The inner wall hole burr of this type of clearance, the tradition mode is to use little triangular file head to scrape the inner wall orifice department, removes the burr from the orifice department. However, the method is only suitable for the condition that the circular inner cavity or the rectangular inner cavity corresponding to the inner wall orifice is large, if the inner cavity of the part is too small or the through cavity is not convenient to extend, the small triangular file cannot be adjusted to a favorable angle to scrape the orifice, one side close to the orifice is usually cleaned cleanly, and the hard edge on the other side cannot be processed.
