The working process of the invention is as follows: the data to be bound are fixed on the clamp, the thickness of the data is measured through the distance meter, the data are transmitted to the controller, the controller controls the corresponding electromagnet to output the magnetic field of the corresponding magnetic pole according to the thickness, and then the staple in the corresponding staple storage cavity is controlled to move correspondingly.
When short staples in the first staple storage cavity need to be used, the controller controls the electromagnet in the first staple storage cavity to be powered off, the magnet slider is reset under the action of spring force and moves away from the electromagnet, the magnet slider drives the short staples to move towards the staple outlet until the end part of the short staples is pushed to the staple outlet, then the cover body and the pressing plate are manually driven to move downwards around the hinged end, the pressing plate is in contact with the short staples and drives the short staples to move downwards, data are punctured, the short staples are in contact with the pressure bearing plate, and binding is completed.
When long staples in the second staple storage cavity need to be used, the electromagnet in the second staple storage cavity is powered off, the magnet slider in the second staple storage cavity moves away from the electromagnet, the magnet slider drives the long staples to move towards the staple outlet until the end parts of the long staples are pushed to the staple outlet, meanwhile, the long staples can extrude the movable plate to move upwards, then, the cover body and the pressing plate are manually driven to move downwards around the hinged end, the pressing plate is in contact with the long staples and drives the long staples to move downwards, the long staples are in contact with data and puncture the data, and the long staples are in contact with the pressing plate to finish binding. Meanwhile, the electromagnet in the first needle storage cavity is electrified, the electromagnet adsorbs the magnet slide block in the first needle storage cavity, so that the magnet slide block extrudes the spring, and the magnet slide block adsorbs the short staple, so that the short staple is far away from the needle outlet.
