Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, a child car seat according to an embodiment includes a seat body, a seatbelt assembly 100, and a buckle 21. The seat body includes a headrest 22, a backrest 23, and a seat cushion 24. The headrest 22 is disposed above the backrest 23, and the seat cushion 24 is disposed below the backrest 23.
The seatbelt assembly 100 according to the first embodiment includes left and right shoulder belts 11 and a shoulder belt guard 12 slidably provided on each shoulder belt 11. The shoulder strap 11 may be a nylon webbing. One end of each shoulder belt 11 passes through the through hole on the backrest 23 and is fixed on the top of the backrest 23, and the other end of each shoulder belt 11 is movably clamped on the seat cushion 24 through the buckle 21, so that the user is restrained on the seat body.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the shoulder strap protection plate 12 includes a resilient clamping member 122 and a covering member 124 covering the resilient clamping member 122. The covering member 124 is made of a soft material, which can provide a certain cushioning effect for the child and prevent the edge of the shoulder strap 11 from injuring the child during an accident. The elastic clamp 122 may be made of, for example, a rubber material having a preferable elasticity. Specifically, the spring clip 122 includes a main body 126 and two clip arms 128 extending from two ends of the main body 126 in the same direction. In this embodiment, the main body portion 126 is substantially C-shaped, and a cavity 127 is formed inside the main body portion 126, thereby reserving a sufficient space for elastic deformation of the main body portion 126. In the initial state, the two arms 128 are urged toward each other to make close contact or form a narrow gap 129 therebetween. The spacing of the slits 129 may be less than or equal to the thickness of the shoulder straps 11. When it is desired to mount shoulder strap flap 12 to shoulder strap 11, opposing forces may be applied to each of the two clip arms 128 to expand the spacing of slit 129, thereby allowing shoulder strap 11 to pass through slit 129 and into the space between the two clip arms 128. After the force application to the two clip arms 128 is stopped, a part of the shoulder strap 11 is clamped between the two clip arms 128 and another part of the shoulder strap 11 is located outside the two clip arms 128 by the resilient force. In this embodiment, the two shoulder straps 11 are disposed at intervals, and the main body portions 126 of the two shoulder strap protection pieces 12 are disposed to face each other. In other words, one shoulder strap protector 12 clamps the shoulder strap 11 from the left side, and the other shoulder strap protector 12 clamps the shoulder strap 11 from the right side. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, all of shoulder straps 11 may be clamped between two clamp arms 128.
When a child sitting on the seat body is subjected to sudden braking or impact from the child, the body is restrained and protected by the shoulder belt 11. Because the shoulder belt protection piece 12 is wider, thicker and softer than the shoulder belt 11, under the same impact force condition, the shoulder belt protection piece 12 clamped on the shoulder belt 11 can play a certain buffering role for children, and the injury of the children caused by the sharp edge of the shoulder belt 11 in the impact process can be avoided. When it is necessary to adjust the position of the shoulder strap protector 12 on the shoulder strap 11, a manner may be provided in which the shoulder strap protector 12 is directly forced to slide on the shoulder strap 11. After sliding to a specific position, the shoulder strap protection piece 12 can be stably stopped at the specific position of the shoulder strap 11 by the clamping force of the elastic clamping member 122. Of course, the shoulder strap protection pieces 12 may be directly pulled out from the current position on the shoulder straps 11 and then inserted into the desired specific position. The shoulder harness protection piece 12 can be stably stopped at the specific position of the shoulder harness 11 by the clamping force of the elastic clamping member 122. The whole process is convenient and quick to operate and accurate in positioning.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the second embodiment, the harness assembly 200 includes left and right shoulder straps 211 and a shoulder strap guard 212 slidably disposed on each shoulder strap 211. Similar to the seatbelt assembly 100 of the first embodiment, the shoulder strap protector 212 includes a resilient clamp 222 and a cover 224 overlying the resilient clamp 222. The difference is that the body portion 226 of the spring clamp 222 is generally "ㄈ" shaped, and the arms 228 of the spring clamp 222 are longer than the width of the shoulder straps 211, i.e., the entire shoulder straps 211 are clamped between the two arms 228. In addition, four magnetic attraction pieces 229 are sequentially arranged in the main body portion 226 from top to bottom at intervals. Since the main body portions 226 of the two shoulder strap guards 212 are disposed to face each other, the two shoulder strap guards 212 are attracted by the magnetic force of the four magnetic attracting members 229 on the left and right sides, respectively, to approach each other. When the two shoulder strap flaps 212 are separated, the position of the shoulder strap flaps 212 on the shoulder straps 211 can be independently adjusted. When the two shoulder strap protecting pieces 212 are attracted to each other by the magnetic force of the magnetic attraction member 229 to form a whole, the positions of the two shoulder strap protecting pieces 212 on the shoulder straps 211 can be adjusted at the same time, i.e., the height of the shoulder straps is automatically aligned. It is understood that the number of the magnetic attraction members 229 is not limited to four as shown in fig. 4, and may be two or five or more, for example. The method of use of the harness assembly 200 of the second embodiment is similar to the harness assembly 100 of the first embodiment and will not be described again.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in the third embodiment, the seat belt assembly 300 includes left and right shoulder belts 311 and shoulder belt guards 312 slidably disposed on each shoulder belt 311. Unlike the harness assembly 200 of the second embodiment, the shoulder strap 311 is provided with a plurality of positioning holes 313 arranged at intervals up and down. The positioning hole 313 is substantially circular in shape. The shoulder strap protector 312 is made of a soft material and includes a main body 326 and two clip arms 328 extending in the same direction from both ends of the main body 326. The ends of the two clip arms 328 form a slot 329 through which the shoulder strap 311 passes, the shoulder strap 311 being clamped between the two clip arms 328. One of the clamping arms 328 is provided with a first fastener, and the other clamping arm 328 is correspondingly provided with a second fastener. In this embodiment, the first fastener is a male snap 325 and the second fastener is a female snap 327. The male snap 325 can be selectively inserted through one of the alignment holes 313 and then snap into the female snap 327.
