And a pressure pump is further arranged on the outer side of the main frame and is communicated with the material collecting barrel or the paint supply end through a paint inlet connecting pipe.
The first paint supply mechanism comprises a first paint inlet pipeline, one end of the first paint inlet pipeline extends between the painting roller and the first auxiliary roller, and the other end of the first paint inlet pipeline is provided with a first connecting pipe and a first switch valve and is in fit connection with the pressure pump through the first connecting pipe and the first switch valve; the first paint inlet pipeline conveys paint at the paint collecting cylinder or the paint supply end to a position between the painting roller and the first auxiliary roller through the matching of the first connecting pipe, the first switch valve, the pressure pump and the paint inlet connecting pipe.
The second paint supply mechanism comprises a second paint inlet pipeline, one end of the second paint inlet pipeline extends between the painting roller and the second auxiliary roller, and the other end of the second paint inlet pipeline is provided with a second connecting pipe and a second switch valve and is connected with the pressure pump in a matching way through the second connecting pipe and the second switch valve; and the second paint inlet pipeline conveys the paint of the material collecting cylinder or the paint supply end to a position between the painting roller and the second auxiliary roller through the matching of a second connecting pipe, a second switch valve, a pressure pump and a paint inlet connecting pipe.
The protective cover is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes, a handle is arranged on the protective cover, and the protective cover is arranged on the fixing plate in an overturning manner under the action of the handle; still be provided with pneumatic bracing piece between both ends about fixed plate and the protection casing respectively, pneumatic bracing piece includes cylinder and telescopic link.
Cylinder one end is connected with the inboard rotation of protection casing, and telescopic link one end is connected with the inboard rotation of fixed plate, and the telescopic link other end is flexible at the cylinder other end when the protection casing upset.
Or one end of the air cylinder is rotatably connected with the inner side of the fixed plate, one end of the telescopic rod is rotatably connected with the inner side of the protective cover, and the other end of the telescopic rod stretches out and draws back at the other end of the air cylinder when the protective cover is turned over.
Through the improvement of the structure, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the first auxiliary roller and the second auxiliary roller can be selectively depended on the painting roller, when the first auxiliary roller or the second auxiliary roller is depended on the painting roller, the rotation in opposite directions is realized, meanwhile, the coatings of the first paint inlet pipeline and the second paint inlet pipeline are correspondingly conveyed to the position between the painting roller and the first auxiliary roller or the second auxiliary roller, and further the coatings can be uniformly coated on the outer surface of the painting roller. Moreover, the rotation directions of the first auxiliary roller and the second auxiliary roller are opposite, the painting roller can rotate in the opposite direction when the painting roller depends on the painting roller, so that the painting roller can selectively rotate clockwise and anticlockwise, the feeding and discharging of the whole equipment can be unlimited in direction, the different roller coating requirements of different production sites are met, and the production flexibility is improved.
2. The gaps between the first auxiliary roller and the painting roller and between the second auxiliary roller and the painting roller can be adjusted through the first adjusting assembly and the second adjusting assembly respectively so as to control the coating supply amount, so that the roller coating efficiency is controllable, and different roller coating requirements of different workpieces are met.
3. The induction mechanism can measure the thickness and/or the shape of a workpiece passing through the feeding end, and further control the flexible lifting mechanism to ascend or descend, so that the device can intelligently detect the thickness and/or the shape of the workpiece, thereby realizing the roll coating of the workpieces with different thicknesses and/or shapes and realizing the intelligent and automatic roll coating of the device.
4. The pneumatic lifting mechanism has two-section lifting action, so that the lifting distance of the roller painting mechanism is increased in a limited space, roller painting of different workpieces is met, flexible lifting can be realized through the air cylinder in the lifting of the uppermost section, the maximum thickness and/or shape of the workpiece can be detected and the size of a painting conveying space can be adjusted according to the thickness and/or shape of the workpiece by matching with the use of the induction mechanism, rigid lifting is converted into flexible lifting, the problem that the workpiece collides with the painting roller device when entering from the feeding end to cause equipment damage is effectively avoided, and the use safety and the stability of the equipment are improved,
5. the paint scraping mechanism can scrape off the paint on the outer surfaces of the first auxiliary roller, the second auxiliary roller and the paint roller, and the cleanness of the first auxiliary roller, the second auxiliary roller and the paint roller is ensured. And meanwhile, the paint scraping mechanism can realize position adjustment, and the scraping operation of the paint is greatly met.
