1) filtering the liquor stock solution by using the disc filter and the mixing and stirring tank to obtain liquor filtrate;
2) conveying part of the white spirit filtrate into the disc filter again to perform full circulating exhaust sampling, converting the white spirit filtrate into a circulating filtering state after the white spirit filtrate meets the quality control requirement, and injecting the compressed air to continuously increase the working pressure in the disc filter, wherein the filtering amount is 3.5-4 tons per hour;
3) when the working pressure in the disc type filter reaches 4KG, the disc type filter stops filtering, and the compressed air is used for pushing the white spirit filtrate in the filter to the mixing and stirring tank;
4) adding 80KG of 95% alcohol into the disc filter, circulating the disc filter for at least 4 hours to carry out degreasing treatment on the diatomite in the disc filter, and finally discharging or recycling the alcohol containing lipid substances to finish the degreasing treatment on the diatomite;

2) re-conveying part of the white spirit filtrate into the disc filter to perform full circulating exhaust sampling, converting the white spirit filtrate into a circulating filtration state after the white spirit filtrate meets the quality control requirement, and injecting the compressed air to continuously increase the working pressure in the disc filter, wherein the filtration capacity is 3.5-4 tons per hour;
3) when the working pressure in the disc type filter reaches 4KG, the disc type filter stops filtering, and the compressed air is used for pushing the white spirit filtrate in the filter to the mixing and stirring tank;
4) adding 80KG of 95% alcohol into the disc filter, circulating the disc filter for at least 4 hours to carry out degreasing treatment on the diatomite in the disc filter, and finally discharging or recycling the alcohol containing lipid substances to finish the degreasing treatment on the diatomite;

The working principle of the system is as follows:
firstly, stirring and mixing, opening pipelines and valves such as a stock solution inlet pipe 3, a first valve DN1, a first delivery pump P1, a fourth valve DN4 and a fifth valve DN5 which enter a mixing and stirring tank 2, and closing pipelines and valves such as a second delivery pump P2, a first liquid outlet pipe 6, an eighth valve DN8 and a twelfth valve DN12 of the mixing and stirring tank 2.

firstly, closing a pipeline and a valve of a disc type filter 1 connected with a mixing and stirring tank 2, after the internal circulation of the disc type filter 1 is filtered for a period of time, opening the pipeline and the valve of the disc type filter 1 connected with the mixing and stirring tank 2, opening a compressed air inlet pipe 9, a ninth valve DN9 and a fourth liquid inlet pipe 12, conveying the white spirit filtrate in the disc type filter 1 into the mixing and stirring tank 2, then closing the pipeline and the valve of the disc type filter 1 connected with the mixing and stirring tank 2, and then conveying 95% alcohol 80KG into the disc type filter 1, wherein the internal circulation of the disc type filter is at least 4 hours, and lipid substances on diatomite are dissolved by the alcohol, so that the degreasing of the diatomite is completed, and the diatomite can be reused.
According to the method and the system, the disc filter is cleaned and filtered by adopting the white spirit filtrate, and then the diatomite in the disc filter is degreased by the 95% alcohol, so that the degreasing and recovery of the diatomite are completed, the reuse is facilitated, the method is simple, and the recovery cost of the diatomite is low.
