Background
The welding gun nozzle is a core accessory on a gas metal arc welding gun and is used for conveying protective gas to a welding area so as to protect an electric arc and a molten pool; the nozzle is arranged at the front end of the welding gun and is close to the position of the welding pool. According to the temperature value and the using state of the nozzle, the temperature requirement of the nozzle 2 of the welding gun 1, which can prolong the service life of the nozzle 2 and ensure the quality of the welding seam, can be obtained. Meanwhile, after the nozzle 2 is used, the temperature requirement of the welding site on the nozzle 2 is executable.
As for the temperature sensor 3, a patch type thermocouple may be used, and the patch type thermocouple is disposed on a side wall of the nozzle 2. Specifically, the stainless steel surface-mounted thermocouple is high in precision and rapid in reaction, and the lead wire can work for a long time in a high-temperature state by adopting a high-temperature-resistant wire.
Additionally, the display 4 may be integrated directly into the welding gun 1, or the display 4 may be provided on a control panel of the welder 100.
Further, a controller 5 is further included, and the temperature sensor 3 and the display 4 are respectively electrically connected with the controller 5.

4. The gas metal arc welding torch with the temperature display of claim 1, wherein the display is disposed on a control panel of the welder.
5. The gas metal arc welding gun according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising a controller, wherein the temperature sensor and the display are electrically connected to the controller, respectively.
6. The gas metal arc welding torch with temperature display of claim 5, wherein the controller is further electrically connected to the welder; when the temperature value detected by the temperature sensor is larger than a set value, the controller is also used for controlling the welding machine to reduce power.
