Specifically, the rotating rod 221 includes a rotating section 221a and a limiting section 221b, the limiting section 221b is disposed at two ends of the rotating section 221a, a rotating groove matched with the limiting section 221b is disposed on the rotating block 222, an external spline is disposed on the limiting section 221b, an internal spline is disposed on the rotating groove, the limiting section 221b and the rotating block 222 are fixedly connected through the matching of the external spline and the internal spline, and the internal spline and the external spline form a linkage; the rotating block 222 is provided with a connecting block a, the sliding block 224 is provided with a connecting block b, one end of the connecting rod 223 is sleeved with the connecting block a, the other end of the connecting rod is sleeved with the connecting block b, preferably, the slitting knife 226 adopts a tilting blade design, and the blade tilted at a certain angle can enhance the effect of the slitting knife 226 on cutting of donkey-hide gelatin raw materials, so that the cut donkey-hide gelatin raw materials are more uniform and orderly.
The slitting device 20 further comprises a knife holder 23, the knife holder 23 is arranged between the lower rotary drum a and the lower rotary drum b, the knife holder 23 is further located between the rotary rod 221 and the slitting knife 226, and the top surface of the knife holder 23 and the highest point of the lower rotary drum a and the lower rotary drum b are located on the same horizontal plane.
Preferably, the rotary drum a11 is provided with a plurality of avoidance ports, the avoidance holes on the upper rotary drum a and the lower rotary drum a are symmetrically distributed along the horizontal direction, the slitting knife 226 is matched with the avoidance ports on the rotary drum a11, and the knife holder 23 is further provided with avoidance grooves for avoiding the slitting knife 226 in the process of slitting the donkey-hide gelatin raw material by the slitting knife 226; the arrangement of the avoiding opening and the avoiding groove can enable the cutting edge of the cutting knife 226 to be closer to the axial lead of the rotary drum a11, so that the cutting process of the cutting knife 226 on the donkey-hide gelatin raw material is more stable and smooth, the quality of the cut donkey-hide gelatin strips is better, if the avoiding hole and the avoiding groove are not provided, the cutting knife 226 can also cut the donkey-hide gelatin raw material, but the distance between the cutting knife 226 and the rotary drum a11 is correspondingly increased, wrinkles are possibly generated in the conveying process of the donkey-hide gelatin raw material between the axial lead of the rotary drum a11 and the cutting knife 226, and the quality of the cut donkey-hide gelatin raw material is influenced.
The slitting device 20 also comprises a slitting motor 21 and a fixing rod 24; the axis of the fixing rod 24 is parallel to the axis of the drum a, two ends of the fixing rod 24 are movably connected with the frame 50, a second power transmission member 25 for realizing power transmission between the output end of the slitting motor 21 and the input end of the fixing rod 24 is arranged between the output end of the slitting motor and the input end of the fixing rod 24, a third power transmission member 26 for realizing power transmission between the input end of the fixing rod 24 and the rotating section 221a of the rotating rod 221 is arranged between the input end of the fixing rod 24 and the rotating section 221a of the rotating rod 221, and preferably, the second power transmission member 25 and the third power transmission member 26 are of a belt transmission structure.
The slitting motor 21 is started, the slitting motor 21 drives the rotating rod 221 to rotate around the axis of the slitting motor 21 through the second power transmission piece 25 and the third power transmission piece 26, the rotating block 222 rotates around the axis of the limiting section 221b under the driving of the linkage piece arranged between the limiting section 221b and the rotating block 222, the rotating block 222 drives the connecting rod 223 to swing through the connecting block a, meanwhile, the connecting rod 223 drives the sliding block 224 to do reciprocating motion along the guiding direction of the guide rod through the connecting block b, so that the slitting knife 226 below the mounting rack 225 does reciprocating motion in the vertical direction, thereby slitting of the donkey-hide gelatin raw material is realized, and the length direction of a knife edge formed after slitting is parallel to the conveying direction of the donkey-hide gelatin raw material.
