According to the invention, the cutting unit 308 comprises a third sliding block bracket 30801, a first cutter 30802, a fourth sliding block bracket 30803, an adapter plate 30804, a second cutter 30805, a seventh rotating shaft 30806, an eighth spur gear 30807, a first transmission plate 30808, a second transmission plate 30809 and a third transmission plate 30810; the third sliding block bracket 30801 is in sliding connection with the top end of the second fixing frame 305; the first cutter 30802 is fixedly connected with the third sliding block bracket 30801; below the third slider bracket 30801, the fourth slider bracket 30803 is slidably connected to the bottom end of the second holder 305; the adapter plate 30804 is fixedly connected with the fourth slider bracket 30803; the second cutter 30805 is fixedly connected with the adapter plate 30804; between the third slider bracket 30801 and the fourth slider bracket 30803, the seventh rotation shaft 30806 is rotatably connected with the second fixing frame 305; the eighth straight gear 30807 and the first driving plate 30808 are fixedly connected with a seventh rotating shaft 30806; the eighth spur gear 30807 is meshed with the seventh spur gear 307; the second transmission plate 30809 is in transmission connection with one side of the first transmission plate 30808 through a rotating shaft; the second transmission plate 30809 is in transmission connection with the third slider bracket 30801 through a rotating shaft; the third transmission plate 30810 is in transmission connection with the other side of the first transmission plate 30808 through a rotating shaft; the third driving plate 30810 is in driving connection with the adapter plate 30804 through a rotating shaft.
Firstly, the necrotic part of tissue meat is positioned between a first cutting knife 30802 and a second cutting knife 30805, a seventh spur gear 307 is meshed with an eighth spur gear 30807 to drive a seventh rotating shaft 30806 to rotate, the seventh rotating shaft 30806 drives a first transmission plate 30808 to rotate, the first transmission plate 30808 drives a second transmission plate 30809 and a third transmission plate 30810 simultaneously through the rotating shaft, the second transmission plate 30809 and the third transmission plate 30810 respectively drive a third sliding block bracket 30801 and an adapter plate 30804 to drive a fourth sliding block bracket 30803 to move along a second fixing frame 305 simultaneously through the rotating shaft, so that the necrotic part is cut off by the first cutting knife 30802 and the second cutting knife 30805 which move oppositely, and the cut necrotic part is pushed to the adapter plate 30804 by the first cutting knife 30802 to be taken out by an operator.
In the invention, the smoking channel 110 is designed in a Y shape, and the air inlet of the smoking channel 110 is arranged at two sides of the electric knife pen point 109.
The smoking range of the smoking channel 110 can be increased, and the smoke removing efficiency can be improved.
In the invention, the locking piece 214 is designed to have a shape corresponding to the tooth slot of the first rack bar 102.
The first rack 102 can be jammed.
In the invention, two sides of the adapter plate 30804 are provided with baffles.
The excised necrotic part can be prevented from falling out.
