Abstract

An elevator system includes a double-deck elevator having a plurality of machines with cars, a destination floor registration device at a boarding location, and a group management control device. The destination floor registration device at the elevator riding place can register either one of the odd-numbered floor and the even-numbered floor as the destination floor when registering a destination call without accompanying a special call, and can register both the odd-numbered floor and the even-numbered floor as the destination floor when registering a destination call with accompanying a special call. The group management control device further includes an assignment control unit that assigns a car that responds to a destination call registered with a special call as a special call responding car. The assignment control unit temporarily assigns one of the cars of the special call responding elevator as a special call responding car that responds to the special call, and when the other car reaches the elevator hall in which the special call is registered earlier than the one car, the assignment control unit sets the special call responding car as the other car.

Description

Elevator system
Technical Field
Embodiments of the present invention relate to elevator systems.
Background
An elevator system is known which includes a double-deck elevator having a plurality of machines, the double-deck elevator including two cars disposed vertically in a single hoistway. The double-deck elevator is improved in its conveying capacity by operating in a double operation mode in which only the lower cage reaches one of the odd-numbered floors and the even-numbered floors and only the upper cage reaches the other of the odd-numbered floors and the even-numbered floors.
When a double-deck elevator operates in a double operation mode, a passenger who rides on the elevator from an even-numbered floor can only register a destination call whose destination floor is the even-numbered floor, and cannot get off the elevator at an odd-numbered floor. In addition, a passenger who takes an elevator from an odd-numbered floor can only register a destination call whose destination floor is an odd-numbered floor, and cannot take an elevator from an even-numbered floor. Therefore, passengers who desire to move from an even-numbered floor to an odd-numbered floor or from an odd-numbered floor to an even-numbered floor need to move to an elevator boarding location where a destination floor can be registered as the destination floor using stairs and escalators before taking the elevator. Alternatively, it is necessary to move from the floor of the descending step to the destination floor using a staircase or an escalator after the descending step. Such an elevator operation method is very inconvenient for passengers who are difficult to use stairs or escalators, such as wheelchair users.
To solve such a problem, JPH10-212079A discloses a double-deck elevator capable of operating in a half-double operation mode in which both upper and lower cages can reach odd and even floors, respectively.
However, in the double-deck elevator using the elevator-boarding-destination-level registration device in which the passenger registers the destination level at the elevator-boarding location, a problem arises in that the passenger sits down in a car that is mistakenly on or off when the double-deck elevator is operated in the half-double operation mode. For example, when a double-deck elevator operates in a semi-double operation mode and upper and lower cars successively reach a boarding location where passengers are located, passengers tend to arrive at the boarding location first of the upper and lower cars. However, in the case where the car that arrived first is a car that does not respond to the destination call registered by the passenger, the passenger may not be able to go to the destination floor of the destination.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings.
In one embodiment, an elevator system includes:
a plurality of double-deck elevators each including a car device having an upper car and a lower car connected in an up-down direction;
a destination floor registration device provided at each elevator boarding location, the destination floor registration device including a destination floor registration section that registers a destination call specifying a destination floor and a special call registration section that registers a special call; and
and a group management control device for performing group management control on the operation of the double-deck elevators of the plurality of elevators.
The destination floor registration device at the elevator riding place can register either one of an odd floor and an even floor as the destination floor depending on whether the elevator riding place where the destination floor registration device at the elevator riding place is provided is an odd floor or an even floor when the destination call is registered without accompanying the special call, and can register both the odd floor and the even floor as the destination floor when the destination call is registered with accompanying the special call.
The group management control device has an assignment control section that responds to a call registered in a destination floor registration device at the elevator boarding location.
The assignment control unit assigns an elevator which responds to the destination call registered without the special call as a normal call responding elevator, and assigns one of an upper car and a lower car of the normal call responding elevator as a normal call responding car which responds to the destination call, depending on whether an elevator hall in which the destination call is registered is an odd-numbered floor or an even-numbered floor.
The assignment control unit assigns an elevator that responds to the destination call registered with the special call as a special call response elevator.
The assignment control unit, after temporarily assigning one of the upper car and the lower car of the special call responding elevator as a special call responding car that responds to the special call, performs a determination as to whether or not a destination call is assigned to the other of the upper car and the lower car of the special call responding elevator so that the other car reaches the elevator where the special call is registered before the one car, and a determination as to whether or not a destination call registered at the elevator where the special call is registered is assigned to the other car, sets the special call responding car as the other car when it is determined that the destination call is assigned to the other car so that the other car reaches the elevator where the special call is registered before the one car, and assigns the destination call to the other car when it is determined that the destination call is not assigned to the other car so that the other car reaches the elevator where the special call is registered before the one car, and assigns the destination call registered at the other car to the other car as the destination car to the destination call registered at the elevator where the special call is registered.
In the above-mentioned elevator system,
the assignment control unit may perform the determination after the car device starts decelerating in order to allow one of the one car and the other car to arrive at a boarding area in which the special call is registered.
In the above-described elevator system,
the assignment control section may assign a car other than the special call responding car as a normal call responding car responding to the new destination call, when the new destination call is registered without a special call before the special call responding car reaches the destination floor of the destination call registered with the special call.
In the above-described elevator system,
the assignment control unit may assign the special call responding elevator as a special call responding elevator that responds to the new destination call when a new destination call is registered with a special call before the special call responding car reaches a destination floor of the destination call registered with the special call.
The elevator system further comprises an elevator riding rate detecting section for acquiring an elevator riding rate of each car assigned to the elevator which is the special call responding elevator,
the assignment control unit may set the special call responding car as both the one car and the other car when it is determined that the destination call is assigned to the other car so that the other car reaches the elevator boarding location in which the special call is registered earlier than the one car and the elevator rate of the other car is equal to or greater than a predetermined value.
The elevator system may further include a notification portion that, when the special call responding car is one of the one car and the other car arrives at the boarding location where the special call is registered, notifies that the passenger who registered the special call has priority over other passengers in boarding the other car.
