It should also be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein refers to and encompasses any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for identifying a foothold of a person to be identified according to an embodiment of the present invention. According to the embodiment, the current foothold information of the personnel to be identified is automatically identified by combining the domestic water/electricity/gas dynamic information of all dwellings through electronic information acquisition equipment dispersed in cities, streets/communities and cells, and the footholds of the personnel to be identified are automatically associated, so that the automatic registration of the dwellings of the personnel to be identified is realized. Specifically, the method for automatically identifying the landing points in the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
first information of a person to be identified, which is acquired by one or more data acquisition devices arranged in a first area, is first acquired.
In this embodiment, first information of a person to be identified needs to be collected in a first area in order to identify identity information of the person to be identified. The first area refers to a comparatively large detection area, which in one embodiment may be a city or a cell, street, etc. in a city. The first information of the person to be identified includes electronic related information such as a face image and/or other self-related information, such as body temperature, sound, fingerprint information, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In one embodiment, images of persons to be recognized, such as human face images and human face images, are captured by cameras dispersed in cities, streets/communities, cells and the like, and the image of the person having the target person is the first information of the person to be recognized.
In one embodiment, electronic information collection equipment such as an electronic fence can be arranged at the doorway of the cell, when a person passes through the mobile phone information collection equipment, the electronic fence collects mobile phone information, the obtained mobile phone information of the person is the first information of the person to be identified, and the mobile phone information is used for subsequent identity confirmation. In another embodiment, the image capturing device and the electronic information collecting device may be simultaneously enabled, so as to simultaneously obtain the image collecting information and the mobile phone information of the person as the first information of the person to be identified.
The electronic information collection device can be a wifi probe.
In one embodiment, an infrared sensing device and a shooting device can be arranged at the doorway of the cell, and when a person to be identified enters or exits the cell, the image and the body temperature information of the person can be simultaneously acquired as the first information of the person to be identified.
In one embodiment, the person to be identified is determined to belong to a people service class person, such as a courier, a takeout person and the like, after the image of the person to be identified is analyzed, the person to be identified is determined to have no fixed foothold in the cell, and no further analysis is needed.
Comparing the acquired first information of the person to be identified with the real-name database information to obtain a comparison result, and judging the identity information of the person to be identified according to the comparison result:
if the first information is consistent with the identity information of the personnel recorded in the real-name database, the identity information of the target personnel can be confirmed to be the real-name information and the actual address recorded in the real-name database;
if the first information of the target person is consistent with the identity information of the person recorded in the passerby database, updating the related information of the current entering and exiting first target area into the information entry of the person in the passerby database;
and if the first information of the target person is inconsistent with the recorded person information in the real-name database and the road person database, adding the target person as a new information item into the road person database.
The real-name database is a personnel database which comprises real-name authentication identity information and registered family owners/addresses, the real-name authentication identity information comprises real-name authentication information with the same type as the first information, for example, when the first information is a snapshot image of a target person, the real-name authentication identity information comprises a corresponding real-name authentication picture; and when the first information is the mobile phone information of the target person, the real-name authentication identity information comprises the mobile phone information of the real-name authentication. The passerby database is a personnel database which does not carry out real-name authentication identity information and/or does not carry out householder/address registration. For example, if the person a is authenticated by real name and confirms that the registered person is the owner of a certain household or the regular population of a certain household, the person a and its real name identification information and owner/address information are recorded in the real name database. If the person B appears for the first time or appears for several times in the first target area, but whether the person B is the owner or the permanent population in the first target area is still not determined, the person B and the information of each time of the person B, including the access time, the number of times, the people in the same row, and the like, are summarized and recorded in the information entry of the person B in the passerby database.
In one embodiment, the target person is determined to belong to a people service class person, such as a courier, a takeout person and the like, after the target person image is analyzed, the target person is determined to have no fixed foothold in the cell, and no further analysis is needed.
When the real-name identity of the person to be identified cannot be determined according to the comparison result, acquiring dynamic second information in a second area;
the first information of the person to be identified is acquired in the previous steps, primary comparison analysis is carried out, when the identification result is that the person to be identified does not belong to the person in the real-name database, the real-name identity information and the foothold of the person to be identified cannot be directly determined from the primary comparison analysis result, the range needs to be further narrowed to a second area, and dynamic second information needs to be acquired;
the second area refers to a part of area located in the first target area, and if the first area is a community or a cell, the second area is a single house or a unit building. The dynamic second information refers to data on changes in water/electricity/gas usage related to daily life.
When a person to be identified enters a cell, the person to be identified is compared and identified as a person in the passerby database, and then the specific residence of the person to be identified in the cell needs to be further analyzed. According to the activity characteristics of people, water, electricity and gas are required to be used in the time of returning to home and staying at home, and the like, so that the water/electricity/gas use data of residents in each unit building are recorded within a period of time after the people to be identified enter the cell, the water/electricity/gas change conditions of the residents are further analyzed and compared, and the corresponding water/electricity/gas dynamic use data is dynamic second information.
