The vehicle collecting plate block A13 is arranged on the seat lower pipe A12, and a collecting steel rope A11 penetrates from the seat lower pipe A12 to be connected with the vehicle collecting plate block A13; the adjusting button is arranged on the seat upper pipe A15, and the adjusting steel rope A5 penetrates from the seat upper pipe A15 to be connected with the adjusting button.
The rope clamping part is arranged in the upper joint A4, and extends out towards one side of the lower joint A4, so that the folding steel rope A11 is ejected out towards the lower joint direction to a position flush with the tail end of the folding spring A2, the moment is increased, and the folding steel rope A11 can pull the folding gear A3 more conveniently.
The novel handrail comprises a handrail component A14, wherein handrail joints A16 are respectively arranged at two ends of the handrail component A14, and the handrail component A14 is connected with the inner side surface of a lower joint A1 through the handrail joints A16 to form a rotatable structure.

A pull rod rotating shaft 14 is fixed in the fixing seat 15, the vehicle collecting pull rod 12 is arranged on the pull rod rotating shaft 14, a pull rod torsion spring 13 is sleeved on the pull rod rotating shaft 14, one end of the pull rod torsion spring 13 is connected with the vehicle collecting pull rod 12, and the other end of the pull rod torsion spring 13 is connected with the fixing seat 15, so that an automatic return structure of the vehicle collecting pull rod 12 is formed.
The seat frame part is folded: the folding gear A3 is simultaneously clamped into tooth grooves of the upper joint A4 and the lower joint A1 under the action of the folding spring A2, so that the upper joint and the lower joint are in a clamping state. When the vehicle is to be retracted, the vehicle retracting plate block A13 is pulled upwards to drive the retracting steel rope A11 to move. The rope fixing head of the folding steel rope A11 is fixed in the tooth groove of the lower joint A1, when the folding steel rope A11 is straightened, the folding gear A3 is pressed into the gear groove of the lower joint A1, the folding gear A3 is separated from the tooth groove of the upper joint A4, and the clamping state of the upper joint and the lower joint disappears. The seat lower tube A12 is pushed upwards while the upper pulling and retracting vehicle pulling block A13 is kept, and the seat framework drives the seat frame connecting sheet A9 and the seat frame tube A10 to retract through the four-bar structure until the seat lower tube A12 and the seat upper tube A15 are completely abutted. When the seat is to be unfolded, the vehicle retracting block A13 is put down according to the reverse operation of the vehicle retracting process, and the retracting gear A3 is pressed back to be simultaneously clamped with the tooth groove of the upper joint A4 and the tooth groove of the lower joint A1 under the action of the retracting spring A2, so that a fixed structure is formed.
And (3) folding the frame part: A. the pulling of the vehicle collecting pull rod 12 drives the vehicle collecting gear 4 to be separated from the tooth groove of the supporting joint 5, at the moment, the supporting joint 5 is clamped with the outer joint 8 to form a whole under the action of the reversing gear 10, the handle assembly 1 rotates downwards around the inner joint 2 under the action of gravity, and the supporting joint 5 and a seat frame part on the supporting joint are driven to rotate together, so that folding is realized.
B. When the vehicle-collecting pull rod 12 is lifted upwards, the vehicle-collecting lower steel rope 23 is pulled to drive the clamping hook 22 to be separated from the clamping state of the clamping shaft of the sliding seat, the front foot group 20 rotates towards the rear foot pipe 16 under the action of gravity to approach, and the sliding seat 18 slides on the sliding groove of the rear foot pipe 16, so that the vehicle-collecting of the vehicle frame is realized.

the upper joints and the lower joints on two sides are respectively and coaxially connected to a socket joint, and the whole seat frame part is fixed on the frame part through the two socket joints in an inserting way; a tooth groove structure is also arranged in the socket joint, an adjusting spring and an adjusting gear are arranged between the upper joint and the socket joint, and the adjusting spring compresses the adjusting gear to enable the adjusting gear, the upper joint and the tooth groove structure of the socket joint to be mutually clamped to form a fixed structure; the adjusting gear is connected with an adjusting steel rope, the adjusting steel rope is connected with an adjusting button, the adjusting steel rope is tensioned through the adjusting button to enable the adjusting gear to be separated from the socket joint, and an angle adjusting structure with the integral rotation of the seat frame part is formed;
