Therefore, the bed sheet 22 is spread on the bed body 8, and the part of the bed sheet 22 located at the end of the bed body 8 is tightened by the elastic belt 26, so that the bed sheet 22 cannot move freely on the bed body 8, and the bed sheet 22 is located on the bed body 8 more stably. When the bed sheet 22 is replaced, the second sliding rod 16 moves, the second sliding rod 16 drives the pulling rod 28 to move in the direction away from the end of the bed body 8 through the cross rod 27, and the pulling rod 28 drives the elastic belt 26 to move in the direction away from the end of the bed body 8, so that a gap is formed between the elastic belt 26 and the end of the bed body 8, and the elastic belt 26 does not tighten the bed sheet 22 to affect the normal movement of the bed sheet 22.
