Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of a page guidance method of the present application. It should be noted that, if the result is substantially the same, the flow sequence shown in fig. 1 is not limited in this embodiment. The execution subject of this embodiment is a server, which may be a server or a cloud service platform established on the server, and the first device and the second device are terminals used by the user. The server side can interact with the first equipment side and the second equipment side respectively so as to realize information interaction between the first equipment side and the second equipment side.
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment includes:
s110: and determining the current page displayed by the first equipment terminal.
Wherein the page is a management page for the medical device.
The first device end can be a mobile phone end, a computer end, a handheld mobile device end, a desktop client end and the like, can operate a device management information system, and a user can enter a management page (page of the first device end) of the medical device after logging in the device management information system, wherein the management page of each medical device has corresponding help information. The medical device may be a clinical diagnosis device, and the help information may be in the form of a help document.
Referring to fig. 2, S110 may specifically include the following steps:
s111: and receiving a page switching request of a first device terminal.
The page switch request may also be referred to as a page jump request, which may be specifically an http request. When the page of the first device side is switched, a page switching request is sent to the server side so as to inform the server side that the page is switched. For example, the first device side may send a request for switching from page a to page b to the server side when switching from page a to page b.
S112: and determining the current page displayed by the first equipment terminal based on the page switching request.
The server side can determine the current page of the first equipment side based on the received page switching request. For example, after receiving a request for switching page a to page b, the server may determine that the current page of the first device is b.
In addition, the server side can also determine the help index corresponding to the current display page of the first device side.
S120: and finding out a second equipment terminal associated with the first equipment terminal.
Referring to fig. 3, S120 may specifically include the following sub-steps:
s121: and searching a second equipment end which is fixedly or temporarily associated with the first equipment end in the pre-stored associated information.
The server may pre-store the association information between the first device and the second device in a fixed association list or a temporary association list, so that the second device having a fixed association or a temporary association with the first device may be searched in the pre-stored association information.
The second device end having a fixed association with the first device end is a second device end (the first device end and the second device end are associated one by one) successfully associated with the first device end, for example, the association between the second device end 1 and the first device end is successful, and the corresponding fixed association list is (a first device end identifier, a second device end 1 identifier), where, when the device end is a computer end, the device end identifier can uniquely identify the computer end where the device management information system operates, and may be in various forms including but not limited to MAC; when the device side is a mobile phone side, the device side identifier can uniquely identify the mobile phone side, wherein the device side identifier can be in various forms including but not limited to an IMEI. Of course, the fixed association list may further include a help index corresponding to the currently displayed page of the first device end, such as (first device end identifier, second device end 1 identifier, help index).
The second device end temporarily associated with the first device end is at least one second device end that can be currently associated with the first device end but has not been successfully associated, for example, a second device end 1 and a second device end 2 that can be currently paired with the first device end are provided, and the corresponding temporary association list (which may also be referred to as a deferred association list) is (a first device end identifier, a second device end 1 identifier) and (a first device end identifier, a second device end 2 identifier). Of course, the fixed association list may further include help indexes corresponding to the currently displayed page of the first device, such as (first device identifier, second device identifier 1, help index) and (first device identifier, second device identifier 2, help index). Please refer to the following embodiments for a method for establishing a fixed association or a temporary association between a first device and a second device.
S122: and if a second equipment end which is fixedly associated with the first equipment end is found, directly using the second equipment end as the second equipment end for subsequent notification.
Specifically, if the second device end successfully associated with the first device is found, the second device end successfully associated with the first device can be directly used as a receiver of the page related notification message currently displayed by the first device end.
S123: and if the second equipment end which is temporarily associated with the first equipment end is found, sending an association request to the second equipment end, and taking the second equipment end as the subsequent second equipment end for notification when receiving an association confirmation message of the second equipment end.
If the found second device end is not the second device end successfully associated with the first device but at least one second device end which can be associated with the first device end, the server end sends an association request to each second device end associated with the first device end, and determines the second device end associated with the first device end according to the received association confirmation message.
