The invention particularly relates to material shaking equipment. The material shaking equipment comprises a mold, a shell and a lifting cylinder, wherein the mold is arranged in the shell, the lifting cylinder drives the shell to move up and down, and when the mold rises to a high point or descends to a low point along with the shell, shaking is generated due to the stop of movement. Background
The dipped gloves can be classified into disposable dipped gloves, household dipped gloves, industrial dipped gloves, etc. according to the purpose. Optionally, the mould 3 comprises a hand mould and the glove is removably arranged on the mould 3. Through the shake, coating can evenly distributed on gloves, and unnecessary coating can drop from gloves to avoid causing and paint inhomogeneous phenomenon, the frequency of doing over again is lower, product quality improves.

Then, the elevation cylinder 6 is ventilated, and the solenoid valve 7 controls the elevation cylinder 6 to start upward movement along the guide shaft 5 and stop the movement at a proper position, in which shaking is generated due to the stop of the movement when the mold 3 ascends to a high point along with the housing 4. Then, the solenoid valve 7 controls the elevation cylinder 6 to start a downward motion along the guide shaft 5 and stop the motion at a proper position, in which a shaking motion is generated due to the stop of the movement when the mold 3 descends to a low point along the housing 4. The operation is repeated properly, the coating can be uniformly distributed on the gloves through shaking, and redundant coating can fall off from the gloves, so that the phenomenon of uneven coating is avoided, the reworking frequency is low, and the product quality is improved. Finally, after the material shaking is finished, the clamp 1 in the fixing groove 12 is released by the clamping cylinder 2, the clamp 1 is withdrawn from the fixing groove 12 of the fixing platform 11 in the direction opposite to the arrow direction, the clamp 1 releases the mold 3, and the glove after material shaking is withdrawn from the mold 3.
Thereafter, another glove to be shaken is placed on the mold 3, and the above operations are repeated to shake the material of the gloves.
In addition, for different types of gloves on the market, the stroke length of the lifting cylinder 6 can be controlled by using the electromagnetic valve 7, and the amplitude and/or frequency of shaking of the die 3 can be adjusted by adjusting the air inflow and/or the air inflow pressure of the lifting cylinder 6, so that the expected shaking effect is realized.

Claims (9)
1. A material shaking apparatus, characterized in that the material shaking apparatus comprises a mold, a housing, and a lifting cylinder, the mold is arranged in the housing, the lifting cylinder drives the housing to move up and down, wherein when the mold is lifted to a high point or lowered to a low point along with the housing, shaking is generated due to the stop of the movement, and wherein the amplitude and/or frequency of the shaking of the mold is adjusted by adjusting the intake air amount and/or the intake air pressure of the lifting cylinder.
2. The material shaking apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the housing comprises a material shaking bin and a fixed platform disposed above the material shaking bin, the material shaking bin and the fixed platform enclosing to form the housing.
3. The material shaking apparatus as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a clamp holding the mold, the clamp being removably disposed in a fixed slot of the fixed platform.
4. The material shaking device according to claim 3, further comprising a clamping cylinder disposed on the fixing platform, wherein the clamping cylinder clamps the clamp in the fixing groove.
5. The material shaking apparatus of claim 2, further comprising a first base disposed below the material shaking bin, the first base supporting the material shaking bin.
6. The material shaking apparatus as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a second base disposed below the first base, wherein the lifting cylinder is disposed between the first base and the second base, and wherein the second base supports the lifting cylinder.
7. The material shaking device according to claim 6, further comprising a guide shaft disposed on the second base, wherein the guide shaft passes through the through holes of the first base and the fixed platform, and the lifting cylinder drives the housing to move up and down along the guide shaft.
8. The material shaking apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a solenoid valve controlling the direction of motion and the stroke length of the lift cylinder.
9. The shaking apparatus of claim 1, wherein a glove is removably disposed on the mold.
