Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the charging port sealing structure 100 includes a base 1, a charging structure 2 and a sealing structure 3, the base 1 includes a side wall 11 and a wheel casing 12, an installation space 13 is formed between the side wall 11 and the wheel casing 12, and the side wall 11 is provided with a first installation port communicated with the installation space 13; the charging structure 2 comprises a charging port box 21 and a charging seat 22, the charging port box 21 is arranged in the installation space 13, an opening of the charging port box 21 is arranged corresponding to the first installation port, a first installation hole is formed in the box bottom of the charging port box 21, and one end of the charging seat 22 penetrates through the first installation hole from one side of the wheel cover 12 and extends into the installation space 13; the sealing structure 3 includes a first sealing sleeve seat 31 disposed between the first mounting hole and the charging seat 22, and is used for sealing a gap between the first mounting hole and the charging seat 22.
In the technical scheme of the invention, the charging port box 21 is communicated with the outside through the first mounting port, so that an operator can conveniently insert a charging gun into the charging port box 21 from the first mounting port and connect the charging seat 22 in the charging port box 21 so as to charge an electric automobile, and a gap between the first mounting hole and the charging seat 22 is sealed through the first sealing sleeve seat 31 arranged between the first mounting hole and the charging seat 22, so that water is prevented from falling into the charging port box 21 from the first mounting port and then permeating into the mounting space 13 of the automobile along the charging seat 22.
It should be noted that the first sealing sleeve seat 31 not only can improve the sealing performance between the charging port box 21 and the charging seat 22, but also can reduce the mounting surface of the charging seat 22 in the charging port box 21, so as to avoid the situation that the mounting space 13 in the charging port box 21 is insufficient, which causes the charging seat 22 to interfere with the charging port cover of the charging port box 21, so as to be adapted to more charging port boxes 21, thereby expanding the versatility of the charging port sealing structure 100.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the charging cradle 22 includes a cradle body 221 and a mounting convex ring 222 protruding from an outer periphery of the charging cradle 22 body; the first seal sleeve seat 31 comprises a first sleeve body 311 and a first ring cover body 312, wherein one end of the first sleeve body 311 is connected to the periphery of the first mounting hole; the first ring cover body 312 is arranged at the opening at the other end of the first sleeve body 311, the first ring cover body 312 is in sealing abutment with the installation convex ring 222, and compared with the sealing by interference fit of the sealing soft rubber and the charging seat 22, the contact area of the charging seat 22 with the abutment of the first ring cover body 312 is larger through the installation convex ring 222 convexly arranged at the outer peripheral side of the charging seat 22 body, and the sealing effect after installation is better.
In order to facilitate the assembling and disassembling of the charging seat 22, in this embodiment, the mounting protruding ring 222 is detachably mounted on the first ring cover 312, so as to adopt a detachable structure, so that the charging seat 22 is detached from the first sealing sleeve seat 31, thereby facilitating the replacement of the charging seat 22.
In order to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the first sealing sleeve seat 31, in this embodiment, the first annular cover 312 is detachably mounted on the wheel casing 12, and thus, a detachable structure is adopted, so that the first sealing sleeve seat 31 is detached from the wheel casing 12, thereby facilitating the replacement of the charging seat 22.
It should be noted that the first seal housing 31 may be mounted to the charging port case 21 or may be mounted to the wheel cover 12, which is not limited by the present invention.
In the above two related technical features, the mounting protruding ring 222 is detachably mounted on the first ring cover body 312, and the first ring cover body 312 is detachably mounted on the wheel casing 12, which may be selected alternatively or simultaneously, and the invention is not limited thereto.
