By comparing the current water level with the target water level, whether the material to be extracted is sufficient or not can be accurately determined.
When detecting that the material to be extracted on the shelf device is insufficient, the sending unit 113 sends out a reminding message.
In at least one embodiment of the present invention, the reminding information may include: the serial numbers of the materials to be extracted and the goods shelves, etc.
In at least one embodiment of the present invention, the manner of sending the reminding message by the sending unit 113 includes one or more of the following manners:
(1) the sending unit 113 sends out a reminder through hardware devices such as an indicator light/a loudspeaker, and the like, and displays the reminder information on the interface of the display screen.
(2) The sending unit 113 sends the reminding information to the terminal device of the designated contact.
According to the technical scheme, the extraction efficiency of the product can be improved by automatically detecting the materials to be extracted and the corresponding target quantity required by the trigger, and in addition, the prompt message can be sent out in time to avoid the untimely material supply when the insufficient materials are detected.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a shelf device according to a preferred embodiment of the method for extracting a material of the present invention.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the shelving unit 1 includes, but is not limited to, a memory 12, a processor 13, and a computer program, such as a material extraction program, stored in the memory 12 and executable on the processor 13.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the schematic diagram is merely an example of the shelving unit 1, and does not constitute a limitation of the shelving unit 1, and may include more or less components than those shown, or combine some components, or different components, for example, the shelving unit 1 may further include input and output devices, network access devices, buses, etc.
The Processor 13 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, etc. The processor 13 is an operation core and a control center of the shelf device 1, and is connected to each part of the entire shelf device 1 by various interfaces and lines, and acquires an operating system of the shelf device 1 and various installed application programs, program codes, and the like.
The processor 13 obtains an operating system of the shelf device 1 and various installed application programs. The processor 13 obtains the application program to implement the steps in each material extraction method embodiment described above, such as the steps shown in fig. 3.
Illustratively, the computer program may be divided into one or more modules/units, which are stored in the memory 12 and retrieved by the processor 13 to accomplish the present invention. The one or more modules/units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, which are used to describe the acquisition process of the computer program in the shelving unit 1. For example, the computer program may be divided into an acquisition unit 110, a determination unit 111, a detection unit 112, a transmission unit 113, a display unit 114, a monitoring unit 115, a generation unit 116, and an encryption unit 117.
The memory 12 can be used for storing the computer programs and/or modules, and the processor 13 can implement various functions of the shelf device 1 by running or acquiring the computer programs and/or modules stored in the memory 12 and calling data stored in the memory 12. The memory 12 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the shelf device, and the like. Further, the memory 12 may include a non-volatile memory, such as a hard disk, a memory, a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), at least one magnetic disk storage device, a Flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device.
The memory 12 may be an external memory and/or an internal memory of the shelving unit 1. Further, the memory 12 may be a memory having a physical form, such as a memory stick, a TF Card (Trans-flash Card), or the like.
The integrated modules/units of the shelving unit 1, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as separate products, can be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, all or part of the flow in the method according to the embodiments of the present invention may also be implemented by a computer program, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium and used for instructing related hardware to implement the steps of the above-described embodiments of the method when the computer program is acquired by a processor.
Wherein the computer program comprises computer program code, which may be in the form of source code, object code, an available file or some intermediate form, etc. The computer-readable medium may include: any entity or device capable of carrying said computer program code, recording medium, U-disk, removable hard disk, magnetic disk, optical disk, computer Memory, Read-Only Memory (ROM).
Referring to fig. 3, the memory 12 of the shelf device 1 stores a plurality of instructions to implement a material extraction method, and the processor 13 can obtain the plurality of instructions to implement: when the card swiping equipment receives a trigger request of a trigger, acquiring user information of the trigger; determining the type of the trigger request according to the user information; when the type is an extraction type, determining the material to be extracted and the target quantity corresponding to the material to be extracted according to the user information; acquiring data on an interface of the display screen, and determining the acquired data as the extraction quantity; detecting whether the extracted number is consistent with the target number; when the extraction quantity is consistent with the target quantity, detecting whether the material to be extracted on the shelf device is sufficient; and sending out reminding information when detecting that the materials to be extracted on the shelf device are insufficient.
Specifically, the processor 13 may refer to the description of the relevant steps in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3 for a specific implementation method of the instruction, which is not described herein again.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules is only one logical functional division, and other divisions may be realized in practice.
The modules described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as modules may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment.
In addition, functional modules in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional module.