The elevator system may further include:
a boarding rate detection unit that acquires the boarding rate of each car of the elevator selected as the special call responding elevator; and
a notification unit for notifying the user of the presence of the user,
when it is determined that a destination call for causing the other car to arrive at the elevator hall where the special call is registered earlier than the one car is assigned to the other car and the elevator riding rate of the other car is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, the assignment control portion keeps the special call responding car as the one car, and the notification portion gives a notification for guiding the passenger who registered the special call to ride the one car when the other car arrives at the elevator hall where the special call is registered.
The elevator system may further include a notification unit,
the assignment control unit, after temporarily assigning one of the upper car and the lower car of the special call responding elevator as a special call responding car responding to the special call, performs a determination as to whether or not a destination call is assigned to the other of the upper car and the lower car of the special call responding elevator so that the other car reaches the elevator hall in which the special call is registered before the one car, and a determination as to whether or not the other car can reach the destination floor of the destination call registered with the special call,
the assignment control portion, when determining that the other car is assigned with a destination call that causes the other car to arrive at the elevator hall where the special call is registered earlier than the one car and that the other car cannot arrive at the destination floor of the destination call that is registered with the special call, causes the special call responding car to remain unchanged as the one car, and the notification portion, when the other car arrives at the elevator hall where the special call is registered, performs notification for guiding a passenger who registered the special call to take the one car.
(embodiment 1)
Hereinafter, embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a block diagram showing a configuration of an elevator system according to embodiment 1. An elevator system 1 shown in fig. 1 includes a plurality of double-deck elevators a, B, and C, a group management control device 10 that performs group management control of operations of the plurality of double-deck elevators a, B, and C, and an elevator boarding destination registration device 20 provided at each elevator boarding location. In the example shown in the figure, the elevator system 1 comprises three double-deck elevators a, B, C. However, the number of double-deck elevators included in the elevator system 1 is not particularly limited.
Each of the double-deck elevators a, B, and C includes a car device 30 that moves up and down in an elevator shaft, and a single control device 35 that controls the car device 30.
The car device 30 includes an upper car 31 and a lower car 32 for passengers to ride. The upper car 31 and the lower car 32 are vertically connected in the same hoistway, and move up and down in the hoistway integrally. Each of the cars 31 and 32 is provided with a boarding rate detection unit 33 and a notification unit 34.
In the illustrated example, the riding rate detecting section 33 detects the riding rate of the cars 31 and 32 based on the load amounts in the cars 31 and 32 measured by the load sensors in the cars. Of course, the boarding rate detection unit 33 may detect the boarding rate by another method. For example, the elevator riding rate detection unit 33 may detect the elevator riding rates of the cars 31 and 32 based on the analysis result of images (videos) captured by cameras provided in the cars 31 and 32.
The notification unit 34 receives an input from the group management control device 10 and provides various information to the passenger. In the illustrated example, the notification unit 34 notifies information by voice, but is not limited thereto. For example, the notification unit 34 may notify information by video or signal. The notification unit 34 may be provided at each elevator.
The individual control device 35 performs travel control and door opening/closing control of the car device 30. The individual control devices 35 perform door opening/closing control of the upper car 31 and door opening/closing control of the lower car 32 independently of each other.
At least one of the elevator-boarding destination registration devices 20 is provided at each elevator-boarding location. The destination floor registration device 20 is provided with a destination floor registration part 21 for allowing a passenger to register a destination floor and a special call registration part 22 for registering a special call.
In the illustrated example, the destination registration device 20 includes numeric keys for inputting a destination. In the illustrated example, the special call registration section 22 includes a special call registration button, and can register a special call by pressing the special call registration button.
In addition, when a destination call is registered without a special call, that is, when the special call registration part 22 is not operated and the destination floor registration part 21 is operated, the boarding destination floor registration device 20 can register only one of the odd-numbered floor and the even-numbered floor as the destination floor depending on whether the boarding location where the boarding destination floor registration device 20 is installed is the odd-numbered floor or the even-numbered floor. In the illustrated example, if the elevator boarding location where the elevator boarding location destination layer registration device 20 is provided is an odd-numbered floor, only the odd-numbered floor can be registered as the destination layer. In addition, if the elevator boarding location where the elevator boarding location destination layer registration device 20 is provided is an even-numbered floor, only the even-numbered floor can be registered as the destination layer.
Further, the destination floor registration device 20 can register both the odd-numbered floor and the even-numbered floor as the destination floor when a destination call is registered with a special call, that is, when the destination floor registration part 21 is operated together with the operation of the special call registration part 22.
Here, a destination call registered without a special call is also referred to as a "normal destination call" hereinafter. The destination call registered in association with the special call is also referred to as a "special destination call". Therefore, in the following, "a case where a normal destination call is registered" means a case where a destination call is registered without accompanying a special call. Further, "a case where a special destination call is registered" means a case where a destination call is registered with a special call.
When a destination call is registered, the boarding destination floor registration device 20 outputs information on the destination call to the group management control device 10. Specifically, the boarding procedure destination floor registration device 20 outputs, to the group management control device 10, information on the boarding procedure (floor) in which the destination call is registered and a destination floor included in the destination call (designated by the destination call), and information indicating that a destination call is registered with a special call (that is, when the destination call is a special destination call).
Next, the configuration of the group management control device 10 will be described. As shown in fig. 1, the group management control device 10 includes an assignment control unit 11. The assignment control unit 11 selects a car and a car that respond to a destination call registered by the destination floor registration device 20 at the boarding location from among the cars a, B, and C and the cars 31 and 32 thereof. In the illustrated example, the assignment control unit 11 includes a storage unit 12, a response elevator assigning unit 13, a response car assigning unit 15, and a notification instruction unit 16.
The storage unit 12 stores information on the destination call output from the boarding destination floor registration device 20. Specifically, the storage unit 12 stores information on the boarding place (floor) where the destination call is registered and the destination floor included in the destination call, and information indicating that the registered destination call is a special destination call. Further, information on the car and the elevator assigned as the car and the elevator responding to the destination call stored in the storage portion 12 is stored in the storage portion 12.
