Detailed Description
The following describes a mode for carrying out the present invention with reference to the drawings. In the present specification and the drawings, components having substantially the same function and configuration are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description thereof is omitted.
< embodiment 1>
[ integral Structure of Elevator ]
Fig. 1 is an overall configuration diagram of an elevator 1. The elevator 1 is an example of an elevator system that is installed in a building not shown and is capable of group management control of a plurality of elevators 50.
The elevator 1 installed in a building includes, for example, an elevator control device 2 installed in an elevator machine room not shown, and three elevators 50 installed in a hoistway not shown and whose operation is managed by the elevator control device 2. For the number ladder 50, its operation is controlled for each number ladder. In the present embodiment, no. ladder numerals "a", "B", and "C" for identifying three No. ladders 50 are assigned to the respective No. ladders. In the present embodiment, the number of the number ladders 50 is three, but the number of the number ladders 50 may be plural.
The elevator 1 also has a call registration device 10 installed at a registration floor of the service floor of the elevator 50. The user can register (or input) the result of selection of the elevator 50 as to how many or more remaining permitted persons the user wants to board and the destination floor as a call by the call registration device 10. In addition, a landing door 20, a destination winker 21, and a landing camera 22 are provided for each landing at each floor where the car 50 arrives. The call registration device 10 may be provided with a registration device camera 11 (an example of a user detection unit) that captures an image of a user registering a call and can detect the user.
The call registration device 10 has a remaining permitted number-of-persons selection section 12 for inputting selection information of a remaining permitted number-of-persons button 12a (see fig. 2 described later) by a user, and a destination floor registration section 13 for inputting a destination floor. When only the destination floor is input, or when selection information of the remaining permitted number of persons button 12a is input (the remaining permitted number of persons is selected) and the destination floor is input, the call registration device 10 registers the call of the registration elevator 50 in the group management control device 3. The call registration device 10 is provided with a boarding elevator display unit 14 for displaying the number of a boarding elevator.
In the elevator 50 of the a-th elevator, a destination floor display device 51 for displaying a destination floor, an elevator position display device 52 for displaying the current position of the elevator 50, the destination direction of the elevator 50, and the like, and an intra-elevator camera 53 capable of imaging the inside of the elevator 50 are provided. A load sensor 54 for detecting the load of the user riding in the number ladder 50 is provided at the lower part of the floor surface of the number ladder 50. In the car 50 of the B-car and the car 50 of the C-car, a destination floor display device 51, a car position display device 52, and a load sensor 54 are also provided, similarly to the a-car. In addition, the intra-tower camera 53 may not be provided in the tower 50.
The elevator control device 2 includes a group management control device 3 and a number of elevator control devices 40 equal to the number of three elevators 50. The group management control device 3 performs group management control of the number elevator 50 traveling in the hoistway. Therefore, the group management control device 3 selects one elevator 50 that can be assigned to the call generated by the call registration device 10. Then, the group management control device 3 controls the elevation of the number ladder 50, the display of the number ladder position display device 52, the display of the target direction lamp 21, and the like by the number ladder control device 40.
The car control device 40 controls the scheduling of the car 50 assigned to each car as a boarding car according to the instruction of the group management control device 3, and transmits car information to the car information collection unit 32. The elevator information includes load information indicating the load of the user output from the load sensor 54. When the landing camera 22 is installed in the landing, the landing camera 22 may capture an image of the front side of the landing door 20 and include the elevator information.
The group management control device 3 includes a call information collection unit 31, a car information collection unit 32, a car assignment unit 33, a call assignment unit 34, and a number-of-persons storage unit 35.
If a user registers a call through the call registration device 10, the call information collection part 31 collects call information from the call registration device 10. The call information includes selection information of the remaining permitted number of persons button 12a (see fig. 2 described later) input to the call registration device 10, registration floor information, and destination floor information. The registration floor information is information indicating a registration floor of a call in which the call registration device 10 is installed, and it is determined from the registration floor information that the registration floor is a hall floor, for example. The destination floor information is information indicating a destination floor registered by the user through the call registration device 10.
The call information collection section 31 collects call information at the time of call occurrence. The call information collection unit 31 then outputs the selection information of the remaining permitted number of people button, the registered floor information, and the destination floor information, which are included in the call information, to the call assignment unit 34. Further, if the installation floor of the call registration device 10 is fixed and the group management control device 3 can determine the registration floor, the registration floor information may not be output from the call registration device 10 to the group management control device 3.
The number ladder information collection unit 32 collects the number ladder information transmitted from the number ladder control device 40. The hall information includes information on the operation status of the hall ladder 50, such as the position and the target direction of the hall ladder 50 transmitted from the hall ladder control device 40, and the number of users riding on the hall ladder 50.
The elevator assignment unit 33 calculates the remaining allowable number of persons for each elevator based on the assigned number of persons of the elevator 50 read from the number-of-persons storage unit 35, and assigns the boarding candidate elevator to the remaining allowable number of persons button 12a for 2 to 5 persons based on the remaining allowable number of persons for each elevator. Since the value of the remaining permitted number of persons may be different in each number ladder, the remaining permitted number of persons button assigned to each number ladder may be different. Then, the processing of the hall assigning section 33 is terminated before the user registers a call to the call registration device 10. In addition, the boarding candidate number ladder assigned to the remaining allowable number of people button 12a by the number ladder assigning section 33 is stored in the number of people storage section 35.
The call assigning section 34 assigns the call registered by the call registration device 10 to the elevator 50 of the best elevator on the basis of the call information collected from the call registration device 10 by the call information collecting section 31 and the elevator information collected from the elevator control device 40 by the elevator information collecting section 32. The calls assigned by the call assignment section 34 are sent to the hall control devices 40 of the corresponding hall. Then, the car number control device 40 drives the car number 50 to the destination floor.
As shown in fig. 4 described later, the people number storage 35 stores, for each elevator, the number of people assigned to the elevator 50 before the call is registered by the call registration device 10, the remaining permitted number of people, and the remaining permitted number of people button 12a assigned to the boarding candidate elevator. Here, as shown in fig. 4 described later, the data table of the remaining allowable number of persons and the boarding candidate elevator stored in the person number storage unit 35 may be configured such that the remaining allowable number of persons is stored for each elevator and the boarding candidate elevator is stored for each remaining allowable number of persons button 12a. Although the data table stored in the stored-number-of-people storage unit 35 is simplified in fig. 4 described later, it is stored for each boarding floor, and is configured, for example, for each boarding floor divided in the vertical direction or for each boarding floor divided for a destination floor. When the user inputs a destination floor, the call registration device 10 generates a new call, determines an assignment number, and then the call assignment section 34 updates various information stored in the number-of-persons storage section 35.
Then, the call assigning section 34 selects a boarding elevator of the user who registered the call in the call registration device 10 from the boarding candidate elevators based on the target direction of each elevator, the traveling position and the stop position of the elevator 50, the remaining allowable number of passengers with respect to the rated number of passengers for the elevator 50, and the like, and assigns the call to the boarding elevator. The hall controller 40 controls the operation of the hall 50 so that the hall 50 of the boarding hall to which the call is assigned travels to the registered floor.
< example of Screen configuration of Call registration device >
Fig. 2 is a diagram showing a configuration example of a display screen of the call registration device 10. In fig. 2, the registration device camera 11 is not described. The upper side of fig. 2 is a diagram for explaining the assignment state of each hall call 50, and is not displayed on the display screen of the call registration device 10.
The call registration device 10 includes a remaining permitted number-of-persons selecting section 12 and a destination floor registration section 13 in addition to the registration device camera 11 shown in fig. 1. The upper side of fig. 2 shows the assignment of users to the a to C ladders 50. The rated number of passengers for the elevator 50 of the elevators A to C is 5. In fig. 2, the users assigned to the boarding ladder are shown in black. According to 2,A, 2 users are allocated to ladder B, 3 users are allocated to ladder B, and 4 users are allocated to ladder C. Therefore, the remaining allowable number of people for the a-th ladder is 3, the remaining allowable number of people for the B-th ladder is 2, and the remaining allowable number of people for the C-th ladder is 1. Here, the allowable number of persons is set as the rated number of passengers for the elevator, but the allowable number of persons may be set as the number of persons obtained by multiplying the rated number of passengers by the first setting value, for example, about 80% of the rated number of passengers. In addition, even when the number of users exceeding the allowable number takes the elevator, if the weight in the elevator is within the specified value, the users can take the elevator to run.
Here, for comparison, a case of the technique disclosed in patent document 1 is explained: the user presses a group key to instruct to start registration with a group, and then registers the number of persons included in the group (referred to as "group number"), and then registers the target floor. The number of persons in the group is registered by pressing one or two number keys after pressing the group size definition key, and therefore, the user takes time and effort before completing the registration of the number of persons in the group. In addition, in the case of using the technique disclosed in patent document 1, even if the number of persons is 1 digit, the number of persons who are registered as 1 digit after it is determined that the 2 nd digit key is not pressed is required, and it takes time until the number of persons in a group is registered.
