Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
Referring to fig. 1, a main flowchart of a method for resetting a bank card password online according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, which includes the following steps:
s101: receiving a bank card number of a password to be reset input by a user, and inquiring verification information corresponding to the card number; the verification information comprises a key name and a first key value;
s102: acquiring a second key value input by a user aiming at the key name, and comparing whether the first key value is the same as the second key value;
s103: and if the comparison result is the same, determining that the user identity information corresponds to the card number, and further resetting the password of the bank card based on the password input by the user.
In the above embodiment, in step S101, when the user forgets the bank card password and needs to withdraw cash or transfer money urgently, the bank card withdrawal password may be reset through an on-line (e.g. telephone bank manual customer service) or other instant communication method, and the user does not need to go to a bank outlet to reset the password on site.
The telephone bank is a system provided by a commercial bank and providing services for users in a telephone interaction mode, and comprises an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and artificial customer service. IVR refers to a service or system that provides self-service voice service for incoming telephone line users, and manual customer service refers to a customer service staff who provides banking business consultation and handling services for users through telephone banking.
The on-line service provides an on-line password resetting function, and corresponding verification information is inquired in the service system according to the card number provided by the user. The verification information and the verification mode in the scheme are various:
1) static information refers to basic information of users and bank cards, such as cardholder names, certificate types, certificate numbers, reserved mobile phone numbers, card validity periods and the like;
2) the dynamic information refers to the latest transaction information of the bank card (and credit card, loan, financing product and the like under the name of the user), including transaction amount, transaction time and the like;
3) combining static information and dynamic information;
4) voiceprint recognition, similar to speech recognition;
5) and (4) face recognition, namely recognizing based on face features in the face.
It should be noted that the static information needs to be confirmed with the user one by one. When the verification information comprises static information and dynamic information, the dynamic information verification link is entered only under the condition that the static information is verified successfully, otherwise, the operation of resetting the withdrawal password is terminated if the verification fails.
For step S102, the storage form of the verification information is both in the form of a key name and a key value pair, i.e. one option (or input box) corresponds to one value, e.g. the balance of the bank card account is-100 yuan.
Regardless of the authentication information, the user needs to input a corresponding key value (i.e., a second key value) for the key name. The service background compares the second key value with the first key value inquired by the service background, and only if the comparison result is the same or similar, the identity of the verified user is determined to be legal. For example, the difference between the account balance input by the user and the inquired account balance is within the range of +/-50.
Here, the user identity is legal, which means that the user is the cardholder himself. In actual operation, the cardholder may not be in the possession of the card or may not be skilled in resetting the password on the operation line, and thus the operation is completed by others, but the relevant user information is still directed to the cardholder himself, and therefore it is finally verified whether the user identification information corresponds to the card number.
Taking the artificial customer service as an example, the artificial seat ensures that the user is the card holder himself by verifying the balance of the bank card of the user, the last transaction time and amount, credit card information (the date of the bill, the last transaction time and amount, and the last bill amount), loan information in the local bank (the name of a loan, the amount of a payment in each month), financial products (the name and the amount of the financial products).
For step S103, after the user identity is verified to be legal, a password resetting link is triggered, and the user inputs a new withdrawal password (usually composed of 6 pure digits) twice under the IVR prompt. If the withdrawal passwords input twice are the same, the password is reset successfully, the operation of resetting the withdrawal password is finished, otherwise, the user is prompted to input the withdrawal password again until the operation times reach the upper limit.
Further, in addition to the verification information, a random verification mode, such as a short message verification code, may be used. If the background service sends a short message verification code (namely a first verification code) to the user according to the mobile phone number reserved by the user in advance, the user inputs a second verification code in the interface through the IVR conference function after receiving the first verification code. And the service background verifies whether the two verification codes are the same or not, passes the verification, enters a password resetting process, sends the short message verification code again if the verification fails, and terminates the password resetting operation if the verification fails for more than 3 times.
It should be noted that the mobile phone number here must be a mobile phone number reserved in the bank card management mechanism by the user in advance, or a mobile phone number reserved by another bank card under the name of the user. The random verification code verification method is used for strengthening verification of whether the user is the cardholder.
The method provided by the embodiment realizes the reset of the withdrawal password of the bank card based on a remote mode, ensures the safety and fund safety of the withdrawal password of the bank card by verifying the identity information of the card holder, can complete the password reset operation without queuing and handling on site at a bank branch, and greatly improves the convenience of service handling.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic flow chart of an alternative method for resetting a bank card password online according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, including the following steps:
s201: receiving a bank card number of a password to be reset input by a user, and inquiring static information corresponding to the card number; the static information is user basic information and/or bank card basic information and comprises a key name and a first key value;
s202: acquiring a second key value input by a user aiming at the key name, and comparing whether the first key value is the same as the second key value;
s203: and if the comparison result is the same, determining that the user identity information corresponds to the card number, and further resetting the password of the bank card based on the password input by the user.
In the above embodiment, step S203 can refer to the description of step S103 shown in fig. 1, and is not repeated herein.
In the above embodiment, for the verification of the static information in steps S201 and S202, an information input interface may also be provided, which includes different bank card information input boxes (which may also be in the form of options) and/or user personal information input boxes for the user to input.
And then comparing second key values input by the user aiming at different key names with the first key values inquired at the service background one by one, and if the comparison result meets the expectation, for example, the error rate is less than a preset error rate threshold, determining that the verification is successful and the identity of the user is legal.