6. The first paint recycling box and the second paint recycling box can recycle redundant paint on the first auxiliary roller, the second auxiliary roller and the painting roller and collect the redundant paint on the material collecting barrel, so that the pollution of a production field caused by the redundant paint is reduced, the cleanness and the sanitation are ensured, the paint on the material collecting barrel can not be reused, and the resource waste is reduced.
7. The first paint supply mechanism and the second paint supply mechanism are arranged to ensure stable supply of paint, so that equipment can stably roll a plurality of workpieces for a long time, and the supply amount of the paint can be controlled to facilitate roll coating processing.
8. The protective cover can cover or open the painting roller device. When the protective cover covers the painting roller device, the integrity of the equipment can be improved, the problems that users or foreign matters are easy to touch during roller coating due to the fact that the painting roller device is exposed, the users are injured, or the painting roller device is damaged, or the roller coating quality is reduced can be solved, and the roller coating production is safer and more stable. When the protection casing was opened the painting roller device, the user can overhaul the painting roller device, the daily use and the maintenance of the equipment of being convenient for.

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and examples.
Referring to fig. 1-19, the coating roller coating device comprises a main frame 1, and a roller coating mechanism is arranged on the main frame 1.
The roller painting mechanism comprises a painting roller device, a first auxiliary roller device and a second auxiliary roller device, wherein the first auxiliary roller device and the second auxiliary roller device are arranged on the side part of the painting roller device; the first auxiliary roller device and the second auxiliary roller device respectively rotate towards different directions on the left side and the right side of the painting roller device, and are alternatively close to the side parts of the painting roller device during rotation; the painting roller device rotates in opposite directions according to the turning directions of the adjacent first auxiliary roller device and the second auxiliary roller device.
And a first paint supply mechanism and a second paint supply mechanism are arranged between the painting roller device and the first auxiliary roller device and between the painting roller device and the second auxiliary roller device respectively.
The first paint supply mechanism supplies paint between the first auxiliary roller device and the painting roller device when the first auxiliary roller device and the painting roller device are close to each other in a rotating mode, so that the paint is uniformly coated on the painting roller device.
And the second paint supply mechanism supplies paint between the second auxiliary roller device and the painting roller device when the second auxiliary roller device and the painting roller device are close to each other in a rotating mode so as to realize uniform coating of the paint on the painting roller device.
And a conveying mechanism A for conveying the workpiece 2 is arranged below the roller painting mechanism, and a painting conveying space for painting the workpiece 2 is formed between the conveying mechanism A and the roller painting mechanism.
The lower parts of the left end and the right end of the roller painting mechanism are respectively connected with a flexible lifting mechanism in a driving way; the main frame 1 is provided with an induction mechanism at the feeding end, the induction mechanism is electrically connected with the flexible lifting mechanism, detects the thickness and/or the shape of the workpiece 2 passing through the feeding end, and controls the flexible lifting mechanism to drive the roller painting mechanism to ascend or descend according to the thickness and/or the shape so as to realize the adjustment of the painting conveying space.
In this embodiment, the conveying mechanism a includes conveying rollers, a conveying belt wrapping the conveying rollers, and a motor providing power. And, main frame 1 outside still is provided with electric cabinet and automatically controlled display, and the electric cabinet can be connected with roller painting mechanism, conveying mechanism A, flexible elevating system, induction mechanism are automatically controlled to be connected with automatically controlled display, user's accessible automatically controlled display is controlled whole equipment and is looked over operating condition.
Specifically, a fixing plate 3 and a protective cover 4 are arranged on the main frame 1; the fixing plate 3 is fixedly arranged on the main frame 1 and is provided with an open slot 5 and a fixing part 6; the protective cover 4 is arranged on the fixing plate 3 in a turnover mode, and the roller painting mechanism is covered or opened when the protective cover is turned over.
The sensing mechanism comprises a sensor (not shown in the figure) and a turning plate 7; the sensor is arranged on the fixing part 6 and is electrically connected with the flexible lifting mechanism, and an elastically telescopic induction probe is also arranged on the sensor; the turning plate 7 is rotatably arranged on the open slot 5, and the top of the turning plate is in driving connection with the induction probe.
