Abstract
The invention provides an integrated mounting method of a ship crane bracket and a highlight lamp mast, which comprises the following steps: step one, determining the installation position of a crane bracket; step two, manufacturing a crane bracket and a strong light lamp holder; firstly, manufacturing a crane bracket column body and a suspension arm supporting seat arranged at the top of the crane bracket column body, welding the crane bracket column body and the suspension arm supporting seat into a whole, manufacturing an operating platform, wherein the operating platform is arranged along the circumferential direction of the crane bracket column body, is positioned at the upper part of the crane bracket column body, and is used for installing a highlight lamp holder at the outer side part of the operating platform; step three, installing a reinforced toggle plate, a boarding straight ladder and a straight ladder protection ring; step four, checking the strength; and carrying out finite element analysis on the integral strength of the crane bracket and the lamp holder platform. The invention integrates the strong light mast on the crane bracket, effectively reduces the arrangement space required by the deck, saves the manufacturing cost of the strong light mast and the purchasing cost of binding the stable cable, and saves the manufacturing cost of the ship.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ship construction, in particular to an integrated mounting method of a ship crane bracket and a highlight lamp mast.
Background
According to the requirements of OCIMF industry specifications on the transportation of goods of a liquid cargo ship, a liquid transportation operation area of the LNG ship is generally provided with a hose crane for hoisting tools, maintaining equipment and the like, and the hose crane is generally composed of two parts, namely a crane body and a bracket for storing a suspension arm. Meanwhile, according to the recommendation of arrangement of LNG ship cargo conveying areas in the SIGTTO industry standard, a strong light mast is required to be arranged on a deck of an operation area to illuminate night operation. The hose crane and the mast of the strong light lamp are indispensable devices and are all arranged near the gas collection platform. Meanwhile, the pipelines on the deck are dense, the crane bracket and the highlight lamp mast are large in size and should be separated from each other to avoid interference, but the crane bracket and the highlight lamp mast are functionally required to be close to each other, and a helicopter hovering area nearby limits the space, so that the area is always a difficult point in arrangement. The conventional method is to place the two parts at a certain distance, the strong light mast cannot block the rotation of the crane, and the light mast is blocked by a crane bracket to illuminate to a greater or lesser extent after being far away, so that the illumination effect is influenced to a certain extent. In addition, the occupied areas of the LNG carrier and the LNG carrier are large, the anti-wave cable is required to be pulled, the occupied areas are large, and great difficulty is brought to deck arrangement of crowded LNG carriers.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above disadvantages of the prior art, the present invention provides an integrated installation method of a boat crane bracket and a glare light mast, which is used to solve the problem of the prior art that the arrangement of the crane bracket and the glare light mast is crowded.
In order to achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides an integrated mounting method for a boat crane bracket and a highlight lamp mast, comprising the steps of:
firstly, determining the installation position of a crane bracket on a deck;
step two, manufacturing a crane bracket and a strong light lamp holder; firstly, manufacturing a crane bracket column body and a suspension arm supporting seat arranged at the top of the crane bracket column body, welding the crane bracket column body and the suspension arm supporting seat into a whole, then manufacturing an operating platform, wherein the operating platform is arranged along the circumferential direction of the crane bracket column body, is positioned at the upper part of the bracket column body, and is used for installing the highlight lamp holder at the outer side part of the operating platform;
step three, installing a reinforced toggle plate, a boarding straight ladder and a straight ladder protection ring, wherein the reinforced toggle plate is connected with the lower end surface of the operating platform and the crane bracket column, the boarding straight ladder is arranged along the height direction of the crane bracket column, and the straight ladder protection ring is arranged around the outside of the boarding straight ladder;
step four, checking the strength; and carrying out finite element analysis on the integral strength of the crane bracket and the lamp holder platform, and judging whether the integral strength meets the requirement.
As a preferable technical scheme, in the first step, the installation position of the crane bracket is 2-8 m away from the lifting hook, and the distance between the position of the floodlight arranged on the crane bracket and the edge of the deck is 0-100 mm.
As a preferred technical solution, in the second step, the width of the channel of the operation platform is greater than 600 mm.
As a preferable technical scheme, in the third step, the straight ladder protection ring extends to the top of the operation platform, and a channel notch is formed in one side, facing the operation platform, of the straight ladder protection ring.
