The process of driving the squeegee mechanism 252 by the squeegee movement driving mechanism 251 to move the screen plate 26 from one end to the other end or from the other end to one end of the screen plate 26 in the longitudinal direction of the platen 100 is performed after the carriage positioning device 24 positions the frame 21 at a predetermined position.
In the above embodiment, at least two scraping mechanisms 252 scrape ink or return ink to at least two screens 26 simultaneously to print on the object to be printed on the platen 100, so that not only the printing efficiency can be improved, but also different sizes of printing webs can be compatible within the maximum printing range, and different printing requirements can be met.

The scraping and printing movement driving motor 2511 outputs torque to drive the scraping and printing movement driving wheel 2512 to rotate, and the rotating scraping and printing movement driving wheel 2512 drives the scraping and printing movement fixing beam 2517 to move through the scraping and printing movement driving conveyor belt 2514 so as to drive the at least two scraping and printing mechanisms 252 to move. In the process of moving the squeegee mechanism 252, in order to ensure that the squeegee mechanism 252 reciprocates from one end of the screen plate 26 to the other end or from the other end of the screen plate 26 to one end along the longitudinal direction of the platen 100, the squeegee movement driving motor 2511 may be implemented in a time-sequential control manner, or alternatively, a squeegee movement sensor may be provided on the squeegee movement fixing beam 2517, and a squeegee movement sensing piece may be provided at each of an initial position (one end or the other end of the screen plate) and a final position (the other end or one end of the screen plate) of the corresponding movement. The squeegee movement sensor is electrically connected to the squeegee movement driving motor 2511, and senses a squeegee movement sensing piece through the squeegee movement sensor to control the operation stop and forward and reverse rotation of the squeegee movement driving motor 2511, thereby realizing a reciprocating movement mode.
As shown in fig. 8, the squeegee mechanism 252 includes: the doctor blade module fixing plate 2521, at least two doctor blade guide rods 2522 and at least two ink recovery blade guide rods 2523, a doctor blade lifting driving unit, an ink recovery blade lifting driving unit, a doctor blade and an ink recovery blade, the doctor blade module fixing plate 2521 is disposed on a doctor moving fixing beam 2517, the at least two doctor blade guide rods 2522 and the at least two ink recovery blade guide rods 2523 are slidably disposed in the doctor blade module fixing plate 2521 along a vertical direction, the doctor blade is fixed at the bottom ends of the at least two doctor blade guide rods 2522, and the doctor blade lifting driving unit is used for driving the doctor blade guide rods 2522 to ascend or descend along the vertical direction, so as to drive the doctor blade to ascend or descend. The ink returning blade is fixed at the bottom end of at least two ink returning blade guide rods 2523, and the ink returning blade lifting driving unit is used for driving the ink returning blade guide rods 2523 to ascend or descend along the vertical direction, so as to drive the ink returning blade to ascend or descend.
When the squeegee movement driving mechanism 251 drives the at least two squeegee mechanisms 252 to simultaneously move from one end to the other end of the screen 26 along the longitudinal direction of the platen 100, the squeegee elevation driving unit drives the at least two squeegee guide rods 2522 to descend, so that the squeegees contact the screen 26 to generate a certain pressure on the screen 26 for squeegeeing, and simultaneously, the doctor elevation driving unit drives the at least two doctor guide rods 2523 to ascend, so that the doctor is separated from the screen 26. When the squeegee movement driving mechanism 251 drives the at least two squeegee mechanisms 252 to simultaneously move from the other end to one end of the screen 26 along the longitudinal direction of the platen 100, the squeegee elevation driving unit drives the at least two squeegee guide rods 2522 to ascend so as to separate the squeegees from the screen 26, and the return blade elevation driving unit drives the at least two return blade guide rods 2523 to descend so as to contact the return blades with the screen 26 to generate a certain pressure on the screen for ink return.
