3. A water meter data management system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said monitoring module (4) includes one or more of a flow detector (41), a temperature detector (42), a water quality detector (43), a power detector (44) and a water pressure detector (45).
4. A water meter data management system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said control unit (1) is an MCU microcontroller.
5. A water meter data management system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first communication module (3) and the second communication module (5) are both 485 communication devices or GPRS/GSM/LORA/WIFI wireless communication devices.
6. A water meter data management system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said display module (6) is an LED liquid crystal display.
7. A water meter data management system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said data storage module (9) is a data service storage.
8. A water meter data management system as claimed in claim 2, wherein the power module (7) is a rechargeable lithium battery.
9. A water meter data management system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said management platform (2) is a PC computer or a mobile handset.