On the other hand, in the call registration device 10 according to the present embodiment, as shown in the middle of fig. 2, the remaining permitted person count selection section 12 and the destination floor registration section 13 are displayed on a touch panel display provided in the call registration device 10 as the remaining permitted person count button 12a and the destination floor registration button 13a.
Therefore, the user can input the selection information of the remaining permitted number of persons button and the destination floor by selecting the remaining permitted number of persons button 12a and the destination floor registration button 13a to which the boarding candidate elevator is assigned, and the time until the selection of the remaining permitted number of persons of the elevator desired to board and the input of the destination floor are completed can be shortened. The destination floor registration button 13a may be a method of displaying a keyboard and inputting a destination floor by a combination of inputs from the keyboard. Here, the selection information of the remaining permitted number of persons button and the destination floor when the input is performed in the order of the remaining permitted number of persons button 12a and the destination floor registration button 13a are input to the call registration device 10 according to the present embodiment.
The remaining allowable person number selection unit 12 inputs selection information of a remaining allowable person number button 12a which is provided for each person number. The selection information includes information indicating which of the remaining allowable number of persons buttons 12a has been selected. Since the number ladder 50 having the remaining allowable number of persons equal to or more than the number of persons indicated by the remaining allowable number of persons is assigned to the remaining allowable number button 12a as the boarding candidate number ladder, the user designates (decides) one of the boarding candidate number ladders as the boarding candidate number ladder only by selecting the remaining allowable number button 12a (including a case where a third person (a leader or a guard of the previous station) is selected for the user). The remaining permitted person number selection unit 12 displays the remaining permitted person number button 12a on the call registration device 10 for each person number. With this configuration, for example, a user in a group of a plurality of persons selects a number ladder in which the number of persons remaining the allowable number of persons is equal to or more than the number of persons remaining the allowable number of persons by the remaining allowable number button 12a.
In the present embodiment, the rated number of passengers is set to 5 for the number ladder 50. In this case, four remaining allowable person number buttons 12a of 2 persons, 3 persons, 4 persons, and 5 persons are displayed on the call registration device 10. In the following description, the remaining allowable number-of-persons button 12a indicated by the icon for 2 persons in the figure is also referred to as "2-person button". Similarly, the remaining allowable number of persons button 12a indicated by the icons of 3 persons, 4 persons, and 5 persons are referred to as "3 person button", "4 person button", and "5 person button", respectively. For example, in the state shown in the upper part of fig. 2, the No. ladder allocation section 33 allocates A, B No. ladders to the 2-person button, and allocates only the a No. ladders to the 3-person button. However, no ladder number is assigned to the 4-person button and the 5-person button.
Here, for comparison, a case of a group management apparatus using the technology disclosed in patent document 1 is described: when a larger number of groups cannot all ride on one number ladder, the groups are divided and distributed to a plurality of number ladders. Further, even in the case where there is a stairway toward the target floor in the past, if there is no boarding space corresponding to the number of persons in the group, the stairway is not assigned. On the other hand, the following is also considered: in the case of a group, since the group is an acquaintance, the personal space can be reduced, and even a smaller boarding space than usual can be used for boarding, and the user can finish boarding with one number ladder or can board a number ladder which starts earlier, and in such a case, the usability may be reduced.
On the other hand, the user who registers a call using the call registration device 10 according to the present embodiment can select a car with how much margin (presence of riding space) the number of people who want to ride the car is left by the remaining permitted number button 12a. Therefore, even in the group of 3 persons, for example, when a number ladder having a boarding space corresponding to 2 persons can be boarded, the number ladder having a boarding space corresponding to 2 persons can be selected by selecting the 2-person button. Therefore, the user can select more freely, and the usability can be improved. In addition, when the user wants to board the elevator 50 alone or board the remaining allowable number of persons as one, the remaining allowable number of persons button 12a may not be selected.
The target floor registration unit 13 registers the target floor by a target floor registration button 13a provided in correspondence with the target floor. For example, a user who desires to have any floor from floor 1 (lobby floor) to floor 9 (uppermost floor) as a target floor registers the target floor through the target floor registration unit 13. The selection information also includes information indicating which destination floor registration button 13a has been selected. The destination floor registration unit 13 displays destination floor registration buttons 13a corresponding to the respective floors of the building in which the elevator is installed on the call registration device 10.
Here, the user who wishes to ride the elevator 50 having the remaining allowable number of people or more selects any of the remaining allowable number of people buttons 12a displayed on the remaining allowable number of people selecting section 12, and then selects any of the destination floor registration buttons 13a of the destination floor registration section 13. The user who wants to board the elevator 50 with one remaining permitted number of persons only needs to select the destination floor registration button 13a without selecting the remaining permitted number of persons selection unit 12.
As shown in the lower side of fig. 2, in the call registration device 10, the boarding ladder display section 14 displays the boarding ladder in place of the remaining permitted number-of-persons selection section 12 and the target floor registration section 13. At this time, the boarding elevator display unit 14 outputs and displays the elevator number of the boarding elevator to which a call is assigned by the call assignment unit 34 in the boarding elevator display area 14 a.
< example of internal configuration of group management control device and Call registration device >
Fig. 3 is a functional block diagram showing an example of the internal configuration of the group management control device 3 and the call registration device 10.
The hall assigning unit 33 included in the group management control device 3 includes a person count calculating unit 33a and a boarding candidate hall assigning unit 33b.
The number-of-persons calculating unit 33a calculates, for each of the stairways, a remaining allowable number of persons, which is a value obtained by subtracting an allocated number of persons, which is a number of persons allocated to the stairway, from a rated number of persons who carry passengers or an allowable number of persons set based on the rated number of persons who carry passengers. The remaining allowable number of persons calculated by the person number calculating unit 33a is output to the boarding candidate elevator assigning unit 33b for each elevator. The head count calculation unit 33a writes, for each elevator, the remaining allowable head count calculated based on the allowable head count for the elevator and the allocated head count read from the head count storage unit 35 into the head count storage unit 35.
Before registering a call in the call registration device 10, the boarding candidate elevator assigning section 33b assigns an elevator in which the number of remaining permitted persons is equal to or greater than the number of persons indicated by the remaining permitted persons button 12a to the remaining permitted persons button 12a provided in the call registration device 10 and indicating the number of remaining permitted persons as a boarding candidate elevator. The boarding candidate number ladder assigning unit 33b writes the remaining permitted number of persons button 12a to which the boarding candidate number ladder is assigned, in the number of persons storage unit 35.
The hall assignment unit 34 included in the group management control device 3 includes a boarding hall assignment unit 34a and a boarding hall output instruction unit 34b.
The hall call assignment section 34a receives (collects) an input of call information including a registration floor on which the call registration device 10 is installed, the remaining permitted number of people button 12a selected by the user, and a destination floor input to the call registration device 10, through the call information collection section 31. The call information includes information on the remaining permitted number of persons button 12a and the destination floor registration button 13a selected by the user. Then, the hall call assigning part 34a specifies the remaining permitted number of persons button 12a selected by the user based on the call information collected from the call registration device 10 in which the call is registered. When the remaining permitted number of people button 12a is selected, the boarding pass floor assignment unit 34a determines one of the boarding pass candidate floors assigned to the selected remaining permitted number of people button 12a as a boarding pass floor, assigns a call to the boarding pass floor, and issues a call to the boarding pass floor to a landing floor (also referred to as a "registered floor") on the boarding pass control device 40 that controls the dispatch of the boarding pass floor. Then, the boarding ladder assignment section 34a updates the assigned number of persons for the boarding ladder by the second setting value associated with the remaining permitted number of persons button 12a selected by the user. At this time, the boarding number elevator assigning section 34a specifies the remaining permitted number of persons button 12a selected on the floor on which the call is registered, based on the call information, reads the assigned number of persons of the boarding number elevator to which the call is assigned from the boarding candidate number elevator assigned to the specified remaining permitted number of persons button 12a from the person number storing section 35, and adds the second setting value to the read assigned number of persons, thereby updating the assigned number of persons stored in the person number storing section 35. Here, the second setting value is any one of the number of persons associated with the remaining allowable number of persons button 12a in advance and the number of persons calculated by the boarding pass ladder assignment section 34 a.