The pressing device 30 comprises a conveying mechanism 32, a pressing mechanism 35 and a conveying plate 31; the pressing mechanism 35 is disposed at the discharging end of the transporting plate 31, and the transporting mechanism 32 is disposed between the transporting plate 31 and the pressing mechanism 35.
The transportation plate 31 is used for receiving the donkey-hide gelatin strips and drawing the donkey-hide gelatin strips into the transportation mechanism 32, the transportation mechanism 32 is used for drawing the donkey-hide gelatin strips into the compaction mechanism 35, and the compaction mechanism 35 is used for compacting the donkey-hide gelatin strips.
The transportation mechanism 32 includes a roller a321, a roller b322, and a lower pressing member, the roller b322 is disposed above the roller a321, the axes of the roller a321 and the roller b322 are both horizontally arranged, and both ends of the roller a321 and the roller b322 are both movably connected to the frame 50.
The shape structure of the lower pressing piece is consistent with that of the pressing piece 13, and the connection relation among the lower pressing piece, the roller b322 and the rack 50 is the same as that among the pressing piece 13, the upper rotary drum a, the upper rotary drum b and the rack 50.
The conveying plates 31 are horizontally and fixedly installed on the rack 50, one end of each conveying plate 31 is close to the rotary drum b, the other end of each conveying plate 31 is close to the rotary drum a321, two conveying plates 31 are arranged and are respectively an upper conveying plate and a lower conveying plate, and the upper end surfaces of the lower conveying plates and the highest point of the rotary drum a321 are located in the same horizontal plane.
The pressing mechanism 35 comprises a rotating rod 351 and a pressing plate 355, two ends of the rotating rod 351 are movably connected with the rack 50, the axis of the rotating rod 351 is parallel to the axis of the rotating cylinder a, the driven end of the rotating rod 351 is also connected with a rotating block 352, a pushing block 353 is arranged below the rotating block 352, the rotating block 352 is abutted to the pushing block 353, the pressing mechanism 35 further comprises a pushing column 354 which is a cylinder body, the axis of the pushing column 354 is vertically arranged, and the pushing column 354 is sleeved in the pushing block 353 and forms sliding guide fit.
The pressing plate 355 comprises an upper pressing plate and a lower pressing plate, the lower pressing plate is fixedly arranged on the frame 50, the upper pressing plate is fixedly connected with the pushing column 354, two ends of the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate are connected through a pressing rod,
the pressing rod is vertically arranged, one end of the pressing rod is fixed with the pressing lower plate, the other end of the pressing rod penetrates through the pressing upper plate and is located above the pressing upper plate, and sliding guide fit is formed between the pressing rod and the pressing upper plate.
The compressing rod is sleeved with a reset spring, the reset spring is arranged between the compressing upper plate and the compressing lower plate, one end of the reset spring is connected with the compressing upper plate, the other end of the reset spring is connected with the compressing lower plate, and the reset spring is in a compression state under the extrusion of the compressing upper plate and the elasticity of the reset spring is vertical upwards.
Specifically, the rotating rod 351 includes a smooth section 351a and a rotating section 351b, a rotating groove matched with the rotating section 351b is arranged on the rotating block 352, an external spline is arranged on the rotating section 351b, an internal spline is arranged on the rotating groove, the rotating section 351b and the rotating block 352 are fixedly connected through the matching of the internal spline and the external spline, and the external spline and the internal spline form a linkage part; the pushing block 353 is provided with a pushing hole, the pushing hole comprises an upper pushing hole and a lower pushing hole, and an inward-protruding pushing strip 356 is arranged on the inner circular surface of the upper pushing hole.
The pushing column 354 comprises a sliding section 354a and a pushing section 354b, the sliding section 354a is provided with a positioning groove 354c matched with the pushing bar 356, and the positioning groove 354c and the pushing bar 356 form sliding guiding fit; a limiting spring is arranged between the top surface of the pushing section 354b and the upper end surface of the pushing lower hole, one end of the limiting spring is connected with the top surface of the pushing section 354b, the other end of the limiting spring is connected with the top surface of the pushing lower hole, and the limiting spring is in a compression state under the extrusion of the pushing block 353 and has elastic force which is vertically upward.