Acquiring dynamic second information in a second area comprises acquiring dynamic second information in a preset time period from the acquisition time of the first information in the second area, wherein the preset time period can be a preset time period, for example, the time period from the time when a person to be identified enters a cell to the time when the person leaves the cell, or the time required for walking from a cell entrance to a certain unit building can be continuously performed all day long, and the preset time period can be adjusted according to a specific application scheme.
After the dynamic second information in the second area is obtained, the target dynamic second information associated with the person to be identified in the dynamic second information is also required to be determined.
If the dynamic second information of all residents in the cell is acquired from the time when the person to be identified enters the cell, until the person to be identified leaves the cell, the water/electricity/gas dynamic data of all residents in the cell in the time period is acquired, at this time, it is further necessary to further analyze and confirm which data is the dynamic second information associated with the person generated due to the activity of the person to be identified from a large amount of acquired data, and the method specifically includes:
determining an access state of the person to be identified according to the first information, wherein the access state is used for indicating that the person to be identified enters the first area or leaves the first area;
and determining that the dynamic second information corresponding to the change condition and the access state is the target dynamic second information associated with the person to be identified, specifically determining that the dynamic second information corresponding to the change condition and the access state is the target dynamic second information associated with the person to be identified according to the acquisition time of the first information and the change time of each piece of dynamic second information.
In one embodiment, when a device such as a video monitor or an electronic fence at a doorway of a cell acquires an image of the person to be identified or mobile phone information of the person, the state of the person entering the cell can be determined according to the image of the person or the mobile phone information, and the time of the person entering the cell is recorded. And confirming that the person leaves the cell through the image of the person or the mobile phone information of the person to be identified until the image of the person to be identified or the mobile phone information of the person is obtained through equipment such as video monitoring or an electronic fence at the doorway of the cell again, and recording the time when the person leaves the cell. Water/electricity/gas usage change data for each household in the cell is collected during a time period from when the person enters the cell to when the person leaves the cell, i.e., during a time period in which the person stays in the cell. The same collection is repeated for a plurality of times to obtain a plurality of groups of water/electricity/gas use change data of each household in the residence time of the personnel in the cell. When it can be determined from the collected multiple sets of data that the change situation of the unique household water/electricity/gas data is consistent with the change of the state of the person to be identified entering or exiting the cell within one or more time periods, the household water/electricity/gas data is the target dynamic second information related to the person to be identified.
For example, after comparing multiple sets of data, it is found that the water/electricity/gas usage data of a certain household always starts to increase within a short time after the person to be identified enters the cell, the water/electricity/gas usage amount of the household increases within a time period when the person to be identified stays in the cell, and the water/electricity/gas usage data of the household does not change (lives alone) or slightly increases (does not live alone) within a time period after the person to be identified leaves the cell, which indicates that the water/electricity/gas usage change of the household is consistent with the trend of whether the person to be identified enters or exits the cell or the trend of whether the person to stay in the cell, and at this time, the dynamic second information collected from the household can be considered as the dynamic target dynamic second information associated with the person to be identified.
In one embodiment, in order to improve data analysis efficiency and save data analysis cost, the range of the second target area may be further reduced, for example, if a video monitor is installed at an entrance of each building in the cell, when the person to be identified enters a certain building, the person to be identified may determine the unit building where the person to be identified is located through the monitor video, so as to reduce the second target area to the unit building. At the moment, the time of the person entering the unit building and the time of the person leaving the unit building are recorded, the water/electricity/pneumatic use data of each resident of the unit building in the time period from the person entering the unit building to the person leaving the unit building are collected, the entrance and exit information collected at the entrance of the unit building and the water/electricity/pneumatic change of each resident in the unit building are compared with the entrance and exit state change of the person in the unit building in a consistent manner, and therefore the dynamic data of the user is determined to be the target dynamic second information associated with the person to be identified in the unit building.
In one embodiment, when no video monitoring is installed at the entrance of a cell building of a cell, but an intelligent street lamp connected to the internet of things is installed in the cell, each street lamp is provided with a human body sensing module, whether a person passes through the intelligent street lamp can be detected, and therefore the cell building, into which the person to be identified finally enters, can be judged based on the monitoring of the street lamp on the person to be identified, and a second target area is reduced to the cell building.
And determining that the dynamic second information corresponding to the change condition and the access state is the target dynamic second information associated with the person to be identified, and determining that the dynamic second information corresponding to the change condition and the access state is the target dynamic second information associated with the person to be identified according to the acquisition time of the first information, the arrival time of the person to be identified at each dynamic second information acquisition place and the change time of each dynamic second information.
