Air entering the disinfection cavity (3) has a little peculiar smell because of being irradiated by ultraviolet rays, and is changed into air which does not contain viruses and has no peculiar smell through the adsorption of the active carbon filter screen (2), and toxic gas in common automobile exhaust in the air can be effectively adsorbed. The invention aims to effectively isolate virus, and simultaneously filters out pollution particles and harmful gas in the air, so that the air pollution can be prevented when the user wears the device in the absence of epidemic situations, pollutants with the particle size of less than 2.5 microns in the air can enter alveoli of a human body, and even smaller pollutants enter blood to cause respiratory tract infection and induce cardiovascular diseases. Every person who pays attention to health can wear, especially daily commuters, motorcyclists, electric bicycle riders, passengers, pedestrians and workers in the road area, traffic managers, construction workers, airport staff, laboratory workers, food processors, culturists, workers in medical institutions, etc.
The technical scheme of the invention can also ensure the safety of the user even if special conditions occur. If the user forgets to charge, the user can use the mobile phone charger to supply power to the mask; if the power supply system fails, the mask provided by the invention can be self-sucked by means of lung power, a certain virus filtering effect can still be achieved, the virus filtering capacity can still exceed that of an N95 mask, and the comprehensive virus filtering capacity of an N95 mask is about 70%. If the one-way exhaust valve (16) should fail, the user will not inhale contaminated air that has not been sterilized. Under special conditions, if the ultraviolet lamp in the disinfection cavity (3) breaks down or attenuates, the ultraviolet detection sensor (33) can send out fault display if the ultraviolet energy sent out is detected to be lower than the minimum limit value, and therefore the mask is prevented from being worn under the condition that viruses cannot be isolated.
In the technical scheme of the invention, the main filter screen (11) and the active carbon filter screen (2) which are composed of HEPA filter screens can be repeatedly used for a long time, and are not disposable sanitary articles, so that the resource waste and the environmental pollution are reduced, the use cost is reduced, and the daily maintenance work is reduced.
The neck type hanging scheme in the technical scheme of the invention is convenient to wear, and the mask (17) can be simply connected with or separated from the air supply channel (18) and the exhaust channel (19) by using hands by using the structure of the quick connector (25); the quick fixation of the face mask (17) and the face and the neck can be simply realized by using the structure of the magic tape on the face mask outer wrapping cloth (26). The mask (17) and the mask overwrap (26) are both easily sterilized and cleaned after separation. The technical proposal ensures that the air supply channel (18) and the air exhaust channel (19) are hidden, has beautiful appearance, is similar to a common mask and is easy to accept. If a patient needs to be in the same room at home, the air purification device (1) can be placed at a fixed position such as a bed head and the like, the lengthened air supply channel (18) is communicated with the air exhaust channel (19), and the electric supply charger supplies power to the air purification device, so that the air purification device can be worn for use in sleep, and can still protect the patient from being infected. The mask outer cover cloth (26) can use fabrics and patterns with various colors and textures, and the appearance and personality can be changed by replacing the mask outer cover cloth (26), which is added value beyond health and environmental protection.
If the medical care personnel wear the mask for isolating the virus correctly, even if the medical care personnel are in the high-incidence infection place of a hospital, the medical care personnel do not need to worry about the infection, and the medical care personnel can better protect the health of the patient only by effectively protecting the medical care personnel.
The virus isolation mask can be safely put in and out of a workplace, meet people, take public communication tools and the like without worrying about virus infection when being worn correctly.