With continued reference to fig. 8, the doctor blade elevation drive unit includes: a doctor blade driving cylinder 2524 and a doctor blade connecting plate 2525. A doctor blade connecting plate 2525 is connected to the tip of a doctor blade guide 2522, a doctor blade driving cylinder 2524 is fixed to the doctor module fixing plate 2521, and the piston rod of the doctor blade driving cylinder 2524 faces above the doctor module fixing plate 2521 and is fixedly connected to the doctor blade connecting plate 2525. The piston rod of the doctor blade driving cylinder 2524 extends to drive the doctor blade connecting plate 2525 to move upward, so as to drive the doctor blade guide rod 2522 to move upward in the vertical direction, thereby driving the doctor blade to ascend; the piston rod of the doctor blade driving cylinder 2524 retracts to move the doctor blade connecting plate 2525 downward, thereby moving the doctor blade guide 2522 downward in the vertical direction, and thus lowering the doctor blade.
The ink return blade lifting driving mechanism comprises: a return blade driving cylinder 2526 and a return blade connecting plate 2527. The ink recovery blade connecting plate 2527 is connected to the top end of the ink recovery blade guide 2523, the ink recovery blade driving cylinder 2526 is fixed to the blade module fixing plate 2521, and the piston rod of the ink recovery blade driving cylinder 2526 faces above the blade module fixing plate 2521 and is fixedly connected to the ink recovery blade connecting plate 2527. The piston rod of the ink returning blade driving cylinder 2526 extends to drive the ink returning blade connecting plate 2527 to move upwards so as to drive the ink returning blade guide rod 2523 to move upwards in the vertical direction, so that the ink returning blade is driven to ascend; the piston rod of the ink returning blade driving cylinder 2526 retracts to drive the ink returning blade connecting plate 2527 to move downward, so as to drive the ink returning blade guide rod 2523 to move downward in the vertical direction, thereby driving the ink returning blade to descend.
In the above embodiment, to ensure the smoothness of the sliding of the doctor blade guide 2522 and the ink return blade guide 2523, at least two doctor blade linear bearings 2528 and at least two ink return blade linear bearings 2529 may be disposed on the doctor module fixing plate 2521, the at least two doctor blade guide 2522 may be slidably inserted into the at least two doctor blade linear bearings 2528, respectively, and the at least two ink return blade guide 2523 may be slidably inserted into the at least two ink return blade linear bearings 2529, respectively.
In the present application, during the travel of the printing machine 200 along the length direction of the platen 100, in order to prevent the machine from colliding with an object (or a person) during the travel, a safety accident is generated. As shown in fig. 9, the walking drive device 23 provided in this embodiment further includes: and a collision avoidance system including a plurality of collision avoidance sensors 234 disposed on opposite sides of the frame 21 along a length direction of the platen 100, wherein the collision avoidance sensors 234 may be infrared sensors, and the collision avoidance sensors 234 are electrically connected to the active traveling wheel driving motor 231, and are configured to control the active traveling wheel driving motor 231 to stop working when sensing an object (or, a person), so as to avoid collision with the object.
When the printing machine 200 prints on the printing stock on the platen 100, the printing quality is affected by the difference between the air humidity and the temperature in the printing process, and the production efficiency and the finished product yield of the printing are affected by the excessively low temperature and humidity, wherein the difference between the curing time and the temperature and humidity of the printing ink hand environment can occur, the difference between the printing stocks can generate different requirements on the printing ink, and the printing stock and the printing ink can generate static electricity to adsorb dust and impurities in the air, so that the printing quality is affected. Therefore, strict control of humidity is a necessary condition for printing.
