Technical Field

Background
The composite material has the advantages of light weight, high strength, good designability and the like, so that the application range of the composite material in the field of aviation is gradually expanded, and the application of large-size composite material members is more and more extensive. The T-shaped stringer is used as a reinforcing structure of a large-size composite material component and has extremely wide application.
At present, for the forming of T-shaped stringer parts, a mode of combining a left half mould and a right half mould is generally adopted, after a movable mould and a fixed mould are respectively paved and pasted, the left half mould and the right half mould are closed, and after the closing and the pasting, the mould is integrally placed on a flat plate for bag making. In order to facilitate the movement of the left half die and the right half die in the processes of die assembly and die release and reduce the friction between the left half die and the right half die and the flat plate, a polytetrafluoroethylene sliding block is arranged at the bottom of the movable die, so that a gap of about 0.5mm is reserved between the bottom of the movable die and the flat plate, and the resistance in the processes of die assembly and die release is greatly reduced. The part needs to bear about 6 atmospheric pressures during high-temperature curing, but because the polytetrafluoroethylene sliding block has elasticity, the part is easily compressed under the curing pressure, so that the heights of the left half die and the right half die are reduced, and the shape of the T-shaped stringer part is deformed. Meanwhile, the die body is integrally arranged in the vacuum bag, and the interior of the die body is pumped into a vacuum state, so that the die body also bears huge pressure in the curing process, the requirement on the rigidity of the die body is high, and particularly when the volume of the stringer is large, the forming die needs to be subjected to strength checking during the design. In addition, the overall bag making has certain requirements on the appearance of the die body, and when the die body is larger, the bag making difficulty is higher, and the loss of bag making materials is also higher.
