Fig. 1 is a schematic view of the overall structure of the present invention.
Detailed Description
To facilitate use, embodiments of the present invention provide a discharge device for hygienic articles. The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiment provides a discharging device for hygienic products, which is shown in fig. 1 and comprises a support 3, wherein the support 3 is in driving connection with a section of sliding path, one end of the support 3 is connected with a push rod 1, and the push rod 1 pushes products through the transmission of the support 3.
The device also comprises an adjusting seat 6, and as shown in the figure, the adjusting seat 6 is connected on a section of path, and the adjusting seat 6 is flexibly connected with the push rod 1 by a connecting part. The term "flexible connection" is used herein to mean a connection that allows axial expansion and contraction, or a certain amount of displacement perpendicular to the axial direction.
As described above, the connecting portion may adopt a structure such as a spring, a rope; when the distance between the adjusting seat 6 and the push rod 1 is less than d (the value of d depends on the characteristics of the connecting part or the connecting mode), the adjusting seat 6 does not work on the push rod 1 when the spring or the rope is in the 'contraction' state; when the distance between the adjusting seat 6 and the push rod 1 is larger than d, the spring or the rope is in a stretching state, and the adjusting seat 6 generates moment on the push rod to lift the push rod; when the distance is smaller than d again, the falling is realized under the action of the gravity of the push rod.
With reference to the connecting rod 5, when the distance at which the adjustment seat 6 is connected to the push rod 1 is greater than d (this distance is actually the lateral distance between the connection point of the connecting portion at the adjustment seat 6 and the connection point of the connecting portion at the push rod 1, as shown in the figure), the adjustment seat transmits a force to the push rod 1, substantially as a relative pulling force (generating a moment) under which the push rod 1 is configured to move up. The distance between the adjusting ring seat 6 and the support 3 is further enlarged until the maximum distance D is formed at the joint of the adjusting ring seat 6 and the push rod 1 (because the two are connected through the connecting part, a maximum distance is certainly formed); at distance D, the push rod 1 is raised to the highest position.
The present embodiment preferably refers to the structure of the link 5 employed in the figure. Namely, one end of the connecting rod 5 is hinged with the adjusting seat 6; the link structure differs from the flexible connection described above (note here that the link structure also belongs to one of the so-called "flexible connections" of the present invention): the connecting rod structure is in a contraction state and a stretching state, the connecting rods work the push rod 1, only the directions are opposite, and the quick response of mechanical linkage is reflected; from another perspective, the mechanism can be regarded as a crank-link mechanism, which has a certain snap-back characteristic to be suitable for the concept of the present invention.
In addition, in order to realize the lifting of the push rod 1 by the pulling force of the transmission part on the push rod 1, the connection structure of the push rod 1 is shown in fig. 1, the push rod 1 is fixed on an O-shaft 2, the O-shaft 2 is rotatably connected on a support 3, one side of the O-shaft 2 is fixedly connected with a support arm 4, and the support arm 4 is connected with an adjusting seat 6. When the adjusting seat generates tension on the support arm 4, the O shaft 2 rotates to drive the push rod 1 to lift up.
It should be noted here that the above connection structure of the push rod 1 is only an example in the present embodiment, and cannot be regarded as a specific limitation to the structure thereof. If a person skilled in the art, based on the basic idea of the present invention, performs adaptive deformation on the structure, such as directly hinging one section of the push rod 1 on the support 3 and directly connecting the other end with the adjusting seat 6, and the like, in order to achieve the lifting action of the push rod 1 by the pulling force, it should be within the scope of the present application;
in addition, in order to improve the stability of the linkage structure, the position of the push rod 1 in fig. 1 is set as the initial position, and at this time, the counterclockwise rotational movement of the push rod 1 (i.e., the O-shaft 2) is limited.
Based on the above, in order to realize the rapid and timely lifting of the push rod 1; the lateral distance between the connection of the adjustment seat 6 and the push rod 1 is controlled to reach d quickly at a specific position.
With continued reference to the illustration, the support 3 and the adjustment seat 6 are arranged to be slidingly coupled to the same length of guide rail for compactness of construction. Of course, in practical applications, the support 3 and the adjustment seat 6 may be arranged on different tracks or other movement paths. Depending on the specific working scenario, the support 3 is generally on a straight track (depending on the specific push-piece scenario); but the adjustment seat 6 can be mounted on different paths, such as an arc-shaped track or a folded track, or even a segment of a swinging path; this is not necessarily exhaustive. Based on the concept of the present invention, it is within the protection scope of the present invention as long as the adjusting base 6 and the support 3 can generate relative displacement.
