Abstract
本发明公开了一种提高母猪繁殖性能的天然植物添加剂及其制备方法。属于饲料添加剂技术领域。该添加剂分两部分:A部分包括白术、肉桂、金银花、麦芽、黄芪、陈皮、茯苓、蒲公英、甘草,用于产前饲喂;B部分包括肉苁蓉、益母草、桃仁、当归、黄芪、木瓜、陈皮、山楂、马齿苋、蒲公英、甘草,用于产后饲喂。与现有技术相比,本发明取得的有益效果为:(1)本发明遵循母猪的生殖生理特点,在产前和产后应用不同天然植物添加剂组分,更具针对性,弥补了人们利用天然植物提高母猪繁殖性能的技术不足;(2)采用本发明天然植物添加剂,21天窝重和断奶窝重显著提高,并降低了断奶至发情的间隔期,可提升母猪的繁殖性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及饲料添加剂技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种提高母猪繁殖性能的天然植物添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
在现代养猪业生产中,母猪繁殖性能是实现经济效益的一项重要组成部分。品种、营养、饲养管理、生长环境、疾病等各种因素都会不同程度的影响母猪的生长及繁殖性能。营养调控是改善母猪繁殖性能的主要途径之一。
长期以来使用化学药物对母猪进行生理机能的调控,不仅引起机体内分泌的紊乱,还会造成体内中的残留,导致母猪出现发情率低、妊娠率低、流产、活仔数少、产仔数低、哺乳母猪泌乳性能低下等症状,最终影响仔猪的成活率和断奶后的发育。
实践证明,中草药(天然植物)为纯天然物质,兼营养和药效的双重作用,无残留、无抗药性,毒性低,在改善母猪繁殖性能方面具有广阔的应用前景。但仍存在许多待解决的问题:产前、产后添加同一种添加剂;只针对产前或产后使用添加剂,从而很难达到预期目标。
综上,如何提供一种提高母猪繁殖性能的天然植物添加剂是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种提高母猪繁殖性能的天然植物添加剂及其制备方法。本发明遵循母猪的生殖生理特点,在产前和产后应用不同天然植物添加剂组分,更具针对性,弥补了人们利用天然植物提高母猪繁殖性能的技术不足,取得了较好的效果。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种提高母猪繁殖性能的天然植物添加剂,包括A部分和B部分;
所述A部分包括如下质量份数的组分:白术200~300份、肉桂100~150份、金银花100~200份、麦芽100~150份、黄芪100~300份、陈皮200~250份、茯苓100~150份、蒲公英100~150份和甘草20~50份;
所述B部分包括如下质量份数的组分:肉苁蓉200~250份、益母草100~300份、桃仁100~200份、当归100~250份、黄芪200~300份、木瓜100~250份、陈皮100~200份、山楂100~200份、马齿苋150~250份、蒲公英200~300份和甘草20~50份。
本发明所有所有原料均为农业部(农业农村部)公布的1773号文件《饲料原料目录》可饲用天然植物,无任何副作用。
所取得的有益效果:白术可健脾益气、安胎;肉桂散寒止痛、安胎;茯苓、麦芽和陈皮等配合应用,既能健脾,又能理气;黄芪,补气固表,可提高免疫力;金银花、蒲公英清热解毒,配合使用有抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒之效;甘草调和诸药。
现代营养学发现,黄芪、白术和金银花等含有十分丰富的营养成分,例如黄芪有丰富的铁、锰、锌、硒等微量元素,以及叶酸、胡萝ト苷、维生素B2、苦味素、烟酸等。因此,本添加剂A部分能够补充饲料营养成分,提高母猪免疫力,增强消化吸收功能,促进健康生长发育。
黄芪补气固表,可提高免疫力;当归益气补血并可增加乳汁分泌;木瓜中的凝乳酶有通乳作用;益母草可配合桃仁除去子宫复位不全、恶露不尽、子宫炎症血瘀症状;肉苁蓉补肾阳、益精血、润肠通便;蒲公英、马齿苋都具有清热解毒的作用,配合使用可防治各种类型腹泻;陈皮有健脾助消化,消积开胃之功效;甘草调和诸药。
