Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly low-VOC aqueous acrylic amino baking paint and a preparation method thereof, wherein the baking paint comprises the following components: 50-70 parts of water-based acrylic resin, 5-8.4 parts of water-based amino resin, 1.5-3.5 parts of environment-friendly pigment, 15-35 parts of deionized water and 0.05-0.7 part of additive. The invention greatly improves the hardness, adhesive force and weather resistance of the water-based acrylic amino baking paint, reduces VOC and production cost, and provides a high-quality environment-friendly product for downstream enterprises.

Further, the environment-friendly pigment comprises one or more of coated rutile type titanium dioxide, organic yellow, titanium cyan, organic red and mica pearlescent pigment.
Further, the deionized water is the pure water from which impurities in the form of ions have been removed.
Further, the additive is one or more of dimethylethanolamine, polyether modified polysiloxane, a pigment affinity group-containing high-molecular copolymer, an acrylic copolymer solution, an alkanolamine of a multifunctional copolymer, an ionic acrylic acid solution, an organic modified sheet silicate, blocked p-toluenesulfonic acid, polyether modified silicone, a nano-alumina dispersion and a cerium oxide nanoparticle dispersion.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the environment-friendly low-VOC aqueous acrylic amino baking paint, which comprises the following steps:
s1, adding the water-based acrylic resin and the water-based amino resin into a dispersion machine according to the mass fraction, and mixing, wherein the mixing time is 20-30 minutes, and the rotating speed of the dispersion machine is 500 revolutions per minute;
s2, continuously adding additives and deionized water with the mass fraction not more than the mass fraction into a dispersion machine, wherein the mixing time is 20-30 minutes, and the rotating speed of the dispersion machine is 500 revolutions per minute;

The water-based amino resin comprises one or more of methylated amino resin containing high imino, polymer containing hydroxyl, amido and carboxyl, methylated melamine formaldehyde resin and hexamethoxy methyl melamine resin.
The environment-friendly pigment comprises one or more of coating rutile type titanium dioxide, organic yellow, titanium cyan, organic red and mica pearlescent pigment.
Deionized water is pure water from which impurities in the form of ions have been removed.
The additive is one or more of dimethylethanolamine, polyether modified polysiloxane, a high molecular copolymer containing pigment affinity groups, an acrylic copolymer solution, alkanolamine of a multifunctional copolymer, an ionic acrylic acid solution, organic modified sheet silicate, enclosed p-toluenesulfonic acid, polyether modified organosilicon, a nano-alumina dispersion and a cerium oxide nanoparticle dispersion.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly low-VOC aqueous acrylic amino baking paint comprises the following steps:
s1, adding the water-based acrylic resin and the water-based amino resin into a dispersion machine according to the mass fraction, and mixing, wherein the mixing time is 20-30 minutes, and the rotating speed of the dispersion machine is 500 revolutions per minute;