As described above, the boarding pass ladder assignment unit 34a updates the assigned number of people by adding the second setting value associated with the remaining allowable number of people button 12a selected by the user. The second setting value may be a fixed value or may be changed according to the traffic flow pattern and the time zone. The fixed value may be the value of the remaining allowable head count indicated by the associated remaining allowable head count button 12a, or may be a value predetermined such that the fixed value of the remaining allowable head count button 12a indicating that the number of persons is 2 or 3 is 3, and the fixed value of the remaining allowable head count button 12a indicating that the number of persons is 4 or 5 is 5, for example. When the landing camera 22 is installed, the boarding pass elevator assignment section 34a may update the assigned number of people with a value calculated based on the number of people of the user obtained during a period from when the user who selects the remaining permitted number of people button 12a to when the user moves to the landing door 20 in the landing of the boarding pass elevator assigned to the user, as the second setting value. In this case, the boarding pass number elevator allocation section 34a analyzes an image of a user captured by the landing camera 22 provided in the periphery of the landing door 20, and obtains information on the number of users.
When the destination floor registration button 13a is selected and the remaining permitted number of people button 12a is not selected and the destination floor is input, the boarding ladder allocation unit 34a determines a boarding ladder from among the ladders in which the remaining permitted number of people is 1 or more and allocates the boarding ladder to the user, and updates the allocated number of people for the boarding ladder by the third setting value. The third setting value may be the number of persons calculated based on the number-of-users information analyzed by the boarding pass floor assignment unit 34a, or may be the number of persons calculated based on the number-of-users information analyzed by the boarding pass floor assignment unit 34a only when a specific button is input. In addition, the landing camera 22 is only one embodiment, and various sensors such as a millimeter wave sensor may be used. In this case, for example, the boarding pass number assignment section 34a obtains the information on the number of users by analyzing information obtained from sensors provided at a landing (for example, the periphery of the landing door 20).
The boarding elevator assigning part 34a instructs the car control device 40 to dispatch the boarding elevator to the registration floor of the call specified by the call. The hall control device 40 instructed by the boarding hall assignment section 34a causes the hall 50 to travel to the registered floor of the call, and if the user boards the hall 50, causes the hall 50 to travel to the registered destination floor.
Various methods are considered for the process of the boarding ladder allocation unit 34a for selecting a boarding ladder from the boarding candidate ladders. For example, if the destination floor registered by another user is the same as the destination floor registered by the user of this time before the user registers a call, the boarding number ladder assignment section 34a preferentially selects the same boarding number ladder assigned to another user. However, if the destination floor registered by another user is different from the destination floor registered by the current user, the boarding elevator assigning unit 34a selects a boarding elevator in consideration of the waiting time until the elevator 50 is dispatched to the current registered floor, the stop time of the elevator 50 stopped at another registered floor or the destination floor, and the like. The boarding ladder assigning unit 34a may select a boarding ladder in consideration of the number of stops, round time, boarding time, service completion time, and the like, according to the traffic flow pattern or time zone.
In addition, the boarding ladder assigning unit 34a may correct the second setting value currently assigned to the boarding ladder or calculate the number of users currently boarding the boarding ladder 50 based on the boarding ladder information collected by the boarding ladder information collecting unit 32. For example, the user may select the wrong remaining allowable number of people button. In this case, the boarding pass number assignment section 34a may calculate the number of people of the group including the user who has registered the call based on the image captured by the landing camera 22, and may correct the second setting value associated with the information of the remaining allowable number of people button registered in the call registration device 10 by the calculated number of people. If this correction is made, the number of allocated persons in the person number storage section 35 is updated to a value matching the actual state, and the next user can be provided with elevator scheduling based on the number of allocated persons matching the actual state.
The boarding ladder allocation unit 34a can calculate the number of users who take the boarding ladder 50 by dividing the load of the users detected by the load sensor 54 by the standard weight or by analyzing the image captured by the intra-ladder camera 53 when the intra-ladder camera 53 is provided. Then, the boarding ladder assigning unit 34a compares the assigned number of people stored in the number-of-people storage unit 35 with the number of users actually boarding, and monitors whether too many or too few users are boarding in the ladder 50. In addition, the number ladder camera 53 is only one embodiment, and various sensors such as a millimeter wave sensor may be used.
The boarding ladder output instruction section 34b instructs the call registration device 10 to output a ladder number indicating the boarding ladder assigned to the call by the boarding ladder assignment section 34 a. Therefore, the boarding elevator to which a call is assigned by the boarding elevator assigning section 34a is displayed on the boarding elevator display section 14 of the call registration device 10. For example, the boarding ladder display unit 14 displays the number of the boarding ladder (for example, "a" if it is an a-number ladder). The user who has registered a call in the call registration device 10 can move to the front of the boarding elevator indicated by the elevator number and wait for the arrival of the elevator 50. The boarding elevator assigning unit 34a may display the elevator number of the boarding elevator assigned to the call on a mobile terminal or the like carried by the user, instead of the call registration device whose installation position is fixed.
When it is determined that there is no boarding candidate elevator assigned to the remaining allowable people number button 12a specified by the boarding elevator assigning section 34a based on the call information, the boarding elevator output instructing section 34b instructs the call registration device 10 to output an instruction that there is no boarding elevator assigned to the call or that a smaller number of people number buttons are selected again. In this case, the user waits in front of the call registration device 10 before the boarding candidate elevator is assigned to the remaining allowable number of people button 12a that the user wants to select, or selects the remaining allowable number of people button 12a in which the number of people is reduced to newly register the call.
< example of the structure of the people number storage section >
Fig. 4 is a diagram showing a configuration example of the head count storage unit 35. Fig. 4A shows a case where the contents of the head count storage unit 35 change, and fig. 4B shows a modification of the head count storage unit 35.
The people number storage unit 35 is a data table composed of fields of a number ladder, a rated number of passengers, an assigned number of people, a remaining allowable number of people, and an assigned remaining allowable number of people button.
"a", "B", and "C" are stored as three number ladder labels in the number ladder field.
The rated number of passengers for the number ladder 50 of each number ladder is stored in the rated passenger field. In the present embodiment, the rated number of passengers is 5 for any one number of ladders 50. In addition, the permitted number of persons may also be stored in the rated passenger field.
The assigned number field stores the number of assigned persons indicating the number of persons assigned to other users of the elevator 50 before the user registers a call in the call registration device 10. The other users include persons who have not taken the number elevator 50 but who have waited for the arrival of the number elevator 50 at another registered floor, in addition to persons who have already taken the number elevator 50. After the boarding elevator allocating unit 34a allocates the user to the boarding elevator, the allocated number of people is updated by the boarding elevator allocating unit 34 a.
The remaining allowable person count calculated by the person count calculation section 33a is stored in the remaining allowable person count field. Generally, the number obtained by adding the number of allocated persons to the remaining allowable number of persons is equal to the rated number of passenger persons or a value obtained by multiplying the rated number of passenger persons by the first setting value.
The number ladder number assigned to the boarding candidate number ladder of the remaining permission number button 12a by the boarding candidate number ladder assigning section 33b is stored in the assigned number ladder button field.
An example of the number-of-persons storage section 35 before the boarding ladder is assigned is shown on the upper side of fig. 4A. Before the boarding ladder is assigned, it is assumed that the assigned number of persons of the a-ladder is 2 and the remaining allowable number of persons is 3, and the assigned number of persons of the B-ladder is 3 and the remaining allowable number of persons is 2. In this case, for example, the user in the group of 2 selects the remaining allowable people number button 12a (2-person button) of the a-number ladder to which the remaining allowable people number is 3 and the B-number ladder to which the remaining allowable people number is 2 are assigned. Here, the boarding pass assigning unit 34a assigns the user's call to the a-pass. However, which of the a-numbered or B-numbered ladders is assigned to a call varies depending on the target direction of the number 50 for each ladder, the current location of the number 50, and the like. When the boarding elevator assigning section 34a assigns a boarding elevator to a call, the assigned number field in the number-of-persons storage section 35 is updated.
An example of the number-of-persons storage section 35 after the boarding ladder is assigned is shown in the lower side of fig. 4A. The updated fields are indicated by shading. After the boarding ladder is assigned, the assigned number of persons of the a-ladder is increased by 2 persons to become 4 persons, and the remaining allowable number of persons is decreased by 2 persons to become 1 person. Therefore, if the next user selects the remaining permitted number button indicating that the remaining permitted number is 3 or more when registering a call from the call registration device 10, the boarding candidate elevator is not assigned, and therefore, the boarding elevator is not assigned to the call. In addition, since the user who gets on the elevator 50 at the registration floor gets off the elevator at the destination floor, the number of allocated persons stored in the person number storage unit 35 also changes with the passage of time. Therefore, after a predetermined time has elapsed, the call registration device 10 may display a message urging the registration of the call again to the user who wishes to get on to the elevator with the desired remaining number of permitted persons or more.
For convenience of explanation, the head count storage section 35 shown in fig. 4A is configured to store the remaining allowable head count buttons 12a (2 indicating the 2-person button and 3 indicating the 3-person button) assigned to each of the stairways. However, the people number storage unit 35 may be configured to store the number ladder number assigned to the boarding candidate number ladder for each remaining allowable people number button 12a.
