The main performance of the compression socks is the compression and the pressure distribution rule of the product. The pressure and the pressure distribution of the product must meet the regulations of the industrial standard, the pressure is divided into different grades according to the pressure applied to the ankle by the product, and the pressure distribution meets the pressure distribution rule which decreases from the ankle upwards according to a certain rule.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the invention discloses a pair of pressure socks with composite body shaping and beautifying functions, which is characterized in that the pressure socks are combined with a waist, abdomen, hip body shaping belt, and the pressure area of the product is designed according to the characteristics of a human body and the pressure requirement.
The pressure sock is divided into seven connected pressure areas, wherein the pressure areas are a pressure area I1 to a pressure area seven 7. The design of the pressure area I1 to the pressure area VII 7 is designed according to the constitution of human organs, the human body state in daily life, the human fat accumulation rule and characteristics, the human body shaping and body-beautifying requirements and the requirements of human body lower limb far-end blood backflow under the guidance of the human engineering principle.
Further, RW in fig. 2 and 3 represents a right waist point of the human body, LW represents a left low waist point of the human body, RH represents a right hip point of the human body, and LH represents a left hip point of the human body. The waist and abdomen tightening part is positioned above the G line, and the pressure sock part is positioned below the G line.
The human body is a complex whole, and different parts of the body and the regional characteristics of different parts have different requirements on pressure in order to meet the requirements of body shaping and body beautification. Therefore, the pressure magnitude and the pressure change rule of each pressurizing area are designed according to the requirements of different parts of the body and the area characteristics of the different parts on the pressure. The pressure values in the above-described pressure region one 1 to pressure region seven 7 were set to P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6, and P7, respectively, as shown in table 3, based on the pressure at G.

Preferably, according to the ergonomic principle, the pressure variation rule is set as follows: p3 is more than or equal to P2 is more than or equal to P5 is more than or equal to P6 is more than or equal to P7 is more than or equal to P1 is more than or equal to P4.
Further, the pressure area 1 is designed for reducing the waist flesh, the pressure area 1 is designed to be rectangular, and the central line position is consistent with the waist line of the human body and surrounds the middle waist part for one circle.
Referring to fig. 4, the second pressure area 2 and the fifth pressure area 5 are designed for tightening the abdomen, and the second pressure area 2 and the fifth pressure area 5 cooperate to form a second rectangular area, which is located between the first pressure area 1 and the seventh pressure area 7. The second rectangular area surrounds the abdomen of the human body for one circle, and the pressure area five is matched with the pressure area two to achieve the abdomen contracting effect.
The shape of the second pressure area 2 is inverted triangle, the lower end of the second pressure area is from the crotch point of the pressure sock, the upper end of the second pressure area is connected with the first pressure area 1, and the pressure of the second inverted triangle pressure area is larger than that of the fifth pressure area in other parts with the same circumference. The abdomen can be tightened by the pressure applied to the part, and the pressure area five 5 can be matched with the pressure area three 3 to play a role in shaping the buttocks in addition to the abdomen contracting role of the pressure area two 2.
The pressure area three 3 is connected with the pressure area five 5 to realize the lifting of the buttocks. The third pressure area 3 is positioned below the fifth pressure area 5, and the third pressure area 3 is arranged below the whole back hip of the panty-hose in an arched shape. Preferably, referring to fig. 6, the pressure region three 3 is provided under the entire posterior hip and has an arcuate shape, and the pulling portion is inserted while making the back crotch longer than the front crotch. The pressure design that the pressure is decreased gradually from bottom to top is carried out on the fat below the buttocks, so that the fat of the buttocks is guided to be upward, and the effect of beautifying the buttocks is achieved.
According to the structural characteristics of the human body, the hip part of the human body is the area with the largest body circumference below the waist, and the curve length of the back of the human body is larger than that of the front of the human body. Thus, in the structural design, the addition of the pressure zone three 3 enables the pantyhose to better conform to the human body. In addition, the size of the human body from the leg to the hip is gradually increased, and in order to adapt to the characteristics of the human body, the increased pressure area three 3 is designed into an arch shape and is arranged under the whole back hip of the panty-type pressure sock.