When the workpiece 2 passes through the feeding end, the turning plate 7 is driven to rotate on the open slot 5, the top of the turning plate 7 drives the induction probe to do elastic telescopic movement when the turning plate 7 rotates, the sensor detects the thickness and/or shape of the workpiece 2 through the elastic telescopic length of the induction probe, and the flexible lifting mechanism is controlled to drive the roller painting mechanism to ascend or descend according to the thickness and/or shape.
In this embodiment, on the inboard direction of turning over board 7, be equipped with the fixed plate 3 of fixed sensor on the equipment, when work piece 2 thickness on conveying mechanism A is big, perhaps warp and change, work piece 2 can contact and turn over board 7, turns over the upset of board 7 and contact the elastic probe on the sensor, and flexible elevating system operation can be controlled to the master control procedure after receiving and turning over board 7 upset information, drives the whole rising of painting roller device, first auxiliary roller device, second auxiliary roller device, avoids the component to damage.
The flexible lifting mechanism comprises a pneumatic lifting device; the two pneumatic lifting devices respectively comprise an air cylinder 8 for providing lifting power, a piston rod 9 arranged on the air cylinder 8 and a lifting plate 10 in matched connection with the piston rod 9; wherein, the lifting plate 10 is provided with a bearing plate 11 and a sliding part 12; the left end and the right end of the roller painting mechanism are respectively and fixedly supported on the two supporting plates 11; a guide part 13 is fixedly arranged on the main frame 1; the lifting plate 10 slides on the guide piece 13 longitudinally through the matching of the air cylinder 8, the piston rod 9 and the sliding piece 12, and drives the roller painting mechanism to flexibly ascend or descend through the supporting plate 11 during longitudinal sliding.
The pneumatic lifting device with the flexible lifting function at the uppermost end is formed by mutually matching the cylinder 8, the piston rod 9, the lifting plate 10, the bearing plate 11, the sliding part 12 and the guide part 13.
The flexible lifting mechanism also comprises two first-section lifting devices which are respectively arranged below the two pneumatic lifting devices and provide first-section lifting power for the two pneumatic lifting devices; namely, the pneumatic lifting device and the section of lifting device are mutually matched, and a two-section lifting function can be provided for the roller painting mechanism.
The two section of lifting devices respectively comprise a first lifting support plate 14 and a second lifting support plate 15; the two pneumatic lifting devices are fixedly supported on a first lifting support plate 14 and a second lifting support plate 15, respectively.
A first lifting transmission seat 16, a first lifting screw 17, a lifting driving motor 18 and a lifting reduction box 19 which is connected with the lifting driving motor 18 in a matching way are arranged below the first lifting support plate 14; the first lifting screw 17 is inserted into the first lifting transmission seat 16 in a penetrating manner and provided with a first lifting nut, and the upper end of the first lifting screw 17 is connected with the first lifting support plate 14 in a matching manner; the first lifting nut is rotatably disposed in the first lifting transmission seat 16 and is connected to the first lifting screw 17 in a matching manner during rotation.
A second lifting transmission seat 20, a second lifting screw 21 and a lifting hand wheel 22 are arranged below the second lifting support plate 15; the second lifting screw 21 is inserted into the second lifting transmission seat 20 in a penetrating manner and provided with a second lifting nut, and the upper end of the second lifting screw 21 is connected with the second lifting support plate 15 in a matching manner; the second lifting nut rotates in the second lifting transmission seat 20 and is connected with the second lifting screw 21 in a matching manner during rotation.
A lifting synchronous transmission rod 23 is arranged between the first lifting transmission seat 16 and the second lifting transmission seat 20, one end of the lifting synchronous transmission rod 23 is connected with the lifting reduction box 19 in a matched mode, and the other end of the lifting synchronous transmission rod 23 is connected with the lifting hand wheel 22 in a matched mode.
One end part of the lifting synchronous transmission rod 23 is inserted into the first lifting transmission seat 16, and a first worm and gear transmission assembly is arranged between the inserted part and the first lifting nut; the other end part of the lifting synchronous transmission rod 23 is inserted into the second lifting transmission seat 20, and a second worm gear transmission assembly is arranged between the inserted part and the second lifting nut.
The lifting synchronous transmission rod 23 is driven to rotate by the lifting driving motor 18 or the lifting hand wheel 22, and drives the first lifting nut and the second lifting nut to rotate simultaneously through the matching of the first worm gear transmission component and the second worm gear transmission component when rotating, and the first lifting nut and the second lifting nut drive the first lifting screw and the second lifting screw to synchronously lift when rotating, so that the first lifting support plate 14 and the second lifting support plate 15 are synchronously lifted or lowered finally.