Specifically, when receiving the association confirmation message of the second device, the server establishes a fixed association between the first device and the second device, stores the fixed association in the pre-stored association information, and deletes the temporary association existing in the pre-stored association information and the second device. The association confirmation message may be sent by the second device side when the current display page is switched. And if the server side receives a plurality of association confirmation messages, establishing association between the second equipment side corresponding to the first received association confirmation message and the first equipment side to form an association list, and deleting all temporary association relations existing between the second equipment side and the pre-stored association information.
S130: and informing the second equipment terminal to prompt help information corresponding to the currently displayed page.
Referring to fig. 4, S130 may include the steps of:
s131: and acquiring help indexes corresponding to the currently displayed pages.
The help index may be used to find help information corresponding to the currently displayed page. The page currently displayed by the first device end can correspond to the help indexes one by one, and the server end can acquire the help indexes corresponding to the currently displayed page according to the content of the page currently displayed by the first device end.
S132: and sending a notification message containing the help index corresponding to the currently displayed page to the second equipment end so that the second equipment end displays or broadcasts the help information corresponding to the help index in a voice mode.
After the server side obtains the help index corresponding to the page currently displayed by the first equipment side, the server side can send the help index to the second equipment side associated with the first equipment side in a notification message mode, and after receiving the notification message, the second equipment side can search or download the corresponding help information and display the help information for the user to check. In a specific embodiment, the second device side is installed with an application (app) associated with the device management information system of the first device side, the app has a help information library of pages, and when the app is in a running state, help information corresponding to the help index received by the second device side can be displayed to a user for viewing or be told to the user in a voice playing manner.
And the user can perform personalized setting on the display interface of the second equipment terminal and the display content mode so as to display the help information corresponding to the received help index in a mode which is liked by the user.
Through the implementation of the scheme, the server can determine the currently displayed page of the first equipment end and inform the second equipment end associated with the first equipment end of providing the help information corresponding to the currently displayed page of the first equipment end to the user, so that the guidance of the second equipment end on the currently displayed page of the first equipment end can be borrowed, and the purpose of quickly finding the help information of the target page and providing the help information to the user is achieved.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a second embodiment of the page guidance method of the present application. It should be noted that, if the result is substantially the same, the flow sequence shown in fig. 5 is not limited in this embodiment. In this embodiment, before S120, the following steps are included:
s210: and receiving the page image shot by the second equipment terminal, and obtaining the page content of the page image.
The second device end can be a mobile phone end, a computer end and the like with a shooting function. When a user borrows the second equipment end for the first time to view the help document of the page of the first equipment end, the first equipment end and the second equipment end do not establish any association. The user can shoot the page image displayed by the first equipment end through the second equipment end and upload the page image to the server end, the server end can perform image recognition on the page image by using an automatic image recognition algorithm to obtain page content, and the first equipment end related to the second equipment end is found through the page content.
In order to avoid the invasion to the page due to the fact that the photographed page image contains the interactive area similar to the two-dimensional code, the page image photographed by the second equipment end can include the whole page of the first equipment, and the second equipment end can also automatically scratch the effective page area of the photographed page image to obtain a sub-image and upload the sub-image to the server end. And the server side performs image recognition on the sub-images to obtain page contents in the effective page area. The server side can perform image recognition on the received sub-images to obtain page content.
S220: and determining a first device side capable of being associated based on the page content.
The page content obtained by the image recognition by the server side can comprise static content and dynamic content. The static content is the content which can not be changed in the page, and the static content is the content which can be changed in the page.
Specifically, after all users log in the device management information system of the first device, the same partial content that can be seen on the same page is called static content, such as a page structure, a title, and the like. Since different accounts may have different management rights for devices, after different users (corresponding to different accounts) log in the device management information system of the first device side, contents viewed on the same page may be partially different, and then the partially different contents are called dynamic contents, such as medical device names, for example, the user 1 has a management right for the medical device 1, so after logging in the system, information of the medical device 1 is displayed on the page a, and the user 2 has a management right for the medical device 2, so after logging in the system, information of the medical device 2 is displayed on the page a, and then information of the medical devices 1 and 2 belongs to the dynamic contents.
Referring to fig. 6, S220 may specifically include the following sub-steps:
s221: and judging whether the dynamic content in the page content contains information which can be used for identifying the first equipment side.
The information that can be used to identify the first device side may include information of the medical device, such as identification information of the medical device.