The pressing device 30 further includes a fourth power transmission member 33 and a fifth power transmission member 34, the fourth power transmission member 33 is disposed between the output end of the conveying motor 16 and the input end of the roller a321 and is used for power transmission therebetween, the fifth power transmission member 34 is disposed between the input end of the roller a321 and the input end of the rotating rod 351 and is used for power transmission therebetween, and preferably, the fourth power transmission member 33 and the fifth power transmission member 34 are in a belt transmission structure.
The state of the compressing mechanism 35 is divided into a compressing state and a relaxing state, when the compressing mechanism 35 is in the compressing state, the compressing upper plate of the compressing mechanism 35 moves close to the compressing lower plate and compresses the donkey-hide gelatin strips, and when the compressing mechanism 35 is in the relaxing state, the compressing upper plate of the compressing mechanism 35 moves away from the compressing lower plate and releases the compression of the donkey-hide gelatin raw materials.
The conveying motor 16 is started, the conveying motor 16 drives the fourth power transmission piece 33 and the fifth power transmission piece 34 to rotate around the self axis, and drives the roller a321 and the rotating rod 351 to rotate around the self axis; the donkey-hide gelatin raw material enters the conveying mechanism 32 from the conveying plate 31, the roller a321 draws the donkey-hide gelatin strip to move along the horizontal direction, and the working processes of the pressing piece and the pressing piece 13 are consistent in the donkey-hide gelatin strip moving process, so detailed description is not repeated here;
the donkey-hide gelatin raw material enters the compressing mechanism 35, the rotating rod 351 drives the rotating block 352 to rotate around the axis of the rotating segment 351b through the linkage piece arranged between the rotating segment 351b and the rotating block 352, so that the compressing plate 355 is switched between a compressing state and a relaxing state.
When the pressing plate 355 is switched from a loose state to a pressing state, the rotating block 352 downwards presses the pushing block 353, the pushing block 353 vertically downwards moves along the positioning groove 354c through the pushing strip 356, the limiting spring is contracted under the extrusion of the pushing block 353 and the pushing column 354, the elastic force is vertically upwards, when the bottom end of the pushing strip 356 is in contact with the bottom end of the positioning groove 354c, the pushing column 354 vertically downwards moves and pushes the pressing upper plate of the pressing plate 355 to vertically downwards move, the return spring arranged between the pressing upper plate and the pressing lower plate is contracted, the elastic force is vertically upwards, the pressing upper plate and the pressing lower plate jointly press the donkey-hide gelatin raw material, and the state switching is finished; similarly, when the pressing plate 355 is switched from the pressing state to the loosening state, the rotating block 352 gradually loosens the extrusion on the pushing block 353, under the elastic action of the elastic force of the limiting spring, the pushing block 353 vertically moves upwards along the positioning groove 354c through the pushing strip 356 and the elastic force of the limiting spring is gradually reduced, meanwhile, under the elastic action of the return spring, the pressing upper plate, the pushing column 354 vertically moves upwards and the elastic force of the return spring is gradually reduced, the pressing upper plate and the pressing lower plate do not press the donkey-hide gelatin raw material any more, and the state switching is finished.
The dicing device 40 comprises a dicing mechanism 42 and a sliding plate 43, the sliding plate 43 is fixedly connected with the frame 50, the dicing mechanism 42 comprises a conveying piece 422, a dicing knife 421 is arranged below the conveying piece 422, and the conveying piece 422 and the dicing knife 421 are fixedly connected through a fixing plate 423; the top surface of the conveying piece 422 is provided with a sliding groove a424, the side surface of the conveying piece 422 perpendicular to the donkey-hide gelatin raw material conveying direction is provided with a sliding groove b425, the sliding plate 43 is provided with a guide rail matched with the sliding groove b425, the guide rail and the sliding groove b425 form sliding guide fit, the guide rail is horizontally arranged, the length direction of the guide rail is perpendicular to the donkey-hide gelatin raw material conveying direction, preferably, the slicing knife 421 adopts an inclined blade design, and the blade inclined at a certain angle can enhance the slicing effect of the slicing knife 421 on the donkey-hide gelatin raw material.
