It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, it need not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures.
Before explaining the embodiments of the present application in detail, an application scenario of the present application will be described first. The application scenario may be a call scenario in which voice transmission is performed via the internet, and the calling terminal directly dials a fixed-line phone or a mobile phone of the called terminal via the internet. The device for transmitting voice through internet can be called as network telephone, i.e. VoIP telephone, the network telephone processes the voice signal digitally, compresses, encodes and packages, transmits through the network, decompresses and restores the digital signal to sound, and the sound is heard by the other party. Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a scenario of an IP-based voice transmission call system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 1, the IP-based voice transmission call system may include a calling terminal 101, a called terminal 102, and a third party 103. When the calling terminal 101 calls the called terminal 102, the called terminal 102 is communicating with the third party 103, at this time, the called terminal 102 can send the refusal information to the calling terminal 101, the calling terminal 101 can automatically hang up the call to the called terminal 102 at this time, and meanwhile, the called terminal 102 can send the self-communication state to the calling terminal 101; when the called terminal 102 hangs up the call with the third party 103, the called terminal 102 may send the information that the call is hung up to the calling terminal 101, and then the calling terminal 101 may send the call request to the called terminal 102 again when knowing in advance that the call state of the called terminal 102 is idle, and at this time, the calling terminal 101 may successfully establish the call with the called terminal 102.
The voice over IP call method mentioned in the present application is explained below with reference to the drawings. Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a voice over IP transmission call method according to an embodiment of the present application, where an execution main body of the method may be a calling end in call connection with a called end, and the method may be executed each time a call connection is made between the calling end and the called end. As shown in fig. 2, the method may include:
s201, responding to a call triggering operation of a user, and sending a first call request to a called terminal.
The device for performing voice transmission through the internet may be classified into a software phone and a hardware phone on a macro level, where the software phone generally refers to a device for performing a call based on downloaded application software, the hardware device generally refers to a device for performing a call through a general phone and a voice gateway, and may of course include other types of call devices, which is not limited in this application. The user can carry out calling triggering operation on a dialing interface of the software telephone or the hardware telephone, and the calling terminal sends the generated first call request to the called terminal after responding to the calling triggering operation.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the interactive information between the calling end and the called end is described by taking SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) signaling as an example. Specifically, the first call request includes a call waiting parameter, the first call request is generally an INVITE signaling, a header field carried by the INVITE signaling is (Supported: call-wait), and the header field is equivalent to the call waiting parameter and represents that the calling end has a call waiting function.
S202, receiving first response information sent by the called terminal.
The first response information is used to indicate the current call state of the called terminal, and the call state may include in-call or idle. After receiving the first call request sent by the calling terminal, the called terminal can send its current call state (first response information) to the calling terminal, and the first response information can also include a call waiting parameter that the called terminal has a function of supporting call waiting. For example, if the called end is not currently in communication with the third party, the corresponding communication state is idle, and if the called end is currently in communication with the third party, the corresponding communication state is in communication.
Specifically, the first response message may be a 486 response message (e.g., 486 busy), and the header field carried in the 486 response message is (Supported: call-wait), which corresponds to the above-mentioned call waiting parameter supporting the call waiting function.
And S203, if the current call state of the called terminal is in call, sending subscription information to the called terminal.
The subscription information is used for indicating to monitor the call state of the called terminal and indicating to lock the call resource of the called terminal, and may specifically include a call waiting parameter having a call waiting function. That is, as long as the called terminal receives the subscription information, the called terminal locks the call resources for the calling terminal and feeds back the call state of itself to the calling terminal.
Continuing the above example, if the current call state of the called end received by the calling end is idle, that is, the called end does not have a call with a third party, and the idle state may also indicate that the call between the called end and the calling end is successfully established, that is, the called end may receive the incoming call of the calling end; if the current conversation state of the called terminal received by the calling terminal is in conversation, namely the called terminal is in conversation with a third party, the calling terminal can automatically hang up the call to the called terminal at the moment. The call state (e.g., 486 busy) in the call may also indicate that the called end and the calling end are not successfully establishing a call, i.e., the called end rejects the incoming call of the calling end.
When the current call state of the called terminal is in call, the calling terminal can initiate subscription to the called terminal under the condition of a call disconnection request, so that the called terminal feeds back the call state of the called terminal to the calling terminal and locks call resources for the calling terminal, and the locked call resources are used for indicating that the call connection with the calling terminal can be established in priority to the called terminal and a third party as long as the called terminal and the third party are disconnected.
