A torque detection device for an electric actuator is disclosed, as shown in figures 1 and 2, and comprises a frame 1 and an electric actuator body 2, wherein the upper end of the frame 1 is provided with two symmetrical rectangular grooves, the inner walls of the two rectangular grooves are connected with side frames 3 through bolts, a placing seat 4 is arranged between the two side frames 3, a fixing component is arranged on the placing seat 4, turning components are arranged on two sides of the placing seat 4, a cleaning box 5 is arranged below the placing seat 4, slide rails are arranged on two sides of the cleaning box 5, the cleaning box 5 is in sliding connection with the inner walls on two sides of the frame 1, a cleaning component is arranged on the cleaning box 5, the bottom of the frame 1 is provided with a groove, the inner wall of the groove is connected with a first motor 6 through bolts, the output end of the first motor 6 is connected with a first lead screw 7 through a coupler, and the other end of the first lead screw 7 is rotatably connected with the inner wall on one side of the frame 1, one side of cleaning box 5 is provided with base 8, passes through bolted connection between the downside outer wall of base 8 and the frame 1, and the top of base 8 is provided with places the subassembly, places and is provided with torque tester 9 on the subassembly.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the fixing assembly includes two limiting blocks 10, two pressing seats 11 and two pushing seats 12, a placing hole 13 is formed in the placing seat 4, the two limiting blocks 10 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the placing hole 13, the upper ends of the two limiting blocks 10 are both set to be arc-shaped, sliding seats are arranged at the bottoms of the two pressing seats 11 and the two pushing seats 12, the sliding seats are slidably connected with the inner wall of the upper side of the placing seat 4, the two pushing seats 12 of the two pressing seats 11 are symmetrically distributed, and the upper ends of the limiting blocks 10 are set to be arc-shaped, so that the electric actuator body 2 can be conveniently placed, and the smoothness of the placing process is improved; the outer wall of the upper side of the placing seat 4 is connected with two symmetrical side seats 14 through bolts, the two side seats 14 are positioned behind the two limit blocks 10, the outer wall of one side of each of the two side seats 14 is connected with three limit springs 15 through bolts, the other ends of the three limit springs 15 are connected with the outer wall of one side of the limit block 10 at the same side through bolts, the outer wall of one side of each of the two pressing seats 11 is a cambered surface, the outer wall of the cambered surface is connected with a rubber pad 16 through bolts, the outer wall of the rubber pad 16 is provided with a plurality of anti-skidding grooves, the sliding seats of the two pressing seats 11 are provided with symmetrical threaded holes, the inner walls of the two threaded holes are rotatably connected with the same second lead screw 17, two ends of the second lead screw 17 are respectively rotatably connected with the inner walls at two sides of the placing seat 4, the inside of the placing seat 4 is provided with a cavity, the inner wall of the placing seat 4 is connected with a second motor 18 through bolts, and the output end of the second motor 18 is connected with a short shaft coupling, the other end of the short shaft is connected with a main gear 19 through a bolt, the outer wall of the middle part of the second lead screw 17 is connected with a sleeve wheel 20 through a bolt, the main gear 19 is meshed with the sleeve wheel 20, the limiting block 10 is pushed to clamp and fix the electric actuator body 2 by the reverse acting force of the limiting spring 15, the electric actuator body 2 is prevented from moving after being placed, the rubber pad 16 increases the friction force between the pressing seat 11 and the electric actuator body 2, and the fixing effect is improved; the outer wall of the upper side of the placing seat 4 is connected with two fixing seats 21 through bolts, the two fixing seats 21 are symmetrically distributed on two corners of the placing seat 4, one sides of the two fixing seats 21 are respectively provided with a push plate 22, the push plate 22 is positioned between the fixing seats 21 and the push seat 12, the outer wall of one side of the fixing seats 21 is provided with a round hole, the inner wall of the round hole is connected with a first hydraulic rod 23 through bolts, the other end of the first hydraulic rod 23 is connected with the outer wall of one side of the push plate 22 through bolts, the outer wall of the other side of the push plate 22 is connected with four symmetrical limiting rods 24 through bolts, the outer wall of one side of the push seat 12 is provided with four symmetrical round holes, the four limiting rods 24 are connected with the inner walls of the four round holes in a sliding manner, the buffer springs 25 are sleeved outside the four limiting rods 24, two ends of the buffer springs 25 are respectively connected with the outer wall of one side of the push plate 22 and the outer wall of one side of the push seat 12 through bolts, the other side of the push seat 12 is provided with a cambered surface, the inner wall of cambered surface has slipmat 26 through bolted connection, the material of slipmat 26 is rubber, the outer wall of slipmat 26 is provided with intensive rubber arch, buffer spring 25 can cushion the pressure that pushes away seat 12 and the contact of electric actuator body 2, feedback pressure signal to first hydraulic stem 23 simultaneously, it causes electric actuator body 2 impaired to avoid appearing excessive extrusion, slipmat 26 has increased the frictional force that pushes away between seat 12 and the electric actuator body 2, further improve the fixed effect of centre gripping of electric actuator body 2, strengthen the overall stability after electric actuator body 2 is fixed.

