Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building waterproofing, in particular to a water-based base course treating agent composition, a water-based base course treating agent, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The waterproof of the building is an effective means for prolonging the service life of the building, the waterproof of the building is divided into material waterproof and structural waterproof, the material waterproof is a passage for blocking water by building materials so as to achieve the waterproof purpose or enhance the anti-leakage capability, such as coiled material waterproof, film waterproof, concrete and cement mortar rigidity, clay and lime soil waterproof and the like, wherein the asphalt coiled material waterproof is the most main material waterproof, but the direct paving of the asphalt coiled material on a base layer can easily cause the loose bonding between the coiled material and the base layer, and because the base layer has high moisture content, the coiled material seals moisture in the waterproof layer after construction, and the coiled material bulges after being heated and is also easy to generate hollowing.
At present, in order to avoid the phenomena that the coiled material is not firmly bonded with a base layer and a waterproof layer is hollowed, a coating, namely a base layer treating agent, needs to be coated on the base layer in advance before waterproof construction, and the base layer treating agent can improve the bonding force between an asphalt waterproof material and a concrete base layer.
The current base course treating agent is mainly divided into an oily base course treating agent and a water-based base course treating agent, the base course treating agents can enhance the binding force between the waterproof material and the base course, and can seal the moisture of the base course, thereby effectively improving the service life of the waterproof layer of the coiled material. Among them, the oily base treatment agent has a defect of poor environmental protection, and thus the application range of the oily base treatment agent is limited. The water-based base layer treating agent becomes a research hotspot of scholars at home and abroad due to the excellent environmental protection performance.
CN105694494A discloses emulsified asphalt and a preparation method thereof, and a water-based base layer treating agent for asphalt waterproof coiled materials and a preparation method thereof, wherein the water-based base layer treating agent is formed by adopting specific amounts of emulsified asphalt, high polymer emulsion, a defoaming agent and a stabilizer, wherein the emulsified asphalt is obtained by adopting a cationic emulsifier and a nonionic emulsifier to carry out compound treatment according to a certain proportion.
Although the aqueous base layer treating agent obtained by the method has the advantages of good compatibility with a base layer after film forming and drying, high bonding strength with an asphalt waterproof coiled material and high peeling strength, the aqueous base layer treating agent has greatly reduced performance after meeting water due to the use of acrylic emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion and the like, is very easy to generate water channeling phenomenon, has high water content, is not compact for sealing the base layer, causes a large amount of water vapor to exist between the base layer and the coiled material, and is very likely to cause water channeling.
Therefore, it is very important to provide an environment-friendly aqueous base layer treating agent with high solid content and excellent bonding property with the asphalt waterproof coiled material.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of poor environmental protection, low solid content and poor bonding property of the base course treating agent for the asphalt coiled material in the prior art.
As described in the background section, the acrylic acid, styrene-acrylic acid and other emulsions used in the existing water-based base layer treating agent are easy to generate water channeling phenomenon after meeting water, so that a great amount of water vapor exists between the base layer and the coiled material, and the problem of poor bonding property is caused. The inventor of the invention creatively compounds the emulsified asphalt with a specific kind and a specific amount with the SBS emulsion in a synergistic way, and combines with a specific amount of the thickening agent, the defoaming agent and the pH regulator, so that the effective components in the SBS emulsion can be integrated with the asphalt waterproof coiled material, thereby effectively enhancing the bonding strength between the emulsified asphalt and the SBS emulsion and reducing the possibility of water channeling in the using process.
In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention provides an aqueous base treatment composition comprising the following components stored in admixture with or independently of two or more of the components: the emulsified asphalt comprises emulsified asphalt, water, SBS emulsion, a pH regulator, a defoaming agent and a thickening agent, wherein the emulsified asphalt is anionic emulsified asphalt, and the SBS emulsion is interpenetrating polymer network emulsion of SBS and acrylic ester;
in the SBS emulsion, the molar ratio of the SBS to the acrylate is 1:0.2 to 5;
based on the total weight of the aqueous base layer treating agent, the content of the emulsified asphalt is 30-70 wt%, the content of the water is 5-30 wt%, the content of the SBS emulsion is 5-40 wt%, the content of the pH regulator is 0.1-1 wt%, the content of the defoaming agent is 0.1-1 wt%, and the content of the thickening agent is 0.1-1.5 wt%.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method of preparing an aqueous base treatment agent, the method comprising: mixing the components of the aqueous base layer treatment composition according to the first aspect.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides an aqueous base treatment prepared by the method of the second aspect.
The invention provides an application of the water-based base layer treating agent in the third aspect in asphalt waterproof coiled material construction.
The invention synergistically compounds specific kinds of emulsified asphalt and SBS emulsion, and is matched with thickeners, defoamers, pH regulators and other auxiliaries to form the aqueous base layer treating agent which can be effectively integrated with the asphalt waterproof coiled material into a whole, so that the bonding strength between the emulsified asphalt and the SBS emulsion is enhanced, the emulsified asphalt and the SBS emulsion can also reach the current standard requirement after long-term water soaking, and the water channeling possibility is effectively reduced.
The inventor also finds that the aqueous base layer treating agent obtained by the invention has the characteristics of high solid content and short drying time, effectively shortens the construction period, is an aqueous product, is environment-friendly and is suitable for large-area use.