When a new destination call is registered in the destination floor registration device 20 at the boarding location (more specifically, when information relating to the new destination call is stored in the storage unit 12), the response car assignment unit 13 selects a car that responds to the destination call from among the plurality of cars a, B, and C.
More specifically, when a normal destination call is registered, the response car assignment section 13 selects a car (hereinafter, also referred to as a "normal call response car") that responds to the normal destination call from among the plurality of cars a, B, and C. In other words, when a normal destination call is registered, the response elevator assignment section 13 assigns one of the plurality of elevators a, B, and C as a normal call response elevator. In the illustrated example, the response elevator assigning section 13 assigns a normal call response elevator based on predetermined evaluation criteria (for example, estimated boarding time of a passenger of a certain elevator, an order of each car of the elevator, a type of a destination call assigned to the elevator, waiting time of passengers at each floor, whether or not the elevator is assigned as a special call response elevator described later, and the like in a case where the above-described normal destination call is assigned to the elevator).
When a special destination call is registered, the response car assignment section 13 selects a car (hereinafter also referred to as a "special call response car") that responds to the special destination call from among the plurality of cars a, B, and C. In other words, when a special destination call is registered, the response elevator assignment section 13 assigns one of the plurality of elevators a, B, and C as a special call response elevator. In the illustrated example, the response car assignment section 13 assigns the special call response car based on predetermined evaluation criteria (for example, estimated boarding time of a passenger of a certain car in the case where the above-described special destination call is assumed to be assigned to the car, a person of each car of the car, a type of destination call assigned to the car, waiting time of passengers on each floor, whether or not the car is assigned as a special call response car, and the like). However, the response-number assigning section 13 is not limited to this, and may assign a predetermined number as a special call response number.
When the responding car assigning section 13 assigns a normal call responding elevator or a special call responding elevator, the responding car assigning section 15 selects a car responding to the registered destination call from the upper car 31 and the lower car 32 of the normal call responding elevator or the special call responding elevator. When a normal destination call is registered by the destination floor registration device 20 at the elevator boarding location and a normal call response elevator is assigned by the response elevator assignment section 13, the response car assignment section 15 selects a car (hereinafter also referred to as a "normal call response car") that responds to the normal destination call from the upper car 31 and the lower car 32 of the normal call response elevator, depending on whether the elevator boarding location at which the normal destination call is registered is an odd-numbered floor or an even-numbered floor. In addition, when a special destination call is registered by the boarding destination floor registration device 20 and a special call responding car is assigned by the responding car assigning section 13, the responding car assigning section 15 selects a car (hereinafter also referred to as "special call responding car") that responds to the special destination call from the upper car 31 and the lower car 32 of the special call responding car, regardless of whether the boarding place where the special destination call is registered is an odd-numbered floor or an even-numbered floor.
In addition, when a normal destination call is registered, the boarding destination floor registration device 20 can register only one of the odd-numbered floor and the even-numbered floor as a destination floor, and the assignment section 17 can select (assign) either one of the upper car 31 and the lower car 32 of the normal call responding car as the normal call responding car depending on whether the boarding location in which the normal destination call is registered is the odd-numbered floor or the even-numbered floor, whereby the normal call responding car operates in the double operation mode.
In addition, when a special destination call is registered, the boarding destination floor registration device 20 can register both odd and even floors as destination floors, and the special call responding car assignment section 15 can select (assign) one of the upper car 31 and the lower car 32 of the above-described special call responding car as a special call responding car irrespective of whether the boarding in which the special destination call is registered is an odd floor or an even floor, whereby the special call responding car operates in a half-double operation mode.
In the illustrated example, the response car assignment unit 15 includes an assignment unit 17 and an assignment change unit 18.
When a normal destination call is registered by the destination floor registration device 20 at the elevator and a normal call responding elevator is assigned by the responding elevator assigning section 13, the assigning section 17 assigns the upper car 31 as a normal call responding car responding to the normal destination call when the normal destination call is registered at an even floor and assigns the lower car 32 as a normal call responding car responding to the normal destination call when the normal destination call is registered at an odd floor. Of course, the assignment section 17 may assign the upper car 31 as a normal call responding car that responds to a normal destination call registered at an odd-numbered floor, and assign the lower car 32 as a normal call responding elevator that responds to a normal destination call registered at an even-numbered floor. The assignment section 17 inputs to the storage section 12 which of the upper car 31 and the lower car 32 the car assigned as the normal call responding car is. That is, when the upper car 31 is assigned as the normal call responding car, the normal call responding car that responds to the normal destination call is input to the storage section 12 as the upper car 31. When the lower car 32 is assigned as a normal call responding car, the normal call responding car that responds to the normal destination call is input to the storage unit 12 as the lower car 32.
When a special destination call is registered by the destination floor registration device 20 at the boarding location and a special call responding elevator is assigned by the responding elevator assigning section 13, the assigning section 17 temporarily assigns one of the upper car 31 and the lower car 32 of the special call responding elevator as a special call responding car. Then, the assigning section 17 inputs to the storage section 12 that the special call responding car responding to the special destination call is the one car. In the illustrated example, the assignment section 17 performs temporary assignment based on a predetermined evaluation criterion (for example, estimated boarding time of passengers in an upper car 31 or a lower car 32 when it is assumed that a special destination call is assigned to the car). However, the assignment unit 17 is not limited to this, and may perform temporary assignment depending on whether the elevator hall where the special call is registered is an odd-numbered floor or an even-numbered floor.
When a predetermined condition is satisfied, the assignment changing section 18 changes the special call responding car stored in the storage section 12 from one car of the special call responding elevator to the other car. Alternatively, the special call responding elevator is changed to two of the car of one party and the car of the other party. Alternatively, a destination call assigned to the other car of the special call responding elevator is reassigned to the one car. In the illustrated example, the assignment changing unit 18 includes the other car assignment determining unit 181 and the riding rate determining unit 182.