As described above, the integrated mounting method of the present invention has the following advantageous effects:
(1) The invention integrates the strong light mast on the crane bracket, effectively reduces the arrangement space required by the deck, saves the manufacturing cost of the strong light mast and the purchasing cost of binding the stable cable, and saves the manufacturing cost of the ship.
(2) After the high-light lamp masts are reduced, deep fusion welding during installation of each high-light lamp mast is reduced, welding seam detection and paint spraying work of a mast body structure are reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
(3) The invention avoids the defects that the position of the strong light mast is too close to the crane bracket and the strong and stable cable of the light mast is difficult to install, thereby avoiding the problem of vibration of the strong light mast in the sailing process of a ship.
(4) The strong light mast is integrated on the crane bracket and is closer to a broadside operation area, so that the lighting effect of the strong light mast is enhanced.

The embodiment provides a method for integrally installing a bracket of a ship crane and a mast of a strong light lamp, which comprises the following steps:
step one, determining the installation position of a crane bracket on a deck; the installation position of the crane bracket can meet the requirements of storing and filling the suspension arm and filling lubricating oil, and can also cover the requirement of lighting of a strong light mast. And the balance with a nearby pipeline and a cable model is also needed, and the avoidance of a channel is considered. Generally speaking, the crane carriage is 2m to 8m from the hook, which facilitates boom storage and lubricant filling. The strong light arranged on the crane bracket is 0-100 mm away from the edge of the deck, so that the lighting requirement can be met to the maximum extent. In the aspect of arrangement interference, a passage for a person to normally ride on the crane bracket cannot be shielded by a pipe, a cable and other parts, and a walkway for a shipman to normally pass on the deck cannot be blocked by the crane bracket.
Step two, manufacturing a crane bracket and a strong light lamp holder 6; firstly, a crane bracket column 1 and a suspension arm supporting seat 2 installed at the top of the crane bracket column 1 are manufactured, the crane bracket column 1 and the suspension arm supporting seat 2 are welded into a whole, then an operating platform 3 is manufactured, the operating platform 3 is arranged along the circumferential direction of the crane bracket column 1, the operating platform 3 is positioned at the upper part of the crane bracket column 1, and a highlight lamp holder 6 is installed at the outer side part of the operating platform 3; the size of the operation platform 3 is considered in arrangement, which can meet the space required by normal lubricating oil filling, and generally, the channel width of the operation platform 3 is more than 600 mm. The arrangement of the strong light lamp holder 6 needs to consider that as many lamps as possible are close to the edge of the deck and project to the operation area of the gas collecting platform, so that the lighting efficiency is highest, the height of the light arrangement platform needs to consider avoiding the dangerous area of the deck, the general deck surface is 2.4m upwards to be the dangerous area, and if a fan for ventilating the dangerous cabin exists nearby, the light arrangement platform needs to avoid the center of the fan by 4.5 m. In addition, the arrangement direction of the ascending vertical ladder 4 selected at the bottom of the crane bracket can not interfere with nearby pipes, connecting cables and the like, and can not block the main passing channel of the deck.
Step three, installing a reinforced toggle plate, riding a straight ladder 4 and a straight ladder guard ring 5, wherein the reinforced toggle plate is connected with the lower end surface of the operating platform 3 and the crane bracket column 1, the riding the straight ladder 4 is arranged along the height direction of the crane bracket column 1, the straight ladder guard ring 5 is arranged around the outside of the riding the straight ladder 4, the straight ladder guard ring 5 extends to the top of the operating platform 3, and a channel notch is formed in one side, facing the operating platform 3, of the straight ladder guard ring 5. Therefore, the traffic is ensured, and the safety of the personnel is well protected.
Fourthly, checking the strength; after the highlight lamp mast and the crane bracket are integrated, finite element analysis is carried out on the overall strength of the highlight lamp mast, and structural parameters of the bracket are optimized, such as the thickness of a 1 plate of the crane bracket column body, the diameter of the column body, the form of a reinforcing toggle plate and the like. The strength calculation analysis is carried out on the crane bracket and the whole ship structure according to the data such as the bracket maximum overturning moment, the gyration moment and the vertical force provided by a crane manufacturer, and the standard requirements of corresponding classification society are met.