Namely, the two flexible lifting mechanisms and the section of lifting device which are positioned at the left end and the right end can synchronously ascend or descend in parallel, so that the equipment is stably used.
The painting roller device comprises a painting roller 25 which rotates through the matching of a roller coating motor 24 and a roller coating speed reducer; the first auxiliary roller device comprises a first auxiliary roller 27 which rotates through the cooperation of a first auxiliary motor 26 and a first auxiliary speed reducer; the second auxiliary roller device comprises a second auxiliary roller 29 which rotates through the cooperation of a second auxiliary motor 28 and a second auxiliary speed reducer.
The first auxiliary roller 27 and the second auxiliary roller 29 respectively rotate towards different directions on the left side and the right side of the painting roller 25, and are alternatively leaned on or in clearance fit on the outer surface of the side part of the painting roller 25 during rotation; the painting roller 25 rotates in opposite directions according to the turning directions of the first auxiliary roller 27 and the second auxiliary roller 29 which are in a leaning or clearance fit, and the paint is uniformly coated through the first paint supplying mechanism and the second paint supplying mechanism.
As shown in fig. 17, the first auxiliary roller 27 and the second auxiliary roller 29 in the present embodiment have the centers on the same transverse line and the centers are not on the same line as the center of the painting roller 25; and the diameters of the first auxiliary roller 27 and the second auxiliary roller 29 are the same in the cross-sectional direction, the diameters of the first auxiliary roller 27 and the second auxiliary roller 29 are smaller than the diameter of the painting roller 25, and the highest point of the painting roller 25 is higher than those of the first auxiliary roller 27 and the second auxiliary roller 29.
A first adjusting assembly is arranged on the first auxiliary roller 27, and comprises a first adjusting hand wheel 30 and a first synchronous transmission rod 31 connected with the first adjusting hand wheel 30; the first auxiliary roller 27 is provided at one end with a first connecting shaft 32 and a first sliding seat 33, and at the other end with a second connecting shaft 34 and a second sliding seat 35.
One end of the first connecting shaft 32 is connected with one end of the first auxiliary roller 27 in a matching way, and the other end of the first connecting shaft 32 penetrates through the first sliding seat 33 and is connected with the first auxiliary speed reducer in a matching way; a third worm gear and worm transmission assembly 36 is arranged between one end of the first synchronous transmission rod 31 and the first sliding seat 33, and the first synchronous transmission rod and the third sliding seat are in transmission connection through the third worm gear and worm transmission assembly 36; the main frame 1 is provided with a first receiving frame 37 corresponding to the first sliding seat 33, and the first receiving frame 37 is provided with a first sliding rail 38; the first sliding seat 33 is slidably disposed on the first sliding rail 38.
One end of the second connecting shaft 34 is connected with the other end of the first auxiliary roller 27 in a matching manner, and the other end of the second connecting shaft 34 penetrates through the second sliding seat 35; a fourth worm and gear transmission assembly 39 is arranged between the other end of the first synchronous transmission rod 31 and the second sliding seat 35, and the first synchronous transmission rod and the second synchronous transmission rod are in transmission connection through the fourth worm and gear transmission assembly 39; the main frame 1 is provided with a second bearing frame 40 corresponding to the second sliding seat 35, and a second sliding rail 41 is arranged on the second bearing frame 40; the second sliding seat 35 is slidably disposed on the second sliding rail 41.
The first synchronous transmission rod 31 is driven by the first adjusting hand wheel 30 to rotate, and drives the first sliding seat and the second sliding seat to slide on the first sliding rail and the second sliding rail simultaneously through the cooperation of the third worm gear transmission assembly and the fourth worm gear transmission assembly when rotating, so that a gap between the first auxiliary roller 27 and the painting roller 25 is realized, and further, the paint feeding area between the first auxiliary roller 27 and the painting roller 25 is controlled.
A second adjusting assembly is arranged on the second auxiliary roller 29, and comprises a second adjusting hand wheel 42 and a second synchronous transmission rod 43 connected with the second adjusting hand wheel 42; the second auxiliary roller 29 is provided with a third connecting shaft 44 and a third sliding seat 45 at one end, and a fourth connecting shaft 46 and a fourth sliding seat 47 at the other end.
