Embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings.
Embodiments of the first aspect
The embodiment of the application provides a motor.
Fig. 1 is an external view of a motor according to an embodiment of the present application, fig. 2 is a plan view of the motor according to the embodiment of the present application with a cover removed, and fig. 3 is a sectional view of the motor according to the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a motor according to an embodiment of the present application includes: a rotor 10 having a shaft 11 centered on a central axis OO' extending in the vertical direction; a stator 20 disposed radially opposite to the rotor 10 and having a plurality of coils 21; a casing 30 surrounding the stator 20 and having an opening 31 formed at an upper side in an axial direction; a lid 40 fixed to the housing 30 so as to cover the opening 31; and a liquid sealant 50 applied between the case 30 and the cover 40; the chassis 30 or the lid 40 has a window W (the window W is not shown in fig. 1 to 3) that exposes a part of the liquid sealant 50.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of one embodiment of the window portion W, which is provided on the cover portion 40 in the example of fig. 4. Fig. 5 is a schematic view of another embodiment of a window portion W, and in the example of fig. 5, the window portion W is provided on the cabinet 30.
According to the motor of the embodiment of the present application, the state of application of the liquid sealant 50 can be confirmed from the window portion W, and thus, sufficient sealing performance can be ensured. The state of application of the liquid sealant 50 can be confirmed visually or by a sensor such as a camera from the window portion W.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the cover 40 has: the top surface portion 41 is expanded in a direction (the left-right direction shown in fig. 3) intersecting the axial direction, and the edge portion 42 extends axially downward from the radially outer side of the top surface portion 41. Fig. 6 is a partially enlarged schematic view of a side view of the cover 40 and the chassis 30, and as shown in fig. 6, the liquid sealant 50 has: a first sealing portion 51 and a second sealing portion 52, the first sealing portion 51 is positioned between the top surface portion 41 and the upper surface of the casing 30, the second sealing portion 52 is positioned between the edge portion 42 and the outer peripheral surface of the casing 30, and the second sealing portion 52 is continuous with the first sealing portion 51.
With this structure, the application region where the liquid sealant 50 is provided in the radial direction and the axial direction can improve the sealing property. Further, it can be confirmed whether or not the liquid sealant 50 applied in one spot is sufficiently and uniformly spread through the window portion W.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the window portion W is provided to the rim portion 42. With this configuration, even when the liquid sealant 50 is applied to the upper surface of the housing 30 and the liquid sealant 50 flows down to the outer surface of the housing 30 when the lid 40 is fixed, whether or not the liquid sealant 50 flows down to the desired outer surface of the housing 30 can be checked through the window W.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the window portion W is a notch extending axially upward from the lower end of the rim portion 42. With this structure, whether or not the liquid sealant 50 has spread to the lower end of the edge 42 can be checked through the window W.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the housing 30 has a protruding portion 32 protruding radially outward, and the edge portion 42 has a caulking portion 43 for caulking and fixing the protruding portion 32. Fig. 7 is a schematic view of the cover 40 according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, the window portions W are disposed on both circumferential sides of the caulking portion 43. With this structure, when the caulking portion 43 is provided, since both ends of the caulking portion 43 are notched (window portions W), the processing efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the window portion W is provided on the casing 30, and the window portion W is recessed radially inward (rightward in fig. 5) at a position where the lower end of the rim 42 is radially opposed to the rim 42. With this configuration, the state of application of the liquid sealant 50 can be confirmed from the lower side of the window portion W.
In some embodiments, the liquid sealant 50 is applied over the entire circumference between the housing 30 and the cover 40. With this structure, the sealing property between the case 30 and the lid 40 can be ensured.
Fig. 8 is a schematic view of a casing 30 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 8, in some embodiments, the casing 30 has an annular groove 33, the annular groove 33 is located on an axially upper surface of the casing 30 and is recessed toward an axially lower side, and a portion of the liquid sealant 50 is disposed in the annular groove 33. With this structure, the liquid sealant 50 can be retained by the annular groove 33.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6 and 8, the annular groove 33 is located radially outward of the casing 30. With this structure, since the liquid sealant 50 applied to the annular groove 33 is also spread in the axial direction, the liquid sealant 50 can be applied in both the radial direction and the axial direction, and the sealing property can be improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 8, the annular groove 33 has a 1 st groove 33-1 located radially outward of the casing and a 2 nd groove 33-2 radially inward of the 1 st groove 33-1. With this structure, the sealing performance is improved by double sealing.
In some embodiments, the radial cross-sectional area of 1 st groove 33-1 and 2 nd groove 33-2 are different. By making the cross-sectional areas of the grooves different, the amount of the liquid sealant 50 applied can be appropriately changed because the amount of the liquid sealant 50 that the grooves can hold varies.
In some embodiments, the radial cross-sectional area of groove 1, 33-1, is greater than the radial cross-sectional area of groove 2, 33-2. With this structure, the 1 st groove 33-1 can hold the liquid sealant 50 diffused to the upper surface of the chassis 30 and the outer peripheral side surface of the chassis 30, and the 2 nd groove 33-2 can hold the liquid sealant 50 diffused to the upper surface of the chassis 30, improving the sealing property.
In the above embodiments, only the structures related to the motor in the embodiments of the present application are described, the present application is not limited thereto, and the motor may further include other structures, and specific reference may be made to related technologies, and details are not described here.
In the above embodiment, whether or not the liquid sealant is sufficiently applied between the casing and the cover is confirmed by providing the window portion on the casing or the cover, thereby providing the motor with sufficient sealing performance.