In one embodiment, if there are multiple groups of households in the limited collected data whose water/electricity/gas dynamic data are substantially consistent with the state change of the person to be identified in or out of the cell, the multiple groups of candidate household addresses can be further prioritized and screened by increasing the time condition for the person to be identified to arrive at each dynamic second information collection site. For example, for a cell in which A, B, C, D, E five candidate residents in five cell buildings exist and the distances of the five cell buildings a-E from the cell gate are sequentially increased, the time condition for the person to be identified to reach each dynamic second information acquisition place is the walking time for an ordinary adult to walk from the cell gate to each cell building. If the person to be identified enters the gate of the cell at the time t1, assuming that the unit where the foothold is located is the A unit and the time when the person walks to the A unit is t2, the probability priority of the unit where the resident with the water/electricity/pneumatic change is located is reduced in the time period t2-t 1; similarly, if the unit where the landing point is located is the C unit and the time when the pedestrian reaches the C unit is t3, the probability priority of the unit where the resident with the water/electricity/pneumatic change is located in the time period from t3 to t1 is reduced; by analogy, through ranking the possibility priorities of the candidate household units in the multiple groups of data, the water/electricity/gas dynamic data of the household with the highest priority and the highest occurrence frequency in the multiple groups of priority rankings can be finally considered as the target dynamic second information associated with the person to be identified.
And finally, determining the acquisition place of the target dynamic second information as the foot landing point of the person to be identified.
If it is determined in the foregoing embodiment that the water/electricity/gas dynamic data of a certain household from a certain unit building is the target dynamic second information associated with the person to be identified, it may be determined that the household is the foothold of the person to be identified.
After the foothold of the person to be recognized is automatically recognized, continuous data tracking can be carried out on the person to be recognized, and through analysis of continuous data, the activity path, the activity time, the life work and rest time and the like of the person to be recognized can be obtained.
The current foothold address of the person to be identified and the stored residential address in the residential building database can be checked and compared to determine whether the current foothold address of the person to be identified is consistent with the stored residential address in the residential building database, and if the current foothold address of the person to be identified is consistent with the stored residential address, the person to be identified is determined to be the owner of the current residential address, at the moment, the person to be identified is registered as the owner of the current residential address, and the current residential address is set as the current permanent address of the person to be identified; and under the condition of inconsistency, determining that the person to be identified is not the householder of the current address, setting the current address as the current standing address of the person to be identified, and simultaneously generating a relationship map of the person to be identified as the householder and the householder, thereby realizing the automatic registration of the mobile population.
In this embodiment, when it is detected that the current foothold address meets the public service condition, the public service information is bound with the identity information of the person to be identified in the current address, and the public service information is used for allocating matched public welfare to the current address. Specifically, after registration of the living information of the current residence of the person to be identified is completed, the public service to which the corresponding authority is assigned may be performed according to the person data of the current residence. The embodiment of the invention can also be associated with the Internet of things of government enterprises, so that the system can enjoy the authority and basic public services specified by the state, province, city/region and the like, such as preschool education, special difficulty rescue, employment starting support and the like.
For example: by analyzing the number of the personnel of the resident, if the resident can enjoy the electric quantity to shift gears, the resident is automatically sent to the national power grid, the national power grid automatically adjusts the grade power consumption of the resident according to the number of the personnel of the resident, the adjustment information is sent to the resident, the resident can enjoy the national welfare in time, and meanwhile, the tedious process that the resident submits the application to the national power grid is avoided. For example: the electricity consumption of the first gear can be increased by 500 degrees according to a family of three people, 2760 degrees, 0.538 yuan and 1 person.
By analyzing the number of the people of the resident, if the water quantity enjoying and gear shifting is achieved, the water quantity enjoying and gear shifting is sent to the urban water service company, the urban water service company automatically adjusts the grade water consumption of the resident according to the number of the people of the resident, the adjustment information is sent to the resident, and the resident is informed of the water quantity adjusted according to the number of the people in time.
By analyzing the number of the personnel of the resident, if the resident enjoys the gas quantity and shifts the gear, the gas quantity is sent to a city gas company, the gas company automatically adjusts the gas consumption of the level of the resident according to the number of the personnel of the resident, the adjustment information is sent to the resident, and the resident is informed of the water quantity adjusted according to the number of the personnel in time.
The household registration management department can handle residence certificates according to the residence addresses of the personnel to be identified, registered residence members and membership relations, meanwhile, when personnel and children enjoy public services specified by the countries such as compulsory education, medical treatment and the like, the household registration management department can directly provide certification conditions, thereby realizing the renting and purchasing of the mobile personnel with the same rights and enjoying the public services specified by the countries. In addition, point management of the person to be identified can be realized, including but not limited to: personal credit, honor awards, social services, and the like. Further, according to the personal points, public services and rights such as family drop, relief, medical treatment, education and the like can be enjoyed preferentially.