One end of the third connecting shaft 44 is connected with one end of the second auxiliary roller 29 in a matching way, and the other end of the third connecting shaft 44 penetrates through the third sliding seat 45 and is connected with the second auxiliary speed reducer in a matching way; a fifth worm gear and worm transmission assembly 48 is arranged between one end of the second synchronous transmission rod 43 and the third sliding seat 45 and is in transmission connection with the third sliding seat through the fifth worm gear and worm transmission assembly 48; a third bearing frame 49 is arranged on the main frame 1 corresponding to the third sliding seat 45, and a third sliding rail 50 is arranged on the third bearing frame 49; the third sliding seat 45 is slidably disposed on the third sliding rail 50.
One end of the fourth connecting shaft 46 is connected with the other end of the second auxiliary roller 29 in a matching manner, and the other end of the fourth connecting shaft 46 penetrates through the fourth sliding seat 47; a sixth worm gear and worm transmission assembly 51 is arranged between the other end of the second synchronous transmission rod 43 and the fourth sliding seat 47, and the sixth worm gear and worm transmission assembly 51 is in transmission connection with the fourth sliding seat; a fourth carrying frame 52 is arranged on the main frame 1 corresponding to the fourth sliding seat 47, and a fourth sliding rail 53 is arranged on the fourth carrying frame 52; the fourth sliding seat 47 is slidably disposed on the fourth sliding rail 53.
The second synchronous transmission rod 43 is driven by the second adjusting hand wheel 42 to rotate, and drives the third sliding seat and the fourth sliding seat to slide on the third sliding rail and the fourth sliding rail through the cooperation of the fifth worm gear transmission assembly and the sixth worm gear transmission assembly respectively during rotation so as to adjust the gap between the second auxiliary roller 29 and the painting roller 25 and further control the paint feeding area between the second auxiliary roller 29 and the painting roller 25.
For the convenience of adjustment by the user, the first adjusting hand wheel 30 and the second adjusting hand wheel 42 are both provided with a rotating dial.
The main frame 1 is provided with a paint scraping mechanism corresponding to the painting roller 25 and/or the first auxiliary roller 27 and/or the second auxiliary roller 29; the paint scraping mechanism comprises seventh turbine worm transmission assemblies 54 arranged above the left and right ends of the painting roller 25, and/or the first auxiliary roller 27, and/or the second auxiliary roller 29, the seventh turbine worm transmission assemblies 54 at the left and right ends are respectively provided with a scraper frame 55, and a scraper 56 is arranged through the scraper frame 55; a paint scraping hand wheel 57 is rotatably arranged on the seventh worm gear transmission assembly 54 at the left end and/or the right end, and the paint scraping hand wheel 57 drives the scraper holder 55 to displace through the seventh worm gear transmission assembly 54 when rotating; the doctor 56 is arranged coaxially with the roller 25 and/or with the first auxiliary roller 27 and/or with the second auxiliary roller 29 and rests on or off the outer surface of the roller 25 and/or of the first auxiliary roller 27 and/or of the second auxiliary roller 29, when the doctor holder 55 is displaced; the painting roller 25, and/or the first auxiliary roller 27, and/or the second auxiliary roller 29, scrape off the outer surface paint by means of a doctor blade 56 while rotating.
The main frame 1 is further provided with a first paint recovery box 58 and a second paint recovery box 59 for recovering paints of the painting roller 25, the first auxiliary roller 27 and the second auxiliary roller 29, wherein the first paint recovery box 58 and the second paint recovery box 59 are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the conveying mechanism A and are respectively positioned below the left end and the right end of the painting roller 25, the first auxiliary roller 27 and the second auxiliary roller 29.
The left and right ends of the painting roller 25, the first auxiliary roller 27 and the second auxiliary roller 29 are respectively provided with a paint guide 60, and the paints are guided and recovered to the first paint recovery box 58 and the second paint recovery box 59 through the paint guide 60.
The first paint recovery box 58 and the second paint recovery box 59 are respectively provided with an inclined sliding surface 61, the inclined lower end of the sliding surface 61 is provided with a lower flow channel 62, and an inclined recovery channel 63 is arranged below the lower flow channel 62; the first and second paint recovery cartridges 58, 59 are communicated with a recovery passage 63 via a slide surface 61 and a down flow passage 62.