The other car assignment determination unit 181 performs determination as to whether or not a destination call is assigned to the other car of the special call responding elevator so that the other car reaches the boarding area in which the special call is registered earlier than the one car of the special call responding elevator. The other car assignment determination unit 181 determines whether or not a destination call registered at the boarding location in which the special call is registered is assigned to the other car.
Consider, for example, the following case: a special destination call whose destination floor is 6 floors is registered at 3 floors, and the lower car 32 of the special call responding elevator is a car that is temporarily assigned as one of special call responding cars. In this case, when the car device 30 of the special call responding elevator is located below the 3 th floor and a destination call registered at the 3 rd floor is assigned to the upper car 31 as the other car or a destination call in which the 3 rd floor is set as the destination floor at the time of the above determination, the other car assignment determination unit 181 determines that a destination call for causing the other car to arrive at the elevator hall in which the special call is registered earlier than the one car is assigned to the other car. On the other hand, at the time of the above determination, when the car device 30 of the special call responding elevator is located above the 3 th floor, even if the destination call registered at the 3 rd floor or the destination call having the 3 rd floor is assigned to the upper car 31 as the other car, the other car assignment determination unit 181 determines that the destination call causing the other car to arrive at the elevator hall in which the special call is registered before the one car is not assigned to the other car. When a destination call registered at the 3 rd floor is assigned to the upper car 31 as the other car, the other car assignment determination unit 181 determines that a destination call registered at the boarding location where the special call is registered is assigned to the other car.
The elevator riding rate determining unit 182 determines whether or not the elevator riding rate of the other car of the special call responding elevator is smaller than a predetermined value based on the elevator riding rate acquired from the elevator riding rate detecting unit 33 provided in the cars 31 and 32.
The assignment changing unit 18 changes the special call responding car stored in the storage unit 12 from one car to the other car when the other car assignment determining unit 181 determines that the destination call is assigned to the other car so that the other car reaches the elevator boarding location in which the special call is registered earlier than the one car, and the elevator boarding rate determining unit 182 determines that the elevator boarding rate of the other car is smaller than the predetermined value. Thereby, the other car is assigned as a special call responding car. Then, the car as the other side responds to the special destination call. Therefore, only the other car arrives at the elevator boarding location where the special call is registered. In addition, the passenger who registered the special call can go to the destination floor (destination floor of the special destination call) by riding the car of the other party. Therefore, there is no risk that the passenger who registered the special call sits down by mistake in the cars 31 and 32.
In addition, when the other car assignment determination unit 181 determines that a destination call is assigned to the other car so that the other car reaches the elevator boarding location in which the special call is registered earlier than the one car, and the elevator boarding rate determination unit 182 determines that the elevator boarding rate of the other car is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, the assignment change unit 18 changes the special call responding car stored in the storage unit 12 from the one car to both the one car and the other car. Thus, both the one car and the other car are assigned as special call responding cars. Then, both the one car and the other car respond to the special destination call. Therefore, both the one car and the other car reach the elevator boarding location in which the special call is registered, but the passenger who registered the special call can go to the destination floor regardless of which car the passenger gets.
In addition, when the other car assignment determination unit 181 determines that a destination call for causing the other car to arrive at the elevator boarding location in which the special call is registered prior to the one car is not assigned to the other car and that a destination call registered at the elevator boarding location in which the special call is registered is assigned to the other car, the assignment change unit 18 reassigns the destination call assigned to the other car to the one car if the elevator boarding rate of the one car determined by the elevator boarding rate determination unit 182 is smaller than a predetermined value. Specifically, when a normal destination call registered at a boarding location in which a special call is registered is assigned to the other car, the other car is stored in the storage section 12 as a normal call responding car that responds to the normal destination call, but the normal call responding car is changed from the other car to the one car. Thus, only one car arrives at the elevator boarding location in which the special call is registered, and the one car responds not only to the destination call registered in association with the special call but also to the normal destination call. Therefore, only one car reaches the elevator hall in which the special call is registered, but the passenger who has registered the normal destination call can travel to the destination floor by riding one car. Further, in the case where the other car assignment determination unit 181 determines that the destination call for causing the other car to arrive at the elevator hall in which the special call is registered earlier than the one car is not assigned to the other car, and determines that the destination call registered at the elevator hall in which the special call is registered is assigned to the other car, if the destination call assigned to the other car is not reassigned to the one car, there is a possibility that the passenger who registered the destination call assigned to the other car may erroneously arrive at the one car in which the elevator hall, and cannot go to the destination. Therefore, by reassigning the destination call assigned to the other car to the one car as described above, the risk that the passenger who registered the destination call sits down by mistake in the cars 31 and 32 on and off is prevented.
In addition, when the other car assignment determination unit 181 determines that a destination call causing the other car to reach the boarding location in which the special call is registered is not assigned to the other car before the one car and that a destination call registered in the boarding location in which the special call is registered is assigned to the other car, the assignment change unit 18 causes the destination call assigned to the other car to remain assigned to the other car when the boarding rate of the one car determined by the boarding rate determination unit 182 is equal to or greater than a predetermined value. In other words, the other car is maintained as the car responding to the destination call. Therefore, the passenger who registered the destination call can travel to the destination floor (destination floor of the destination call) by riding the car of the other party. However, in this case, as described above, there is a possibility that a passenger who has registered a destination call assigned to the other car may erroneously take a car that arrives at the boarding location first. Therefore, as will be described later, the passengers who registered the destination calls assigned to the other car are notified to ride the other car, thereby preventing the passengers from sitting on the cars 31 and 32 in a wrong manner.