In this embodiment, when the position of the shoulder strap protection piece 312 on the shoulder strap 311 needs to be adjusted, the male snap 325 can be separated from the female snap 327, and the male snap 325 can be taken out of the current positioning hole 313. The shoulder strap protector 312 is then slid to the desired specific position so that the male snap 325 passes through the re-selected alignment hole 313 and then snaps into the female snap 327. As such, even if the shoulder strap protector 312 of the present embodiment does not have the elastic clamping member, the quick clamping positioning between the shoulder strap protector 312 and the shoulder strap 311 can be achieved. It is to be understood that the first and second fastening members are not limited to the illustrated snap fasteners, but may be buttons, magnets, hook and loop fasteners, and the like.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in the fourth embodiment, the seat belt assembly 400 includes left and right shoulder belts 411 and shoulder belt guards 412 slidably disposed on each shoulder belt 411. The shoulder strap 411 is provided with a plurality of positioning holes 413 arranged at intervals up and down. Unlike the harness assembly 300 of the third embodiment, the positioning hole 413 is substantially slit-shaped. Shoulder strap protector 412 is generally T-shaped and includes a clamping portion 414 and an extension portion 415 extending downwardly from the underside of clamping portion 414. The width of the clamping portion 414 is greater than the width of the positioning hole 413, and the width of the extending portion 415 is less than the width of the positioning hole 413. Therefore, the extension portion 415 can pass through the positioning hole 413, and the clamping portion 414 cannot pass through the positioning hole 413, so that the clamping portion 414 is fixed near the positioning hole 413. Of course, the positioning hole 413 is not limited to a slit shape, and may be, for example, a circular shape or a square shape, and it is only necessary that the positioning hole 413 allows the extending portion 415 to pass through but prevents the clamping portion 414 from passing through. The clamp portion 414 includes a body 426 and two clamp arms 428 extending in the same direction from opposite ends of the body 426. The ends of the two clip arms 428 form a slot 427 through which the shoulder strap 411 passes. The length of the clip arms 428 is greater than the width of the shoulder straps 411, i.e., the entire shoulder straps 411 are clamped between the two clip arms 428. In order to increase the clamping force of the two clamping arms 428, since there is no resilient clamping member, the ends of the two clamping arms 428 are provided with two magnetic attracting members 429, respectively. The two magnetic members 429 attract each other to close the gap 427.
In this embodiment, when the position of the shoulder strap protection piece 412 on the shoulder strap 411 needs to be adjusted, the two magnetic attraction pieces 429 can be separated from each other first, so that the two clamping arms 428 can no longer clamp the shoulder strap 411. Then, the extension 415 is pulled out of the current positioning hole 413, so that the shoulder strap protection piece 412 is completely separated from the shoulder strap 411. After the shoulder strap protector 312 is adjusted to the desired particular position, the shoulder strap 411 can be passed through the gap 427 again and the two magnetic members 429 are attracted to each other to close the gap 427. Then, the extension portion 415 can be inserted into a new positioning hole 413 and can be extended out of another positioning hole 413 located below the positioning hole 413. The extension 415 is pulled downward by force, so that the clamping portion 414 with larger width is clamped near the positioning hole 413, and the shoulder strap protection piece 412 is positioned relative to the shoulder strap 411. Of course, it is also possible to withdraw the extension 415 from the current positioning hole 413 and then slide the shoulder strap guard 412 directly over the shoulder strap 411 without separating the two magnetic members 429.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, in the fifth embodiment, the seatbelt assembly 500 includes left and right shoulder straps 511 and shoulder strap protectors 512 slidably disposed on each shoulder strap 511. Similar to the harness assembly 300 of the third embodiment, the shoulder strap protector 512 includes a main body 526 and two clip arms 528 extending in the same direction from both ends of the main body 526. The ends of the two clip arms 528 form a slot 529 through which the shoulder strap 511 passes, the shoulder strap 511 being clamped between the two clip arms 528. The difference is that in the fifth embodiment, a plurality of first fastening members 513 are arranged at intervals on the shoulder strap 511, a second fastening member 527 is arranged on at least one clamping arm 528, and the first fastening member 523 is detachably connected with the second fastening member 527.