Here, a modification of the count storage unit 35 will be described with reference to fig. 4B.
The people number storage unit 35A according to the modified example is provided with a remaining permitted people number storage table 35A for each elevator and a boarding candidate elevator storage table 35b for each remaining permitted people number button.
The remaining permitted-population storage table 35a is a table composed of the number ladder and the respective fields of the remaining permitted population.
"a", "B", and "C" are stored as three number ladder labels in the number ladder field.
The remaining allowable number of persons per one elevator calculated by the number-of-persons calculating section 33a is stored in the remaining allowable number-of-persons field.
The remaining allowable person count storage table 35a shows that the remaining allowable person count for the a-th ladder is 3, the remaining allowable person count for the B-th ladder is 2, and the remaining allowable person count for the C-th ladder is 1.
The boarding candidate number ladder storage table 35b is a table composed of the remaining permitted number button and each field of the boarding candidate number ladder.
In the remaining allowable person count button field, the remaining allowable person count (here, 2 to 4 persons) associated with the remaining allowable person count button 12a is stored.
In the boarding candidate number ladder field, a flag (for example, "good") indicating the boarding candidate number ladder allocated to each of the remaining permitted persons number buttons 12a is stored. The flag is not stored in the remaining permitted number button 12a to which the boarding candidate number ladder is not assigned.
Even with such a configuration of the passenger number storage unit 35A, the elevator information collection unit 32, the passenger number calculation unit 33a, the boarding candidate elevator assignment unit 33b, and the boarding candidate elevator assignment unit 34a can read or update the information on the remaining allowable passenger number and the boarding candidate elevator by combining the remaining allowable passenger number storage table 35A and the boarding candidate elevator storage table 35b.
< example of hardware configuration of computer >
Next, an example of the hardware configuration of the computer 60 constituting the group management control device 3 will be described.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram showing an example of the hardware configuration of the computer 60. The computer 60 is an example of hardware that functions as a computer operable as the group management control apparatus 3.
The computer 60 includes a CPU (Central Processing Unit) 61, a ROM (Read Only Memory) 62, and a RAM (Random Access Memory) 63, which are connected to a bus 64, respectively. In addition, the computer 60 includes a non-volatile memory 65 and a network interface 66.
The CPU 61 reads program codes of software for realizing the respective functions according to the present embodiment from the ROM 62, loads the program codes into the RAM 63, and executes the program codes. Variables, parameters, and the like generated during the arithmetic processing of the CPU 61 are temporarily written in the RAM 63, and these variables, parameters, and the like are appropriately read by the CPU 61. However, MPU (Micro Processing Unit) or the like may be used instead of the CPU 61. The functions of the call information collection section 31, the hall information collection section 32, the hall assignment section 33, and the call assignment section 34 shown in fig. 1 are realized by the CPU 61.
Examples of the nonvolatile memory 65 include an HDD (Hard Disk Drive), an SSD (Solid State Drive), a flexible Disk, an optical magnetic Disk, a CD-ROM, a CD-R, a magnetic tape, and a nonvolatile memory card. In addition to an OS (Operating System) and various parameters, a program for causing the computer 60 to function is recorded in the nonvolatile memory 65. The ROM 62 and the nonvolatile memory 65 store programs, data, and the like necessary for the operation of the CPU 61, and are used as an example of a computer-readable non-transitory storage medium storing programs to be executed by the computer 60. The number-of-persons storage unit 35 shown in fig. 1 is configured as a nonvolatile storage 65.
The Network Interface 66 can transmit and receive various data between devices via a LAN (Local Area Network) connected to an NIC terminal, a dedicated line, or the like, using, for example, an NIC (Network Interface Card) or the like. For example, the call information collection section 31 and the elevator information collection section 32 collect the respective pieces of information via the network interface 66.
< example of processing in group management control device >
Next, an example of processing (scheduling control method) executed by the group management control apparatus 3 will be described with reference to fig. 6 and 7.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart showing an example of the process of assigning the boarding candidate number ladder to the remaining allowable number of persons button 12a. This processing is mainly performed by each unit of the boarding distribution unit 33.
First, the people count calculation unit 33a refers to the people count storage unit 35, and calculates the remaining allowable number of people based on the rated number of passengers and the number of people allocated for each elevator (S1). For example, as shown in the upper stage of fig. 4A, the number-of-persons calculation unit 33a calculates the number of remaining allowable persons for the a-th ladder to be 3 persons, the number of remaining allowable persons for the B-th ladder to be 2 persons, and the number of remaining allowable persons for the C-th ladder to be 1 person. The number-of-persons storage unit 35 is always updated to the latest usage state by using the vertical information and the like output from the hall information collection unit 32, or is updated to the latest usage state when the ascending/descending information is updated.
Next, the boarding candidate number ladder assigning unit 33b assigns the boarding candidate number ladder to each of the remaining allowable person count buttons 12a based on the remaining allowable person count calculated in step S1 (S2). For example, the boarding candidate number ladder assignment section 33b assigns the ladder No. A, B to the 2-person button and the ladder No. a to the 3-person button in the remaining allowable persons count button 12a. There is no assigned number ladder for the 4-person button and the 5-person button. Then, the boarding candidate number ladder assigning unit 33b writes the boarding candidate number ladder assigned to the remaining allowable person count button 12a into the person count storage unit 35.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart showing an example of a process of assigning a hall ladder to a call. This processing is mainly performed by each section of the call assignment section 34.
First, for example, a user who wants to board the elevator 50 by a group selects the remaining permitted number button 12a so as to select an elevator having a boarding space in which the number of people in the group is considered to be able to board (S11). In embodiment 1, all the remaining allowable people number buttons 12a are displayed on the call registration device 10, but the remaining allowable people number button 12a to which the boarding candidate is assigned is either a 2-person button or a 3-person button. In addition, if the user wants to board a stairway with one remaining permitted number of people, the processing of step S11 is skipped without selecting the remaining permitted number of people button.
Next, the user selects the destination floor registration button 13a that matches the desired destination floor (S12). Then, the call information corresponding to each selected button is collected by the call information collecting part 31.
The boarding elevator assignment unit 34a determines whether there is a boarding candidate elevator assigned to the remaining allowable people number button 12a selected by the user (S13). At this time, the boarding pass assigning section 34a specifies the remaining permitted number of persons button 12a selected based on the call information collected by the call information collecting section 31. Then, the boarding ladder assigning unit 34a reads the boarding candidate ladder assigned to the determined remaining allowable people number button 12a from the people number storage unit 35.
When there are boarding candidate number ladders ("yes" at S13), the boarding number ladder allocation unit 34a selects a boarding number ladder from among the boarding candidate number ladders read from the people number storage unit 35 (S14).
Then, the boarding ladder output instruction unit 34b instructs the boarding ladder display unit 14 to display the selected boarding ladder. Therefore, the boarding elevator number of the boarding elevator is displayed on the boarding elevator display unit 14 of the call registration device 10 (S15).
Further, the boarding ladder assigning unit 34a adds the second setting value corresponding to the remaining allowable number of persons button 12a selected by the user to the assigned number of persons of the boarding ladder stored in the number-of-persons storage unit 35 (S16). At this time, the boarding pass ladder assignment unit 34a reduces the remaining allowable number of persons for the boarding pass ladders stored in the person number storage unit 35, and ends the present process.
In step S16, the value added to the number of people already assigned is set to the second setting value corresponding to the remaining allowable number of people button 12a selected by the user for the following reason. In a normal case, the number of persons close to the remaining allowable number of persons indicated by the remaining allowable number of persons button 12a selected by the user may be added to the number of persons already allocated as it is, based on the remaining allowable number of persons button. However, in a time zone in which there is almost no user in the early morning or late night, etc., it is likely that the 5-person button is selected by mistake. Assuming that one user selects the 5-person button multiple times, multiple elevators will be dispatched for one user, increasing the waiting time for the other users. On the other hand, if the value added to the number of already distributed persons is set to the second setting value, even if any of the remaining allowable person number buttons 12a is selected in accordance with the time zone, control can be performed to add a smaller number of persons, about 1 or 2, to the number of already distributed persons. In this way, for example, the ride elevator assigning unit 34a can accurately schedule the elevator car 50 by adding the second setting value of the number of persons corresponding to the time zone registered in the call registration device 10 to the number of already assigned persons.
Further, when a specific user intentionally selects a button for a large number of people in the overtime band, the lunch time band, the off-hours band, or the like, the waiting time of other users increases rapidly, and therefore, in the congested time band, the upper limit of the second set value can be set, and a value equal to or smaller than a fixed value can be added to the number of people already assigned.
