Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a stroller includes a foldable frame 1000 and a foldable seat bag assembly 2000, wherein the frame 1000 and the seat bag assembly 2000 can be independently folded. Also, the seat pocket assembly 2000 is detachably coupled to the vehicle frame 1000, and when the seat pocket assembly 2000 is mounted to the vehicle frame 1000, the seat pocket assembly 2000 has a forward mounting state facing a pushing direction of the vehicle frame 1000 and a reverse mounting state facing away from the pushing direction of the vehicle frame 1000. Thus, the seat pocket assembly 2000 and the frame 1000 can be integrally formed into two folding states of the stroller, i.e., a first folding state and a second folding state. Referring to fig. 13, when the stroller is in the first folded state, the seat pocket assembly 2000 is in the forward installation state, the frame 1000 and the seat pocket assembly 2000 are folded respectively, and the seat pocket assembly 2000 is folded at the front side of the frame 1000; referring to fig. 18, in the second folded state of the stroller, the seat pocket assembly 2000 is in the reverse installation state, the frame 1000 and the seat pocket assembly 2000 are folded, respectively, and the seat pocket assembly 2000 is folded at the rear side of the frame 1000.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the frame 1000 includes a front wheel bracket 1100, a rear wheel bracket 1200 and a push rod bracket 1300, wherein a front wheel assembly 1500 is disposed at the bottom of the front wheel bracket 1100, and a rear wheel assembly 1600 is disposed at the bottom of the rear wheel bracket 1200. The upper end of the front wheel bracket 1100 has a first connecting portion 1101, the upper end of the rear wheel bracket 1200 has a second connecting portion 1201, the lower end of the push rod frame 1300 has a third connecting portion 1301, and on each of the left and right sides of the frame 1000, the first connecting portion 1101, the second connecting portion 1201, and the third connecting portion 1301 are rotatably connected together about a first rotation center line X extending in the left-right direction of the frame 1000. The second connecting portion 1201, the first connecting portion 1101, and the third connecting portion 1301 are arranged in this order from the inside to the outside in the width direction of the vehicle frame 1000.
Referring to fig. 5 to 8, the frame 1000 further includes two sets of mounting seats 1400 for detachable connection with the seat pocket assembly 2000, the mounting seats 1400 are respectively disposed on two sides of the frame 1000, each set of mounting seat 1400 includes an insertion portion 1401 and a rotation portion 1402, and the insertion portion 1401 is fixedly disposed on an upper portion of the rotation portion 1402. The top of the inserting part 1401 is provided with a slot into which the seat pocket assembly 2000 is partially inserted, the rotating part 1402 is annular, the rotating part 1402 can be sleeved on the first connecting part 1101 and the second connecting part 1201 in a matching manner, so that the mounting seat 1400 can be rotatably connected with the front wheel support 1100 and/or the rear wheel support 1200, and the mounting seat 1400 can also be rotatably connected with the first connecting part 1101 and/or the second connecting part 1201 around the first rotation center line X.
In actual use, the mounting seat 1400 on each side can rotate relative to only one of the first connection portion 1101 and the second connection portion 1201, and is fixed relative to the other. A first limiting structure for limiting the rotation of the insertion part 1401 towards the front wheel bracket 1100 is arranged between the mounting seat 1400 and the first connecting part 1101, and a second limiting structure for limiting the rotation of the insertion part 1401 towards the rear wheel bracket 1200 is arranged between the mounting seat 1400 and the second connecting part 1201. Specifically, when the seat pocket assembly 2000 is in the forward installation state, the first limiting structure includes a first protrusion 71 disposed at the inner front portion of the rotating portion 1402 and protruding downward, and a second protrusion 72 disposed at the front portion of the first connecting portion 1101 and protruding upward, so that the second protrusion 72 can block the first protrusion 71 from rotating forward, and the installation seat 1400 cannot rotate forward relative to the front wheel bracket 1100; similarly, the second limiting structure includes a first stopper 73 disposed at the rear of the inserting portion 1401, and a second stopper 74 disposed at the rear of the second connecting portion 1201 and protruding upward, so that the second stopper 74 can prevent the first stopper 73 from rotating backward, and the mounting base 1400 cannot rotate backward relative to the rear wheel bracket 1200.
