Moreover, the devices are designed with various special structures and functions according to the working conditions of the devices, and the structures are complex. The length of the explosion cavity pipeline is about 4m, the diameter of the pipeline is about 150mm, one end of the explosion cavity pipeline is closed, pollutants on the inner wall of the explosion cavity pipeline are metal dust formed after the metal wire explodes, the metal dust is tightly adhered to the inner wall, and the metal dust is difficult to remove. In addition, in order to ensure the insulating property of the inner wall, the whole cleaning process can not use water and other liquids, but only use volatile organic liquids such as alcohol and the like. 3) placing the cleaning system 04 on the outer support structure 06, at the explosion chamber entrance of the explosion chamber conduit 08;
4) an adjusting component of the cleaning system 04, specifically a spiral rotating adjusting sleeve 8, is utilized to drive the adjusting bracket 9 to move back and forth, so that the guide bracket 3 moves away from the outer cylinder 61 or close to the outer cylinder 61, and the matching between the guide wheel 2 on the guide bracket 3 and the inner wall of the explosion cavity pipeline 08 is changed, and the embodiment is suitable for ensuring that the guide wheel 2 is in contact with the inner wall of the explosion cavity pipeline 08 and moves back and forth smoothly;
5) the motor 4 and the control system 07 are connected by a lead, an air pipe 24 of the dust collection system 05 is fixed below a mounting bracket 6 of the cleaning system 04, and an outlet of the air pipe 24 is positioned at the front part of the mounting bracket 6 and faces downwards;
6) the connecting flange 16 of the cleaning system 04 is connected with the front end face of the telescopic rod of the automatic telescopic structure 02 by bolts.
The pipeline cleaning device for cleaning metal dust of the embodiment is used for:
1) the preparation of each device of the cleaning device is ensured to be finished;
2) selecting a proper cleaning brush head 1 and determining the rotating speed of a motor 4 in the cleaning assembly according to requirements;
3) starting a control system 07 and a dust collection system 05;
4) starting a brush head starting switch button (action of a motor 4) on a starting control system 07, then extending the starting switch button (extension of an extension rod of an automatic telescopic structure 02) on the starting control system 07, extending the extension rod of the automatic telescopic structure 02, pushing a cleaning system 04 into an explosion cavity pipeline 08, and starting cleaning dust on the inner wall of the explosion cavity pipeline 08 after a cleaning brush head 1 rotates;
meanwhile, the dust collection system 05 sucks away the dust cleaned by the cleaning brush head 1;
5) when the automatic telescopic structure 02 stops, the cleaning system 04 is shown to reach the end of the explosion cavity pipeline 08 (the bottom of the explosion cavity pipeline 08), the start-stop switch button is extended out of the closing control system 07, the start-stop switch button is retracted into the starting control system 07 (the telescopic rod of the automatic telescopic structure 02 is retracted), the telescopic rod of the automatic telescopic structure 02 is retracted, and the cleaning system 04 moves outwards from the inside of the explosion cavity pipeline 08;
6) the cleaning system 04 returns to the outside of the explosion chamber pipeline 08, and all switches are closed;
7) observing whether the metal dust on the inner wall of the explosion cavity pipeline 08 is cleaned, if so, executing the step 8), otherwise, repeatedly executing the steps 3) to 6) until the metal dust on the inner wall of the explosion cavity pipeline 08 is cleaned, wherein in the repeated cleaning process, the cleaning brush head 1 can be replaced according to actual conditions, and executing the step 8 after the cleaning is finished);
8) after the cleaning condition of the inner wall of the explosion cavity pipeline 08 meets the requirement, the cleaning brush head 1 is replaced by a cashmere brush head and alcohol is sprayed, and the steps 3) to 6) are repeated for a plurality of times, so that the inner wall is ensured to be clean, and the cleaning of the inner wall of the explosion cavity pipeline 08 is completed.