On the other hand, when there is no boarding candidate elevator in step S13 (no in S13), the boarding elevator assigning unit 34a does not assign a boarding elevator to a call. For example, even if the user selects the 4-person button, the candidate number ladder is not taken. Therefore, the boarding ladder output instruction unit 34b causes the boarding ladder display unit 14 to display a message indicating that the boarding ladder is not assigned (S17), and ends the process. At this time, the boarding ladder display unit 14 may display a message urging the user to re-register with a small remaining allowable number of people. Then, the present process is ended.
In the elevator 1 according to embodiment 1 described above, all the remaining permitted persons number buttons 12a installed in a manner differentiated by the number of persons in accordance with the number of remaining permitted persons are displayed on the call registration device 10. The group management control device 3 assigns in advance a boarding candidate number ladder to the remaining allowable people number button 12a, the remaining allowable people number of which is larger than the remaining allowable people number indicated by the remaining allowable people number button 12a. Therefore, when the user selects the remaining permitted population button 12a and selects the destination floor registration button 13a, the boarding ladder allocation section 34a immediately allocates a boarding ladder from the boarding candidate ladders allocated to the remaining permitted population button 12a selected by the user. In this way, since the boarding candidate number ladder is assigned in advance to the remaining allowable number-of-persons button provided in a number-of-persons-differentiated manner, the user can select the number ladder of the boarding space in which boarding is allowable, and the group management control device 3 can assign the boarding number ladder having the boarding space selected by the user.
Here, for comparison, a case of using the group management control apparatus disclosed in patent document 1 will be described. In the technique disclosed in patent document 1, after the number of persons in a group and a target floor are registered, a number ladder on which the group can ride is searched for, and further, a process of searching for a ride number ladder that can be assigned to the registered floor is performed. Therefore, after the user logs in the destination floor, it may be determined that the number of persons of the group registered by the user pressing the group size definition key is not allocated. In this case, it is considered that an instruction to reduce the number of persons in the group and to re-register the same is displayed to the user, but patent document 1 does not show that the boarding ladder can be assigned only when the number of persons in the group is so large. Further, since the number of users who take a car changes every moment, in the group management control device using the technology disclosed in patent document 1, after the number of groups and the destination floor are registered, the number of cars that can take a car cannot be found while the number of cars that can take a car is being found, and it is easy to take time until the number of cars that can take a car is allocated to a call. In this way, since the group management control device using the technique disclosed in patent document 1 performs assignment based on the group size, it takes time to display the boarding elevator since the boarding elevator which can be taken is calculated after the group size is registered, and the use time of the destination floor registration device for each group increases, thereby decreasing the use efficiency and the operation efficiency. In addition, in the process of searching for a car number which can be taken by a group after the number of people in the group and the destination floor are registered, a time lag is likely to occur before the car number which can be taken is shown to the user. Therefore, in an environment where a large number of users wait for registration, such as during congestion, the users cannot be smoothly guided.
On the other hand, in the present embodiment, before the user registers a call to the call registration device 10, the boarding candidate elevator is assigned to the remaining permitted number button 12a. Therefore, the boarding ladder assignment unit 34a can assign the boarding ladder only by selecting the boarding candidate ladder assigned to the remaining allowable number-of-persons button 12a selected by the user. Therefore, when the call registration device 10 registers a call, the boarding elevator is immediately selected from the boarding candidate elevators, and the elevator 50 is dispatched to the registration floor. As a result, the waiting time until the boarding ladder is assigned to a call is reduced, and the convenience of the user is improved. In addition, since the time from the registration call to the display of the number plate of the boarding elevator by the registration elevator display unit 14 is also reduced, the user can be smoothly guided. In addition, although not shown in the present configuration, when there is one boarding candidate elevator or there is no boarding candidate elevator, it may be possible to indicate a boarding elevator or the absence of a boarding elevator on the call registration device 10 immediately after the call registration.
Further, a remaining allowable persons count button 12a is provided for each remaining allowable persons count. Therefore, for example, the user of the group boarding ladder 50 may select the remaining allowable number of people button 12a slightly smaller than the number of people in a hurry while confirming the remaining allowable number of people that can be picked up by the group, or may select the remaining allowable number of people button 12a slightly larger than the number of people in a hurry while moving in a spacious boarding space, and press the remaining allowable number of people button 12a selected according to the purpose. It is preferable that the remaining allowable number of passengers who are in a hurry select the remaining allowable number button 12a slightly smaller than the number of groups because the larger the desired remaining allowable number of passengers is, the fewer the number of candidates for boarding the candidate number ladder becomes, and therefore, the higher the possibility that the number ladder which arrives first cannot be assigned to the user becomes, and the higher the waiting time becomes.
Further, since the remaining allowable person count button 12a is provided for each remaining allowable person count, the user does not need to press the group size definition key for the exact number of persons to be used after pressing the conventional group key. In the case of such a conventional system in which the number of people is input using the buttons of the keypad for destination floor registration, the keypad is a conventional concept of a function for destination floor registration, and it is difficult to intuitively know the input method of the remaining allowable number of people when a passenger selects a stairway in which the number of remaining allowable people is more than or equal to how many people. However, as shown in the present embodiment, since the remaining permitted number of people button 12a exists in addition to the destination floor registration button 13a, the passenger can intuitively select a number ladder in which the remaining permitted number of people or more is desired to be carried. In addition, the operation time for selecting the number of people with one digit can be shortened.
The boarding ladder assignment section 34a assigns the call to one of the boarding candidate ladders whose remaining allowable number is equal to or more than the number of people desired by the user who registered the call, and sets the boarding candidate ladder to which the call is assigned as the boarding ladder. Therefore, a boarding pass elevator in which there is a boarding space corresponding to the remaining allowable number of persons determined by the remaining allowable number-of-persons button 12a selected by the user is assigned to the call. That is, since the user can select the remaining allowable number of people according to the situation of each user, such as a number ladder in which the waiting time is long but the riding space is margin, or a number ladder in which the waiting time is short but the riding space is not margin, the usability of the user is improved.
For example, when the number of persons in a group of a user who wants to use the group is larger than the number of persons shown by the remaining allowable number button 12a, the user can appropriately classify the number of persons in the group and register the number of persons in the group. For example, in a hurry, the user may move the mobile device by dividing the mobile device into a plurality of groups. Therefore, the user has a high degree of freedom in selecting the number of registered groups.
Further, the single user can log in the call only by selecting the target floor login button 13a without selecting the remaining permitted number of persons button 12a. Therefore, the individual user can log in the target floor without spending additional time and effort, and convenience of the individual user is improved.
In embodiment 1, since all the remaining permitted number buttons 12a are displayed, the remaining permitted number buttons 12a can be provided in the call registration device 10 as actual buttons (such as a keypad) different from the buttons virtually displayed on a touch panel or the like. Further, the target floor registration button 13a may also be provided as an actual button. Further, if the number of boarding ladders provided in the building is small, the boarding ladder display portion 14 may be provided as a lamp that lights up the boarding ladder number assigned as the boarding ladder.
Even if the number of permitted persons of the number ladder 50 is, for example, 20 persons and the remaining permitted number of persons of at most 20 persons can be selected with respect to the remaining permitted number button 12a, if the remaining permitted number of persons is selected to be almost the same as the rated number of passengers in the case of congestion, the number ladder 50 cannot be mounted by other users than the selected user at all times. Therefore, the remaining allowable number of people that can be selected by the remaining allowable number of people button 12a can be reduced if the user is crowded. This allows other users to ride the elevator 50. That is, the elevator side determines the remaining allowable number of people that can be selected while monitoring the overall usage situation for the next user, and the elevator side can adjust the balance between comfortable movement and smooth movement of the user according to the overall usage situation.
[ embodiment 2]
Next, an elevator according to embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described. In the elevator according to embodiment 1, all the remaining permitted number buttons 12a are displayed on the call registration device 10. In the elevator according to embodiment 2, the display content of the remaining allowable number of persons button 12a displayed on the call registration device 10 is configured to change.
< example of internal configuration of group management control device and Call registration device >
Fig. 8 is a functional block diagram showing an example of the internal configuration of the group management control device 3A and the call registration device 10.
The hall assigning unit 33A included in the group management control device 3A includes an input information output instructing unit 33c in addition to the number-of-persons calculating unit 33A and the boarding candidate hall assigning unit 33b according to embodiment 1.
The boarding candidate number ladder assigning unit 33b assigns a boarding candidate number ladder to each of the remaining allowable number buttons 12a.