For the frame 1000 in the unfolded state, fig. 5 shows the maximum angle at which the front wheel bracket 1100 and the rear wheel bracket 1200 can be relatively unfolded, and when the frame 1000 needs to be folded, the front wheel bracket 1100 and the rear wheel bracket 1200 are relatively folded around the first rotation center line X. As can be seen from the above, when the mounting seat 1400 is fixed relative to the first connecting portion 1101, i.e. the front wheel bracket 1100, the rear wheel bracket 1200 can still be folded toward the front wheel bracket 1100, because the first blocking element 73 and the second blocking element 74 are away from each other in the process, they will not block each other; similarly, when the mounting seat 1400 is fixed to the second connecting portion 1201, the front wheel bracket 1100 can be folded toward the rear wheel bracket 1200, because the first protrusion 71 and the second protrusion 72 are away from each other.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in the present embodiment, the seat pocket assembly 2000 includes an upper surrounding frame 2100, a lower surrounding frame 2200, and a connecting seat 2300, and the connecting seat 2300 has two sets disposed on the left and right sides of the seat pocket assembly 2000. On each side of the seat pocket assembly 2000, the lower end portion of the upper surrounding frame 2100, the upper end portion of the lower surrounding frame 2200, and the upper portion of the connecting seat 2300 are rotatably connected together about the second rotation center line Y. When the seat pocket assembly 2000 is mounted on the frame 1000, the second rotation center line Y is parallel to the first rotation center line X, and the second rotation center line Y is located above the first rotation center line X. In other embodiments, the connecting seat 2300 may also be directly disposed on the lower peripheral frame 2200, and the connecting seat 2300 and the lower peripheral frame 2200 are fixed relatively.
In this embodiment, when the seat pocket assembly 2000 is in the forward installation state, both the upper and lower surrounding frames 2100 and 2200 are inclined and extended backward from bottom to top, the upper surrounding frame 2100 constitutes a backrest portion of the seat pocket assembly 2000, and the lower surrounding frame 2200 constitutes a seat portion of the seat pocket assembly 2000, so that when the seat pocket assembly 2000 is in the forward installation state, the seat pocket assembly 2000 faces away from the push rod frame 1300, and the facing direction of a child seated in the seat pocket assembly 2000 is the same as the push direction; when the seat pocket assembly 2000 is in the reverse installation state, the seat pocket assembly 2000 faces the push rod frame 1300, and the child faces in the opposite direction to the push direction.
In this embodiment, the connecting seat 2300 is adapted to be detachably connected to the mounting seat 1400, the first connecting portion 1101 and the second connecting portion 1201, and the lower portion of each connecting seat 2300 can be correspondingly inserted into the slots of the inserting portion 1401 on the same side. When the seat pocket assembly 2000 is in a forward installation state, the seat pocket assembly 2000 is fixedly arranged on the front wheel bracket 1100, the connecting seat 2300, the mounting seat 1400 and the first connecting part 1101 are fixedly arranged between two of the seat pocket assembly 2000 and the front wheel bracket, and the second connecting part 1201 can rotate relative to the three parts; when the seat pocket assembly 2000 is in a reverse installation state, the seat pocket assembly 2000 is fixedly arranged on the rear wheel bracket 1200, the connecting seat 2300, the mounting seat 1400 and the second connecting part 1201 are fixedly arranged between each two, and the first connecting part 1101 can relatively rotate with respect to the three.