A material collecting barrel 64 is arranged outside the main frame 1; the inclined lower end of the recovery channel 63 extends out of the main frame 1, and is provided with a notch 65, and the recovered paint is collected into the collecting barrel 64 through the notch 65.

The second paint supply mechanism comprises a second paint inlet pipeline 69, one end of the second paint inlet pipeline 69 extends between the painting roller 25 and the second auxiliary roller 29, and the other end of the second paint inlet pipeline is provided with a second connecting pipe and a second switch valve 70 and is connected with the pressure pump 66 in a matching way through the second connecting pipe and the second switch valve 70; the second paint inlet pipe 69 is used for conveying the paint in the paint collecting cylinder 64 or the paint supply end to the space between the painting roller 25 and the second auxiliary roller 29 through the matching of a second connecting pipe, a second switch valve 70, a pressure pump 66 and a paint inlet connecting pipe.
The protective cover 4 is provided with a plurality of vent holes 71, a handle 72 is arranged on the protective cover, and the protective cover is arranged on the fixing plate 3 in a turnover way under the action of the handle 72; pneumatic support rods 73 are further arranged between the left end and the right end of the fixing plate 3 and the protection cover 4 respectively, and each pneumatic support rod 73 comprises an air cylinder and a telescopic rod.

the roller painting mechanism comprises a painting roller device, a first auxiliary roller device and a second auxiliary roller device, wherein the first auxiliary roller device and the second auxiliary roller device are arranged on the side part of the painting roller device; the first auxiliary roller device and the second auxiliary roller device respectively rotate towards different directions on the left side and the right side of the painting roller device, and are alternatively close to the side parts of the painting roller device during rotation; the painting roller device rotates in opposite directions according to the steering directions of the adjacent first auxiliary roller device and the second auxiliary roller device;
a first paint supply mechanism and a second paint supply mechanism are arranged between the painting roller device and the first auxiliary roller device and between the painting roller device and the second auxiliary roller device respectively;
the first paint supply mechanism supplies paint between the first auxiliary roller device and the painting roller device when the first auxiliary roller device and the painting roller device rotate to be close to each other so as to realize that the paint is uniformly coated on the painting roller device;
the second paint supply mechanism supplies paint between the second auxiliary roller device and the painting roller device when the second auxiliary roller device and the painting roller device rotate to be close to each other, so that the paint is uniformly coated on the painting roller device;
a conveying mechanism (A) for conveying the workpiece (2) is arranged below the roller painting mechanism, and a painting conveying space for painting the workpiece (2) is formed between the conveying mechanism (A) and the roller painting mechanism;
the lower parts of the left end and the right end of the roller painting mechanism are respectively connected with a flexible lifting mechanism in a driving way; the main frame (1) is provided with an induction mechanism at the feed end, the induction mechanism is electrically connected with the flexible lifting mechanism, detects the thickness and/or the shape of the workpiece (2) passing through the feed end, and controls the flexible lifting mechanism to drive the roller painting mechanism to ascend or descend according to the thickness and/or the shape so as to realize the adjustment of the painting conveying space.

The paint roller coating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: a fixing plate (3) and a protective cover (4) are arranged on the main frame (1); the fixing plate (3) is fixedly arranged on the main frame (1) and is provided with an open slot (5) and a fixing part (6); the protective cover (4) is arranged on the fixing plate (3) in a turnover mode, and the roller painting mechanism is covered or opened when the protective cover is turned over;
the sensing mechanism comprises a sensor and a turning plate (7); the sensor is arranged on the fixing part (6) and is electrically connected with the flexible lifting mechanism, and an elastically telescopic induction probe is also arranged on the sensor; the turning plate (7) is rotatably arranged on the open slot (5), and the top of the turning plate is in driving connection with the induction probe;
when the workpiece (2) passes through the feeding end, the turning plate (7) is driven to rotate on the open slot (5), the top of the turning plate (7) drives the induction probe to do elastic telescopic movement when the turning plate rotates, the sensor detects the thickness and/or the shape of the workpiece (2) through the elastic telescopic length of the induction probe, and the flexible lifting mechanism is controlled to drive the roller painting mechanism to ascend or descend according to the thickness and/or the shape.