The method provided by the embodiment verifies the identity information of the card holder based on the basic information of the user and/or the basic information of the bank card, so that the safety of the withdrawal password and the fund safety of the user are ensured.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic flow chart of another alternative method for resetting a bank card password online according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, including the following steps:
s301: receiving a bank card number of a password to be reset input by a user, and inquiring static information and dynamic information corresponding to the card number; the static information is user basic information and/or bank card basic information, and the dynamic information comprises bank card transaction information, credit card information/loan information/financing product information corresponding to a user, and comprises a key name and a first key value;
s302: acquiring a second key value input by a user aiming at the key name, and comparing whether the first key value is the same as the second key value;
s303: and if the comparison result is the same, determining that the user identity information corresponds to the card number, and further resetting the password of the bank card based on the password input by the user.
In the above embodiment, step S303 can refer to the description of step S103 shown in fig. 1, and is not repeated herein.
In the above embodiment, for the steps S301 and S302, the verification of the dynamic information is the verification of the recent transaction condition of the bank card, for example:
1) and account balance verification: whether the second account balance input by the user is the same as or similar to the first account balance inquired in the service system (for example, 50);
2) and (3) transaction detail verification: transaction details of the last operation of the bank card, such as transaction amount and transaction time (including cash withdrawal and consumption);
3) and inquiring the credit card information under the name of the user according to the user information (if a plurality of credit cards exist, the user selects one credit card for verification), and verifying whether the payment date of the credit card, the last transaction time and amount, the last-period bill amount and the like input by the user are consistent with the inquired credit card information.
It should be noted that, since the right limit cannot acquire the credit card of other banks, the credit card is only directed to the same bank card management mechanism, such as a bank building and a working bank.
4) And inquiring loan information under the name of the user, and determining whether the loan name, the loan amount (principal) and the monthly repayment amount input by the user are consistent with the inquired information.
5) And inquiring the financial products under the name of the user, and judging whether the information such as the name of the financial products, the purchase amount and the like input by the user is consistent with the inquired information.
In order to ensure strong security, there are hard indicators for the correctness of the answer questions, such as the above 5 questions, and the answer questions are considered to pass the dynamic information verification only when it is determined that the user replies that 3 questions are correct. Further, the verification may be performed in the order of the above 5 questions one by one, for example, when it is verified that the first three questions reply correctly, or the third verification fails but the fourth verification passes, it is determined that the dynamic information verification is successful.
In actual operation, only the dynamic information may be verified similarly to the static information, or the static information may be verified first, and the dynamic information may be verified again when the static information passes the verification.
The method provided by the embodiment verifies the identity information of the card holder based on the basic information of the user and/or the basic information of the bank card, and continuously verifies the dynamic information of the card holder under the condition of successful verification, thereby ensuring the safety of the withdrawal password and the fund safety of the user.
Referring to fig. 4, a schematic flow chart of an alternative method for resetting a bank card password online according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, which includes the following steps:
s401: receiving a bank card number of a password to be reset input by a user, and inquiring first voiceprint information corresponding to the card number; the first voiceprint information corresponds to a preset text;
s402: acquiring second voiceprint information input by a user aiming at the text, and comparing whether the inquired first voiceprint information is the same as the second voiceprint information;
s403: and if the comparison result is the same, determining that the user identity information corresponds to the card number, and further resetting the password of the bank card based on the password input by the user.
In the above embodiment, step S403 can refer to the description of step S103 shown in fig. 1, and is not repeated herein.
In the above embodiment, for the steps S401 and S402, in order to have more versatility, the present solution further introduces a voiceprint recognition function, that is, verifies whether the user is the cardholder himself or herself through voiceprint recognition.
The user needs to reserve the first voiceprint information when opening the card, so the server can inquire the voiceprint information according to the card number. When the voiceprint recognition is carried out, the second voiceprint information input by a user aiming at a specific text (can be defaulted by a system or can be generated by the user) can be collected through equipment with a voice collecting function, such as a mobile phone, a computer and the like, and whether the two voiceprint information are the same or not is compared.
The method provided by the embodiment verifies the identity information of the card holder based on the voiceprint information of the user, so that the safety of the withdrawal password and the fund safety of the user are ensured.
Referring to fig. 5, a schematic flow chart of an alternative method for resetting a bank card password online according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, which includes the following steps:
s501: receiving a bank card number of a password to be reset input by a user, and inquiring first face information corresponding to the card number;
s502: acquiring current second face information of a user, identifying second face features in the second face information, and comparing whether first face features in the first face information are the same as the second face features;
s503: and if the comparison result is the same, determining that the user identity information corresponds to the card number, and further resetting the password of the bank card based on the password input by the user.
In the above embodiment, step S503 can refer to the description of step S103 shown in fig. 1, and is not repeated herein.
In the above embodiment, for steps S501 and S502, in addition to the above voiceprint recognition, the present solution also introduces a face recognition function, that is, it is verified whether the user is the cardholder himself or herself by comparing face features.
At present, the face recognition technology is widely used, and a link of verifying identity information when a user opens a card may include a face acquisition process, so that a service background acquires first face information according to a card number input by the user after receiving a password resetting request of the user.
Then, a device with a camera acquisition function, such as a mobile phone and a computer, is used for acquiring a face image (namely second face information) of the user, comparing the face image with the first face information and judging whether the face characteristics of the two are the same.
The method provided by the embodiment verifies the identity information of the card holder based on the face information of the user, so that the safety of the withdrawal password and the fund safety of the user are ensured.
The method provided by the embodiment of the invention realizes the user identity verification based on the remote mode, ensures the safety and fund safety of the withdrawal password of the bank card, can complete the password resetting function without the need of the user to transact in the site of a bank branch, reduces the time cost of the user, and improves the user experience and the loyalty to the bank. Compared with the prior art, the method also has the following advantages:
1) through multiple identity authentications such as static information, dynamic information, short message verification codes, voiceprint information, face information and the like, the method relates to inquiring detailed information of bank cards, credit card information, loan information, financial product information and the like under the name of a user and ensures that the identity of the user is legal;