In one embodiment, the first and second fasteners 513, 527 may be hook and loop fasteners. For example, the first fastening member 513 includes hook and loop fastening surfaces disposed on two opposite surfaces of the shoulder strap 511, and the second fastening member 527 is hook and loop fastening surfaces disposed on opposite inner sides of the two clamping arms 528. Of course, the opposite is also possible.
When the position of the shoulder strap protection piece 512 on the shoulder strap 511 needs to be adjusted, the first fastener 513 and the second fastener 527 can be separated from each other, so that the two clamping arms 528 can not clamp the shoulder strap 511 any more. After sliding the shoulder strap tabs 512 to the desired particular position, the shoulder straps 511 can be re-inserted through the slots 529 and the first fasteners 513 on the shoulder straps 511 re-engaged with the second fasteners 527 on the clip arms 528, thereby closing the slots 529.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, in the sixth embodiment, the seatbelt assembly 600 includes left and right shoulder belts 611 and a shoulder belt guard 612 slidably disposed on each shoulder belt 611. Similar to the seatbelt assembly 500 of the fifth embodiment, the shoulder strap protecting piece 612 includes a main body portion 626 and two clamping arms 628 extending from both ends of the main body portion 626 in the same direction. The difference is that the first fastening member disposed on the shoulder strap 611 is a first magnetic attraction piece 613, and the second fastening member disposed on the clamping arm 628 is a second magnetic attraction piece 627 cooperating with the first magnetic attraction piece 613. As shown in the figure, in the present embodiment, the first magnetic attraction pieces 613 are shaped like short bars, and are embedded into the shoulder straps 611 in pairs. Of course, in other embodiments, the first magnetic attracting elements 613 may be alternatively arranged on the front and back sides of the shoulder strap 611. The second magnetic attraction pieces 627 are corresponding to the first magnetic attraction pieces 613 in shape and number. The first magnetic attraction piece 613 on the shoulder strap 611 and the second magnetic attraction piece 627 on the clamping arm 628 can attract each other, so that the mutual positioning effect between the shoulder strap protection piece 612 and the shoulder strap 611 can be realized. The method of using the seatbelt assembly 600 of the sixth embodiment is similar to the seatbelt assembly 500 of the fifth embodiment, and is not described again.
Referring to fig. 14 and 15, in the seventh embodiment, the seatbelt assembly 700 includes left and right shoulder straps 711, a shoulder strap protecting piece 712 slidably disposed on each shoulder strap 711, and a head protecting piece 713 respectively connected to the two shoulder strap protecting pieces 712. The shoulder strap guard 712 includes a body portion and two clip arms 728 extending in the same direction from opposite ends of the body portion. One of the clamping arms 728 is provided with a first positioning hole 726 and a second positioning hole 724 which are spaced from each other. The shoulder strap 711 can be threaded through the first positioning hole 726 and threaded out of the second positioning hole 724. The ends of the two clip arms 728 form slots through which the shoulder straps 711 pass. Similar to the fourth embodiment, the ends of the two clamp arms 728 are respectively provided with two magnetic attracting elements 729. The two magnetically attractive elements 729 attract each other so that a portion of the shoulder strap 711 is clamped between the two clamp arms 728. Since the two shoulder belt protection pieces 712 are sewn to the head protection piece 713, the shoulder belt 711 can pass through the first positioning hole 726 and the second positioning hole 724 of the shoulder belt protection piece 712 so that the shoulder belt 711 is not tied to the shoulder belt protection piece 712, thereby achieving the effect of adjusting the height of the shoulder belt protection piece 712.
Referring to fig. 16 and 17, in the eighth embodiment, the seatbelt assembly 800 includes left and right shoulder straps 811, shoulder strap protectors 812 slidably disposed on each shoulder strap 811, and head protectors 813 connected to the shoulder strap protectors 812, respectively. Similar to the seventh embodiment, the shoulder strap guard 812 includes a body 826 and two clip arms 828 extending in the same direction from both ends of the body 826. The ends of the two clip arms 828 form slots through which the shoulder straps 811 pass. The ends of the two clamping arms 828 are respectively provided with two magnetic attracting pieces 829. The two magnetic members 829 attract each other, thereby clamping the entire shoulder strap 811 between the two clamp arms 828. It is understood that in other embodiments, the two magnetically attractive members 829 may be replaced with fasteners such as buttons, snaps, etc.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