The paint roller coating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the flexible lifting mechanism comprises a pneumatic lifting device; the two pneumatic lifting devices are respectively provided with a cylinder (8) for providing lifting power, a piston rod (9) arranged on the cylinder (8) and a lifting plate (10) in matched connection with the piston rod (9); wherein, the lifting plate (10) is provided with a bearing plate (11) and a sliding part (12); the left end and the right end of the roller painting mechanism are respectively and fixedly supported on the two supporting plates (11); a guide piece (13) is fixedly arranged on the main frame (1); the lifting plate (10) longitudinally slides on the guide piece (13) through the matching of the air cylinder (8), the piston rod (9) and the sliding piece (12), and drives the roller painting mechanism to flexibly ascend or descend through the supporting plate (11) during longitudinal sliding.

The paint roller coating apparatus according to claim 3, wherein: the flexible lifting mechanism also comprises two first-section lifting devices which are respectively arranged below the two pneumatic lifting devices and provide first-section lifting power for the two pneumatic lifting devices; the two section of lifting devices respectively comprise a first lifting support plate (14) and a second lifting support plate (15); the two pneumatic lifting devices are respectively and fixedly supported on a first lifting support plate (14) and a second lifting support plate (15);
a first lifting transmission seat (16), a first lifting screw (17), a lifting driving motor (18) and a lifting reduction box (19) which is in matched connection with the lifting driving motor (18) are arranged below the first lifting support plate (14); the first lifting screw (17) penetrates through the first lifting transmission seat (16) and is provided with a first lifting nut, and the upper end of the first lifting screw (17) is connected with the first lifting support plate (14) in a matched manner; the first lifting nut is rotatably arranged in the first lifting transmission seat (16) and is matched and connected with the first lifting screw (17) during rotation;
a second lifting transmission seat (20), a second lifting screw (21) and a lifting hand wheel (22) are arranged below the second lifting support plate (15); the second lifting screw (21) penetrates through the second lifting transmission seat (20) and is provided with a second lifting nut, and the upper end of the second lifting screw (21) is connected with the second lifting support plate (15) in a matched manner; the second lifting nut rotates in the second lifting transmission seat (20) and is connected with the second lifting screw rod (21) in a matching manner when rotating;
a lifting synchronous transmission rod (23) is arranged between the first lifting transmission seat (16) and the second lifting transmission seat (20), one end of the lifting synchronous transmission rod (23) is connected with the lifting reduction box (19) in a matched mode, and the other end of the lifting synchronous transmission rod is connected with the lifting hand wheel (22) in a matched mode;
one end part of the lifting synchronous transmission rod (23) is inserted into the first lifting transmission seat (16), and a first worm and gear transmission assembly is arranged between the insertion part and the first lifting nut; the other end part of the lifting synchronous transmission rod (23) is inserted into the second lifting transmission seat (20), and a second worm and gear transmission assembly is arranged between the inserted part and the second lifting nut;
the lifting synchronous transmission rod (23) is driven to rotate by a lifting driving motor (18) or a lifting hand wheel (22), and drives a first lifting nut and a second lifting nut to rotate simultaneously through the matching of a first worm gear and worm transmission assembly and a second worm gear and worm transmission assembly when rotating, and the first lifting nut and the second lifting nut respectively drive a first lifting screw and a second lifting screw to lift synchronously so as to finally realize the synchronous lifting or descending of the first lifting support plate (14) and the second lifting support plate (15).

The paint roller coating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the painting roller device comprises a painting roller (25) which rotates through the matching of a roller coating motor (24) and a roller coating speed reducer; the first auxiliary roller device comprises a first auxiliary roller (27) which rotates through the cooperation of a first auxiliary motor (26) and a first auxiliary speed reducer; the second auxiliary roller device comprises a second auxiliary roller (29) which rotates through the cooperation of a second auxiliary motor (28) and a second auxiliary speed reducer;
the first auxiliary roller (27) and the second auxiliary roller (29) respectively rotate towards different directions on the left side and the right side of the painting roller (25), and are alternatively leaned on or in clearance fit on the outer surface of the side part of the painting roller (25) during rotation; the painting roller (25) rotates in opposite directions according to the turning directions of the first auxiliary roller (27) and the second auxiliary roller (29) which are in a leaning or clearance fit, and the paint is uniformly coated through the first paint supplying mechanism and the second paint supplying mechanism.