In addition, when the other car assignment determination unit 181 determines that the destination call for causing the other car to reach the elevator boarding location in which the special call is registered is not assigned to the other car before the one car, and determines that the destination call registered in the elevator boarding location in which the special call is registered is not assigned to the other car, the assignment change unit 18 does not change the special call responding car stored in the storage unit 12 regardless of the determination result of the elevator boarding rate determination unit 182. This keeps the assignment of one car as a special call responding car unchanged. In other words, one car is maintained as a special call responding car. Then, only one car responds to a destination call registered in association with a special call. In this case, only one car arrives at the elevator hall where the special call is registered. In addition, the passenger who registered the special call can go to the destination floor (destination floor of the destination call with the special call registered) by riding one car. Therefore, there is no risk that the passenger who registered the special call sits down by mistake in the cars 31 and 32.
In the illustrated example, the other car assignment determination unit 181 and the boarding rate determination unit 182 perform the above determination at the next timing. That is, the other car assignment determination unit 181 and the boarding rate determination unit 182 perform the above determination after the car device 30 of the special call responding elevator starts decelerating in order to make one of the one car and the other car reach the boarding location in which the special call is registered. Thus, the other car assignment determination unit 181 can perform determination in consideration of the destination call assigned to the special call responding elevator before the car device 30 starts decelerating. The boarding rate determination unit 182 can determine the boarding rate based on the boarding rates of one car of the special call responding elevator or the other car immediately before the other car reaches the boarding place where the special call is registered and the other car.
When a new destination call (new normal destination call) not accompanied by a special call is registered before the special call responding car reaches the destination floor of the special destination call, the responding elevator assigning section 13 assigns an elevator other than the special call responding elevator as a normal call responding elevator responding to the new normal destination call. For example, when the car a is assigned as a special call responding car, the responding car assigning part 13 selects a normal call responding car that responds to a new normal destination call from the cars B and C. This prevents a reduction in the transportation efficiency of the special call responding elevator machine due to the new normal destination call being assigned to the special call responding elevator machine, and as a result, prevents a reduction in the transportation efficiency of the elevator system 1.
When a new destination call (new special destination call) accompanied by a special call is registered before the special call responding car reaches the destination floor of the special destination call, the responding elevator assigning section 13 assigns the special call responding elevator as a special call responding elevator responding to the new special destination call. For example, when the car a is assigned as a special call responding car, the responding car assigning section 13 selects the car a as a special call responding car that responds to a new special destination call. This can prevent a reduction in the transportation efficiency of the elevator system 1 due to an increase in special call response numbers.
The notification instruction unit 16 inputs a signal to the notification unit 34 to notify the information. When both of the one car and the other car of the special call responding elevator are assigned as special call responding cars, the notification instruction section 16 inputs a signal to the notification section 34 to notify that the other car of the special call registered gets on the elevator hall where the special call is registered, so that the elevator hall of the passenger who registered the special call is prioritized over the other passenger. When both of the one car and the other car continuously arrive at the elevator hall in which the special call is registered and the car on which the passenger who registered the special call should ride is different from the car on which the other passenger should ride, the notification command section 16 inputs a signal to the notification section 34 to notify which passenger should ride which car.
Next, the operation of the elevator system 1 shown in fig. 1 (in particular, the operation of the group management control device 10) will be described with reference to fig. 2A and 2B. Fig. 2A and 2B are flowcharts showing the operation of the elevator system 1 shown in fig. 1.
When a passenger operates the boarding destination floor registration device 20 to register a destination call, information on the destination call is transmitted from the boarding destination floor registration device 20 to the group management control device 10, and is stored in the storage section 12. Then, the response number assignment section 13 makes a determination as to whether or not the destination call is registered with a special call (step S11).
When it is determined in step S11 that the destination call is registered without accompanying a special call (no), a response number assignment section 13 selects a normal call response number from among a plurality of numbers a, B, and C. When any one of the plurality of calling machines a, B, and C has been assigned as a special call responding calling machine, a normal call responding calling machine is selected from calling machines other than the special call responding calling machine (step S12). Then, either the upper car 31 or the lower car 32 of the normal call responding elevator is assigned as the normal call responding car by the normal call responding car assigning section 14 (step S13). The allocation result is stored in the storage unit 12. Thus, the normal call responding car of the normal call responding elevator responds to the destination call.
On the other hand, when it is determined in step S11 that the destination call is registered with a special call (yes), a special call responding car is selected from the plurality of cars a, B, and C by the responding car assigning part 13. When any one of the plural operators a, B, and C has been assigned as a special call responding operator, the operator (the operator already assigned as the special call responding operator) is selected as the special call responding operator that responds to the destination call (step S14). Then, one of the upper car 31 and the lower car 32 of the special call responding elevator is temporarily assigned as a special call responding car by the assigning section 17 of the special call responding car assigning section 15 (step S15). In addition, one car is stored in the storage unit 12 as a special call responding car.
After one car is temporarily assigned as a special call responding car, when the car device 30 of the special call responding elevator starts decelerating in order to make one of the one car and the other car reach the elevator hall where the special call is registered, the other car assignment determination unit 181 determines whether or not a destination call is assigned to the other car so that the other car reaches the elevator hall where the special call is registered earlier than the one car (step S16).
When it is determined in step S16 that a destination call is assigned to the other car so that the other car reaches the elevator boarding location in which the special call is registered earlier than the one car (yes), the boarding rate determination unit 182 determines whether or not the boarding rate of the other car is smaller than a predetermined value (step S17).
When it is determined in step S17 that the elevator riding ratio of the other car is smaller than the predetermined value (yes), the other car is assigned as the special call responding car (step S18). Specifically, the special call responding car stored in the storage section 12 is changed from one car to the other car by the assignment changing section 18. Thus, the other car of the special call responding elevator responds to the destination call registered with the special call.
On the other hand, when it is determined in step S17 that the elevator rate of the other car is equal to or greater than the predetermined value (no), both the one car and the other car are assigned as special call responding cars. Specifically, the assignment changing unit 18 changes the special call responding car stored in the storage unit 12 from one car to both the one car and the other car. Thus, both the car of one of the special call responding horns and the car of the other respond to the destination call registered in association with the special call. Further, a signal for notifying the passenger who registered the special call to take the elevator over the others when the other car arrives at the elevator where the special call is registered is input from the notification instruction section 16 to the notification section 34 (step S19).