A plurality of units or means recited in the system claims may also be implemented by one unit or means in software or hardware. Claims (10)

1. A material extraction method is characterized by being applied to a shelf device, wherein the shelf device comprises a card swiping device and a display screen, and the material extraction method comprises the following steps:
when the card swiping equipment receives a trigger request of a trigger, acquiring user information of the trigger;
determining the type of the trigger request according to the user information;
when the type is an extraction type, determining the material to be extracted and the target quantity corresponding to the material to be extracted according to the user information;
acquiring data on an interface of the display screen, and determining the acquired data as the extraction quantity;
detecting whether the extracted number is consistent with the target number;
when the extraction quantity is consistent with the target quantity, detecting whether the material to be extracted on the shelf device is sufficient;
and sending out reminding information when detecting that the materials to be extracted on the shelf device are insufficient.
2. The material extraction method of claim 1, wherein the determining the type of the trigger request according to the user information comprises:
acquiring a target label;
extracting information corresponding to the target label from the user information to serve as an identification code;
determining a trigger authority corresponding to the identification code from a storage device of the shelf device;
and determining the type of the trigger request according to the trigger authority.
3. The material extraction method according to claim 2, wherein the determining the material to be extracted and the target quantity corresponding to the material to be extracted according to the user information comprises:
determining the item group where the trigger is located according to the identification code;
determining the materials required by the project group as the materials to be extracted, and taking the required quantity of the project group to the materials to be extracted as the target quantity.
4. The material extraction method of claim 1, wherein the shelving unit includes unit storage bins, the unit storage bins including non-working unit storage bins, the material extraction method further comprising:
monitoring all unit storage cabinets on the shelving unit;
when the fact that extraction operation exists on a non-working unit storage cabinet is monitored, determining a target person initiating the extraction operation;
determining target materials stored in the non-working unit storage cabinet;
detecting whether the target person has the extraction authority of the target material;
and when the target person is detected to have no extraction authority of the target material, an alarm is given.

The material extraction method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shelf device comprises unit storage cabinets including work unit storage cabinets, and after determining the material to be extracted and the target amount corresponding to the material to be extracted according to the user information, the material extraction method further comprises:
determining a working unit storage cabinet for storing the material to be extracted;
displaying the target position of the working unit storage cabinet on the display screen;
and initiating navigation by taking the target position as a destination.
6. The material extraction method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the extraction quantity is inconsistent with the target quantity, alarm information is generated according to the material to be extracted and the extraction quantity;
determining the material grade of the material to be extracted;
determining a sending mode of the alarm information according to the material grade;
encrypting the alarm information by adopting a symmetric encryption technology to obtain a ciphertext;
transmitting the ciphertext in the transmission manner;
and generating early warning information in response to the fact that the ciphertext is not successfully decrypted within the preset time, wherein the early warning information is used for reminding the processing of the warning information.
7. The material extraction method of claim 1, wherein said detecting whether the material to be extracted on the shelf device is sufficient comprises:
identifying the current water level of a working unit storage cabinet for storing the material to be extracted, and acquiring the target water level of the working unit storage cabinet;
comparing the current water level with the target water level;
when the current water level is lower than or equal to the target water level, determining that the material to be extracted on the shelf device is insufficient;
when the current water level is higher than or equal to the target water level, determining that the material to be extracted on the shelf device is sufficient.
8. A material extraction system, characterized in that, material extraction system operates in shelf device, shelf device is including equipment of punching the card and display screen, material extraction system includes:
the card swiping device comprises an acquisition unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring user information of a trigger when the card swiping device receives a trigger request of the trigger;
the determining unit is used for determining the type of the trigger request according to the user information;
the determining unit is further configured to determine, when the type is an extraction type, a material to be extracted and a target quantity corresponding to the material to be extracted according to the user information;
the acquisition unit is further used for acquiring data on the interface of the display screen and determining the acquired data as the extraction quantity;
a detection unit configured to detect whether the extraction number coincides with the target number;
the detection unit is further used for detecting whether the materials to be extracted on the shelf device are sufficient or not when the extraction quantity is consistent with the target quantity;
and the sending unit is used for sending out reminding information when detecting that the materials to be extracted on the shelf device are insufficient.
9. A shelving assembly, said shelving assembly comprising:
a memory storing at least one instruction; and
a processor that retrieves instructions stored in the memory to implement the method of material extraction as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium characterized by: the computer readable storage medium having stored therein at least one instruction for retrieval by a processor in a shelving unit for implementing a method of material extraction as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