In view of this, the multi-station printing apparatus provided by the present application further includes: a humidifying device 27, wherein the humidifying device 27 is used for humidifying ink or printing materials. Specifically, referring to fig. 10 and 11, the humidifying device 27 includes: a plurality of nozzles 271, a humidifier 272 and a water tank 273, the plurality of nozzles 271 being disposed on one side of the frame 21 in the width direction of the platen 10, the humidifier 272 being communicated with the plurality of nozzles 271 through a humidifying conduit 274, the water tank 273 being communicated with the humidifier 272. Specifically, the water tank 273 is disposed above the humidifier 272, and is communicated with the water inlet of the humidifier 272 through a communication pipe. The humidifier 272 is configured to generate water mist, and to deliver the generated water mist to each nozzle 271 through the humidifying pipeline 274, and the water mist is sprayed to the ink and the printing material by each nozzle 271.
In this embodiment, a float valve for automatically controlling the water level is provided in the humidifier 272. When the water level in the humidifier 272 reaches the preset height, the float valve rises to automatically close the water inlet of the humidifier 272, and then the water in the water tank 273 cannot enter the humidifier 272 again, so that the normal operation of the humidifier is ensured.
In one embodiment, the nozzles 271 have adjustable flow rate and angle, the flow rate of the water mist sprayed out of the nozzles 271 can be adjusted according to actual needs, and the angle of the nozzles facing the ink and the printing material can be adjusted to meet the actual humidity of the printing material.
In other embodiments, a viewing window may be provided on the water tank 273, through which the water level in the water tank 273 can be viewed, so that water can be added to the water tank 273 in time.
In the present application, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 9, 10, 11 and 12, two sunken type tanks 211 are provided on both sides of the frame 21 in the width direction of the platen 100, each tank 211 is provided with an openable tank door, a humidifier 271 of the humidifying device 27 is provided in one tank 211, and an air compressor 253 and an air tank 254 are provided in the tank 211, the air compressor 253 is used for generating compressed air of a certain pressure, and the air tank 254 is used for storing the compressed air of the certain pressure generated by the air compressor 253 and delivering the compressed air to air-using equipment (for example, a doctor blade driving cylinder 2524 and a return blade driving cylinder 2526) through a pipeline. As shown in fig. 12, an electric component 28 and the like may be provided in the other housing 211 to supply power to the electric devices.
In summary, the multistation lithography apparatus that this embodiment provided adopts walking platen printing mode, prints with two at least scraping printing mechanisms to the stock on the platen, not only can improve printing efficiency, but also the printing breadth of compatible equidimension not satisfies different printing demands.

1. A multi-station printing apparatus, comprising:

a printing press, comprising: the printing device comprises a rack, a net rack arranged on the rack, a walking driving device, a walking positioning device and a scraping and printing device fixed on the net rack; the net rack is used for detachably mounting at least two screen printing plates which are arranged side by side, the walking driving device is used for driving the rack to walk along a walking track, the walking positioning device is used for positioning the walking rack at a preset position, and the scraping printing device is used for printing a printing stock arranged on the bedplate at the preset position through the screen printing plates; the scraping and printing device comprises: the scraping and printing moving driving mechanism and the at least two scraping and printing mechanisms are positioned above the net rack; the at least two scraping and printing mechanisms are respectively positioned above the at least two screen printing plates; the scraping and printing movement driving mechanism is used for driving the at least two scraping and printing mechanisms to simultaneously move from one end of the screen printing plate to the other end along the length direction of the bedplate so as to scrape ink, or move from the other end of the screen printing plate to one end so as to return ink.

A multi-station printing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said walking positioning means comprises: the positioning driving cylinder is arranged on the rack along the vertical direction, the positioning column is arranged at the piston rod end of the positioning driving cylinder, and the positioning sleeves are arranged on the walking track; the positioning sleeve is provided with a positioning hole suitable for the positioning column; the positioning driving cylinder is used for driving the positioning column to descend along the vertical direction so as to enable the positioning column to be inserted into the positioning hole of the positioning sleeve, or driving the positioning column to ascend along the vertical direction so as to enable the positioning column to be separated from the positioning hole of the positioning sleeve.