The input information output instructing unit 33c instructs the remaining allowable person count selecting unit 12 to display only the remaining allowable person count button 12a to which the boarding candidate ladder is assigned. Therefore, the remaining allowable people number selection unit 12 is configured to display the remaining allowable people number button 12a to which only the boarding candidate elevator is assigned, in response to the instruction from the input information output instruction unit 33c. The input information output instruction unit 33c also gives an instruction to cause the destination floor registration unit 13 to display the destination registration floor registration button 13a. The remaining permitted number of persons button 12a and the destination floor registration button 13a are an example of registration information displayed on the touch panel display for the user to register as call information. The remaining permitted-person-count selecting section 12 that has received the instruction from the input information output instructing section 33c displays the remaining permitted-person-count button 12a, and the destination floor registering section 13 displays the destination floor registering button 13a. That is, the remaining permitted number of persons button 12a to which the boarding candidate number ladder is not assigned is not displayed. After the destination floor registration button 13a is pressed, the remaining permitted number of persons button 12a may be displayed, and only the remaining permitted number of persons button 12a to which the boarding candidate ladder is assigned according to the inputted destination floor may be displayed. In this case, the boarding candidate number ladder assignment unit 33b assigns a boarding candidate number ladder to the remaining allowable number of persons button 12a for each combination of the boarding floor and the target floor. In this configuration, since the remaining allowable number-of-persons button 12a that the user wants to press is not displayed, a cancel button that can cancel the input of the previously pressed destination floor may be provided.
< example of Screen configuration of Call registration device >
Fig. 9 is a diagram showing a configuration example of a display screen of the call registration device 10.
The upper side of fig. 9 shows the assignment of users to the ladders 50 of the a to C ladders described in fig. 2. The upper side of fig. 9 is a diagram for explaining the assignment state of each hall call 50, and is not displayed on the display screen of the call registration device 10.
On the middle side of fig. 9, a display example of the same call registration device 10 as that of fig. 2 is shown. However, in the present embodiment, the 4-person button and the 5-person button to which the boarding candidate number ladder is not assigned are grayed out or not displayed, and thus cannot be selected by the user. Therefore, the user can select the remaining allowable number-of-persons button 12a matching the number of groups and the purpose from the 2-person button and the 3-person button which are selectively displayed. For example, since the 4-person button and the 5-person button are not displayed, when all elevators in the group management group are used, and when a 3-person group is used, if a hurry occurs, and a 2-person button with less group users than 3 is selected, there are more boarding candidate ladders, and therefore there is a high possibility that an elevator can be picked up earlier.
In the lower side of fig. 9, a display example in which the hall numbers of the hall ladders assigned to the calls are displayed by the hall ladder display portion 14 is shown.
< example of processing by the group management control apparatus >
Next, an example of processing by the group management control apparatus 3A is described with reference to fig. 10 and 11.
Fig. 10 is a flowchart showing an example of processing for assigning a boarding candidate number ladder to the remaining allowable number button 12a and displaying the remaining allowable number button 12a.
Steps S21 and S22 in fig. 10 are the same as steps S1 and S2 shown in fig. 6, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted. However, between step S22 and step S23, the boarding candidate elevator assigning unit 33b writes the boarding candidate elevator assigned to the remaining allowable people number button 12a into the people number storage unit 35, and further notifies the input information output instructing unit 33c of the remaining allowable people number button 12a assigned to the boarding candidate elevator.
After step S22, the input information output instruction unit 33c outputs, to the call registration device 10, an instruction to cause the remaining permitted persons number selection unit 12 to display the remaining permitted elevator button 12a to which the boarding candidate elevator is assigned, in accordance with the notification of the boarding candidate assignment unit 33b. The remaining allowable person count selection unit 12 that has received the instruction displays only the remaining allowable person count button 12a to which the boarding candidate ladder is assigned (S23), and ends the present process. The destination floor registration unit 13 displays the destination floor registration button 13a regardless of the main processing.
Fig. 11 is a flowchart showing an example of a process of assigning a hall call to a registered call.
Steps S31 and S32 in fig. 11 are the same as steps S11 and S12 in fig. 7, and thus detailed description thereof is omitted.
After step S32, the boarding pass ladder assignment unit 34a selects a boarding pass ladder from the boarding candidate ladders assigned to the remaining allowable number of people button 12a selected by the user (S33). In the process according to embodiment 1, the user selects any of the remaining allowable population number buttons 12a from among all the remaining allowable population number buttons 12a, and therefore, the remaining allowable population number button 12a to which the boarding candidate ladder is not assigned may be selected. Therefore, as shown in step S13 of fig. 7, the boarding pass number ladder assignment unit 34a needs to determine whether or not there is a boarding candidate number ladder assigned to the remaining allowable number of people button 12a selected by the user. On the other hand, in embodiment 2, since only the remaining allowable number of people button 12a to which the boarding candidate number ladder is assigned is displayed, it is not necessary to determine whether or not there is a process of boarding the candidate number ladder.
After step S33, the boarding elevator output instructing unit 34b causes the boarding elevator display unit 14 of the call registration device 10 to display the boarding elevator number of the boarding elevator (S34). The boarding ladder allocation unit 34a adds the second set value, which is the number of persons corresponding to the remaining allowable person count button 12a selected by the user, to the allocated number of persons in the boarding ladder stored in the person count storage unit 35 (S35).
In the elevator 1 according to embodiment 2 described above, only the remaining permitted number-of-persons button 12a to which the boarding candidate elevator is assigned is displayed on the call registration device 10. That is, the number of the remaining permitted number buttons 12a displayed on the call registration device 10 changes depending on the remaining permitted number of persons for each elevator. Therefore, the user can easily determine how many persons the number of remaining allowable persons can receive the assignment of the elevator (dispatch service) by the displayed remaining allowable persons number button 12a. This eliminates the trouble of selecting the number of passengers button a plurality of times before displaying the elevator that can be taken, and improves the usability of the user.
Further, when users close to the rated number of passengers have been allocated in all the ladders, all the remaining permitted number-of-persons buttons 12a are not displayed and become unselectable. Even in this case, when the user of about 1 person can take any one elevator, the target floor registration button 13a is displayed, whereby the user can register the target floor on a person-by-person basis. However, the destination floor registration button 13a is not displayed or grayed out when the same number of users as the rated number of passengers has been assigned among all the elevators. In this case, a message urging a standby registration for a certain period of time is displayed on the call registration device 10. When a call can be assigned to the elevator after the standby, the remaining permitted number of persons button 12a and the destination floor registration button 13a are again displayed so as to be selectable. However, if the direction is not a terminal floor, if the assignment can be made according to the destination direction, the call registration device 10 may display the destination floor registration button 13a and display that only the direction that cannot be assigned cannot be registered.
[ embodiment 3]
Next, an elevator according to embodiment 3 of the present invention will be described. In the elevator 1 according to embodiment 2, only the remaining permitted number of people buttons 12a to which the boarding candidate elevator is assigned are displayed on the call registration device 10. In the elevator 1 according to embodiment 3, the remaining permitted population button 12a corresponding to the group size among the remaining permitted population buttons 12a to which the boarding candidate elevator is assigned is displayed on the call registration device 10.
< example of internal configuration of group management control device and Call registration device >
Fig. 12 is a functional block diagram showing an example of the internal configuration of the group management control device 3A and the call registration device 10A.
The elevator 1 according to embodiment 3 includes a call registration device 10A.
The call registration device 10A includes a group size detection unit 15 and a button output instruction unit 16 in addition to the registration device camera 11, the remaining permitted number-of-persons selection unit 12, the destination floor registration unit 13, and the boarding pass display unit 14.
The registration device camera 11 images the user who has registered a call in the call registration device 10. Then, if the registration device camera 11 detects the user, the group size detection unit 15 outputs the captured image as user detection information.
The group size detection unit 15 detects the group size of the group to which the user belongs based on the detection information of the user. The group size detection unit 15 analyzes the image captured by the registration device camera 11 to detect the group size. The group size is the number of persons who are allowed an error of about one person for the number of persons in the group. For example, when the number of the group persons is 3, the group size may be a value having a width of about 2 to 3 persons. The image captured by the registration device camera 11 may be transmitted to the call information collection unit 31 in parallel with the processing output to the group size detection unit 15. Here, the camera may use various sensors such as a millimeter wave sensor.
When the group scale detection unit 15 detects the group scale, for example, the action patterns of a plurality of users positioned in front of the call registration device 10, the distances of the users, the orientations of the faces when the users talk with each other, user identification information read from an ID card, a mobile terminal, or the like owned by the user, and the like are used.
The button output instructing unit 16 selects the remaining permitted number of persons button 12a for displaying the call registration device 10 from the remaining permitted number of persons buttons 12a instructed to be displayed by the input information output instructing unit 33c of the hall assigning unit 33A to the remaining permitted number of persons selecting unit 12, and instructs the remaining permitted number of persons selecting unit 12 to register the selected remaining permitted number of persons button 12a, based on the group size detected by the group size detecting unit 15. The remaining allowable person count selection unit 12 displays the remaining allowable person count button 12a indicated by the button output indication unit 16.