本添加剂B部分含有丰富的无机元素Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn,及亮氨酸、精氨酸、谷氨酸、天门冬氨酸营养成分。可加快母猪生殖器官恢复,促进哺乳仔猪的生长发育,明显改善健康状况。

所述A部分包括如下质量份数的组分:白术220~280份、肉桂100~130份、金银花115~165份、麦芽120~150份、黄芪190~270份、陈皮200~230份、茯苓120~140份、蒲公英115~150份和甘草20~40份;
所述B部分包括如下质量份数的组分:肉苁蓉200~230份、益母草100~160份、桃仁100~150份、当归210~250份、黄芪225~275份、木瓜145~200份、陈皮100~160份、山楂135~180份、马齿苋180~220份、蒲公英200~255份和甘草35~50份。
进一步的,一种提高母猪繁殖性能的天然植物添加剂,包括A部分和B部分;
所述A部分包括如下质量份数的组分:白术256份、肉桂118份、金银花134份、麦芽127份、黄芪245份、陈皮206份、茯苓122份、蒲公英148份和甘草22份;
所述B部分包括如下质量份数的组分:肉苁蓉205份、益母草133份、桃仁148份、当归230份、黄芪254份、木瓜176份、陈皮130份、山楂156份、马齿苋205份、蒲公英215份和甘草45份。
一种提高母猪繁殖性能的天然植物添加剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将各原料清洗后沥干水分烘干备用,得预处理原料;
(2)将预处理原料按质量份数称量后混合,依次经超微粉碎和气流粉碎得到预混料;
(3)将预混料分装后即可。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)的具体操作为:将各原料经分选除杂后用60~80℃的水冲洗3~5min,之后沥干水分,置于60~80℃烘箱内烘至水分含量为16~20%,得预处理原料。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)的具体操作为:将预处理原料按质量份数称量后混合,经超微粉碎后过80~120目筛,之后再经气流粉碎后过300目筛,得到预混料。
上述天然植物添加剂在猪饲料中的应用。
进一步的,添加量为0.3~0.5%。
进一步的,所述A部分添加到产前猪饲料中,所述B部分添加到产后猪饲料中。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明取得的有益效果为:(1)本发明遵循母猪的生殖生理特点,在产前和产后应用不同天然植物添加剂组分,更具针对性,弥补了人们利用天然植物提高母猪繁殖性能的技术不足;(2)采用超微粉碎和气流粉碎加工技术,可以提高中药的溶出度,提高药物的生物利用率,增强中药的药性;(3)采用本发明天然植物添加剂,21天窝重和断奶窝重显著提高,并降低了断奶至发情间隔期,可提升母猪的繁殖性能。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明所需药剂为常规实验药剂,采购自市售渠道;未提及的实验方法为常规实验方法,在此不再一一赘述。
实施例1
一种提高母猪繁殖性能的天然植物添加剂,配方如下:
A部分:白术200g、肉桂100g、金银花100g、麦芽100g、黄芪100g、陈皮200g、茯苓100g、蒲公英100g和甘草20g;
B部分:肉苁蓉200g、益母草100g、桃仁100g、当归100g、黄芪200g、木瓜100g、陈皮100g、山楂100g、马齿苋150g、蒲公英200g和甘草20g。
制备方法:
(1)将各原料经分选除杂后用60℃的水冲洗3min,之后沥干水分,置于60℃烘箱内烘至水分含量为16%,得预处理原料;
(2)将预处理原料按质量份数称量后混合,经超微粉碎后过80目筛,之后再经气流粉碎后过300目筛,得到预混料;
(3)将预混料分装后即可。
实施例2
一种提高母猪繁殖性能的天然植物添加剂,配方如下:
A部分:白术300g、肉桂150g、金银花200g、麦芽150g、黄芪300g、陈皮250g、茯苓150g、蒲公英150g和甘草50g;