Referring to fig. 7, the third pressure area 3 is inserted, so that the length L of the rear crotch part is increased on the basis of the size of the crotch part of the front body, and the human body structure characteristic that the curve length of the rear body of the human body is larger than that of the front body is met. Fig. 7 shows a left view of the front crotch pressure sock structure and a right view of the rear crotch pressure sock structure. The waist-tightening, abdomen-tightening and hip-lifting part of the panty-hose and the pressure sock part are organically combined into an integral composite structure according with the requirements of a human body by inserting the pressure area III 3 with the length value of L.
Referring to fig. 5, the pressure regions four 4 and six 6 are designed for the upper waist portion, and surround the upper waist portion by one circle. The pressure area four 4 and the pressure area six 6 cooperate to form a first rectangular area, the first rectangular area is connected with the pressure area one 1, and the pressure area one 1 is positioned between the first rectangular area and the second rectangular area. The pressure region six 6 has an inverted trapezoid shape in the front of the body, as shown by the hatched inverted trapezoid shape abdc in fig. 5, and an inverted trapezoid shape in the back and side of the body, as shown by the inverted trapezoid shape back in fig. 5 (in the figure, the dashed lines E and O are the side lines of the waist, and the trapezoid shape includes the back and the waist). And the pressure in the pressure area six is greater than the pressure in the area four at other parts of the same circumference. The main functions include two, namely, the function of preventing visceral prolapse, especially gastroptosis, is realized by designing a pressure gradient which gradually decreases from bottom to bottom in the inverted trapezoidal abdc region by being applied to the front side of the upper waist body, and the function of shaping the upper waist by using the pressure applied to both sides of the upper waist and the rear side in the forward trapezoidal back region.
A method for weaving a pressure sock with the composite body shaping and beautifying functions comprises the following steps:
as mentioned above, the invention designs the waist-girdling abdomen-binding trousers and the pressure socks into the panty-connecting pressure socks with the body-shaping and body-beautifying functions. As a fully-formed product, the shape, the structure, the pressure and the pressure distribution of the combined-function panty hose of the invention need to be integrally woven, and the designed panty hose structure, the shape and the pressure are realized by a special weaving process.
The knitting method of the pressure socks with the composite body shaping and beautifying functions comprises the following steps:
step one, knitting the first leg 10 and the second leg 20. Wherein each of the first leg 10 and the second leg 20 includes a foot portion, a leg portion, a crotch portion, and a waist portion.
In the present embodiment, the first leg 10 and the second leg 20 are knitted from the bottom to the top of the foot.
In another embodiment, the first leg 10 and the second leg 20 may be knitted from the waist.
The first leg 10 and the second leg 20 are knitted while introducing the sock yarn and the ground stitch yarn.
Preferably, a lifting part is formed below the rear hip of the first leg 10 and the second leg 20, the lifting part is positioned below the whole rear hip, and the lifting part relates to two legs on the left and the right. The pulling part is the pressure area three 3. The lifting portion includes a first lifting portion 15 located at the rear hip of the first leg 10 and a second lifting portion 16 located on the second leg 20.
The first pull portion 15 and the second pull portion 16 are knitted differently. The first and second pull portions 15 and 16 cooperate to form an arch.
And step two, the knitted first leg 10 and the second leg 20 are connected by sewing.
The first and second plain edges 11 and 12 are formed at the portions of the first and second legs 10 and 20 to be sewn, respectively, to ensure that the high elastic inlay yarn is tightly sewn together with the ground stitch yarn.
