本发明公开了一种用于安装照明设备的冷柜支撑杆,包括杆体,所述杆体包括朝向冷柜的内侧面和背向冷柜的外侧面,所述内侧面和外侧面之间设有隔热层,所述内侧面设有沿着长度方向延伸的灯具安装槽;本发明用于安装照明设备的冷柜支撑杆,可以将灯具嵌入式安装,使两者成为一体,降低灯具的触碰几率,减小损坏可能。

一种用于安装照明设备的冷柜支撑杆
技术领域
本发明涉及冷柜以及冷柜照明,特别是一种用于安装照明设备的冷柜支撑杆。
背景技术
冷柜需要冷柜支撑杆来构建出框架,其中展示用的冷柜会有至少一侧是透明设置的,一般的方式就是通过冷柜支撑杆围成门框然后安装透明板得到透明门板,为了产品得到更好的展示,会在部分冷柜支撑杆的内侧安装照明设备来照亮凸出产品。
目前,冰柜照明用灯具通常安装在冷柜支撑杆的内表面,这需要用户承担人工支出,另外灯具会高出立杆组件,在使用时容易发生碰撞,照成灯具损坏。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种用于安装照明设备的冷柜支撑杆,以解决上述技术问题。
一种用于安装照明设备的冷柜支撑杆,包括杆体,所述杆体包括朝向冷柜的内侧面和背向冷柜的外侧面,所述内侧面和外侧面之间设有隔热层,所述内侧面设有沿着长度方向延伸的灯具安装槽。
优选的,所述灯具安装槽的顶面两侧为外扩的反光面。
优选的,所述反光面为白色。
优选的,所述杆体通过挤出成型制造,所述反光面通过双色挤出制造。
优选的,所述灯具安装槽内设有至少两个间隔分布的灯具卡扣。
优选的,所述外侧面设有沿着长度方向延伸的加热模块。
优选的,所述加热模块包括沿着长度方向铺设的电热丝以及与所述外侧面连接的导热板。
优选的,所述导热板为U型型材,所述U型型材的两侧的末端向内弯曲,所述外侧面设有供所述U型型材的两侧插入的两道条形槽。
优选的,所述杆体为空心结构,所述隔热层为空心结构的内部填充的隔热材料。
优选的,所述隔热材料聚氨酯。
本发明的技术效果:
本发明用于安装照明设备的冷柜支撑杆,可以将灯具嵌入式安装,使两者成为一体,降低灯具的触碰几率,减小损坏可能,在冷柜支撑杆还设有反光面,能使灯具的杂散光被更好的利用起来,提高光效以及出光效果,还能使防眩光效果更佳。

具体实施方式
以下基于附图对本发明的具体实施例进行进一步详细说明。应当理解的是,此处对本发明实施例的说明并不用于限定本发明的保护范围。
如图1~4所示,本实施例的用于安装照明设备的冷柜支撑杆,包括杆体100,所述杆体100包括朝向冷柜的内侧面101和背向冷柜的外侧面102,所述内侧面101和外侧面102之间设有隔热层200,所述内侧面101设有沿着长度方向延伸的灯具安装槽104。
安装到冷柜时,本实施例的冷柜支撑杆的内侧面101朝向冷柜内部,外侧面102朝向冷柜外侧,冷柜支撑杆可以竖直设置,也可以横向布置,本实施例的冷柜支撑杆在内侧面101装有灯具。
所述灯具安装槽104的设置,可以将用于冷柜照明的灯具嵌入式安装,降低灯具的触碰几率,减小损坏可能。
为了方便连接外部电源,所述杆体100的一端设有接线模块700,包括端盖701,设置在所述端盖701中的外接插头702以及与该外接插头702连接的用于与灯具电连接的插头703。
为了提高光效,同时起到防止眩光的效果,本实施例中,所述灯具安装槽104的顶面两侧为外扩的反光面105。外扩是指口径逐渐增加,可以是平直表面也可以是弧形表面,本实施例中,反光面105为平直的倾斜面。进一步的,所述反光面105为白色。本实施例中杆体100一般采用具有一定强度的塑料,通过挤出成型制造,因此反光面105采用白色塑料是比较好的选择,便于取材和制造。进一步的,所述杆体100通过挤出成型制造,所述反光面105通过双色挤出制造。上述反光面105的设置,不仅可以将灯具的杂散光被更好的利用起来,提高光效以及出光效果,而且本发明适用的灯具都是大角度出光,具有扫光的效果,在很大范围内都会产生眩光,反光面105的设置可以减少眩光。进一步的,所述反光面105对称设置,所述反光面105与所述灯具安装槽104的深度方向的夹角为75°,该角度可以在60°~85°范围内选择。
为了便于安装和拆卸,本实施例中,所述灯具安装槽104内设有至少两个间隔分布的灯具卡扣300。灯具卡扣300为弯曲的U型弹簧,所述反光面105的下沿向外延伸形成卡边,所述灯具卡扣300的两侧抵靠所述卡边实现固定,所述U型弹簧的两侧设有外凸的卡片301与灯具600的卡槽601配合,实现固定。
本实施例用于与开合的冷柜门配合,所述外侧面102设有沿着长度方向延伸的加热模块400。外侧面102与门边配合,加热模块400工作可以防止门上的玻璃雾化。进一步的,所述加热模块400包括沿着长度方向铺设的电热丝401以及与所述外侧面102连接的导热板402。导热板402采用铁型材,还可以起到支撑的作用。为了增加导热板402的强度,所述导热板402为U型型材,所述U型型材的两侧的末端向内弯曲,所述外侧面102设有供所述U型型材的两侧插入的两道条形槽1021。
为了增加隔热效果,所述杆体100为空心结构,所述隔热层200为空心结构的内部填充的隔热材料。进一步优选的,所述隔热材料聚氨酯,价格便宜,便于取材。配合上述的条形槽1021和灯具安装槽104的设置,杆体100有了很多内凹的结构,使内部体积变小,从而减少隔热材料的使用,降低制造成本。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于安装照明设备的冷柜支撑杆,包括杆体(100),所述杆体(100)包括朝向冷柜的内侧面(101)和背向冷柜的外侧面(102),所述内侧面(101)和外侧面(102)之间设有隔热层(200),其特征在于,所述内侧面(101)设有沿着长度方向延伸的灯具安装槽(104);所述外侧面(102)设有沿着长度方向延伸的加热模块(400)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于安装照明设备的冷柜支撑杆,其特征在于,所述灯具安装槽(104)的顶面两侧为外扩的反光面(105)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于安装照明设备的冷柜支撑杆,其特征在于,所述反光面(105)为白色。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于安装照明设备的冷柜支撑杆,其特征在于,所述杆体(100)通过挤出成型制造,所述反光面(105)通过双色挤出制造。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于安装照明设备的冷柜支撑杆,其特征在于,所述灯具安装槽(104)内设有至少两个间隔分布的灯具卡扣(300)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于安装照明设备的冷柜支撑杆,其特征在于,所述加热模块(400)包括沿着长度方向铺设的电热丝(401)以及与所述外侧面(102)连接的导热板(402)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于安装照明设备的冷柜支撑杆,其特征在于,所述导热板(402)为U型型材,所述U型型材的两侧的末端向内弯曲,所述外侧面(102)设有供所述U型型材的两侧插入的两道条形槽(1021)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于安装照明设备的冷柜支撑杆,其特征在于,所述杆体(100)为空心结构,所述隔热层(200)为空心结构的内部填充的隔热材料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的用于安装照明设备的冷柜支撑杆,其特征在于,所述隔热材料聚氨酯。