Specifically, the subscription information is generally a subscribe signaling, a header field carried by the subscribe signaling is (Event: call-wait), and the subscribe signaling carrying the header field (Event: call-wait) can be used to indicate to monitor the call state of the called end and to indicate to lock the call resource of the called end, where Expires carried in the subscribe signaling is not 0.
And S204, receiving the call ending instruction information sent by the called terminal, wherein the call ending instruction information is used for indicating the call ending of the called terminal and a third party.
S205, executing target operation according to the call ending instruction information, wherein the target operation comprises the following steps: initiate a call or cancel a call.
After receiving the subscription information sent by the calling terminal, the called terminal can actively feed back the self call state to the calling terminal, and the call state of the called terminal can include in-call or idle. For example, if the called end continues to communicate with the third party, the communication status sent by the called end to the calling end is in communication, and if the communication between the called end and the third party is over, the communication status sent by the called end to the calling end is idle.
When the calling end receives the information fed back by the called end as the call ending indication information, the call state of the called end is idle, and at the moment, the calling end can initiate a call to the called end again or cancel the call according to the selection operation of the user.
It should be noted that the first call request, the first response information, the subscription information, and the call termination indication information mentioned above are all represented in the form of SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) signaling, and the specific form of the signaling is only required to correspond to the above-mentioned functions, and the present application does not limit the form.
In summary, in the voice transmission call method based on IP provided in the present application, when the calling end knows that the current call state of the called end is in call, subscription information for instructing to monitor the call state of the called end and to lock the call resource of the called end may be sent to the called end, and the called end may actively send the call state to the calling end based on the subscription information. That is to say, the calling terminal can dynamically monitor the call state of the called terminal and can acquire the call state of the called terminal in advance, so that the randomness of successful establishment of a VoIP call between the calling terminal and the called terminal can be reduced, and the experience of a user is improved.
Optionally, the target operation comprises: initiating a call, and executing target operation according to the call ending indication information, wherein the target operation comprises the following steps: and sending a second call request to the called terminal, and establishing a call with the called terminal.
After receiving the indication information of the end of the call between the called terminal and the third party, the calling terminal can select whether to initiate the call according to actual requirements, and if the calling terminal selects to initiate the call, the calling terminal can send a second call request to the called terminal, wherein the call can be initiated by one-key callback or direct number input, and the method is not limited in the application. The second call request may be an INVITE signaling, and the content included in the second call request may be the same as or different from the content included in the first call request, which is not limited in this application. Based on the second communication request, the calling terminal can establish a communication with the called terminal. That is to say, on the premise that the calling terminal knows that the call state of the called terminal is the idle state in advance, the calling terminal initiates a call to the called terminal, so that the call experience of the calling terminal can be improved.
Optionally, after the second call request is sent to the called end and a call is established with the called end, the method further includes: and if the call with the called terminal is finished, sending unsubscribe information to the called terminal, wherein the unsubscribe information is used for indicating to stop monitoring the call state of the called terminal and indicating to stop locking the call resource of the called terminal.
The method comprises the steps that after a calling end and a called end are in a conversation, namely the calling end hangs up the conversation, the calling end can send unsubscribe information to the called end, and the called end can release conversation resources reserved for the calling end without feeding back the conversation state of the called end to the calling end based on the unsubscribe information, so that the called end can establish the conversation with other third parties after the calling end and the called end are in the conversation. Specifically, the unsubscribe information is generally UNSUBSCIBE signaling, and Expires carried in UNSUBSCIBE is 0.
Optionally, the target operation comprises: canceling the call; executing target operation according to the call end instruction information, comprising: and sending unsubscribe information to the called terminal, wherein the unsubscribe information is used for indicating to stop monitoring the call state of the called terminal and indicating to stop locking the call resource of the called terminal.
After receiving the indication information of the end of the call between the called terminal and the third party, the calling terminal can select whether to cancel the call according to actual requirements, and if the call is canceled, the calling terminal sends the unsubscribe information to the called terminal. The content here is similar to the content mentioned above for the end of the call between the calling terminal and the called terminal, and the above description can be referred to for details.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating another IP-based voice transmission call method according to an embodiment of the present application, where an execution main body of the method may be a called end in call connection with the aforementioned calling end, and the method may be executed each time a call connection is made between the calling end and the called end. As shown in fig. 3, the method may include:
s301, receiving a first call request sent by a calling terminal.
