Method for inducing robust growth of mango seedling root system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of plant cultivation, in particular to a method for inducing the robust growth of mango germchit root systems.
Background
Naphthylacetic acid (NAA), a broad-spectrum plant growth regulator, promotes rapid rooting and germination of the roots, stems of plants. 6-benzylaminopurine (6-BA), an artificially synthesized cytokinin. The action of the compound is the same as that of natural cytokinin, and the compound can promote cell division and the elongation growth of roots, stems and leaves, but the action time is long and the effect is more stable. The optimum dosage and proportion of the two hormones are screened, and the growth of plant roots can be induced.
1. Application studies of others in seed treatment
1) Seeds of the common tobacco variety W38 were treated with different levels of 6-BA, NAA, and the results showed that: when MS +6-BA 0.25mg/L + NAA0.1mg/L, the budding rate is 100%. When MS +6-BA 1.0mg/L + NAA0.1mg/L, the rooting rate is 100%.
2) The seeds of Arabidopsis are respectively soaked by GA3, NAA and 6-BA with different levels, and the result shows that: the GA3 is optimally treated when the GA3 is 2 mg/L7 h and 4 mg/L7 h; the effect is better when the NAA is 0.4 mg/L; the best effect is achieved when the 6-BA is 0.4mg/L for 18 h.
3) The seed soaking treatment of the white seed and the seed by using different levels of 6-BA, NAA and SA shows that: the overall promoting effect on the seed seedling rate is 6-BA > NAA > SA, the effect of 1.0 mg/L6-BA treatment on the three hormones is the best, and the effect of 0.5mg/L NAA treatment is the second.
2. Application research of others in tissue culture
1) The test-tube plantlet of the phoenix-headed ginger is processed by using 6-BA and NAA with different levels, and the result shows that: when the 6-BA accounts for 3.0mg/L and the NAA accounts for 0.5 mg/LNAA, the rooting method is suitable for the ginger to root. When the ratio of 6-BA 5.0 mg/L and NAA0.1mg/L is favorable for tillering of ginger, and when the ratio of 6-BA0.2mg/L and NAA0.5mg/L is favorable for the growth of rhizome of ginger.