When it is determined in step S16 that a destination call that causes the other car to reach the boarding location where a special call is registered before the other car is not assigned to the other car (no), a determination is made by the other car assignment determination unit 181 as to whether or not a normal destination call registered at the boarding location where a special call is registered is assigned to the other car (step S20).
When it is determined in step S20 that the normal destination call is assigned to the other car (yes), the boarding rate determination unit 182 determines whether or not the boarding rate of the one car is smaller than a predetermined value (step S21).
If it is determined in step S21 that the elevator riding ratio of one car is smaller than the predetermined value (yes), one car is assigned as a car that responds to the normal destination call assigned to the other car. Specifically, the assignment changing unit 18 changes the car that responds to the normal destination call stored in the storage unit 12 from the other car to the one car. As a result, one car of the special call responding elevator responds to the normal destination call assigned to the other car (step S22).
On the other hand, when it is determined in step S21 that the elevator rate of one car is equal to or greater than the predetermined value (no), the other car is maintained as the car that responds to the normal destination call assigned to the other car. Specifically, the normal call responding car that responds to the normal destination call stored in the storage section 12 is not changed by the assignment changing section 18, but is maintained as the other car. As a result, both the one car and the other car of the special call responding elevator arrive at the elevator boarding location where the special call is registered, but the one car responds to the special destination call and the other car responds to the normal destination call. When one car arrives at the elevator hall where the special call is registered, a signal for guiding a passenger who has registered the special call to ride the one car and a passenger who is not the one car (a passenger who has registered the normal call) to ride the other car is input from the notification command section 16 to the notification section 34 (step S23).
If it is determined in step S20 that a destination call registered at the boarding location where a special call is registered is not assigned to the other car (no), the car to which the special call is temporarily assigned is maintained as a special call responding car (step S24). Specifically, the special call responding car stored in the storage unit 12 is not changed by the assignment changing unit 18, and one of the cars is maintained. Thus, one car of the special call responding elevator responds to a destination call registered in association with the special call.
In embodiment 1 described above, the assignment changing portion 18 may not change the special call responding car stored in the storage portion 12 in step S19. In this case, both the one car and the other car arrive at the elevator boarding location in which the special call is registered. However, only one car responds to a destination call accompanied by a special call. The other car arrives at the elevator hall where the special call is registered earlier than the one car. Therefore, it is assumed that a passenger who has registered a special call will mistakenly ride the car of the other party who arrived first. In order to prevent such a situation, in this case, it is preferable that the notification command section 16 inputs a signal to the notification section 34 to notify, when the other car arrives at the elevator hall in which the special call is registered, a notification that guides the passenger who registered the special call to ride the next car.
(embodiment 2)
Next, an elevator system according to embodiment 2 will be described with reference to fig. 3 to 5.
In embodiment 2 shown in fig. 3 to 5, the upper car 31 or the lower car 32 is prohibited from arriving at a specific floor, unlike embodiment 1 shown in fig. 1 to 2B. The assignment changing unit 18 of the special call responding car assigning unit 15 includes a reachable/not-reachable determining unit 183. The other structure is substantially the same as embodiment 1. In embodiment 2 shown in fig. 3 to 5, the same reference numerals are given to the same parts as those in embodiment 1, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
First, as shown in fig. 4, in a building to which the elevator system 100 is applied, the inter-floor distance between 4 floors and 5 floors is larger than the other inter-floor distances, and when the lower cage 32 is caused to reach 4 floors, the upper cage 31 cannot be caused to reach 5 floors, and when the upper cage 31 is caused to reach 5 floors, the lower cage 32 cannot be caused to reach 4 floors. Therefore, in the elevator system 100, the lower cage 32 of the double deck elevators a, B, and C is prohibited from reaching 4 floors, and the upper cage 31 is prohibited from reaching 5 floors. Therefore, even if a special destination call is registered, the lower car 32 cannot respond to the special destination call if the destination floor of the special destination call is 4 floors, and the upper car 31 cannot respond to the special destination call if the destination floor of the special destination call is 5 floors.
In the elevator system 100 as described above, the arrival reachability determination unit 183 determines whether or not the other car of the special call responding elevator can reach the destination floor of the special destination call when the assignment unit 17 temporarily assigns one car of the special call responding elevator as the special call responding car. In the example shown in fig. 4, if the other car is the lower car 32 and the destination floor of the special destination call is 4 floors, the arrival possibility determination unit 183 determines that the other car cannot arrive at the destination floor of the special destination call. When the other car is the upper car 31 and the destination floor of the special destination call is 5 floors, the arrival permission determination unit 183 determines that the other car cannot reach the destination floor of the special destination call.
When the other car assignment determination unit 181 determines that the destination call for causing the other car to reach the elevator where the special call is registered is assigned to the other car before the one car, and the arrival availability determination unit 183 determines that the other car can reach the destination floor of the special destination call, the assignment changing unit 18 changes the special call responding car stored in the storage unit 12 from the one car to the other car if the elevator rate determination unit 182 determines that the elevator rate of the other car is smaller than the predetermined value. On the other hand, when the arrival availability determining unit 183 determines that the other car cannot reach the destination floor of the special destination call, the assignment changing unit 18 does not change the special call responding car stored in the storage unit 12 regardless of the determination results of the other car assignment determining unit 181 and the boarding rate determining unit 182.
When the other-car assignment determination unit 181 determines that a destination call is assigned to the other car so that the other car reaches the elevator hall in which the special call is registered earlier than the one car, and the arrival availability determination unit 183 determines that the other car cannot reach the destination floor of the special destination call, the notification command unit 16 inputs, to the notification unit 34, a notification signal that causes the other car to perform notification of guiding the passenger who registered the special call to take the one car when the other car reaches the elevator hall in which the special call is registered. This is because: in this case, not only the other car reaches the elevator boarding location in which the special call is registered, but also one car reaches the elevator boarding location in which the special call is registered, but only one car responds to the special destination call. The other car arrives at the elevator hall where the special call is registered earlier than the one car. Therefore, there is a possibility that a passenger who has registered a special call may erroneously take the other car.
