According to the image recognition technology disclosed by the embodiment, the image acquisition unit 101 acquires image data of a power plant and workers, the clothes recognition unit 201 and the face recognition unit 202 respectively recognize the acquired image data, identity information of the workers and wearing conditions of clothes and personal protective equipment are obtained, the worker marking unit 401 and the equipment marking unit 403 mark the acquired image, a rectangular early warning frame is added, meanwhile, the worker coordinate setting unit 402 and the equipment coordinate setting unit 404 respectively add coordinates to the rectangular early warning frame, the work order processing module 300 acquires the working data of the workers in the same day from a working system of the power plant, the data are input to the analysis module 500 for analysis, the working data of the workers in the same day are analyzed and combined with the identification data obtained by the identification module 200, whether personal protective equipment of the workers meets requirements or not is analyzed, when the requirements are not met, the early warning information is sent to the wireless alarm device 600 to remind the workers, and meanwhile, when the working data obtained by the marking module 400 are analyzed, the prompting information is sent to the wireless alarm device 600 to remind the workers that safety accidents are not caused when the workers are close to the equipment, and the safety accidents caused by the existing working equipment in operation of the power plant are solved.

the acquisition module comprises an image acquisition unit and an image processing unit, wherein the image acquisition unit is used for acquiring image data of a power plant and workers, and the image processing unit is used for dividing the acquired image data into continuous single-frame pictures and carrying out image normalization processing;
the identification module is used for identifying the image data acquired by the acquisition module to obtain identification data and sending the obtained identification data to the analysis module;
the identification module comprises a clothes identification unit, a face identification unit and an equipment identification unit, the clothes identification unit is used for identifying the dressing of the workers according to the image data of the workers sent by the acquisition module and sending the identification result to the analysis module, the analysis module judges whether to send alarm information to the wireless alarm device according to the analysis result, and the face identification unit is used for identifying the faces of the workers according to the image data of the workers sent by the acquisition module to obtain identity information of the workers and sending the obtained identity information to the analysis module;
the work order processing module is used for acquiring a work order in the power plant, identifying the work data of the corresponding staff according to the identification data of the identification module, and sending the obtained work data of the corresponding staff to the analysis module;
the work order processing module comprises a work order obtaining unit and a work order identification unit, the work order obtaining unit is used for obtaining the current-day work plan lists of all the employees from a work system of the power plant, the work order identification unit is used for identifying the work plan lists to obtain the current-day work data of all the employees, the work data comprises working equipment and corresponding personal protective articles which are arranged according to time points, and the obtained work data is sent to the analysis module;
the marking module is used for receiving the image data sent by the acquisition module, marking the image data to obtain marked data and sending the marked data to the analysis module;
the marking module comprises a personnel marking unit, a personnel coordinate setting unit, an equipment marking unit and an equipment coordinate setting unit, wherein the personnel marking unit is used for identifying workers according to the image data of the workers and the image data of the power plant sent by the acquisition module and setting a first rectangular early warning frame around the image of the workers, the personnel coordinate setting unit is used for setting coordinates for each pixel point of the first rectangular early warning frame to obtain the marking data of the workers, the equipment marking unit is used for identifying the equipment according to the image data of the power plant sent by the acquisition module and setting a second rectangular early warning frame around the image of the equipment, the equipment coordinate setting unit is used for setting coordinates for each pixel point of the second rectangular early warning frame to obtain the marking data of the equipment, and the obtained marking data of the workers and the obtained marking data of the equipment are sent to the analysis module;
the analysis module is used for receiving the data sent by the identification module, the work order processing module and the marking module, analyzing the data to obtain an analysis result, and sending an alarm and prompt information to the wireless alarm device according to the analysis result;
the analysis module comprises a comparison unit, a coordinate monitoring unit and an early warning unit, wherein the comparison unit is used for comparing a clothes identification result of a worker with preset data in identification data sent by the identification module, and sending early warning information to the early warning unit when the clothes identification result of the worker is inconsistent with the preset data, the early warning unit is used for sending warning information to the wireless warning device, the comparison unit is also used for comparing a clothes identification result of the worker at the current time point in the identification data sent by the identification module and identity information of the worker with personal protective articles corresponding to the worker in working data sent by the work order processing module, and sending the early warning information to the early warning unit when the clothes identification result of the worker and the identity information of the worker are inconsistent with the personal protective articles at the current time point in the working data, the early warning unit is used for sending warning information to the wireless warning device, the coordinate monitoring unit is used for monitoring the coordinate of a first rectangular early warning frame and the coordinate of a second rectangular early warning frame according to the mark data of the worker and the mark data of equipment sent by the mark module, and the coordinate monitoring unit is used for sending the warning information to the early warning unit when the coordinate of the first rectangular early warning frame and the coordinate of the second rectangular early warning frame are coincident, and the prompt unit is sent to the early warning unit;
and the wireless alarm device is used for receiving the alarm and prompt information sent by the analysis module and reminding the staff through sound.