Specifically, the lower part of each group of connecting seats 2300 is provided with a first positioning part 1 and a second positioning part 2 in a sliding manner, the first positioning part 1 and the second positioning part 2 can slide relatively in the vertical direction, the first positioning part 1 and the second positioning part 2 are both bolts, when the seat pocket assembly 2000 is in a forward installation state, the first positioning part 1 is located on the outer side of the second positioning part 2, the first positioning part 1 is located on the rear side of the first rotation center line X, and the second positioning part 2 is located on the front side of the first rotation center line X. The connecting seat 2300 is further provided with a first elastic member 5 for providing an acting force required by the downward movement of the first positioning member 1, and a second elastic member 6 for providing an acting force required by the downward movement of the second positioning member 2, and the first elastic member 5 and the second elastic member 6 are both springs. Correspondingly, a first matching structure 3 is arranged on the first connecting portion 1101, a second matching structure 4 is arranged on the second connecting portion 1201, the first matching structure 3 and the second matching structure 4 are both jacks, the first matching structure 3 is located on the outer side of the second matching structure 4, the first matching structure 3 and the second matching structure 4 are basically consistent in the front-back direction of the frame 1000, and both are located on the rear side of the first rotation center line X. Thus, when the seat pocket assembly 2000 is in the forward installation state, the first positioning piece 1 can be correspondingly inserted into the first matching structure 3, and the second positioning piece 2 is separated from the second matching structure 4, so that the seat pocket assembly 2000 is connected with the front wheel bracket 1100; when the seat pocket assembly 2000 is in a reverse installation state, the second positioning element 2 is correspondingly inserted into the second matching structure 4, and the first positioning element 1 is separated from the first matching structure 3. The connection of the seat pocket assembly 2000 to the rear wheel bracket 1200 is achieved.
In this embodiment, in order to further improve the matching between the first positioning element 1 and the first matching structure 3, and between the second positioning element 2 and the second matching structure 4, the first positioning element 1 adopts a bolt with a square cross section, and the first matching structure 3 is a square hole with a matched shape; the second positioning part 2 adopts a bolt with a circular section, and the second matching structure 4 is a circular hole with a matched shape.
Further, during the folding process of the stroller, the first connection portion 1101 and the second connection portion 1201 relatively rotate, so that although the unused latch and the receptacle are arranged in a staggered manner in the unfolded state, the unused latch may still fall into the corresponding receptacle during the folding process, so that the stroller frame 1000 and the seat pocket assembly 2000 are locked, and cannot be further folded or unfolded. In order to avoid the above problem and improve the reliability of the stroller performance, in this embodiment, the bottom of the insertion portion 1401 is further provided with a limiting surface 9 and a through hole, and the through hole is located at the rear side of the limiting surface 9. Thus, when the seat pocket assembly 2000 is in the forward installation state, the first positioning element 1 is inserted into the through hole and inserted into the first matching structure 3, and the second positioning element 2 always abuts against the limiting surface 9, so that no matter how the installation seat 1400 rotates relative to the second connecting part 1201, the second positioning element 2 cannot contact the second connecting part 1201 and the second matching structure 4 thereon; similarly, when the seat pocket assembly 2000 is in the reverse installation state, the second positioning element 2 is inserted into the through hole and inserted into the second matching structure 4, and the first positioning element 1 always abuts against the limiting surface 9, so that no matter how the installation seat 1400 rotates relative to the first connection portion 1101, the first positioning element 1 cannot contact the first connection portion 1101 and the first matching structure 3 thereon.
In this embodiment, the frame 1000 has a frame locking mechanism for locking itself in the unfolded state, and the upper portion of the push rod frame 1300 is further provided with an unlocking button 8 for unlocking the frame locking mechanism; the seat pocket assembly 2000 has a seat pocket locking mechanism for locking itself in an expanded state; an installation locking mechanism for stably locking the seat pocket assembly 2000 and the frame 1000 in a forward/backward installation state is further provided between the seat pocket assembly 2000 and the frame, and the installation locking mechanism is disposed between the connection seat 2300 and the installation seat 1400.