This embodiment is further illustrated by taking fig. 1 as an example; the specific execution steps are as follows:
the push sheet acts, the support 3 moves from the initial position to the push sheet position along the X direction under the action of the driving mechanism (the position of the support 3 in the figure 1 is set as the push sheet position); in this process, since the adjustment seat 6 is driven (not actively driven); the support 3 pushes the adjusting seat 6 to move, when the two move together, the distance between the adjusting seat 6 and the connection part of the push rod 1 is minimum (less than d), and the push rod 1 is also at the initial position (i.e. the position in the figure) of the normal push sheet.
The push rod 1 finishes the push sheet retraction action, when the push rod is in the state shown in the figure 1, the support 3 immediately moves rightwards in a reverse direction, the adjusting seat 6 continues moving leftwards under the action of inertia, the distance between the two is immediately increased, D is broken through instantly, the maximum distance D is reached, and in the process, the push rod 1 is lifted upwards to the limit position. Subsequently, the support 3 and the adjusting seat 6 keep a distance D and move rightwards at the same time, and the push rod 1 also keeps at the limit position and passes through the position of the product (the function of avoiding the product is achieved). When the support 3 returns to the initial position, the adjusting seat 6 continues to move rightwards under the action of inertia, the distance between the adjusting seat and the support is reduced, and the adjusting seat continuously and rapidly falls down under the action of the self gravity of the push rod 1; the second pusher cycle is performed immediately after the abutment 3 has reached the initial position and is driven to move to the left along the X-axis. The movement of the support 3 at this time further reduces the distance from the adjusting seat 6, so that the push rod 1 is rapidly put down to realize the push sheet work on the subsequent path.
In conclusion, in the process of executing the push sheet action, the distance between the adjusting seat 6 and the support 3 is the minimum, and the push rod 1 is at the initial position; during the execution process of the retraction movement, the distance between the adjusting seat 6 and the support 3 is the largest, and the push rod 1 is lifted. In the process, two important points are mainly involved, namely the rapidity of the push rod 1 to be lifted, and the stability of the push rod 1 to be lifted to the limit height.
In order to improve the response time (namely the rapidity of lifting) of the mechanical linkage structure, the transverse distance at the joint of the adjusting seat 6 and the push rod 1 is just d in the optimal state when the support 3 reaches the limit position after the push sheet action is finished; in other words, when the support 3 reaches the limit position, the support moves reversely immediately, the distance between the adjusting seat 6 and the support 3 breaks through d instantly, and the push rod 1 is lifted up immediately.
Based on this, the minimum distance at the connection of the adjusting seat 6 and the push rod 1 is set as d. Firstly, the support 3 extends towards one side of the adjusting seat 6 (a push rod can extend out), and when the support is contacted with the adjusting seat 6, the transverse distance at the joint of the adjusting seat 6 and the push rod 1 is d; secondly, the distance between the limiting adjusting seat 6 and the push rod 1 is further shortened by controlling the connecting part; taking the link 5 as an example, when the lateral distance between the adjusting seat 6 and the push rod 1 is d, the link 5 is in a "stretching state", and the link 5 limits the adjusting seat 6 from being closer to the push rod 1. Referring to fig. 1, setting the distance at this time as d, the clockwise rotation of the link 5 is limited, specifically, the hinge points at the two ends can be limited, taking fig. 1 as an example, and taking fig. 1 as a state of the distance d, the limit O shaft 2 cannot rotate counterclockwise at this time, so that the distance d is further reduced.
Regarding the stability of the lifting position of the push rod 1, due to the inertia, in the implementation, the mass of the adjusting seat 6, the friction resistance of the movement of the adjusting seat, or the lifting resistance of the push rod 1 can be adjusted, so that the maximum distance can be kept between the adjusting seat 6 and the support 3 in the process of retracting, and the lifting limit position of the push rod 1 can be maintained.
On the basis, a driving source is arranged to drive the adjusting seat 6, so that the trend that the adjusting seat 6 is far away from or close to the push rod 1 is enlarged, a faster reaction is realized, the push rod 1 is quickly lifted to the limit position, and the push rod 1 quickly falls to the initial position.
With continued reference to fig. 1, to increase the compactness of the device, a magnetically levitated linear motor drive is employed. As shown in the figure 10, the linear motor stator, and the support 3 and the adjusting base 6 are linear motor rotors.
The two movers are independently driven by the stator. Mainly, in the retracting step, a driving force which is leftward along an X axis is given to the adjusting seat 6, so that the distance between the adjusting seat 6 and the connecting part of the push rod 1 quickly reaches D and is kept, and in the retracting step, a certain power is given properly, so that the distance between the adjusting seat 6 and the push rod 1 is stably kept at D, and the stability of the push rod 1 in the lifting state is ensured.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