The pipeline cleaning device adopts a simple PLC control circuit to realize the control of the cleaning system 04 and realize the purpose of automatic operation. When the cleaning device is used for cleaning the brush head 1 in a rotating way, submicron metal dust adhered to the inner wall of the explosion cavity pipeline 08 is removed by means of close contact between the cleaning brush head 1 and the inner wall of the explosion cavity pipeline 08 and rotation of the cleaning brush head 1 at a proper speed, and the fallen metal dust is sucked away by the dust collection system 05, stored and integrally destroyed or discarded, so that environmental pollution is avoided. The pipeline cleaning device can be applied to engineering practice.
The pipeline cleaning device adopts the motor to clean the inner wall of the explosion cavity pipeline by the high-speed rotation of the cleaning brush head, cleans dust adhered to the inner wall, and sucks out the falling dust by using the dust collection system. Meanwhile, an automatic telescopic structure, a guide rail technology (an outer supporting structure and a guide assembly) and a central adjusting structure are adopted, so that the cleaning system can smoothly move back and forth in the explosion cavity pipeline. The pipeline cleaning device can be applied to cleaning the inner wall of a long and narrow pipeline made of insulating materials, saves time and labor, and can improve the working efficiency of operators.

the adjusting component comprises an adjusting rod (11), an adjusting sleeve (8), an adjusting bracket (9), a spring (10) and a limiting piece (18), the front end of the adjusting rod (11) is connected with the rear end of the mounting bracket (6), the adjusting rod (11) and the cleaning brush head (1) are coaxially arranged, the outer surface of the middle part of the adjusting rod (11) is provided with an external thread, the rear end surface of the adjusting rod (11) is provided with a central hole (111), the adjusting sleeve (8) is sleeved on the external thread of the adjusting rod (11) in a thread fit mode, the spring (10) and the limiting piece (18) are sequentially sleeved on the adjusting rod (11) from front to back, two ends of the spring (10) are limited by the rear end face of the adjusting sleeve (8) and the limiting piece (18), the adjusting support (9) is arranged on the adjusting sleeve (8), and the adjusting support (9) can rotate relative to the adjusting sleeve (8);
the guide assembly comprises a guide support (3), a front connecting rod (19), a rear connecting rod (20) and at least 2 guide wheels (2) arranged on the guide support (3), two ends of the front connecting rod (19) are respectively hinged with the front end of the mounting support (6) and the front end of the guide support (3), and two ends of the rear connecting rod (20) are respectively hinged with the rear end of the guide support (3) and the adjusting support (9);
the protection assembly comprises a front plate (15), a rear plate (21), a buffering support rod (12), a positioning rod (22) and a protection spring (13); the front plate (15) is arranged in front of the buffer supporting rod (12) and can move back and forth on the buffer supporting rod (12), the rear plate (21) is fixed at the rear end of the buffer supporting rod (12), the front plate (15) is connected with the rear end of the adjusting rod (11), the rear end of the positioning rod (22) is fixed with the rear plate (21), the front end of the positioning rod penetrates through the front plate (15) and extends into a central hole (111) at the rear end of the adjusting rod (11), the protection spring (13) is sleeved on the positioning rod (22), and the two ends of the positioning rod are limited by the front plate (15) and the rear plate (21);
the rear plate (21) is connected with a telescopic rod of the automatic telescopic structure (02), and the positioning rod (22) and the telescopic rod are coaxially arranged;
an air pipe (24) of the dust collection system (05) is arranged at the lower part of the mounting bracket (6), and an outlet of the air pipe (24) faces downwards;
the outer supporting structure (06) is coaxially connected with the opening end of the explosion cavity pipeline (08) to be cleaned, and provides guidance for extending and retracting the telescopic rod of the automatic telescopic structure (02);
the control system (07) is used for controlling the motor (4), the telescopic rod of the automatic telescopic structure (02) and the action of the central adjusting structure (03).