2. The intelligent power plant video identification monitoring management system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wireless alarm device is configured to receive the alarm information and the prompt information sent by the analysis module, and remind the staff in different types of sounds.
3. The intelligent power plant video identification monitoring and management system of claim 2, wherein the wireless alarm device is disposed on the clothing of the staff.

The intelligent power plant video identification monitoring and management system of claim 3, wherein the predetermined data is the basic personal protective equipment required by the power plant to enter the power plant, and comprises safety helmet, protective glasses, protective gloves, dust mask and earplugs.
5. An intelligent power plant video identification monitoring management method applied to the intelligent power plant video identification monitoring management system of claim 4, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, acquiring data, namely acquiring image data of a power plant and workers through an image acquisition unit, dividing the image data into continuous single-frame pictures and simultaneously performing image normalization processing;
s2, image recognition, namely identifying the dresses of the workers by a clothes recognition unit according to image data of the workers and sending a recognition result to an analysis module, judging whether alarm information is sent to a wireless alarm device or not by the analysis module according to the analysis result, and identifying the faces of the workers by a face recognition unit according to the image data of the workers sent by an acquisition module to obtain identity information of the workers and sending the obtained identity information to the analysis module;
s3, identifying work order information, acquiring a work order list of all employees in the same day from a work system of the power plant by a work order acquisition unit, identifying the work order list by the work order identification unit to obtain work data of all employees in the same day, wherein the work data comprises working equipment and corresponding personal protective articles which are arranged according to time points, and sending the obtained work data to an analysis module;
s4, marking image data, wherein a staff marking unit identifies staff in the image data according to the image data of the staff and the image data of the power plant sent by an acquisition module and sets a first rectangular early warning frame around the image of the staff, a staff coordinate setting unit sets a coordinate for each pixel point of the first rectangular early warning frame to obtain marking data of the staff, an equipment marking unit identifies equipment according to the image data of the power plant sent by the acquisition module and sets a second rectangular early warning frame around the image of the equipment, an equipment coordinate setting unit sets a coordinate for each pixel point of the second rectangular early warning frame to obtain marking data of the equipment, and the obtained marking data of the staff and the obtained marking data of the equipment are sent to an analysis module;
s5, analyzing data, comparing a comparison unit arranged in an analysis module with preset data according to a clothes identification result of a worker in identification data sent by an identification module, sending early warning information to an early warning unit when the clothes identification result of the worker does not accord with the preset data, sending warning information to a wireless alarm device by the early warning unit, comparing the clothes identification result of the worker at the current time point in the identification data sent by the identification module and the identity information of the worker with personal protective articles corresponding to the worker in working data sent by a work order processing module by the comparison unit, sending the early warning information to the early warning unit when the personal protective articles do not accord with the personal protective articles at the current time point in the working data, sending the warning information to the wireless alarm device by the early warning unit, monitoring the coordinates of a first rectangular early warning frame and the coordinates of a second rectangular early warning frame according to marking data of the worker and marking data of equipment sent by a marking module, and sending prompt information to the early warning unit when the coordinates of the first rectangular early warning frame and the coordinates of the second rectangular early warning frame coincide;