As shown in figure 1, the structure of the mask of embodiment 1 of the invention is a schematic diagram, a virus-isolating mask comprises an air purification device (1), an air supply channel (18) and a mask (17), wherein the mask (17) is suitable for surrounding an oral part or a nostril, an exhaust one-way valve (16) is arranged on the mask, a hollowed-out cover plate (13), a preposed coarse filter screen (12), a main filter screen (11) and an electric fan (10) are sequentially arranged in the shell of the air purification device (1) from outside to inside, the main filter screen (11) is a HEPA filter screen, the electric fan (10) is a centrifugal electric fan, a filtering cavity (7) and a disinfection cavity (3) which are separated by a partition plate (6) and are mutually communicated through an air guide pipe (4) arranged on the main filter screen, an active carbon filter screen (2) is arranged at the connection part of the inside of the disinfection cavity (3) and the air supply channel (18), the other end of the air supply channel (18) is connected with the mask (17), set up 2 ultraviolet lamp (5) relatively in guide duct (4) inside and be a group, set up 2 ultraviolet lamp (5) of group altogether in guide duct (4), set up 1 ultraviolet lamp (5) at filtering cavity (7) top, guide duct (4) air outlet in disinfection cavity (3) corresponds sets up 1 ultraviolet lamp (5), and ultraviolet lamp (5) belong to LED ultraviolet lamp. Air is blown out from an air outlet (9) of the electric fan (10) after passing through the preposed coarse filter screen (12), the air blowing direction of the air outlet (9) is consistent with the rotation direction of the electric fan (10), so that air flow rotates at high speed in the filter cavity (7) by taking the axis of the electric fan (10) as the center, an air inlet of the air guide pipe (4) is arranged at the position near the axis of the electric fan (10), viruses and attached particles are heavier than the air and tend to float away from the air inlet area of the air guide pipe (4), thus the irradiation time of the ultraviolet lamp (5) is prolonged, the air outlet of the air guide pipe (4) is arranged to blow downwards, the air flow is designed to spirally rise in the disinfection cavity (3), and the irradiation time of the viruses in the air can also be prolonged.
Because the effective irradiation angle of the LED ultraviolet lamp (5) is 130 degrees, if the ultraviolet lamp (5) is arranged in the air guide pipe (4) independently, dead angles which cannot be irradiated exist, viruses are possibly not irradiated, in the embodiment, 2 ultraviolet lamps (5) are oppositely arranged to form a group, dead angles which cannot be irradiated exist in the air guide pipe (4) through which the viruses need to pass are not formed, and 2 groups of ultraviolet lamps (5) are installed for the sake of safety.
The air guide pipe (4) is made of quartz glass material, namely, the ultraviolet lamp (5) can kill viruses in the air passing through the air guide pipe (4), and simultaneously the ultraviolet rays of the ultraviolet lamp (5) can permeate the air guide pipe (4) to kill the viruses in the air in the filtering cavity (7) and the disinfecting cavity (3).
The selection of the power and the quantity of the ultraviolet lamp (5) is selected by actual measurement according to the types of the bacteria and viruses which are mainly required to be inactivated, and the specific design also considers the allowance left by the attenuation period of the ultraviolet lamp (5). The 100% inactivated virus in the invention refers to new coronavirus, rotavirus, influenza virus, hepatitis B virus and the like. For example, at an intensity of 30 mw/cm of UV radiation, the time for 100% inactivation of new coronaviruses is 0.5 seconds. In the preferred scheme in the following examples, a single LED deep ultraviolet lamp bead is selected with the power of 12mw and the wavelength of 280nm, and the basic data show that the aim of instantly inactivating the viruses by 100 percent in the mask can be achieved by selecting reasonable air passages and ultraviolet lamp numbers. Under the special condition, if ultraviolet lamp in disinfection cavity (3) breaks down or attenuates, ultraviolet light detection sensor (33) detect that the ultraviolet energy that sends is less than the minimum limit value then can send out trouble and show, just so avoid the gauze mask to wear under the condition that can not completely cut off the virus, for knowing ultraviolet lamp (5) behavior more accurately, also can set up ultraviolet light detection sensor (33) in filtering cavity (7).
Air entering the disinfection cavity (3) has a little peculiar smell because of being irradiated by ultraviolet rays, is changed into air without virus and peculiar smell through the adsorption of the active carbon filter screen (2), is sent into the air supply channel (18) and is continuously sent into the face mask (17), so that micro-positive pressure is formed in the face mask (17), people inhale easily, and the air is discharged out of the face mask from the exhaust one-way valve (16) of the face mask (17) during expiration.
