when the locking plate is in work, the first motor 21 is electrified and started to drive the first screw rods 16 to rotate, the first screw rods 16 of the three groups are simultaneously rotated through the meshing transmission of the bevel gears 20, after the first screw rods 16 rotate, the two groups of sliding blocks 17 which are correspondingly arranged and sleeved on the outer sides of the first screw rods are driven to simultaneously move in opposite directions due to the meshing action of threads, the hinge rods 18 are driven to move through the movement of the sliding blocks 17, so that the locking plate 19 is retracted, the locking plate 19 is retracted into the cavity 15, when the locking plate 19 exits from the groove formed in the outer side of the movable door 4, the second motor 36 is electrified and started to drive the second chain wheel 37 to rotate, the four groups of first chain wheels 35 are simultaneously rotated through the transmission connection of the transmission chain 38, the second screw rods 22 are driven to rotate, and the threaded sleeves 24 drive the loading plate 23 to move forwards through the meshing of the threads;

during operation, if the mounting frame 31 on the device needs to be adjusted, a worker can rotate the adjusting screw 27, under the meshing action of the threads, the adjusting screw 27 moves downwards in the fixing sleeve 25 to drive the moving rod 26 to move downwards, so that the clamping pins 28 uniformly welded on the moving rod 26 are withdrawn from the clamping grooves formed in the bottom of the mounting frame 31, and then the worker can slide by pressing the inserting rod 32 to withdraw the inserting rod 32 from the grooves formed in the fixing rod 30, so that the mounting frame 31 is taken down from the loading plate 23;
when the device works, after the device is started, the single chip microcomputer 6 controls the video head 14 to be powered on and started, the video head 14 is powered on to shoot and record the operation condition on the loading plate 23, and shot data are transmitted to the storage unit 8 through the single chip microcomputer 6 to be stored.