6. The paint roller coating apparatus according to claim 5, wherein: a first adjusting assembly is arranged on the first auxiliary roller (27), and comprises a first adjusting hand wheel (30) and a first synchronous transmission rod (31) connected with the first adjusting hand wheel (30); one end of the first auxiliary roller (27) is provided with a first connecting shaft (32) and a first sliding seat (33), and the other end of the first auxiliary roller is provided with a second connecting shaft (34) and a second sliding seat (35);
one end of the first connecting shaft (32) is connected with one end of the first auxiliary roller (27) in a matching way, and the other end of the first connecting shaft (32) penetrates through the first sliding seat (33) and is connected with the first auxiliary speed reducer in a matching way; a third worm gear and worm transmission assembly (36) is arranged between one end of the first synchronous transmission rod (31) and the first sliding seat (33), and the first synchronous transmission rod and the first sliding seat are in transmission connection through the third worm gear and worm transmission assembly (36); the main frame (1) is provided with a first bearing frame (37) corresponding to the first sliding seat (33), and the first bearing frame (37) is provided with a first sliding rail (38); the first sliding seat (33) is arranged on the first sliding rail (38) in a sliding manner;
one end of the second connecting shaft (34) is connected with the other end of the first auxiliary roller (27) in a matching way, and the other end of the second connecting shaft (34) penetrates through the second sliding seat (35); a fourth worm and gear transmission assembly (39) is arranged between the other end of the first synchronous transmission rod (31) and the second sliding seat (35), and the first synchronous transmission rod and the second synchronous transmission rod are in transmission connection through the fourth worm and gear transmission assembly (39); the main frame (1) is provided with a second bearing frame (40) corresponding to the second sliding seat (35), and a second sliding rail (41) is arranged on the second bearing frame (40); the second sliding seat (35) is arranged on the second sliding rail (41) in a sliding manner;
the first synchronous transmission rod (31) is driven to rotate through a first adjusting hand wheel (30), and drives the first sliding seat and the second sliding seat to simultaneously slide on the first sliding rail and the second sliding rail through the matching of the third worm gear transmission assembly and the fourth worm gear transmission assembly when rotating, so that a gap between the first auxiliary roller (27) and the painting roller (25) is realized.
7. The paint roller coating apparatus according to claim 6, wherein: a second adjusting assembly is arranged on the second auxiliary roller (29), and comprises a second adjusting hand wheel (42) and a second synchronous transmission rod (43) connected with the second adjusting hand wheel (42); one end of the second auxiliary roller (29) is provided with a third connecting shaft (44) and a third sliding seat (45), and the other end of the second auxiliary roller is provided with a fourth connecting shaft (46) and a fourth sliding seat (47);
one end of the third connecting shaft (44) is connected with one end of the second auxiliary roller (29) in a matched manner, and the other end of the third connecting shaft (44) penetrates through the third sliding seat (45) and is connected with the second auxiliary speed reducer in a matched manner; a fifth worm gear and worm transmission assembly (48) is arranged between one end of the second synchronous transmission rod (43) and the third sliding seat (45), and the fifth worm gear and worm transmission assembly (48) is in transmission connection with the fifth synchronous transmission rod; a third bearing frame (49) is arranged on the main frame (1) corresponding to the third sliding seat (45), and a third sliding rail (50) is arranged on the third bearing frame (49); the third sliding seat (45) is arranged on the third sliding rail (50) in a sliding manner;
one end of the fourth connecting shaft (46) is connected with the other end of the second auxiliary roller (29) in a matching manner, and the other end of the fourth connecting shaft (46) penetrates through the fourth sliding seat (47); a sixth worm gear and worm transmission assembly (51) is arranged between the other end of the second synchronous transmission rod (43) and the fourth sliding seat (47), and the sixth worm gear and worm transmission assembly (51) is in transmission connection with the fourth sliding seat; a fourth bearing frame (52) is arranged on the main frame (1) corresponding to the fourth sliding seat (47), and a fourth sliding rail (53) is arranged on the fourth bearing frame (52); the fourth sliding seat (47) is arranged on the fourth sliding rail (53) in a sliding manner;
the second synchronous transmission rod (43) is driven by a second adjusting hand wheel (42) to rotate, and drives a third sliding seat and a fourth sliding seat to simultaneously slide on a third sliding rail and a fourth sliding rail through the matching of a fifth worm gear transmission assembly and a sixth worm gear transmission assembly during rotation so as to adjust the gap between the second auxiliary roller (29) and the painting roller (25).