In this embodiment 1, the main filter (11) is selected to be an HEPA filter, and the HEPA filter selected by us can filter 99.97% of pollutant particles with 0.3 micron, and filter 100% of pollutant particles with 2.5 micron, that is, haze can filter 100%, and most viruses are about 0.3 micron, which means that most viruses are intercepted on the HEPA filter, and at this time, a special inactivation mode is not needed, and as long as the airflow continuously flows, the viruses will lose activity. A few viruses penetrate through the HEPA filter screen and are inactivated by ultraviolet rays, so that the purpose of effectively isolating the viruses can be realized. Through the adsorption of the activated carbon filter screen (2), the toxic gas in the common automobile exhaust in the air can be effectively adsorbed.
This embodiment 1 considers the difference in air volume demand, such as the difference in demand between adults and children, the difference in air volume demand between sports and quiet, and the difference in air volume demand between winter and summer. According to the air quantity demand difference, a user can adjust the rotating speed of the electric fan (10) in a stepless manner by adjusting a speed adjusting knob (15) on an electronic control device connected with the electric fan (10) so as to control the proper air quantity.
The air purification device (1) in the embodiment 1 can be fixed on the arm, and the silica gel corrugated pipe is used as an air supply channel (18) to be communicated with the mask (17).
Referring to fig. 2, which is a schematic structural view of embodiment 2 of the present invention, the air inside the mask (17) of the air purification apparatus (1) of embodiment 1 is discharged out of the mask through the exhaust check valve (16) provided thereon, which is not problematic for a healthy user, but may spread viruses into the air to harm others for a patient. To compensate for this deficiency, example 2 is designed to subject the exhaust gas from the human being to UV disinfection.
In this embodiment 2, on the basis of embodiment 1, an exhaust sterilization cavity (20) is further disposed in the air purification apparatus (1), an exhaust guide duct (22) is disposed in the exhaust sterilization cavity (20), one end of the exhaust guide duct (22) is communicated with an exhaust passage (19), the other end of the exhaust guide duct (22) is communicated with the exhaust sterilization cavity (20), the exhaust guide duct (22) is made of transparent quartz glass, 2 ultraviolet lamps (5) are oppositely disposed in the exhaust guide duct (22) to form a group, 2 groups of ultraviolet lamps (5) are disposed in the exhaust guide duct (22), one end of the exhaust guide duct (22) in the exhaust sterilization cavity (20) is disposed downward, an exhaust hole (21) disposed on the wall of the exhaust sterilization cavity (20) and communicated with the external environment is far away, one ultraviolet lamp (5) is disposed on the inner wall of the opposite exhaust sterilization cavity (20), an ultraviolet light detection sensor (33) is arranged in the exhaust disinfection cavity (20), and the exhaust channel (19) is connected with a one-way exhaust valve (16) arranged on the face mask (17).
In embodiment 2, when a person exhales, the one-way exhaust valve (16) on the mask (17) is turned on, the exhaust gas enters the exhaust channel (19) and enters the exhaust air guide pipe (22), the exhaust air guide pipe (22) is provided with 2 groups of ultraviolet lamps (5), the exhaust gas passes through the 2 groups of ultraviolet lamps (5) and then is exhausted to the bottom of the exhaust disinfection cavity (20) through the lower port of the exhaust air guide pipe (22), the gas in the exhaust disinfection cavity (20) is rotated and ascended at the outlet position and direction of the exhaust air guide pipe (22), the time for the ultraviolet lamps (5) to sterilize the exhaust gas is increased, finally the exhaust gas passes through the exhaust holes (21) and is exhausted to the external environment, and at this time, the virus in the exhaust gas is inactivated by 100%.
The exhaust gas is also sterilized by ultraviolet rays, and another advantage is that the user does not inhale polluted air without killing viruses in case of failure of the one-way exhaust valve (16).