When the electric actuator is used, the torsion tester 9 is placed on the workbench 62 before detection, the reverse acting force after elastic deformation of the fixed spring 67 provides thrust to the clamping seat 65, so that the torsion tester 9 can be fixed on the workbench 62, then the electric actuator body 2 is placed on the placing seat 4, the electric actuator body 2 extrudes the limiting blocks 10 on two sides in the placing process, the limiting springs 15 contract to increase the distance between the two limiting blocks 10, after the electric actuator body 2 is completely placed, the limiting springs 15 apply thrust to the limiting blocks 10 under the reverse acting force of elastic deformation, the limiting blocks 10 on two sides clamp and fix the electric actuator body 2, then under the driving of the second motor 18, the second lead screw 17 rotates, the two pressing seats 11 move oppositely until contacting with the electric actuator body 2, the second motor 18 stops moving, and the two pressing seats 11 fix the electric actuator body 2 for the second time, then, the first hydraulic rod 23 extends to push the push plate 22 to move forward, the buffer spring 25 is forced to press the push seat 12 to slide on the placing seat 4 until the push seat 12 contacts and presses the electric actuator body 2, the first hydraulic rod 23 stops extending, the two push seats 12 simultaneously press the electric actuator body 2 by the reverse acting force of the buffer spring 25, the re-fixing of the electric actuator body 2 is completed, then the first motor 6 drives the first lead screw 7 to rotate, the position of the cleaning box 5 is adjusted, the third motor 29 drives the side shaft 27 to rotate on the inner wall of the shaft seat 28, so that the placing seat 4 is integrally turned over until the torque detection end of the electric actuator body 2 is downward, then the fan 36 operates to perform air suction operation in the two dust collecting cylinders 35, the air suction box 40 performs air suction on the inside of the cleaning box 5, the second hydraulic rod 45 pushes the fourth motor 46 to move upward, meanwhile, a third hydraulic rod 53 is adjusted according to the caliber of the torque detection end of the electric actuator body 2, the third hydraulic rod 53 pushes the connecting sleeve 50 to move upwards, the turnover plate 56 turns over, the extending frame 57 moves in the sliding groove of the support 51, the three extending frames 57 are far away from the extending rod 49 until the connecting sleeve is matched with the caliber of the torque detection end of the electric actuator body 2, then the three brush holders 59 are inserted into the torque detection end of the electric actuator body 2, the fourth motor 46 drives the connecting rod 47 to rotate, so that the three brush holders 59 perform circular motion in the torque detection end of the electric actuator body 2, the soft brush 60 brushes the inner wall of the torque detection end of the electric actuator body 2 to enable internal dust particles to fall off, the lower cleaning box 5 performs air suction operation on the upper part all the time to enable the fallen dust particles to enter the cleaning box 5 and enter the dust collecting barrel 35 from the air suction box 40, and the electric sliding rail 30 drives the dust collecting barrel 28 to move forwards after cleaning is completed, during the moving process, the spherical roller 32 in the auxiliary seat 31 rolls in the roller groove 33 of the side frame 3 to provide an external supporting force for the movement of the shaft seat 28 until the placing seat 4 moves to the front of the torque tester 9, and during the conveying process, according to the position of the torque detection end of the electric actuator body 2, the fourth hydraulic rod 68 extends to adjust the height of the torque tester 9, so that the torque detection end of the electric actuator body 2 and the test port of the torque tester 9 are at the same height, and then the torque of the electric actuator body 2 is detected.