Fig. 2 shows another embodiment provided by the present invention, specifically a foothold identification apparatus, which is used to implement the foothold identification function of the person to be identified in any of the foregoing embodiments, and the function may be implemented by hardware, or by a combination of hardware and corresponding software. For details which are not disclosed in the embodiments of the apparatus, reference is made to the embodiments of the method of the invention. The device comprises: the device comprises a first information acquisition module, a comparison module, a second information acquisition module, a first determination module and a second determination module.
The first information acquisition module is used for acquiring first information of the person to be identified, which is acquired by one or more data acquisition devices arranged in the first area.
In this embodiment, first information of a person to be identified needs to be collected in a first area to identify identity information of the person to be identified.
In an embodiment, the first information obtaining module may be a shooting device dispersed in a city, a street/community, a cell, or the like, and is configured to capture an image of a person to be identified, where the image of the person to be identified is the first information of the person to be identified.
In an embodiment, the first information obtaining module may also be an electronic information collecting device such as an electronic fence disposed in the first target area, and when the person to be identified passes through the mobile phone information collecting device, the electronic fence collects mobile phone information of the person to be identified, the obtained mobile phone information of the person to be identified is the first information of the person to be identified, and the mobile phone information is used for identity confirmation.
In another embodiment, the first information acquisition module comprises an image shooting device and an electronic information acquisition device at the same time, so that the image acquisition information and the mobile phone information of the person are acquired at the same time.
In one embodiment, the first information acquisition module comprises an infrared sensing device and a shooting device which are arranged at the doorway of the cell and are used for acquiring the image and the body temperature information of the person to be identified simultaneously when the person enters or exits the cell.
And the comparison module is used for comparing the acquired first information of the person to be identified with the real-name database information to obtain a comparison result, and judging the identity information of the person to be identified according to the comparison result.
The real-name database is a personnel database which comprises real-name authentication identity information and home owner/address registration; the real-name authentication identity information comprises real-name authentication information of the same type as the first information, for example, when the first information is a snapshot image of a person to be identified, the real-name authentication identity information comprises a corresponding real-name authentication picture; and when the first information is the mobile phone information of the person to be identified, the real-name authentication identity information comprises the mobile phone information of the real-name authentication. The passerby database is a personnel database which does not carry out real-name authentication identity information and/or does not carry out householder/address registration. For example, if the person a is authenticated by real name and confirms that the registered person is the owner of a certain household or the regular population of a certain household, the person a and its real name identification information and owner/address information are recorded in the real name database. If the person B appears for the first time or appears for several times in the first target area, but whether the person B is the owner or the permanent population in the first target area is still not determined, the person B and the information of each time of the person B, including the access time, the number of times, the people in the same row, and the like, are summarized and recorded in the information entry of the person B in the passerby database. The second information acquisition module is used for acquiring one or more dynamic second information in a second area when the identity of the person to be identified cannot be determined according to the comparison result;
because the first information of the person to be identified is obtained and subjected to the primary comparison analysis, when the identification result is that the person to be identified belongs to the person whose identity is still to be determined in the passerby database, the identity information and the foothold of the person to be identified cannot be directly determined from the primary comparison analysis result, and the range is further narrowed to a second area and dynamic second information is obtained if necessary;
the second area refers to a part of area located in the first area, and if the first target area is a community or a cell, the second target area is a single house or a unit building.
The second information acquisition module is further configured to acquire dynamic second information within a preset time period from the acquisition time of the first information in the second area, where the preset time period may be a preset time period, such as a time period from when a person to be identified enters a cell to when the person leaves the cell, or a time period required for walking from a cell entrance to a certain building unit, or an all-weather continuous time period, and the preset time period may be adjusted according to a specific application scheme.
The first determining module is used for determining target dynamic second information related to the person to be identified in the dynamic second information;
if the dynamic second information of all residents in the cell is acquired from the time when the person to be identified enters the cell, until the person to be identified leaves the cell, the water/electricity/gas dynamic data of all residents in the cell in the time period is acquired, at this time, it is further necessary to further analyze and confirm which data is the dynamic second information associated with the person generated due to the activity of the person to be identified from a large amount of acquired data, and the method specifically includes:
determining an access state of the person to be identified according to the first information, wherein the access state is used for indicating that the person to be identified enters the first area or leaves the first area;
and determining that the dynamic second information of the change condition corresponding to the access state is the target dynamic second information associated with the person to be identified.
And the second determining module is used for determining the acquisition place of the target dynamic second information as the foothold of the person to be identified.
As the first determination module determines that the water/electricity/gas dynamic data of a resident from a building is the target dynamic second information associated with the person to be identified, the resident can be determined to be the foothold of the person to be identified.