While one person in the group is registering a call, other users in the group are often located far from the front of the call registration device 10. However, if all the persons in the group are not in front of the call registration device 10, it is considered that the group size detection section 15 cannot determine the group size from the image taken by the registration device camera 11. Therefore, the group size detection processing performed by the group size detection unit 15 and the processing for the boarding ladder assignment unit 34a to calculate the group size of the group including the user who registered the call based on the captured image of the landing camera 22 can be used together. Then, when the second setting value associated with the remaining allowable person number selection section 12 registered by the call registration device 10 is different from the calculated group size, the boarding elevator assignment section 34a can correct the second setting value added to the assigned person number by using the person number of the group size calculated from the image captured by the landing camera 22.
< example of processing by Call registration device >
Next, an example of processing of the call registration device 10A is explained with reference to fig. 13.
Fig. 13 is a flowchart showing an example of processing performed by the call registration device 10A.
First, the group size detection unit 15 detects the group size of the group including the user from the image including the image captured by the registration device camera 11 (S41). Next, the button output instruction unit 16 instructs the remaining allowable person count selection unit 12 to display only the remaining allowable person count button 12a corresponding to the detected group size. Then, the remaining allowable person count selection unit 12 displays the remaining allowable person count button 12a indicated by the button output indication unit 16 (S42).
Next, the remaining allowable person number selection unit 12 transmits information including the button 12a of the remaining allowable person number selected by the user to the group management control device 3 (S43), and the present process is terminated. Call information including the remaining permitted number-of-persons button 12a selected by the user, the number-of-persons button registered by the destination floor registration button 13a, and the destination floor is transmitted to the group management control device 3, and the same processing as that of the call registration device 10 according to the other embodiment is performed.
In the elevator 1 according to embodiment 3 described above, the group size of the group including the user is detected from the image captured by the registration device camera 11, and only the remaining permitted number-of-persons button 12a corresponding to the group size is displayed on the call registration device 10A. Therefore, even if there are few users who are boarding the elevator 50, the number of remaining permitted persons button 12a is not displayed much. As a result, the user can easily select the remaining allowable number button 12a corresponding to the number of persons in the group.
The group size detection unit 15 detects the group size based on the image captured by the registration device camera 11. However, the group size detection unit 15 may detect the group size based on information detected by a sensor other than the registration device camera 11 (for example, information detected by the load sensor 54 disposed on the floor, or the like).
The call registration device 10A can include the group size detected by the group size detection unit 15 in the call information and can transmit the call information to the group management control device 3A. In this case, the boarding pass number ladder assignment unit 34a may use the group size as the second setting value assigned in the processing of step S35 in fig. 11.
The remaining allowable person count selection unit 12 may be displayed so as to include at least the remaining allowable person count button 12a indicated by the button output indication unit 16. The remaining allowable person count selection unit 12 may display, for example, a remaining allowable person count button 12a of about plus or minus 2 persons with respect to the remaining allowable person count button 12a indicated by the button output indication unit 16.
[ embodiment 4]
Next, an elevator according to embodiment 4 of the present invention will be described. In the elevator 1 according to each of the above embodiments, the remaining permitted number-of-persons button 12a and the destination floor registration button 13a are displayed on the call registration device 10. The elevator 1 according to embodiment 4 is further configured to display additional information on the call registration device 10.
Fig. 14 is a diagram showing a configuration example of a display screen of the call registration device 10.
The call registration device 10 includes an additional information display unit 17 in addition to the registration device camera 11, the remaining permitted number-of-persons selecting unit 12, the destination floor registration unit 13, and the boarding pass display unit 14 provided in the call registration devices 10 and 10A.
The additional information display unit 17 displays the status of the boarding candidate elevator assigned to the remaining allowable people number button 12a as additional information together with the remaining allowable people number button 12a displayed by the remaining allowable people number selection unit 12. At this time, the additional information display unit 17 displays a waiting time display icon 17a and a boarding candidate number ladder display icon 17b on the call registration device 10.
The waiting time display icon 17a represents the waiting time required until the elevator 50 reaches the entry floor by a progress bar for each of the remaining permitted number of persons buttons 12a selectable by the user. If the progress bar is displayed short, it indicates that the time until the number ladder 50 assigned to the boarding candidate number ladder of the remaining number-of-persons button 12a reaches the login floor is short. In the example of fig. 14, it is understood that the boarding candidate number ladder assigned to the 2-person button arrives at the registration floor earlier than the boarding candidate number ladder assigned to the 3-person button. In addition, instead of the progress bar, the waiting time itself may be displayed.
The boarding candidate number ladder display icon 17b displays the number ladder number assigned to the boarding candidate number ladder of the remaining permitted number button 12a. In the example of fig. 14, ladder No. A, B is assigned to the 2-person button as a boarding candidate number ladder, and ladder No. a is assigned to the 3-person button as a boarding candidate number ladder.
In the elevator according to embodiment 4 described above, since the additional information is displayed by the additional information display unit 17, the user can easily select the remaining number-of-permitted-persons button 12a based on the waiting time and the boarding candidate elevator. Therefore, the user can make the following judgments: when the fast boarding elevator 50 is desired, the remaining allowable number-of-persons button 12a to which the boarding candidate elevator with a short waiting time is assigned is selected, and when the late boarding elevator 50 is acceptable, the remaining allowable number-of-persons button 12a to which the boarding candidate elevator with a long waiting time is assigned is selected. In addition, by this display, the user who wants to use the elevator in a group can determine whether or not to divide the group and ride the group so as to quickly reach the target floor, and the degree of freedom in selection by the user can be increased. Therefore, when there is no stairway for which the user wishes to board more than the remaining allowable number of people, if the user divides the group and selects the remaining allowable number of people for each divided group, the number of people to board one stairway is increased as compared with a case where the user waits for the stairway for which the user wishes to board the remaining allowable number of people without dividing the group, and thus it is possible to expect an improvement in the transportation efficiency per stairway.
[ embodiment 5]
Next, an elevator according to embodiment 5 of the present invention will be described. In the elevator 1 according to each of the above embodiments, a call is registered by the user selecting the remaining permitted number button 12a and the destination floor registration button 13a in this order. In the elevator 1 according to embodiment 5, a call is registered by the user selecting the destination floor registration button 13a and the remaining permitted number of persons button 12a in this order.
< case where landing floor where call occurs is different >
In the above-described embodiments, how the remaining permitted number of persons button 12a displayed on the call registration device 10 or 10A is selected focusing only on a specific registration floor is described. However, calls may also be logged on a different log-in floor. When the user has already registered a call at a different registration floor, it is necessary to change the boarding candidate elevator assigned to the remaining permitted number of persons button 12a displayed on the call registration device 10 for each destination floor. Therefore, a case where a call is registered at a different registration floor will be described with reference to fig. 15.
Fig. 15 shows a case where a call is registered on a different floor. In fig. 15, floors from floor 1 to floor 7 are shown. Then, the floor on which the human-type icon is displayed in the figure indicates the registration floor of the user registration call, and the arrow extending from the human-type icon to another floor indicates the destination floor. A human icon represents a user. In addition, a plurality of human-shaped icons displayed on level 1 represent a group.
As shown in the left explanatory view (1) of fig. 15, a study was made on the case where 1 user registers 6 th floor as a destination floor in 4 th floor, and then 2 users of 1 group register 3 rd floor as a destination floor in 1 st floor. In this case, the user who registered a call at floor 1 and the user who registered a call at floor 4 do not ride on the same elevator 50. Therefore, at the time when the user registers floor 3 as the destination floor on floor 1, it is not necessary to consider one user who gets on floor 4 as the number of people already allocated in the stairway 50 allocated to 1 user who gets on floor 4.
Next, as shown in the right-hand explanatory view (2) of fig. 15, a study is made on the case where 1 user registers 6 th floor as a destination floor in 4 th floor, and then 1 group of 2 users registers 7 th floor as a destination floor in 1 st floor. In this case, if the user who registered a call at floor 1 and the user who registered a call at floor 4 are assigned the same elevator 50, they will ride together from floor 4 to floor 6. Therefore, when the user registers floor 7 as the destination floor on floor 1, the number ladder 50 assigned to the 1 user who gets on from floor 4 needs to consider the one user who gets on from floor 4 as the number of persons assigned.