The dicing device 40 further comprises a dicing motor 41 and a sixth power transmission member 44, wherein the output end of the dicing motor 41 is connected with the sixth power transmission member 44, and the sixth power transmission member 44 is used for converting the output power of the dicing motor 41 into the power for the dicing blade 421 to process the donkey-hide gelatin raw material dicing.
The sixth power transmission member 44 includes a driving pulley coaxially mounted at the output end of the dicing motor 41, a driven pulley vertically mounted on the frame 50, a belt disposed between the driving pulley and the driven pulley, and a stopper 441 matched with the sliding groove a424, the stopper 441 is fixedly mounted on the belt of the sixth power transmission member 44, and the stopper 441 and the sliding groove a424 form a sliding guide fit.
The block cutting motor 41 is started, the block cutting motor 41 drives the sixth power transmission member 44 to operate, meanwhile, the belt drives the limiting block 441 to slide in the sliding groove a424, when the limiting block 441 is abutted to one end of the sliding groove a424, the limiting block 441 applies a horizontal acting force perpendicular to the conveying direction of the donkey-hide gelatin raw material to the conveying member 422, so that the conveying member 422 displaces in the horizontal direction along the guide rail, and the conveying member 422 drives the block cutting knife to displace in the horizontal direction.
Preferably, a recycling container 60 is arranged below the dicing device 40, after the dicing process of the dicing device 40 is completed, the donkey-hide gelatin raw material enters the recycling container 60 under the action of gravity, and an operator can obtain the donkey-hide gelatin raw material after the dicing process from the recycling container 60.
During actual work, an operator places the donkey-hide gelatin raw material on the feeding plate 51 and applies thrust to the donkey-hide gelatin raw material, the donkey-hide gelatin raw material is pushed into the conveying device 10 arranged on the rack 50 under the action of the thrust and the positioning and guiding action of the guide plate, the conveying motor 16 is started, the conveying motor 16 runs and drives the lower rotary drum a and the lower rotary drum b to rotate around the axis of the conveying motor through the first power transmission piece 14, and the lower rotary drum a rotates and pulls the donkey-hide gelatin raw material to be conveyed to the slitting device 20;
the slitting motor 21 is started, the slitting motor 21 runs and drives the rotating rod 221 to rotate around the axis of the slitting motor 21 through the second power transmission piece 25 and the third power transmission piece 26, the rotating rod 221 rotates and pulls the rotating block 222 to rotate synchronously, the rotating block 222 rotates and drives the connecting rod 223 to swing through the connecting block a, the connecting rod 223 swings and drives the sliding block 224 to reciprocate along the guide direction of the guide rod through the connecting block b, so that the slitting knife 226 below the mounting frame 225 reciprocates along the vertical direction, slitting of the donkey-hide gelatin raw material by the slitting device 20 is realized, and the slit donkey-hide gelatin is conveyed to the compressing device 30 under the traction of the conveying device 10.