S222: and if so, determining a first equipment end capable of performing fixed association based on the dynamic content of the page content or based on the dynamic content and the static content of the page content.
Optionally, when the dynamic content includes information of the medical device, the server determines the first device side capable of performing the fixed association based on the dynamic content in the page content. Specifically, the server may obtain information of the medical device in the dynamic content, and determine the first device having the management authority for the medical device as the first device capable of performing the fixed association.
The management authority of different users to the medical equipment may be different, and after the first equipment end logs in the equipment information management system, each user can only see the medical equipment information with the management authority in the page, so that when the information of the first equipment end can include the information (belonging to dynamic content) of the medical equipment, the first equipment end including the medical equipment information included in the page shot by the second equipment end in the page being displayed can be searched according to the medical equipment information in the page dynamic content, that is, the first equipment end having the management authority to the medical equipment information in the page dynamic content which is logged in is searched.
If only one first equipment end is found based on the dynamic content of the page content, the first equipment end is determined to be the first equipment end which is displaying the page shot by the second equipment end, namely, the user is considered to need to use the second equipment end to conduct page guidance on the first equipment end, and the first equipment end can be directly used as the first equipment end which can be fixedly associated with the second equipment end.
If there are multiple first device ends found based on the dynamic content of the page content, it is necessary to further determine which first device end is the first device end that is displaying the page shot by the second device end according to the static content. Specifically, it can be known which page the second device side shoots the page image belongs to according to the static content, and it is determined which first device side of the multiple searched first device sides is displaying the page, and the first device side displaying the page is taken as the first device side which is fixedly associated with the second device side.
Optionally, when the dynamic content includes information of the medical device, the server determines the first device side capable of performing the fixed association based on the dynamic content and the static content in the page content.
Referring to fig. 7, S222 may specifically include the following sub-steps:
s2221: and determining the page to which the page content belongs based on the static content in the page content.
The page and the help index are in one-to-one correspondence, so that after the server determines the page to which the page content belongs, the server can further determine the help index corresponding to the page to which the page content belongs. For example, the server determines that the page content belongs to page a, and determines that the help index corresponding to page a is 8.
S2222: at least one first device side of a page to which page content belongs is determined to be currently displayed.
For example, as shown in fig. 8, the first device currently on the device management information system page has PCs 1, 2, and 3, and the server determines that there are PCs 1 and PCs 2 currently on page a, where the help index corresponding to page a is 8, and forms lists (PCs 1_ id, 8) and (PCs 2_ id, 8). The form of the list here is merely an example, and may be other forms such as (PC1_ id), (PC2_ id,).
S2223: and acquiring the information of the medical equipment in the dynamic content, searching the first equipment terminal having the management authority for the medical equipment from at least one first equipment terminal, and determining the first equipment terminal as the first equipment terminal capable of performing fixed association.
The first device side having the management authority for the medical device refers to an account having the management authority for the medical device, which has been registered in the first device side. The page of the first device end only displays the medical device information of which the logged-in account has the authority. Therefore, the first device side capable of performing fixed association can be determined according to the information of the medical device in the dynamic content.
For example, with reference to fig. 8, the medical device information in the obtained dynamic content is the information of the medical device 1, and of the PC1 and the PC2 determined by the server, only the page a where the PC1 is located includes the information of the medical device 1, it is considered that the user is seeking help from the PC1 to the mobile1 of the second device, and the PC1 is used as the first device capable of establishing a fixed association with the mobile 1.
Another implementation manner of S222 may be:
the server side determines a page to which the page content belongs based on static content in the page content, and determines at least one first device side which is currently displaying the page to which the page content belongs. Such as determining that there are PC1 and PC2 of the page to which the page content is currently being displayed; meanwhile, the server side obtains the information of the medical equipment in the dynamic content and determines the first equipment side which has the management authority for the medical equipment and is logged in. For example, the first device having management authority on the medical device which has been logged in has PC1 and PC 3. The server can obtain the PC1 which needs to establish the association with the second device mobile1 at this time according to the two determination results.
S223: and if not, determining the first equipment end capable of being temporarily associated based on the static content of the page content.
Referring to fig. 9, S223 may specifically include the following steps:
s2231: and determining the page to which the page content belongs based on the static content in the page content.