Therefore, the number-of-persons calculating unit 33a in the present embodiment calculates, for each elevator, a predicted value of the remaining allowable number of persons until the boarding elevator is dispatched to each floor, based on the call information already assigned to the elevator. For each combination of the registered floor where the call is registered and the scheduled floor where the elevator is scheduled, the boarding candidate elevator assigning unit 33b assigns an elevator having a minimum remaining allowable number of people equal to or greater than the number of people indicated by the remaining allowable number of people button 12a as a boarding candidate elevator, based on the minimum remaining allowable number of people, which is the minimum value among the predicted values of the elevator that vary from the registered floor to the scheduled floor. The boarding elevator assigning unit 34a specifies the registration floor and the destination floor based on the call information, and assigns a boarding elevator from the boarding candidate elevators assigned to the selected remaining allowable number-of-persons button 12a in the case of the combination of the specified registration floor and the destination floor.
For example, as shown in the example of fig. 15, in a situation where 1 user inputs 6 th floor as a destination floor at 4 th floor, the minimum value of the remaining allowable number of persons from 1 st floor to 4 th floor is 5 persons for the number ladder 50 allocated to the user at 4 th floor, and the minimum remaining allowable number of persons for the number ladder allocated to the user at 4 th floor is 5 persons in a combination where 1 st floor is a registered floor and 2 to 4 th floors are scheduled floors, 2 nd floor is a registered floor and 3 rd floor, 4 th floor, and 3 rd floor is a registered floor and 4 th floor are scheduled floors. Therefore, the elevator 50 assigned to the user at the 4 th floor is assigned to the 2-to 5-person buttons of the remaining permitted number buttons 12a as the boarding candidate elevator in the case of the combination of the above-described registration floor and the dispatch floor.
In the case where floors 1 to 4 are the registered floors and floors 5 to 7 are the combination of the dispatch floors, the minimum value of the remaining allowable number of persons in the case of the above combination of the number stairs 50 assigned to the user of floor 4 is 4, and the minimum remaining allowable number of persons is 4. Therefore, the elevator 50 assigned to the user on floor 4 is assigned to the 2-to 4-person buttons of the remaining permitted number buttons 12a as a boarding candidate elevator in the case where floors 1 to 4 are the registered floors and floors 5 to 7 are the combinations of the scheduled floors. In this manner, for each combination of the login floor and the dispatch floor, all the elevator numbers are assigned to the remaining permitted number of persons button.
Then, for example, in the case of the explanatory diagram (2) of fig. 15, the boarding elevator allocating section receives the input of call information including information that floor 1 is a registered floor and floor 7 is a target floor, and selection information of the remaining number-of-persons button, and allocates a boarding elevator to a boarding candidate elevator in the case of a combination of floor 1 being a registered floor and floor 7 being a dispatch floor, which is allocated to the selected remaining number-of-persons button. Therefore, in the case where the user selects the 5-person button, the number ladder 50 already assigned to the 4 th floor user is not a boarding candidate number ladder.
As described above, by assigning the boarding candidate elevator to the remaining allowable number of people button 12a for each combination of the registration floor and the dispatch floor based on the call information already assigned to the elevator, even if the call of the user who has registered the boarding elevator 50 in the middle of the destination floor, all users who have registered the call can select the remaining allowable number of people based on the remaining allowable number of people before reaching the destination floor.
The call registration device 10 registers the target floor and the number of persons in the group in the order of the target floor registration button 13a and the remaining permitted-persons button 12a. In this case, when the remaining permitted number-of-persons button 12a is not selected until a predetermined time (several seconds or so) has elapsed since the selection of the destination floor registration button 13a, the boarding ladder allocation section 34a may determine a boarding ladder from among the boarding ladders in which the remaining permitted number of persons is 1 or more, allocate the boarding ladder to the user, and update the allocated number of persons for the boarding ladder with the third setting value. Here, the third setting value may be 1 person, or may be a value calculated based on the information on the number of users analyzed by the boarding number ladder allocation unit 34 a. The third setting value may be a value calculated based on the information on the number of users only when a specific button is selected. In addition, in order to shorten the operation time, a 1-person button or a confirm button may be provided.
[ modified examples ]
< countermeasures against improper use >
Although the user is a single person, there is an improper use in which a malicious user is assumed to select the plurality of remaining allowable number buttons 12a. For example, although it is a time zone in late night when only 1 or 2 persons are used, the remaining allowable number-of-persons button 12a of 4 persons is selected, which is abnormal. In addition, if the remaining allowable number of people button 12a for 4 people is selected a plurality of times during congestion (for example, during commuting or lunch), the number ladders 50 of all the number ladders are assigned only to a specific floor, and users located on other floors cannot take the number ladders 50.
Therefore, the boarding elevator assigning section 34a analyzes the image captured by the registration device camera 11 mounted on the call registration device 10 based on the call information collected by the call information collecting section 31, and determines whether or not there is a difference of a certain or more between the remaining allowable number of people selected by the user who selects the remaining allowable number button 12a and the number of people who are different in use. Then, when there is a difference of a certain or more and it is determined that the selection of the remaining permitted number of persons button is mischief, the ride elevator allocation section 34a does not allocate the ride elevator. At this time, the boarding ladder assignment unit 34a can cause the boarding ladder display unit 14 to display a message indicating that the no-dispatch ladder 50 is not to be displayed by the boarding ladder output instruction unit 34b.
< measures against erroneous registration >
Further, the user may erroneously select the remaining permitted number of persons button 12a instead of having a malicious intent. For example, the remaining allowable number of people button 12a for 5 people is selected although the number of users is 1. In this case, a boarding ladder different from the one of the first-assigned number ladder 50 is displayed to the user on the call registration device 10. Therefore, when the user who has erroneously selected the remaining number-of-persons-permitted button 12a moves to the front of the landing door 20 of the boarding elevator displayed on the boarding elevator display section 14, the elevator information collection section 32 collects the image in front of the landing door 20 captured by the landing camera 22 shown in fig. 1. Then, the boarding elevator assignment section 34a analyzes the image from the landing camera 22, calculates the number of reagent groups, and corrects the number of assigned people of the elevator 50 based on the actual number of reagent groups.
< modification of Call registration device >
In the above embodiments, the screen on which the remaining permitted number of persons and the destination floor are registered is different from the screen on which the boarding ladder is displayed. However, these screens may be displayed as one. As shown in fig. 16, the call registration device 10 may be configured by a combination of actual buttons, lamps, and the like, other than the touch-panel display.
Fig. 16 is a diagram showing another configuration example of the call registration device 10.
In the upper part of fig. 16, a boarding pass number ladder display unit 14, a remaining allowable number-of-persons selection unit 12 and a destination floor registration unit 13, which are formed by actual buttons, are shown on the touch panel display. Nothing is displayed on the boarding elevator display unit 14 until the user registers a call. When the user registers a call by the buttons of the remaining permitted number selection section 12 and the destination floor registration section 13 and assigns a boarding elevator to the call, the elevator number (for example, "a") of the boarding elevator is displayed on the boarding elevator display section 14.
In the lower side of fig. 16, the remaining permitted number of persons selecting unit 12, the destination floor registering unit 13, and the boarding ladder display unit 14, which are displayed on the touch panel display, are shown. Here, the boarding elevator display unit 14 is shown between the remaining permitted number of people selection unit 12 and the destination floor registration unit 13. Even in this case, when a boarding elevator is assigned to a call registered by the user, the elevator number (for example, "a") of the boarding elevator is displayed on the boarding elevator display section 14.
< other modification >
In the above-described embodiment, the registration device camera 11 is configured to be provided in the call registration devices 10, 10A, but the registration device camera 11 may be configured to be provided in a wall, a ceiling, or the like near the call registration devices 10, 10A.
In any elevator, the rated number of passengers for the elevator 50 is set to 5, and the remaining allowable number of persons for the elevator 50 is calculated based on the number of persons distributed read from the number-of-persons storage section 35 by the number-of-persons calculation section 33 a. However, in order to provide a margin in the number ladder 50, a value obtained by multiplying the rated number of passengers by the first setting value or subtracting the first setting value from the rated number of passengers may be set as the allowable number. For example, the people number calculating unit 33a may use a value obtained by multiplying the rated number of passengers of the number ladder 50 by 70% and rounding down as the allowable number used instead of the rated number of passengers. In this case, the rated number of passengers of the number ladder 50 is 5, so 70% of the rated number of passengers is 3.5, and the allowable number of people is calculated to be 3. Then, the head count calculation section 33a can calculate the remaining allowable head count based on the allowable head count.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and it goes without saying that various other application examples and modifications can be obtained without departing from the gist of the present invention described in the patent claims.
For example, the above-described embodiments are intended to explain the structure of the apparatus and system in detail and specifically for easy understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not necessarily limited to all the structures described. It is to be noted that a part of the structure of the embodiment described herein may be replaced with the structure of another embodiment, and the structure of another embodiment may be added to the structure of a certain embodiment. Further, a part of the configurations of the respective embodiments may be added, deleted, or replaced with another configuration.
The control lines and information lines necessary for the description are shown, but the present invention is not limited to the control lines and information lines shown in the drawings. Virtually all structures can be considered interconnected.
