Claims (2)
1.一种有机物料制备高效生物有机肥配方,其特征在于:包括牲畜粪便55%、花生粕5%、腐植酸5%、氨基酸5%、酵素菌4%、鱼骨粉5%、黄豆叶粉6%、解淀粉芽孢杆菌1%、巨大芽孢杆菌1%、胶冻样芽孢杆菌1%、侧孢芽孢杆菌1%、胶质芽孢杆菌1%、泾阳链霉菌1%、圆褐固氮菌1%、放线菌1%、光合菌群1%、乳酸菌群1%、酵母菌群1%、凝结芽孢杆菌1%、米曲霉1%、黑曲霉1%、绿色木霉1%。
2.一种有机物料制备高效生物有机肥其制备方法,其特征在于:它包括以下步骤:
S1、将牲畜粪便与辅料花生粕、腐植酸、酵素菌、鱼骨粉、黄豆叶粉和氨基酸先混合充分后,再加入解淀粉芽孢杆菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、胶冻样芽孢杆菌、侧孢芽孢杆菌、胶质芽孢杆菌、泾阳链霉菌、圆褐固氮菌、放线菌、光合菌群、乳酸菌群、酵母菌群、凝结芽孢杆菌、米曲霉、黑曲霉、绿色木霉,并按原料成分粗调物料水分含量、碳氮比,混合后进入下一发酵工序,
S2、将步骤S1中混合好后的料送入发酵池进行有氧发酵,发酵8-9天,每天晚上将混合料翻转,使其均匀发酵,控制发酵温度在45℃,
S3、对发酵好的成品调节PH标准值为5.5-8.5,然后经陈化进入下一工序。