S2232: and determining at least one first equipment end of the page to which the page content currently displayed belongs, and taking the first equipment end as a first equipment end capable of being temporarily associated.
The detailed descriptions of the steps of this embodiment are the same as S2221 to S2222, and will not be repeated here.
For example, as shown in fig. 10, the server determines that the page content belongs to page a, and there are PC1 and PC2 currently on page a, and then PC1 and PC2 are used as the first device side that can be temporarily associated with the second device side mobile 1.
S230: and establishing a fixed association or a temporary association between the first equipment end and the second equipment end which can be associated, and storing the association as pre-stored association information.
The server can establish association between the determined first equipment end and the second equipment end which can be associated. Specifically, when the dynamic content includes information of the medical device, the server may establish a fixed association between the first device and the second device that are determined to be capable of performing the fixed association; when the dynamic content does not contain the information of the medical equipment, the server can establish temporary association between the first equipment end and the second equipment end which are determined to be capable of performing temporary association.
For example, continuing to refer to fig. 8, the PC1 is the first device capable of establishing a fixed association with the mobile1 of the second device, and the server establishes an association between the PC1 and the mobile1 to form a fixed association list (PC1_ id, mobile1_ id, 8), where the form of the fixed association list is merely an example, and may also be other forms, such as (PC1_ id, mobile1_ id). After the association is established, the server may push the help index 8 to the mobile1, and the mobile1 may provide the help information corresponding to the help index, that is, the help information corresponding to the currently displayed page a of the PC1 to the user in a display or voice broadcast manner.
Continuing with fig. 10, the PC1 and the PC2 are the first device capable of performing temporary association with the second device mobile1, the server establishes temporary associations for the PC1 and the mobile1, and the PC2 and the mobile1, respectively, the server stores temporary association lists (PC1_ id, mobile1_ id, 8) and (PC2_ id, mobile1_ id, 8), and the temporary association lists may also be in the form of (PC1_ id, mobile1_ id) and (PC2_ id, mobile1_ id).
After the first device end and the second device end are associated, as long as the app (associated with the first device end device management information system) of the current second device end is still in a running state, the association relationship between the first device end and the second device end exists all the time, and when the page of the first device end is switched, the server end can switch the help index corresponding to the page and push the help index to the second device end associated with the first device end, and the second device end can provide the help information corresponding to the help index to the user.
Of course, after the user uses the help of the second device end this time, the app run by the second device end may be closed. When the user needs to use the help of the second equipment end next time, the currently displayed page image of the first equipment end can be shot again through the first equipment end and uploaded to the server end, so that the first equipment end and the second equipment end are re-associated through the server end, and the user can use the second equipment end to provide help for the page of the first equipment end after the association is re-established.
Through the implementation of the scheme, when a user uses the second equipment end for the first time to provide help information corresponding to the currently displayed page of the first equipment end, the second equipment end is used for shooting the image of the currently displayed page of the first equipment end and uploading the image to the server end, the server end can identify the image after receiving the image, the first equipment end corresponding to the currently displayed page is determined through the identified image content, and association is established between the determined first equipment end and the second equipment end. And after the first device end and the second device end are associated, the second device end can provide help information of a current display page of the first device end under the notification of the server end.
Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a page guidance device of the present application. As shown in fig. 11, the page guidance device 1100 includes a memory 1110 and a processor 1120 coupled to each other, wherein the memory 1110 stores computer instructions for implementing the method of any of the above embodiments; the processor 1120 is configured to execute the computer instructions stored by the memory 1110 to implement the methods of any of the embodiments described above. The processor 1120 may also be referred to as a Central Processing Unit (CPU), among others. Processor 1120 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. Processor 1120 may also be a general purpose processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
Referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a page guidance system of the present application, and as shown in fig. 12, the page guidance system may include a server 1210, a first device 1220 and a second device 1230, which are respectively connected to the server 1210.
The first device end 1220 may be used to display a management page of the medical device.
The server 1210 may be configured to notify the corresponding second device 1230 to prompt help information corresponding to a currently displayed page of the first device 1220 when the first device 1220 displays the page.
As shown in fig. 13, in a specific embodiment, the page guidance system includes a PC side (first device side), a mobile side (second device side), and a cloud service platform (server side) established on a server.