Wherein, the first call request includes a call waiting parameter. Specifically, the SIP signaling is taken as an example for explanation here, the first call request sent by the calling end and received by the called end is generally an INVITE signaling, a header field carried by the INVITE signaling is (Supported: call-wait), and the header field is equivalent to a call waiting parameter and represents that the calling end has a call waiting function. After the called end receives the first call request sent by the calling end, the called end sends a temporary response (e.g., 100trying) to the calling end, where the temporary response represents that the called end tells the calling end that the first call request has been received.
S302, if the third party is currently talking, first response information is sent to the calling terminal.
The first response information is used for indicating the current call state of the called terminal. When the called end is talking with a third party, the first response message sent by the called end to the calling end may be 486 response message (e.g. 486 busy), the 486 response message may carry a header field (Supported: call-wait), and the header field represents that the called end supports the function of having call waiting.
And S303, receiving the subscription information sent by the calling terminal.
S304, according to the subscription information, locking call resources for the calling terminal and sending a call state to the calling terminal.
The subscription signaling is used for indicating to monitor the call state of the called terminal and indicating to lock the call resource of the called terminal, and may include a call waiting parameter with a call waiting function. Specifically, the subscription information is generally a subscribe signaling, a header field carried by the subscribe signaling is (Event: call-wait), the header field is equivalent to the above-mentioned call waiting parameter, and Expires carried by the subscribe signaling is not 0. The called end can reserve call resources for the calling end according to the subscription information and feed back the call state of the called end to the calling end, and the call state can be immediately fed back to the calling end after the called end receives the subscription information.
For example, if the called end continues to communicate with the third party, the communication status sent by the called end to the calling end is in communication, and if the communication between the called end and the third party is over, the communication status sent by the called end to the calling end is idle. The call state can be pushed by using a NOTIFY state push signaling, the signaling format in the call and the signaling format at call end (idle) in the NOTIFY state push signaling are respectively shown in tables 1 and 2, the contents in tables 1 and 2 can refer to the related contents of the SIP signaling, and the explanation is not repeated here.

Figure BDA0003149542720000171
S305, if the call with the third party is finished, sending a call end instruction message to the calling end.
The call end indication information is used for indicating the call end between the called terminal and the third party. If the called end and the third party end the call, the called end is in the call ending state at this time, and the call ending state, i.e. the call ending indication information (as shown in table 2) can be sent to the calling end.
Optionally, after sending the call end indication information to the calling end, the method further includes: and if a second call request sent by the calling terminal is received, establishing a call with the calling terminal based on the call resource locked by the calling terminal.
After the called end sends the indication information of the end of the call to the calling end, the calling end can send corresponding information to the called end according to the selection operation of the user, if the calling end selects to initiate the call, the called end can receive a second call request triggered by the calling end responding to the initiated call, and the called end can establish the call with the calling end by combining the second call request and the call resources reserved for the calling end.
Optionally, the establishing a call with the calling end based on the call resource locked by the calling end if the second call request sent by the calling end is received includes: and if a second call request sent by the calling terminal is received within a preset time period, establishing a call with the calling terminal based on the call resource locked by the calling terminal.
Generally, the subscription information received by the called end includes time information indicating a preset time period during which the called end locks call resources for the calling end. Specifically, after the called end sends the indication information of the end of call to the calling end, in general, the calling end sends a response signaling (e.g., 200OK) to the called end, and starts to time the locked call resource corresponding to the calling party after the called end receives the response signaling, and if the called end receives a second call request sent by the calling end within the preset time period (e.g., 30S), the called end can establish a call with the calling end.
Optionally, the method may further include: and rejecting the call request of the third party within the preset time period.
The called end can reject the call request of any third party within the preset time period, that is, the called end can preferentially establish a call with the calling end within the preset time period, or the called end can establish a call with the calling end as long as the calling end sends the call request to the called end within the preset time period, so that the probability of establishing a call between the calling end and the called end can be improved.
Optionally, the method may further include: and if the call request sent by the calling terminal is not received in the preset time period, sending information of canceling the locking of the call resources to the calling terminal.
If the calling party does not send a call request to the called party within a preset time period, the called party may send unlock call resource information to the calling party, the unlock call resource information may be pushed by using a NOTIFY signaling, a header field carried by the NOTIFY signaling is (supported-State), a specific format of the NOTIFY signaling may be as shown in table 3, and contents in table 3 may refer to related contents of the SIP signaling, which is not explained here.
