DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
The invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings. These embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention, and structural and functional changes made by those skilled in the art according to these embodiments are included in the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the door body with the heat dissipation device 100 of the present invention is applied to a refrigerator. Other constructions and operations of the refrigerator are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the door body includes a display module 200, a cavity for accommodating the display module 200, and a heat sink 100 disposed in the cavity for dissipating heat from the display module 200. The heat dissipation device 100 includes an airbag 1, a moving mechanism 2 fixedly connected to the airbag 1, and a control mechanism (not shown) electrically connected to the moving mechanism 2. The airbag 1 has ventilation portions 3 on both left and right sides. The display module 200 is located at one of the left and right sides of the airbag 1, and hot air having a higher temperature than that at other positions is provided around the display module 200 in an operating state. The moving mechanism 2 is provided as a pair of moving blocks 21 which are clamped at the upper side and the lower side of the air bag and can be close to or separated from each other under the control of the control mechanism. The control mechanism controls the moving blocks 21 to move away from each other to enable air to enter the air bag 1, and when the moving blocks 21 approach each other, the air bag 1 is compressed to enable the air to flow from one side of the air bag 1 to the direction of the display module 200 to take away hot air around the display module 200.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pair of moving blocks 21 are a pair of electromagnetic plates that are attracted to each other to compress the airbag 1 when the current is applied, and are separated from each other to release the airbag 1 when the current is not applied. The heat dissipation device 100 further has an opening disposed on an inner wall of one side of the airbag 1 and a blade covering the opening and capable of opening in a single direction, one of the air permeable portions 3 away from the display module 200 is the blade attached to the inner wall of the airbag 1, and the blade is pushed by air to open toward the inside of the airbag 1 so that the air enters the airbag 1. One of the air-permeable portions 3 adjacent to the display module 200 is a thin film structure made of an air-permeable material. Of course, in other embodiments, the air-permeable part 3 may be a film structure made of air-permeable material. The film structure may be a partial structure or a complete structure of both sides of the airbag 1. The blades of the heat sink 100 can be opened only to the inside of the air bag 1 so that air can enter the air bag 1, but when the air bag 1 is compressed, one side having the blades cannot be discharged, and thus, the gas is discharged from the other side to take away hot air around the display module 200.
The heat sink 100 further has a frame 4 slidably connected to the moving mechanism 2, and the frame 4 has a slide rail 41 for guiding the moving block 21 to move thereon. Of course, in other embodiments, the framework may be configured to have a sliding channel, and the moving block 21 moves in the sliding channel.
The frame 4 further has a pair of limiting portions 42 provided at both ends thereof in the vertical direction, and the pair of moving blocks 21 move away from each other to be stopped by the corresponding limiting portions 42.
The door body is also provided with a temperature sensor which is arranged on the display module 200 and used for measuring the temperature of the display module 200 and an environment temperature sensor which is used for measuring the environment temperature, and the control mechanism compares the temperature of the display module 200 with the environment temperature to control the motion state of the moving mechanism 2. The door body is provided with a hinge box, and the ring temperature sensor is arranged in the hinge box.