In order to reduce the time for assembling and disassembling, in this embodiment, the mounting convex ring 222 and the first ring cover 312 are mounted on the wheel cover 12 through a threaded connection structure, so that the mounting convex ring 222 and the first ring cover 312 can be simultaneously mounted on or dismounted from the wheel cover 12 through the threaded connection structure, thereby avoiding a complicated structure for separately mounting and dismounting, and improving the efficiency of mounting and dismounting.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the charging port box 21 includes a box sidewall 211 and a box bottom wall 212, the first mounting hole is formed in the box bottom wall 212, wherein the material of the box bottom wall 212 is soft glue; the material of the box body side wall 211 is hard plastic, so that the box body side wall 211 is made of hard plastic to form the shape of the charging port box 21, and the box body bottom wall 212 is made of soft plastic to facilitate the first sealing sleeve seat 31 to be matched with the charging port box 21 and the first sealing sleeve seat 31, it is understood that the box body side wall 211 may also be made of metal, and the bottom wall may also be made of rubber, etc., which is not limited in the present invention.
The box sidewall 211 and the box bottom wall 212 may be fixedly connected or detachably connected, and specifically, in this embodiment, the charging port box 21 is integrally formed, so that the box sidewall 211 and the box bottom wall 212 form a whole, thereby facilitating the improvement of the sealing performance of the charging port box 21.
In order to enhance the sealing performance between the charging port cartridge 21 and the first seal housing 31, in this embodiment, a card slot 213 facing the wheel cover 12 is provided on the cartridge bottom of the charging port cartridge 21 corresponding to the periphery of the first mounting hole; the side wall of one end of the first sleeve body 311 is clamped in the clamping groove 213, and is arranged in such a way, the clamping groove 213 is arranged at the periphery of the first mounting hole, so that the first sleeve body 311 is clamped in the clamping groove 213, the gap between the charging port box 21 and the first sealing sleeve seat 31 is avoided, and meanwhile, the clamping groove 213 faces the direction of the wheel cover 12, so that the charging port box 21 smoothly transits to the first sealing sleeve seat 31, the first sealing sleeve seat 31 is prevented from being seen from the outside by people, and the attractive effect of the charging port sealing structure 100 is improved.
When the charging seat 22 is large, which results in the insufficiency of the installation space 13, the charging seat 22 penetrates the wheel casing 12 downward and extends out of the automobile, in order to prevent impurities from entering the installation space 13 through the second installation opening, in this embodiment, please refer to fig. 1 and 4, the wheel casing 12 is provided with a second installation opening, and the lower end of the charging seat 22 is inserted into the second installation opening; the sealing structure 3 further includes a second sealing sleeve seat 32 sleeved on the outer periphery of the charging seat 22, the second sealing sleeve seat 32 includes a second sleeve body 321 and a second ring cover 322, one end of the second sleeve body 321 is connected to the periphery of the second mounting opening; and, the second ring cover 322 is disposed at the opening at the other end of the second sleeve body 321, and the second ring cover 322 is connected to the first sealing sleeve seat 31 and/or the charging port box 21, so as to form a sealing cavity facing the second mounting port through the second sealing sleeve seat 32 disposed at the second mounting port, so as to seal the second mounting port, thereby preventing impurities from entering the mounting space 13 through the second mounting port.
It should be noted that, when the depth of the charging port box 21 is too deep, on one hand, the installation surface of the charging seat 22 in the charging port box 21 is too small to install the charging seat 22, and on the other hand, the charging gun interferes with the sheet metal part from the first installation port and cannot be connected to the charging seat 22; and through the second sealing sleeve seat 32, the mounting surface of the charging seat 22 in the charging port box 21 can be lifted, which is not only beneficial to mounting the charging seat 22, but also can prevent the charging gun from interfering with the sheet metal part of the side wall 11.
Further, a flange 323 is arranged at an end portion of the second seal sleeve seat 32, which is opposite to the side wall 11, and the flange 323 is fixed to the wheel casing 12 by welding, so that the contact area between the second seal sleeve seat 32 and the wheel casing 12 is increased by the flange 323, which is not only beneficial to subsequent welding, but also beneficial to ensuring the sealing performance between the second seal sleeve seat 32 and the wheel casing 12.
It should be noted that, in order to enhance the sealing performance between the second seal sleeve seat 32 and the wheel cover 12, a sealant is further coated between the second seal sleeve seat 32 and the wheel cover 12.