Specifically, the first leg is inserted with the multiple round-trip knitting 13 to form the first lifting portion in the cylindrical knitting when knitting the hip part, and the second leg is inserted with the multiple round-trip knitting 13 to form the second lifting portion in the cylindrical knitting when knitting the back. When the back hip part is knitted 13, the first pulling part and the second pulling part are matched to form an arch structure by controlling the number of knitting needles to be knitted. The first leg 10 and the second leg 20 are inserted into 16 times of the back and forth knitting 13 during the rear hip knitting so that the first connecting portion 15 and the second connecting portion 16 cooperate to form an arch structure. When the corset abdomen part 30 is knitted, the corset abdomen part 30 is knitted by the back-and-forth knitting method 13. The waistband abdomen 30 includes a sock yarn and a ground stitch yarn sewn to each other to apply pressure to the waistband abdomen 30.
Referring to fig. 8, the conventional pantyhose pressure sock is knitted by knitting the legs and the crotch all in a tubular shape 14, and after the sock is cut off, the crotch of the two legs is sewn, and finally the pantyhose is formed. However, this knitting method cannot achieve a longer crotch portion of the back than that of the front. The waist, abdomen and buttocks of the conventional panty-hose can not apply required pressure according to the requirements of a human body, the area above the G line is only knitted by adopting bottom tissues, high-elasticity lining yarn is not introduced, and the formed product does not apply special pressure to the waist, abdomen and buttocks. In addition, the conventional panty hose is formed by cutting off the crotch after tubular knitting is completed and sewing two leg portions to form the panty hose, and this knitting method cannot introduce high stretch yarn to the waist, abdomen and buttocks.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 9-10, a high stretch inlay yarn is introduced over the G-line as well as the leg portion, and the G-line is woven back and forth over the G-line. The reciprocating weaving mode can achieve two purposes: firstly, the cylindrical knitting 14 is not formed upwards from the G line, but the two sides are opened, secondly, the smooth edge is formed while the cylindrical knitting is opened, and the bottom tissue yarn and the high-elasticity lining yarn are in a controlled state. As shown in fig. 9, a first optical edge 11 and a second optical edge 12 are formed on both sides. The crotch parts of the two trousers after being put off the machine are directly sewed without being cut, the ground tissue yarns and the liner yarns are tightly combined at the sewed parts, and the pressure distribution that the waist, the abdomen and the buttocks meet the requirements of a human body can be realized according to a pressure design scheme.
Further, the compression of the panty hose of the present invention is achieved by integrally designing the yarn feeding amount of the stretch yarn during the knitting process.

Knitting needle allocation
As mentioned above, a panty-hose is formed by sewing the first leg portion 10 and the second leg portion 20, each leg portion includes a foot portion, a leg portion and a waist portion, and after the panty-hose is put on the machine, the two leg portions are sewn on the crotch portion to form a complete panty-hose.
In the process of weaving the crotch, the total number of needles of the machine is set to be 360, wherein 180 needles are used for weaving 1/2 front body crotch, and the other 180 needles are used for weaving 1/2 rear body crotch.
② knitting of three 3 areas for increasing pressure
In the crotch portion knitting process, a method of inserting the back-and-forth knitting 13 in the crotch portion during the tubular knitting 14 is adopted so that the crotch length is made longer than the crotch length. The weaving method adopts differential weaving.
The first leg 10 and the second leg 20 are each inserted 16 times of the back knitting 13 to form the pressure region three 3.
③ realization of bow shape
The size of the human body from the legs to the buttocks is gradually increased. In order to adapt to this structural feature of the human body, the pressure area three 3 is designed as an arch structure. In order to adapt to the structural design characteristics, in the technical invention, in the back crotch weaving process, the number of reciprocating weaving needles follows the needle outlet rule from less to more, and the proportional relation between the cylinder weaving and the reciprocating weaving is controlled, so that the weaving of the arch structure is finally realized.
Preferably, fig. 12 shows a variation law of the number of needles in the back and forth needle-withdrawing knitting in the knitting process of the first leg portion 10, and fig. 13 shows a variation law of the number of needles in the back and forth needle-withdrawing knitting in the knitting process of the second leg portion 20. The first leg 10 and the second leg 20 are sewn after the machine is off, and are inserted in a complete arch shape shown in fig. 6 at the rear hip.
