.2 part of defoaming agent and 3-10 parts of curing agent.
The coating is further preferably composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
15 parts of lithium silicate, 30 parts of silica sol, 5 parts of pigment, 20 parts of titanium dioxide, 15 parts of sepiolite, 15 parts of barite, 5-10 parts of zinc oxide, 20 parts of glass beads, 3 parts of rare earth, 0.3 part of flatting agent, 0.2 part of dispersing agent, 0.1 part of wetting agent, 0.1 part of defoaming agent and 5 parts of curing agent.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the coating system is designed by adopting inorganic materials, the film forming liquid is silica sol and silicate, the pigment and filler are all inorganic substances, the solvent is electrolytic water, and the curing agent is inorganic salt. The whole system is an inorganic coating system, does not contain any organic film-forming liquid and does not contain any organic solvent. Contains no volatile matter and no heavy metal. The coating is safe, environment-friendly, low-carbon, ultraviolet-resistant, antioxidant, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, high-temperature-resistant and fireproof, and the fire-proof grade reaches A level. The coating system has strong adhesive force, fast curing and high hardness through the silicification reaction of the silicate and the concrete base material. The requirement on the surface treatment of the base material is low, and the coating is a water-based coating, so that the construction has no requirement on the environmental humidity, and the construction condition is wide.
Compared with the traditional architectural coating, the coating has the following advantages:
1. the coating adopts an inorganic design system, and is essentially different from the currently used organic coating. Has the advantages of environmental protection, low carbon, no volatile component, no heavy metal and water as solvent.
2. The coating is an inorganic design system, penetrates into the substrate and is an inorganic substance after being cured. Has the advantages of ultraviolet resistance, oxidation resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance and no color change. The service life is long, and the waterproof life is equal to that of a building.
3. The paint permeates into a concrete base material to perform a silicification reaction, has strong adhesive force and super-strong weather resistance.
4. The coating has the functions of hydrophobicity and inhibition of growth of bacteria, mould and moss.
5. The coating has the functions of water resistance, heat insulation and infrared reflection.
6. The coating has the function of resisting the bleeding of coffee, red wine, vinegar, soy sauce, jam and the like.
7. The waterproof and indoor heat-insulating functions of the back wall are realized.

In addition, any methods and materials similar or equivalent to those described herein can be used in the methods of the present invention.
Example 1
The formula is as follows:
15 parts of lithium silicate, 30 parts of silica sol, 5 parts of pigment, 20 parts of titanium dioxide, 15 parts of sepiolite, 15 parts of barite, 5-10 parts of zinc oxide, 20 parts of glass beads, 3 parts of rare earth, 0.3 part of flatting agent, 0.2 part of dispersing agent, 0.1 part of wetting agent, 0.1 part of defoaming agent and 5 parts of curing agent.
Prepared according to the conventional method in the industry.
The performance of the three-in-one coating prepared by the embodiment is compared with that of a water-based organic coating, and test item results show that the three-in-one coating meets or exceeds the test standard requirements in the aspects of water resistance, adhesive force, salt mist resistance and ultraviolet resistance, and is obviously superior to the water-based organic coating; but also is superior to the water-based organic coating in the aspects of construction cost, diversity and convenience.

15 parts of lithium silicate, 30 parts of silica sol, 1-10 parts of pigment, 15-25 parts of titanium dioxide, 10-20 parts of sepiolite, 15 parts of barite, 5-10 parts of zinc oxide, 20 parts of glass beads, 1-5 parts of rare earth, 0.1-0.5 part of flatting agent, 0.1-0.3 part of dispersing agent, 0.1-0.2 part of wetting agent, 0.1-0.2 part of defoaming agent and 3-10 parts of curing agent.
