The double-color plastic molding process is a molding process in which two different materials are injected into the same set of mold, so that an injected part is formed by the two materials. s4, cooling: the cooling time is set according to the thickness of the product, the standard of the cooling time setting is that the cooling of the product after the product is demoulded is set on the basis of no shrinkage, the coolant passes through the cooling hole on the precision injection mould to cool the raw material in the mould cavity,
s5, demolding: after the cooling stage, the mold is opened, the ejector rod is ejected out by the ejector device on the forming machine, the product is pushed out, and the assembly of the double-color plug-in components is obtained,
s6, post-processing: the product is polished, cleaned and cleaned to ensure the smoothness of the appearance,
