the top and the bottom of the inner cavity of the drying charging bucket 401 are both provided with transmission chain wheels 407, the two transmission chain wheels 407 are respectively sleeved on two linkage shafts 406, the two transmission chain wheels 407 are connected through a transmission chain, and a plurality of charging buckets 408 are rotatably arranged on the outer sides of the transmission chains at equal intervals; the feeding motors 405 operate to realize rotation of the feeding hoppers 408, so that uniform feeding is realized, moisture in the plastic particles is dried through heat released by the heating pipes in the feeding process, the subsequent injection molding process is prevented from being influenced by moisture in the subsequent plastic particles, the plastic particles are continuously kept in a stirring state by feeding and drying at the same time, the drying is uniform, and the drying effect is good;
the forming mechanism 115 comprises a forming disc 501, a blanking air pump 502, a forming groove 503, an air outlet 504, a mounting column 505 and a sealing cover 506, the blanking air pump 502 is mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the forming disc 501, the forming groove 503 is formed in the middle of the forming disc 501, the air outlet 504 is formed in the middle of the forming groove 503, and the air outlet 504 extends into the forming disc 501 and is communicated to an output port of the blanking air pump 502;
an installation column 505 is arranged in the middle of the air outlet 504, sealing covers 506 are rotatably arranged on two sides of the installation column 505, each sealing cover 506 is semicircular, and each sealing cover 506 is embedded in the air outlet 504; by arranging the forming mechanism 115, extruded molten plastic is formed in the forming groove 503, then the positions of the two forming discs 501 are exchanged by rotating the turntable, a plastic layer of another color is formed on the surface of a single-color shifting sheet formed by injection molding, a shifting sheet with double colors is formed, the single-color shifting sheet forms the process of the double-color shifting sheet, the single-color shifting sheet is formed in the other forming groove 503, the continuous injection molding process of the double-color shifting sheet is realized, the injection molding efficiency is effectively improved, blanking is performed through the blanking air pump 502, the sealing cover 506 is embedded in the air outlet 504 when not subjected to air impact, is flush with the inner wall of the air outlet 504, the appearance of the double-color shifting sheet is not influenced, the sealing cover 506 rotates around the mounting column 505 when not subjected to air impact, so that the double-color shifting sheet is ejected out of the forming groove 503, and the automatic blanking process is realized.

Claims (7)

1. The double-color injection molding process of the plectrum for the grille of the automobile air conditioner is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
the method comprises the following steps: adding plastic particles of two colors into two feeding hoppers (103) of a double-color injection molding device, starting a heating pipe in a drying feeding tank (401) to heat the inner cavity of the drying feeding tank (401), enabling the plastic particles to enter the inner cavity of the drying feeding tank (401) through a feeding pipe (402), starting a feeding motor (405), enabling the feeding motor (405) to operate to drive a transmission chain to rotate through a linkage shaft (406) and a transmission chain wheel (407), so as to drive a plurality of feeding hoppers (408) to rotate circularly, turning and containing the plastic particles in the movement process of the feeding hoppers (408), drying the plastic particles in the ascending process, wherein water vapor is discharged from the highest point of a water vapor pipe (404), turning over the feeding hoppers (408) after passing through the feeding pipes (403), and conveying the dried plastic particles to a storage tank (105) through the feeding pipes (403) for storage;
step two: starting a driving motor (106), wherein the driving motor (106) operates to drive a thread conveying rod (117) to rotate, and starting the thread conveying rod (117) and heating wires in an injection molding barrel (107) to gradually melt plastic particles driven by the thread conveying rod (117) in the forward movement process;
step three: starting a stretching cylinder (109), enabling a movable rod of the stretching cylinder (109) to contract to pull a mounting vertical plate (110) to move on a sliding rail (111), enabling the mounting vertical plate (110) to gradually approach an injection molding die head (108), when one of the forming mechanisms (115) contacts the injection molding die head (108), extruding molten plastic from the injection molding die head (108) into an inner cavity of a forming groove (503), and cooling and forming to form a single-color plectrum;
step four: starting a steering motor (113), wherein the steering motor (113) is operated to drive a turntable (114) to rotate, so that the forming groove (503) is contacted with another injection molding die head (108), molten plastic of another color is extruded onto the single-color plectrum, and the single-color plectrum is cooled and shaped to form a double-color plectrum;
step five: the blanking air pump (502) is started, the blanking air pump (502) operates to inflate the inner cavity of the forming disc (501), the air flow is discharged from the air outlet hole (504), the air flow drives the sealing cover (506) to overturn, and therefore the double-color shifting piece is lifted up and down to the finished product box (112) through the sealing cover (506) to be collected, and the double-color injection molding process of the shifting piece is completed.