The conveying motor 16 operates and drives the roller a321 to rotate around the self axis through the fourth power transmission piece 33, the conveying motor 16 also drives the rotating rod 351 to rotate around the self axis through the fifth power transmission piece 34, wherein the donkey-hide gelatin raw material moves in the horizontal direction to enter between the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate of the pressing mechanism 35 under the joint rotation traction of the lower roller a, the lower roller b and the roller a;
the rotating rod 351 rotates and drives the rotating block 352 to rotate around the axis of the rotating segment 351b through a linkage piece arranged between the rotating segment 351b and the rotating block 352, the pushing block is pressed downwards in the rotating process of the rotating block 352, the pushing block 353 vertically slides downwards through the matching of the pushing strip 356 and the positioning groove 354c, and the limit spring is in a compressed state with the elasticity vertically upward under the extrusion of the pushing block 353 and the pushing column 354, when the bottom end of the push rod 356 contacts the bottom end of the positioning groove 354c, the push block 353 moves downward and pulls the push post 354 to move vertically downward synchronously, the push post 354 moves vertically downward and pushes the pressing upper plate to move vertically downward, the reset spring arranged between the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate is in a compressed state with elasticity in the vertical upward direction, the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate together press the donkey-hide gelatin strips, and at the moment, the conveying motor 16 and the strip cutting motor 21 are turned off;
the cutting motor 41 is started, the cutting motor 41 drives the sixth power transmission piece 44 to operate, meanwhile, the belt of the sixth power transmission piece 44 drives the limiting block 441 to slide in the sliding groove a424, when the limiting block 441 is abutted to one end of the sliding groove a424, the limiting block 441 applies horizontal acting force perpendicular to the donkey-hide gelatin raw material conveying direction to the conveying piece 422, so that the conveying piece 422 horizontally moves along the guide direction of the guide rail, the conveying piece 422 moves and drives the cutting knife 421 to synchronously move along the horizontal direction, so that donkey-hide gelatin strips are cut, the cut donkey-hide gelatin blocks downwards fall into the recovery container 60 under the action of gravity, and after the cutting of the donkey-hide gelatin strips is completed, the cutting motor 41 is closed;
the rotating block 352 gradually loosens the extrusion on the pushing block 353, under the elastic action of the elastic force of the limiting spring, the pushing block 353 vertically moves upwards along the positioning groove 354c through the pushing strip 356, the elastic force of the limiting spring is gradually reduced, meanwhile, under the elastic action of the return spring, the upper pressing plate, the pushing column 354 vertically moves upwards, the elastic force of the return spring is gradually reduced, and when the limiting spring and the return spring are restored to the original state, the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate cancel the pressing on the donkey-hide gelatin raw material;
repeating the steps until the donkey-hide gelatin raw material is completely cut into blocks.

the conveying device (10) comprises a rotary drum a (11) and a rotary drum b (12), two ends of the rotary drum a (11) and two ends of the rotary drum b (12) are movably connected with the rack (50), the rotary drum a (11) is provided with two upper rotary drums a and two lower rotary drums a, the lower rotary drums a are positioned below the upper rotary drums a, the axes of the upper rotary drums a and the lower rotary drums a are horizontally arranged, the rotary drum b (12) is provided with two upper rotary drums b and two lower rotary drums b, the lower rotary drums b are positioned below the upper rotary drums b, and the axes of the upper rotary drums b and the lower rotary drums b are horizontally arranged;
the conveying device (10) further comprises a conveying motor (16) and a first power transmission piece (14), the first power transmission piece (14) is arranged between the output end of the conveying motor (16) and the input ends of the lower rotary drum a and the lower rotary drum b, and the first power transmission piece (14) is used for converting the output power of the conveying motor (16) into the rotating force of the lower rotary drum a and the lower rotary drum b.

The raw material strip-cutting part applied to donkey-hide gelatin production and processing as claimed in claim 3, wherein the machine frame (50) is horizontally and fixedly provided with a feeding plate (51), the feeding plate (51) is positioned at the feeding end of the conveying device (10), the upper end surface of the feeding plate (51) is vertically provided with guide plates, the two guide plates are provided with a distance direction parallel to the axial direction of the drum a, and the distance between the two guide plates decreases along the direction that the drum a points to the drum b.

sliding blocks (224) are fixedly connected to two ends of the mounting frame (225), mounting blocks (227) are arranged below the sliding blocks (224), the mounting blocks (227) are fixedly connected to the rack (50), the sliding blocks (224) are connected with the mounting blocks (227) through guide rods with axes arranged vertically, and the sliding blocks (224) are in sliding guide fit with the guide rods;
a connecting rod (223) is arranged between the rotating block (222) and the sliding block (224), and the rotating block and the sliding block are connected through the connecting rod (223).