B部分:肉苁蓉250g、益母草300g、桃仁200g、当归250g、黄芪300g、木瓜250g、陈皮200g、山楂200g、马齿苋250g、蒲公英300g和甘草50g。
制备方法:
(1)将各原料经分选除杂后用80℃的水冲洗5min,之后沥干水分,置于80℃烘箱内烘至水分含量为20%,得预处理原料;
(2)将预处理原料按质量份数称量后混合,经超微粉碎后过120目筛,之后再经气流粉碎后过300目筛,得到预混料;
(3)将预混料分装后即可。
实施例3
一种提高母猪繁殖性能的天然植物添加剂,配方如下:
A部分:白术220g、肉桂100g、金银花115g、麦芽120g、黄芪190g、陈皮200g、茯苓120g、蒲公英115g和甘草20g;
B部分:肉苁蓉200g、益母草100g、桃仁100g、当归210g、黄芪225g、木瓜145g、陈皮100g、山楂135g、马齿苋180g、蒲公英200g和甘草35g。
制备方法:
(1)将各原料经分选除杂后用70℃的水冲洗4min,之后沥干水分,置于70℃烘箱内烘至水分含量为18%,得预处理原料;
(2)将预处理原料按质量份数称量后混合,经超微粉碎后过100目筛,之后再经气流粉碎后过300目筛,得到预混料;
(3)将预混料分装后即可。
实施例4
一种提高母猪繁殖性能的天然植物添加剂,配方如下:
A部分:白术280g、肉桂130g、金银花165g、麦芽150g、黄芪270g、陈皮230g、茯苓140g、蒲公英150g和甘草40g;
B部分:肉苁蓉230g、益母草160g、桃仁150g、当归250g、黄芪275g、木瓜200g、陈皮160g、山楂180g、马齿苋220g、蒲公英255g和甘草50g。
制备方法同实施例3。
实施例5
一种提高母猪繁殖性能的天然植物添加剂,配方如下:
A部分:白术256g、肉桂118g、金银花134g、麦芽127g、黄芪245g、陈皮206g、茯苓122g、蒲公英148g和甘草22g;
B部分:肉苁蓉205g、益母草133g、桃仁148g、当归230g、黄芪254g、木瓜176g、陈皮130g、山楂156g、马齿苋205g、蒲公英215g和甘草45g。
制备方法同实施例3。
实验1
实验选胎龄为3~5胎,巴克夏公猪与民猪母猪进行杂交猪40窝随机分为2组,每组20窝,分对照组和添加剂组。添加剂组在产前21天开始饲喂本发明实施例5制备的天然植物添加剂的A部分,产后饲喂本发明实施例5制备的天然植物添加剂的B部分直至断奶发情(添加剂量均为日粮的0.5%);对照组仅正常饲喂日粮。其余饲养条件一致。对此期间母猪的繁殖性能进行统计分析如下:

由表1结果可知,与对照组相比,添加剂组的各项指标都有不同程度的改善,其中21天窝重显著提高(P<0.05),21天窝重是判断母猪泌乳力强弱的重要指标之一;断奶窝重显著提高(P<0.05);添加剂组显著降低了断奶至发情间隔期(P<0.05),以上结果说明,本发明的天然植物添加剂可提升民猪母猪的繁殖性能。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

所述A部分包括如下质量份数的组分:白术200~300份、肉桂100~150份、金银花100~200份、麦芽100~150份、黄芪100~300份、陈皮200~250份、茯苓100~150份、蒲公英100~150份和甘草20~50份;
所述B部分包括如下质量份数的组分:肉苁蓉200~250份、益母草100~300份、桃仁100~200份、当归100~250份、黄芪200~300份、木瓜100~250份、陈皮100~200份、山楂100~200份、马齿苋150~250份、蒲公英200~300份和甘草20~50份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种提高母猪繁殖性能的天然植物添加剂,其特征在于,包括A部分和B部分;
所述A部分包括如下质量份数的组分:白术220~280份、肉桂100~130份、金银花115~165份、麦芽120~150份、黄芪190~270份、陈皮200~230份、茯苓120~140份、蒲公英115~150份和甘草20~40份;