The automobile air-conditioning grille shifting piece double-color injection molding process according to claim 1, characterized in that the double-color injection molding equipment comprises a bearing base (101), an installation box (102), a loading hopper (103), a drying and loading mechanism (104), a storage tank (105), a driving motor (106), injection molding cylinders (107), an injection molding die head (108), a stretching cylinder (109), an installation vertical plate (110), a sliding rail (111), a finished product box (112), a steering motor (113), a turntable (114) and a molding mechanism (115), wherein the installation box (102) is installed at the top of the bearing base (101), two injection molding cylinders (107) are installed on the installation box (102) in a penetrating manner, the driving motor (106) is installed at one end of each of the two injection molding cylinders (107), a threaded conveying rod (117) is connected to an output shaft of the driving motor (106), and the threaded conveying rod (117) is located in an inner cavity of each injection molding cylinder (107), the other ends of the two injection molding barrels (107) are respectively provided with an injection molding die head (108), the top of the installation box (102) is provided with two loading hoppers (103), one sides of the bottoms of the two loading hoppers (103) are respectively connected to the bottom of one side of the drying and feeding mechanism (104), and the top of the other side of the drying and feeding mechanism (104) is connected to the top of one side of the two storage tanks (105);
stretch cylinder (109), two are all installed in the equal embedding of bottom one end both sides of bearing base (101) the movable rod of stretch cylinder (109) is connected to the both sides of a side of installation riser (110) respectively, installation riser (110) slidable mounting is at the top of slide rail (111), the one end of slide rail (111) is connected to the one end of bearing base (101), top one side of installation riser (110) is installed and is turned to motor (113), carousel (114) are installed to the opposite side of installation riser (110), two forming mechanism (115) are installed to the symmetry on carousel (114), forming mechanism (115) are the cooperation member with injection mold head (108).

The double-color injection molding process of the plectrum for the automotive air conditioning grille, according to claim 2, characterized in that two injection molding cylinders (107) are connected through a plurality of connecting columns (116), heating wires are installed inside the screw conveying rod (117) and the injection molding cylinders (107), two storage tanks (105) are installed at one end of the top of the installation box (102) in a penetrating manner, the bottom ends of the two storage tanks (105) are respectively communicated into the inner cavities of the two injection molding cylinders (107), the installation vertical plate (110) is erected at the top of the finished product box (112), and universal wheels are installed at the corners of the bottom of the finished product box (112).

The double-color injection molding process of the plectrum for the automobile air-conditioning grille, according to claim 2, characterized in that the drying feeding mechanism (104) comprises two drying feeding tanks (401), a feeding pipe (402), a feeding pipe (403), a water vapor pipe (404), a feeding motor (405), a linkage shaft (406), a transmission chain wheel (407) and a feeding hopper (408), the two drying feeding tanks (401) are connected with each other, the feeding pipe (402) is installed at the bottom of one side of each drying feeding tank (401), the two feeding pipes (402) are respectively communicated with the two feeding hoppers (103), the feeding pipe (403) is installed at the top of the other side of each drying feeding tank (401), the two feeding pipes (403) are respectively communicated with the inner cavities of the two storage tanks (105), the water vapor pipe (404) is installed at the top of each drying feeding tank (401), and heating pipes are installed in the inner walls of the drying feeding tanks (401), one of them stoving material loading bucket (401) one side top is installed material loading motor (405), two stoving material loading bucket (401) top, bottom all run through and install universal driving shaft (406), universal driving shaft (406) rotate with the inner wall of stoving material loading bucket (401) and are connected, one of them the one end of universal driving shaft (406) is connected to the output shaft of material loading motor (405).