The air purification device (1) in the embodiment 2 can be carried on the back in a backpack form, and a silica gel corrugated pipe is used as an air supply channel (18) and an exhaust channel (19) to communicate with the face mask (17). Because the shoulders are heavily loaded, this example 2 is suitable for workers and other people who need to wear them for a long time. Is favorable for expanding the capacity of the storage battery and prolonging the working time. If the mask is additionally provided with goggles or designed to be in a helmet type, the mask is more suitable for professional workers in the medical field.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, in embodiment 3 of the present invention, the air purification device (1) is arranged in a symmetrical semi-ring shape and hung on the neck of a user, the electric fan (10) is arranged in the middle of the air purification device (1), one adjacent surface is connected with the filtering cavity (7) and the disinfecting cavity (3), the upper part of the disinfecting cavity (3) is connected with the quick connector (25), and one end of the air supply channel (18) is connected with the quick connector (25); the other adjacent side of the electric fan (10) is connected with an exhaust disinfection cavity (20), the upper part of the exhaust disinfection cavity (20) is connected with a quick connector (25), and one end of an exhaust channel (19) is connected with the quick connector (25); two main filter screens (11) formed by HEPA filter screens are respectively and symmetrically arranged on one surface of the adjacent disinfection cavity (3) and one surface of the adjacent exhaust disinfection cavity (20); the 2 symmetrical storage battery bins (8) are connected to two ends of a semicircular shape of the air purification device (1) through 2 hinge shafts (24) to form a circumferential annular body with a chest opening, a cushion pad (23) made of elastic materials is arranged on the inner annular surface of the air purification device (1), an annular air passage (28) communicating an air inlet of the electric fan (10) with the inner surface of the main filter screen (11) is arranged in the air purification device (1), and 2 groups of ultraviolet lamps (5) are symmetrically arranged inside the annular air passage (28).

And 2 symmetrical storage battery bins (8) are also arranged, so that batteries with less power can be replaced under the condition of no shutdown, and if the standby batteries have enough quantity, the mask can continuously work without shutdown.
In order to reduce the working noise of the electric fan (10), a hollow cover plate (13), a front coarse filter screen (12) and a main filter screen (11) are arranged from outside to inside for blocking, so that the noise transmitted out by the electric fan (10) can be effectively reduced. The buffer pad (23) is an elastic net body made of high-elasticity polymer materials, the structure can effectively buffer the vibration caused by the high-speed rotation of the electric fan (10) due to the high-elasticity polymer material plastic wires, and the material can be washed by water, is particularly breathable and is suitable for skin-friendly contact.

The wearing process of the virus-isolation type mask in the embodiment is simple and convenient, namely, the annular air purification device (1) connected with the air supply channel (18) and the air exhaust channel (19) is hung on the neck of a user, then the opening and closing degrees of 2 symmetrical storage battery bins (8) are adjusted so as to clamp the neck moderately, then the air supply channel (18) and the air exhaust channel (19) formed by the ribbon-shaped silicone tube are respectively inserted into the mask (17) to be symmetrically and separately connected with the quick plug connectors (25), the mask outer wrapping cloth (26) is adhered to the D position of the mask (17) by the magic tapes, the mask outer wrapping cloth (26) is adhered to the air supply channel (18) and the air exhaust channel (19) at the corresponding E position, the two ends of the mask outer wrapping cloth (26) can be tensioned by two hands to be adhered to the back position of the neck by the F position magic tapes, the sealing piece (27) is tightly adhered to surround the mouth and the nostril of the human face, and the sealing piece (27) is made of silica gel, the mask has good fitting property and skin-friendly property, so that the mask (17) is indirectly fixed on the face, and the mask (17) has simple structure, light weight and reliable fixation, and does not influence the head action. When the mask is released, the above operation may be reversed. Because the outer cloth (26) of the face mask and the face mask (17) can be detached, the clips (30) at the ports of the air supply channel (18) and the air exhaust channel (19) are pressed by one hand, the compression springs (31) of the clips (30) rotate around the limiting rotating shafts (32), the barb structures of the clips (30) are outwards opened, the inverted cone annular structures arranged on the outer circle of the quick-connection connector (25) are released, the air supply channel (18) and the air exhaust channel (19) can be pulled out, and the structure can be easily inserted and pulled out by hand. The mask (17) and the mask overwrap (26) are both easily sterilized and cleaned after separation. The mask outer cover cloth (26) can use fabrics and patterns with various colors and textures, and changes of image and individual appeal are realized by replacing the mask outer cover cloth (26), which is added value beyond health and environmental protection.

