Claims (10)

1. A multi-employee management system based on a time-sharing system is characterized by comprising a project management module, an employee management module and an enterprise publishing module, wherein the project management module is used for managing completion time, the number of employees and the skills of the employees required by multiple stages of a project by an enterprise, the employee management module is used for managing the skills of the employees of all formal employees by the enterprise, and the enterprise publishing module is used for judging whether the number of the employees with the skills of the employees exceeds the number of the employees according to each stage and generating and publishing recruitment advertisements according to the completion time, the number of the employees and the skills of the employees when the number of the employees exceeds the number of the employees.
2. The system of claim 1, comprising a personal management module, wherein the personal management module is configured to allow temporary employees to receive the recruited advertisement and issue idle time according to the completion time for other enterprises to reserve.
3. The system for managing multiple persons based on the time sharing system as claimed in claim 1, comprising a staff attendance module, wherein the staff attendance module is used for recording the on duty time of all staff by enterprises, and the staff management module is used for obtaining the number of staff according to the on duty time.
4. The time-sharing system based multi-employee management system of claim 1, comprising a recruitment matching module for matching a corresponding number of temporary employees based on a number of people exceeding the number of employees.
5. The system of claim 1, comprising a temporary employee module configured to manage a serviced enterprise for temporary employees to locate a project to be completed for the serviced enterprise based on the skills of the employees.

The multi-staff management system based on the time sharing system as claimed in claim 1, comprising a salary monitoring module, wherein the salary monitoring module is used for enterprises to set salary distribution rules according to the completion progress of each stage of the project, so that temporary staff can confirm salary according to the salary distribution rules.

The multi-personnel management system based on the time sharing system as claimed in claim 1, comprising a staff confirmation module, wherein the staff confirmation module is used for confirming the project by the official staff when the number of the personnel with the staff skills does not exceed the number of the staff, and the enterprise publishing module judges whether the number of the confirmed personnel exceeds the number of the staff.

A multi-personnel management method based on a time-sharing system is characterized by comprising the following steps: the enterprise manages the completion time, the number of staff and the staff skills required by multiple stages of a project, manages the staff skills of all formal staff, judges whether the number of the staff with the staff skills exceeds the number of the staff according to the stages, and generates and issues a recruitment advertisement according to the completion time, the number of the staff and the staff skills when the number of the staff with the staff skills exceeds the number of the staff.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory for storing one or more programs;
a processor;
the one or more programs, when executed by the processor, implement the method as recited in claim 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of claim 8.