The torque detection device for the electric actuator according to claim 1, wherein the fixing assembly comprises two limit blocks (10), two pressing seats (11) and two pushing seats (12), a placing hole (13) is formed in the placing seat (4), the two limit blocks (10) are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the placing hole (13), the upper ends of the two limit blocks (10) are both arc-shaped, sliding seats are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the two pressing seats (11) and the two pushing seats (12), the sliding seats are movably connected with the inner wall of the upper side of the placing seat (4), and the two pressing seats (11) and the two pushing seats (12) are symmetrically distributed.

The torque detection device for the electric actuator according to claim 2, wherein two symmetrical side seats (14) are fixedly connected to the outer wall of the upper side of the placing seat (4), the two side seats (14) are located behind the two limit blocks (10), three limit springs (15) are fixedly connected to the outer wall of one side of each of the two side seats (14), the other ends of the three limit springs (15) are fixedly connected to the outer wall of one side of the limit block (10) on the same side, the outer wall of one side of each of the two pressing seats (11) is provided with a cambered surface, the outer wall of the cambered surface is fixedly connected with a rubber pad (16), the outer wall of the rubber pad (16) is provided with a plurality of anti-skid grooves, the sliding seats of the two pressing seats (11) are provided with symmetrical threaded holes, the inner walls of the two threaded holes are movably connected with the same second lead screw (17), the two ends of the second lead screw (17) are respectively movably connected with the inner walls on two sides of the placing seat (4), the inner part of the placing seat (4) is opened into a cavity, the inner wall of the placing seat (4) is fixedly connected with a second motor (18), the output end of the second motor (18) is connected with a short shaft through a coupler, the other end of the short shaft is fixedly connected with a main gear (19), the outer wall of the middle part of a second lead screw (17) is fixedly connected with a sleeve wheel (20), and the main gear (19) is meshed with the sleeve wheel (20).

The torque detection device for the electric actuator according to claim 2, wherein two fixing seats (21) are fixedly connected to the outer wall of the upper side of the placing seat (4), the two fixing seats (21) are symmetrically distributed at two corners of the placing seat (4), a push plate (22) is arranged on each of the two fixing seats (21), the push plate (22) is arranged between the fixing seat (21) and the push seat (12), a circular hole is formed in the outer wall of one side of the fixing seat (21), a first hydraulic rod (23) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the circular hole, the other end of the first hydraulic rod (23) is fixedly connected to the outer wall of one side of the push plate (22), four symmetrical limiting rods (24) are fixedly connected to the outer wall of the other side of the push plate (22), four symmetrical circular holes are formed in the outer wall of one side of the push seat (12), and the four limiting rods (24) are movably connected to the inner walls of the four circular holes, buffer spring (25) have all been cup jointed to the outside of four gag lever posts (24), and the both ends of buffer spring (25) respectively with one side outer wall of push pedal (22) and the one side outer wall fixed connection who pushes away seat (12), push away the opposite side of seat (12) and seted up the cambered surface, the inner wall fixedly connected with slipmat (26) of cambered surface, the material of slipmat (26) is rubber, the outer wall of slipmat (26) is provided with intensive rubber arch.

The torque detection device for the electric actuator according to claim 1, wherein the turning assembly comprises two side shafts (27) and two shaft seats (28), the two side shafts (27) are respectively fixedly connected with the outer walls of the two sides of the placing seat (4), the inner walls of the two shaft seats (28) are respectively movably connected with the outer walls of the two side shafts (27), one shaft seat (28) is provided with a circular groove, the inner wall of the circular groove is fixedly connected with a third motor (29), the output end of the third motor (29) is connected with a short shaft through a coupling, the other end of the short shaft penetrates through the shaft seat (28) and is fixedly connected with the inner walls of the side shafts (27), one side of each of the two shaft seats (28) is provided with a sliding seat, the two side frames (3) are respectively provided with a sliding groove, the sliding seats are movably connected with the inner walls of the sliding grooves, electric sliding rails (30) are arranged in the sliding grooves of the two side frames (3), and the outer walls of one sides of the two shaft seats (28) are fixedly connected with auxiliary seats (31), the auxiliary seats (31) are positioned above the side frames (3), spherical grooves are formed in the bottoms of the auxiliary seats (31), spherical rollers (32) are arranged in the spherical grooves, wheel grooves (33) are formed in the outer walls of the upper sides of the side frames (3), and the auxiliary seats (31) are movably connected with the side frames (3).
