It should be noted that, in order to ensure stable operation of the sleeve unit 101, a bearing may be installed at the support connection port 104a to support the sleeve unit 101 for rotation.
Further, the top connection cover 104b includes a top hook 104b-1 disposed thereon; the first fixing frame 104c comprises a first hinge pillar 104c-1 arranged on one side of the top thereof, and a first thrust tongue 104c-2 connected with the first hinge pillar 104 c-1; the second fixing frame 104d comprises a first rope fixing end 104d-1 arranged on the side surface thereof; the bottom connecting cover 104f comprises a second rope fixing end 104f-1 arranged at one end of the bottom connecting cover and a guide through hole 104f-2 arranged at the other end of the bottom connecting cover; the third fixing frame 104e includes a second hinge post 104e-1 disposed at one side of a bottom thereof, a second thrust tongue 104e-2 connected to the second hinge post 104e-1, an extension plate 104e-3 disposed below the second thrust tongue 104e-2, and a second restoring spring 104c-4 having both ends connected to the bottom of the second thrust tongue 104e-2 and the top of the extension plate 104e-3, respectively. The first thrust tongue 104c-2 cooperates with the first ratchet 101b-3 and the second thrust tongue 104e-2 cooperates with the second ratchet 101 c-4.
Preferably, the sleeve unit 101 can be supported by the supporting and fixing frame 104, so that the sleeve unit 101 is ensured to be adjusted to be paid off and taken up, and the tower and the stay bar are connected when in use, the rope 102 is controlled to reach a proper stay wire angle, and tools can be conveniently transferred up and down by workers. When the operator adjusts the paying-off length, the supporting and fixing frame 104 limits the rotation direction of the first rotating sleeve 101b-2 to prevent the wire from returning; after the pole tower and the stay bar are connected, a worker adjusts the sleeve unit 101 and adjusts the tightening degree of the rope 102 through the take-up of the second rotating sleeve 101c-1, so that the upright fastening state of the pole and the proper transmission angle of the rope 102 are maintained, the support fixing frame 104 locks and keeps the adjusted state, and the wire is prevented from being disconnected. The frame body supporting the fixing frame 104 is fixedly connected with two ends of the rope 102 to fix the rope 102, and plays a role in guiding and arranging the rope when the rope 102 is wound and unwound. The cable 102 is wound around the side of the outer sleeve 101a-4 and is disposed in the middle of the supporting and fixing frame 104, and the cable 102 is prevented from being detached from the side of the outer sleeve 101a-4 by the frame bodies on both sides.
Further, two ends of the rope 102 are fixedly connected to the first rope fixing terminal 104d-1 and the second rope fixing terminal 104b-1, respectively.
When the cable hanging device is used, a worker judges the length of the required cable 102 according to the field condition, quickly rotates the first rotating sleeve 101b-2 to roughly pay out the cable to a certain length, and connects the cable hanging device 200 arranged on a tower with a stay bar; then, the outer sleeve 101a-4 is grasped, the handle 101a-1 is rotated, the inner sleeve 101a-3 is moved, the limiting blocks 101a-31 on the inner sleeve 101a-3 are separated from the limiting grooves M on the first rotating sleeve 101b-2, the inner sleeve 101a-3 is separated from the matched state with the first rotating sleeve 101b-2 and is contacted and matched with the second rotating sleeve 101c-1, when the two are completely contacted, the device main body 100 is positioned between the stay bar and the tower, and only the second rotating sleeve 101c-1 needs to be slowly rotated, so that the rope 102 is slowly wound on the outer sleeve 101a-4 through the guide through hole 104f-2, the upper and lower transmission lines are gradually tightened, and finally, the optimal state is adjusted. Because two sets of thrust tongue pieces on the supporting and fixing frame 104 are respectively matched with the first ratchet wheel and the second ratchet wheel to lock, the hand can be loosened without an additional stabilizing device after the wire is wound up and paid off. When the storage box is stored, the thrust tongue piece is only required to be stirred to quickly take up the cable, and the handle is rotated to restore the initial state, so that the cable is convenient to use for many times.
In conclusion, the device occupies small space, is convenient for workers to carry, can be used for quickly pulling wires in emergency, can be adjusted in the construction process to ensure the stability after the wires are pulled, improves the working efficiency and ensures the safety of the wires; can accomodate fast after the construction, be convenient for repetitious usage.
