according to fig. 1, when the heating plate 18 dehydrates the vegetable placing box 8, water and air flow to the inner wall of the outer shell 17 at the top of the bottom plate 1 and form water drops through condensation, the water drops and water flowing out of vegetables in the vegetable placing box 8 flow into the waste water collecting box 22 from the top of the first conveying device 16, and the water is prevented from flowing to the ground through the guide plate 19. When the waste water collecting box 22 is filled with waste water, the bottom plate 1 is drawn out to be dumped by the second slider 21 sliding in the second chute 20.