Claims (8)

1. A virus-resistant mask comprising an air cleaning device (1), an air supply passage (18) and a face mask (17), said face mask (17) being adapted to substantially surround at least one of the mouth or nostrils and being provided with an exhaust check valve (16), said air cleaning device (1) being adapted to receive unfiltered air from the surrounding environment, said unfiltered air being filtered by a main filter (11) provided in said air cleaning device (1) and to provide filtered air to said face mask (17) through said air supply passage (18), the air cleaning device (1) being integrally provided with the air supply passage (18) and the face mask (17), or the air cleaning device (1) and said face mask (17) being separate from each other and connected by the air supply passage (18) and being secured to the neck, back, arms or waist of a user by securing means, characterized in that said air cleaning device (1) is provided in a housing, or one or more than one ultraviolet lamp (5) is arranged in the air supply channel (18) or the face mask (17), and the ultraviolet lamps (5) are electrically connected with the storage battery in the storage battery bin (8) and the electric switch (14) in sequence.
2. The mask according to claim 1, wherein the mask further comprises: the air purification device is characterized in that a hollow cover plate (13), a main filter screen (11) and an electric fan (10) are arranged in a shell of the air purification device (1) from outside to inside, one or more ultraviolet lamps (5) are arranged in an inner cavity between the main filter screen (11) and an air supply channel (18) connected with the air purification device (1) or in the air supply channel (18), and the ultraviolet lamps (5) are LED ultraviolet lamps.

The mask according to claim 2, wherein the mask further comprises: a preposed coarse filter screen (12) is arranged between a hollow cover plate (13) and a main filter screen (11) in a shell of the air purifying device (1), the electric fan (10) is a centrifugal electric fan, the main filter screen (11) is an HEPA filter screen, a filtering cavity (7) and a disinfecting cavity (3) which are separated by a partition plate (6) and are mutually communicated through an air guide pipe (4) on the filtering cavity are arranged in the air purifying device (1), the air guide pipe (4) is made of transparent quartz glass, one end of the air guide pipe (4) in the filtering cavity (7) is arranged to be close to the axial center of the electric fan (10), one end of the air guide pipe (4) in the disinfecting cavity (3) is arranged to be far away from an air supply channel (18), one or more ultraviolet lamps (5) are arranged in the opposite disinfecting cavity (3), and an ultraviolet light detection sensor (33) is respectively arranged in the disinfecting cavity (3) and the filtering cavity (7), the air purification device is characterized in that 2 ultraviolet lamps (5) are oppositely arranged in the air guide pipe (4) to form a group, at least 1 group of ultraviolet lamps (5) are arranged in the air guide pipe (4), one or more ultraviolet lamps (5) are arranged on the wall surface of the filtering cavity (7), an activated carbon filter screen (2) is arranged at the joint of the inside of the disinfecting cavity (3) and the air supply channel (18), a speed regulation knob (15) and a display panel are arranged on the air purification device (1), an electronic control device is sequentially and electrically connected with the electric fan (10), the ultraviolet lamps (5) and an ultraviolet light detection sensor (33), and the direction of an air outlet (9) of the electric fan (10) is arranged to be matched with the rotating direction of the airflow in the filtering cavity (7) and the rotating direction of the electric fan (10).

The mask according to claim 3, wherein the mask further comprises: the air purification device (1) is also internally provided with an exhaust disinfection cavity (20), an exhaust air guide pipe (22) is arranged in the exhaust disinfection cavity (20), one end of the exhaust air guide pipe (22) is communicated with an exhaust channel (19), the other end of the exhaust air guide pipe (22) is communicated with the exhaust disinfection cavity (20), the exhaust air guide pipe (22) is made of transparent quartz glass, 2 ultraviolet lamps (5) are oppositely arranged in the exhaust air guide pipe (22) to form a group, at least 1 group of ultraviolet lamps (5) are arranged in the exhaust air guide pipe (22), one end of the exhaust air guide pipe (22) in the exhaust disinfection cavity (20) is arranged to be far away from an exhaust hole (21) which is arranged on the wall of the exhaust disinfection cavity (20) and is communicated with the external environment, one or more than one ultraviolet lamp (5) is arranged on the inner wall of the opposite exhaust disinfection cavity (20), an ultraviolet light detection sensor (33) is arranged on the inner wall of the exhaust disinfection cavity (20), and the exhaust channel (19) is connected with a one-way exhaust valve (16) arranged on the face mask (17).
