sending a first verification code to a mobile terminal of a user according to the password resetting request;
receiving a second verification code returned by the mobile terminal, and verifying the second verification code;
if the verification is passed, judging whether user operation information submitted by the target Internet of things equipment is received within preset time;
if yes, verifying the user operation information according to preset operation information;
and if the authentication is passed again, allowing the user to reset the password.