Next, the operation of the elevator system 100 (particularly, the operation of the group management control device 10) will be described with reference to fig. 5. Fig. 5 is a flowchart showing the operation of the elevator system 100 according to embodiment 2. Steps S11 to S24 in fig. 5 are the same as in fig. 2A and 2B.
As shown in fig. 5, when it is determined in step S16 that a destination call is assigned to the other car so that the other car reaches the boarding location in which the special call is registered earlier than the one car (yes), the arrival possibility determination unit 183 determines whether or not the other car can reach the destination floor of the destination call registered in association with the special call (step S30). If it is determined in step S30 that the vehicle can arrive (yes), the process proceeds to step S17. On the other hand, when it is determined in step S30 that the car cannot arrive (no), the car to which the assignment is temporarily made is maintained as the special call responding car. Specifically, the special call responding car stored in the storage unit 12 is not changed by the assignment changing unit 18, but is held with one car unchanged. Thus, one car of the special call responding elevator responds to the special destination call. Further, a signal for notifying that the passenger who registered the special call is guided to take the next car when the other car arrives at the elevator hall where the special call is registered is input from the notification instruction section 16 to the notification section 34 (step S31).
According to embodiments 1 and 2 described above, the elevator system 1, 100 includes: a plurality of double-deck elevators a, B, C for machines, each including a car device 30, the car device 30 including an upper car 31 and a lower car 32 connected in the vertical direction; a destination floor registration device 20 provided at each elevator hall, including a destination floor registration part 21 and a special call registration part 22, the destination floor registration part 21 registering a destination call including a destination floor (specifying destination floor), the special call registration part 22 registering a special call; and a group management control device 10 for performing group management control on the operation of the double-deck elevators A, B, C of a plurality of machines. The destination floor registration device 20 at the elevator riding place can register either one of the odd-numbered floor and the even-numbered floor as the destination floor depending on whether the elevator riding place where the destination floor registration device 20 at the elevator riding place is provided is the odd-numbered floor or the even-numbered floor when the destination call is registered without accompanying the special call, and can register both the odd-numbered floor and the even-numbered floor as the destination floor when the destination call is registered with accompanying the special call. The group management control device 10 also includes an assignment control unit 11, and the assignment control unit 11 assigns a car number responding to a destination call registered in the destination floor registration device 20 at the boarding location. The assignment control portion 11 assigns a car that responds to a destination call registered without a special call as a normal call responding car, and assigns either one of the upper car 31 and the lower car 32 of the normal call responding car as a normal call responding car that responds to the destination call, depending on whether the elevator hall where the destination call is registered is an odd-numbered floor or an even-numbered floor. The assignment control unit 11 assigns a car responding to a destination call registered with a special call as a special call responding car. The assignment control portion 11 performs determination as to whether or not a destination call is assigned to the other of the upper car 31 and the lower car 32 of the special call responding elevator so that the other car reaches the elevator hall in which the special call is registered earlier than the one car, and determination as to whether or not a destination call registered in the elevator hall in which the special call is registered is assigned to the other car, after the one of the upper car 31 and the lower car 32 of the special call responding elevator is temporarily assigned as a special call responding car responding to the special call. The assignment control portion 11 sets the special call responding car as the car of the other party when it is determined that the car of the other party is assigned a destination call for causing the car of the other party to reach the elevator boarding location where the special call is registered earlier than the car of the one party, and assigns the destination call assigned to the car of the other party to the car of the one party when it is determined that the car of the other party is not assigned a destination call for causing the car of the other party to reach the elevator boarding location where the special call is registered earlier than the car of the one party and that the car of the other party is assigned a destination call for causing the car of the other party to reach the elevator boarding location where the special call is registered.
According to the elevator systems 1 and 100, when no special call is registered, all the elevators a, B, and C can be operated in the dual operation mode, and passengers can be efficiently transported. Further, only when a special call is registered, some of the plurality of operators a, B, and C (special call responding operators) can be operated in the half-duplex operation mode, and passengers who have registered special calls can be transported without restriction of the destination. Therefore, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the transportation efficiency of the elevator systems 1 and 100 caused by operating the double-deck elevator in the half-double operation mode. In addition, according to the elevator systems 1 and 100, it is possible to suppress passengers from sitting in a car between the upper and lower cars of the special call responding elevator operating in the half-duplex operation mode.
In addition, according to the first and second embodiments 1 and 2, the assignment control portion 11 performs the above determination after the car device 30 starts decelerating in order to make one of the one car and the other car arrive at the boarding area where the special call is registered. This makes it possible to perform the determination in consideration of the destination call assigned to the special call responding elevator before the car device 30 starts decelerating.
Further, according to the first and second embodiments 1 and 2, when a new destination call is registered without a special call before the special call responding car reaches the destination floor of the destination call registered with the special call, the assignment control portion 11 assigns a car other than the special call responding car as a normal call responding car responding to the new destination call. This can prevent a decrease in the transport efficiency of the special call responding elevator machine due to the assignment of a new destination call registered without accompanying a special call to the special call responding elevator machine, and as a result, can prevent a decrease in the transport efficiency of the elevator system 1, 100.
In addition, according to the first and second embodiments 1 and 2, when a new destination call is registered in association with a special call before the special call responding car reaches the destination floor associated with the destination call registered in association with a special call, the assignment control portion 11 assigns a special call responding elevator as a special call responding elevator responding to the new destination call. This can prevent a reduction in the transportation efficiency of the elevator system 1, 100 due to an increase in special call response numbers.
Further, according to embodiment 1 and embodiment 2, the elevator system 1, 100 further includes a boarding rate detecting section 33 that acquires the boarding rate of each car assigned as a car of a special call responding car. When it is determined that a destination call is assigned to the other car so that the other car reaches the elevator boarding location in which the special call is registered earlier than the one car and the boarding rate of the other car is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, the assignment control unit 11 sets the special call responding car as both the one car and the other car. Thus, even if a passenger who has registered a special call gets into one of the two cars 31 and 32 of the special call responding elevator, the passenger can be transported to the destination floor of the destination. Therefore, even when a passenger gets a car (the other car) having a high boarding rate of the two cars 31 and 32 of the special call responding elevator which arrive at the boarding location where the passenger is located first, or when the passenger gets a car (one car) which arrives next to the boarding location without getting the car (the other car) having the high boarding rate, the passenger can be transported to a desired destination floor.
Further, according to embodiment 1 and embodiment 2, the elevator system 1, 100 further includes the notifying part 34, and the notifying part 34 notifies that the passenger who registered the special call gives priority to the other car when the other car arrives at the elevator boarding place where the special call is registered in the case where the special call responding car is one of the cars and the other car.
Further, according to embodiment 1 and embodiment 2, the elevator systems 1 and 100 further include the riding rate detecting section 33 and the notifying section 34, and the riding rate detecting section 33 acquires the riding rate of each of the cars 31 and 32 selected as the elevator of the special call responding elevator. When it is determined that a destination call for causing the other car to arrive at the elevator location where the special call is registered earlier than the one car is assigned to the other car and the elevator boarding rate of the other car is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, the assignment control portion 11 keeps the special call responding car as the one car, and the notification portion 34 gives a notification for guiding the passenger who registered the special call to ride the one car when the other car arrives at the elevator location where the special call is registered. Thus, both of the two cars 31 and 32 of the special call responding elevator reach the elevator hall in which the special call is registered, but the risk that the passenger who has registered the special call mistakenly takes the car of the other car which has arrived at the elevator hall first and does not respond to the special call can be reduced.
Further, according to embodiment 2, the elevator system 100 further includes the notification unit 34. The assignment control portion 11 performs determination as to whether or not a destination call is assigned to the other of the upper car 31 and the lower car 32 of the special call responding elevator so that the other car reaches the elevator hall where the special call is registered earlier than the one car, and determination as to whether or not the other car can reach the destination floor of the destination call associated with the special call registration. When it is determined that the other car is assigned a destination call that causes the other car to reach the elevator hall where the special call is registered earlier than the one car, and it is determined that the other car cannot reach the destination floor of the destination call that is registered with the special call, the assignment control unit 11 keeps the special call responding car as the one car. In this case, when the other car arrives at the elevator hall in which the special call is registered, the notification portion 34 notifies the passenger who registered the special call to be guided to ride the one car. Thus, when the other car arrives at the elevator hall where the special call is registered earlier than the one car and the destination call registered with the special call cannot be assigned to the other car, both of the two cars 31 and 32 of the special call responding elevator reach the elevator hall where the special call is registered, but the risk that the passenger who has registered the special call mistakenly takes the other car which has arrived at the elevator hall earlier and does not respond to the special call can be reduced.
The above-described embodiments and modifications thereof are included in the scope and spirit of the invention, and are included in the invention described in the claims and the equivalent scope thereof. It is needless to say that the above-described embodiments and modifications thereof may be appropriately combined within the scope of the gist of the present invention.

the assignment control unit performs the determination after the car device starts decelerating in order to allow one of the one car and the other car to arrive at a boarding area in which the special call is registered.
3. Elevator system according to claim 1 or 2,
the assignment control unit assigns a car other than the special call responding car as a normal call responding car that responds to the new destination call, when the new destination call is registered without a special call before the special call responding car reaches the destination floor of the destination call registered with the special call.
4. The elevator system according to claim 1,
the assignment control unit assigns the special call responding number machine as a special call responding number machine that responds to the new destination call when a new destination call is registered with a special call before the special call responding car reaches a destination floor of the destination call registered with the special call.
5. The elevator system according to claim 1,
further comprising an elevator-taking rate detecting section for acquiring an elevator-taking rate of each car assigned to the elevator of the special call responding elevator,
the assignment control unit sets the special call responding car as both the one car and the other car when it is determined that the destination call is assigned to the other car so that the other car reaches the elevator boarding location in which the special call is registered earlier than the one car and the elevator rate of the other car is equal to or greater than a predetermined value.
6. The elevator system according to claim 5,
the elevator control system further comprises an informing section for informing that the passenger who registered the special call gives priority to boarding of the other car when the other car arrives at the boarding location where the special call is registered, in a case where the special call responding car is both the one car and the other car.
7. The elevator system according to claim 1, further comprising:
a boarding rate detection unit that acquires the boarding rate of each car of the elevator selected as the special call responding elevator; and
a notification unit for notifying the user of the presence of the user,
when it is determined that a destination call for causing the other car to arrive at the elevator hall where the special call is registered earlier than the one car is assigned to the other car and the elevator riding rate of the other car is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, the assignment control portion keeps the special call responding car as the one car, and the notification portion gives a notification for guiding the passenger who registered the special call to ride the one car when the other car arrives at the elevator hall where the special call is registered.
8. The elevator system set forth in claim 1,
and a notification part is also provided, wherein,
the assignment control unit, after temporarily assigning one of the upper car and the lower car of the special call responding elevator as a special call responding car responding to the special call, performs a determination as to whether or not a destination call is assigned to the other of the upper car and the lower car of the special call responding elevator so that the other car reaches the elevator hall in which the special call is registered before the one car, and a determination as to whether or not the other car can reach the destination floor of the destination call registered with the special call,
the assignment control portion, when it is determined that the other car is assigned a destination call for causing the other car to arrive at the elevator hall in which the special call is registered earlier than the one car and it is determined that the other car cannot arrive at the destination floor of the destination call in which the special call is registered in association with the special call, causes the special call responding car to remain unchanged as the one car, and the notification portion, when the other car arrives at the elevator hall in which the special call is registered, performs notification for guiding a passenger who registered the special call to take the one car.
